Simply the best!

As soon as the wedding planning started for my son's wedding, I immediately contacted EEP Events to hire Leah & Jimmy. I had no need to research other event planners as we have used EEP Events for all important events in our lives, and they have consistently made each and everyone stress-free, memorable and fun! Leah and Jimmy are professional and simply the best in the business, hands down!

Like I said, we have hired EEP Events for all our major events, not just weddings. Of those events, 4 were family weddings, 3 of which were not in Atlanta! Yes, we took Jimmy and Leah with us, twice to Florida and just recently, we took them to Cleveland with us for our son's wedding. They are that phenomenal! It doesn't matter what state our event is in, having Jimmy and Leah there is invaluable!

Leah's planning and execution are phenomenal! Having Leah take care of all the details allowed us to truly enjoy the day. She even took pictures and videos of special moments so we can get a sneak peak before the professional pictures are ready.

Jimmy is simply amazing! The Cleveland wedding was multi-cultural, we wanted American, Greek & Lebanese music, and Jimmy so seamlessly made it such a fun night! The bride & groom requested a family dance, Jimmy made it happen. Jimmy made it so much fun and had everyone dancing to the very end.

I can go on and on about Jimmy and Leah and their professional services, but the fact that we take them everywhere with us for all our major events says it all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any and every important event in your life!

Leah was my daughter's wedding planner. She was AMAZING! Leah worked well with my daughter, her fiancee and my husband and me in making feel all part of the planning process! My daughter wanted a whimsical, garden wedding reception and Leah, miraculously transformed our church parking lot into this type of setting!!! The florist Leah works with, beautifully created a whimsical garden atmosphere, as did the greenery surrounding an open-sides tent. Zest Catering, a recommendation from Leah served an incredible stations meal that people are still talking about. Leah was able to masterfully do this all within a 6 month period! Her planning and execution skills are suburb! Leah is very pleasant to work with. YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH LEAH!

EEP Events exceed my expectations! From the moment I reached out to Jimmy and Leah they worked with me to make my dream wedding become a reality. Jimmy helped me set the mood with the perfect uplighting around the ballroom and even got our custom wedding crest to be shown on the back wall. Leah helped me along the way with customizing our floral arrangements and even making the most perfect bouquets for my bridesmaids and myself. What I loved most about the floral was the trial we did where they made my bouquet and arrangements for me so I could see in person and make any adjustments before the big day. Leah and Jimmy can make anything happen. I wanted a white dance floor with our wedding crest on it and they made it happen with no stress along the way. Leah was a life saver for me during the month of our wedding. She handled the contracts, vendors, and coordinated the smoothest and most organized wedding ever. The day before and day of went so smoothly, I didn't have to worry about a thing! Leah checked on me through out the day and even during the reception, she always made sure that my family and I were taken care of. I highly recommend Jimmy and Leah for any part of your wedding. They both knocked mine out of the park!

We used Leah as our wedding planner for the entire planning process and she was incredible. She thinks of and keeps track of every last detail, she is easy to get in touch with, and she listened to exactly what we wanted and made it happen. She designed our dream reception and her team did a phenomenal job with flowers and decor. She also had a great connection for stationery and paper products. We used Leah for planning and coordination and floral and decor. We used Jimmy's services to incorporate Greek music and and an emcee into our ceremony (which was an American-Greek experience!), as well as lighting. He played exactly what we wanted and had great lighting ideas, including to use a gobo projection on the wall behind the band.

Leah and Jimmy are the best. We used EEP Events for wedding planning and coordination, floral and design, DJ/emcee and lighting. It was not my initial intent to have the same company perform all those services, and in fact I was skeptical that that would be wise, but my daughter insisted on it; she felt it would be less stressful for her. It turned out to be a brilliant decision - full service is a great way to go. My daughter's wedding went off without a hitch, primarily because Leah, as wedding planner, was on top of everything. She was responsive whenever needed. She knew how to elicit from us our vision of the reception and she listened well along the way, making all the necessary tweaks and modifications so that the final product was not only what we asked for but nothing short of perfection. We shared lots of photos with her to make sure her floral and design team understood what we wanted, and they executed flawlessly. I will never forget the moment before the ballroom doors were opened to our guests, when Leah summoned my husband and me for a "first look". We were awestruck at how beautiful everything looked, even more lovely than I had anticipated. Our guests were extremely impressed too. At the reception, Leah was quietly on top of absolutely everything, subtly reminding us where we needed to be when and making sure that we didn't miss any opportunity that we might regret later. She even took videos of some memorable moments that might otherwise have been lost because daughter and son-in-law elected not to have videography of their wedding, only photography. We had a live band, but also used Jimmy as DJ and emcee, since we wanted to have Greek dancing in between the band's sets. He did a terrific job. He also handled the lighting and sound, also expertly. All of us - bride, groom, mother/father of the bride and all our guests - had a fabulous time at the wedding. EEP Events made it happen. I unqualifiedly and wholeheartedly recommend them.

We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Jimmy and Leah! Having my parents live across the country was difficult but Leah always made sure to make everyone feel included and was able to be my mom's eyes and ears when she couldn't meet with vendors face-to-face. Leah was able to take our design photos and visions and make them into reality for us. When we wanted a cascading flower sweetheart table, Leah made it happen. When we wanted a seating chart engraved in glass, Leah found a way to get it done. When we wanted a white flush room with dim lighting, Jimmy was all over it. Jimmy and Leah went above and beyond to make this the best experience. I cannot thank them enough for all the extra work they did to make sure Chris and I had the wedding of our dreams. From meeting me at the gym to bring me invitation samples to having us over for dinner for a final planning session the week before the wedding, Jimmy and Leah made planning so easy. We cannot thank you enough for everything!!! My advice to every future bride is to find a planner that cares about you and always goes the extra mile (and brings you your favorite champagne to the nail salon before your big day).... That's Leah! And find a DJ that can keep your guests dancing for over 8 hours... That's Jimmy! We love you both and wish we could relive September 2 every day!

Review of Leah Economos - Wedding Planner:
Where do I begin? We Employed Leah Economos as our wedding planner 10 months before our wedding. At our first meeting, Leah and I immediately hit it off with many common interests and I was highly impressed with her meticulous organization and attention to detail. As our date drew closer we decided to employ EEPs services for the floral, decor, DJ (her husband/partner Jimmy) and lighting.
Five weeks out from our wedding date, we had circumstances arise that forced us to change venues for a 200 person wedding in the middle of Atlanta. Leah immediately found multiple options that met our specifications at the last minute. Within 5 days we were out of our previous contract, toured the other venue options, and re-signed at the Intercontinental in Buckhead. Without Leah, there was NO WAY we could have tackled this ourselves.
Once the venue hiccup was out of the way, Leah helped cull and realise the vision of the organic, “bring-the-outside-in” wedding I had in mind. Through her floral services and floral wizard Carla, we came up with the perfect bouquet and tablescapes that wow’ed all my guests (including those who were florists themselves).
Throughout the wedding and in the weeks leading up to it, Leah’s attention to detail was unsurpassed. By the time the actual wedding came along I was completely stress-free because I knew we had taken care of any possible detail, and were any possible issue to arise, she had very capable hands of managing it (Even an impending hurricane didn’t worry me!).
On the florals and tablescaping: Carla and Leah brought to life exactly what I envisioned. My bouquet was stunning and rose-free as requested. The tablescapes perfectly encaptured out Outside theme while remaining classy and not over-whelming the ballroom.
I could not have accomplished a quarter of our wedding without Leah’s guidance. To any bride out there call and book her as quickly as possible!!!

I want to shout from every rooftop that Leah Stephens Economos is the most amazing wedding coordinator in Atlanta!!!!! LOOK NO FURTHER. She made my day absolutely spectacular (especially for someone that is not a planner by nature) and her florist, Carla, is so so gifted. They took my floral design over last minute and made the venue look nothing short of majestic (check out the pictures!). These ladies are INCREDIBLE at what they do and it was an honor to have them work my wedding. The moment the 30 day timeline began I felt an enormous weight lift off my shoulders knowing Leah was now in control & coordinating everything for me. You guys work miracles and you are an absolute JOY to work with. My family and I could not be happier with how everything turned out and we are getting compliments left and right from all of the attendees!! I am telling every person I know that they must hire Leah!!!!!! She is worth every penny and then some :-)

Words cannot explain how Jimmy and Leah made our daughter's wedding so special. They BOTH went above and beyond to ensure that we received everything we wanted. We could have never pulled it off without Leah's attention to detail. Walking into the ballroom to preview the reception was unbelievable- never in my wildest dreams did I expect to see such a beautiful venue. EEP is worth every penny! I knew that I was in good hands with Leah. I knew I could relax and take in as much of the day as possible because anything and everything would be orchestrated by Leah. I wanted to have someone I trust and who is truly happy to be next to me during my special day and I couldn’t have asked for a better person than Leah. Leah handled little details that I had not thought of and made sure everything was running smoothly. She kept track of the time, the schedule, the needs and my wants for the day. Her experience and expertise in the wedding industry were invaluable from the moment we got engaged. She spent hours walking me through the planning process. She made me feel like I was the only person that she was focused on, even though I know she has many other clients. When she was working with me, I felt like the most important bride and that she would make sure everything went off better than planned. And that was exactly what happened. It was like she had a magic wand and she made everything work perfectly. The entire time she did this with a smile on her face and a calm voice. There is so much more to entertainment than just playing music and Jimmy was perfect! Jimmy kept the party going all night. His experience is what makes him so amazing. His announcements are perfectly timed and worded. The party didn’t stop just to announce the next event, like a special dance or the bouquet toss. It was super easy to work with Jimmy. He is a vendor that I knew as soon as we connected that I could just let him do his thing and I was in good hands. I didn’t worry about anything with entertainment! I knew that if I gave him a couple songs that we either wanted or examples or music that we enjoy, he would get the idea of what we would like and could fill in the blanks. There was no need for me to manage every little detail. When there are so many other things that you have to make decisions on, it is nice to have a vendor that is experienced and makes your day better than if you had tried to pick every song. Thank you, Jimmy, for taking care of us on our special day!

We hired EEP Events to be the entertainment at our wedding reception based on the recommendation of our venue and they were PHENOMENAL! Jimmy was super responsive when we initially contacted him and answered all of our questions quickly and truthfully. He was extremely easy to talk to and very receptive to our music tastes and preferences. They showed up on time, looked very professional, and created an amazing soundtrack for our special day. We got so many compliments on the playlist for the evening! Their bridal set-up was also very aesthetically pleasing and looked so much better than a generic DJ booth, so that was definitely worth the small extra cost. I would recommend EEP events in a heartbeat to my dearest friends!

Jimmy and his team at EEP Events are undeniably the best choice for your wedding. I had worked with Jimmy in the past when I was in the wedding industry and knew that when the time came for me to get married, I would definitely pick him. Since I was an out of state bride, we mainly spoke via phone and email and met at the venue when I was in town. I hated not living in the same state as my wedding but Jimmy put all of my stress at ease when it came to the music and lighting. When it came to the wedding day, he had all of the mics in place, speakers set up, and reception room ready to go, everything was flawless. He played songs that were perfect for my group and we are still hearing from my guests just how much fun they had that evening. Thank you so much Jimmy for exceeding our expectations! The easiest decision I ever made, besides marrying my incredible husband, was hiring EEP Events to do our wedding. I can honestly say that Leah and Jimmy are the best in the business and made our big day a complete dream. I really felt like I just showed up and they took care of everything else - it was incredible! Leah is a planning perfectionist, and even though I lived out of town before the wedding day, she was able to meet with me multiple times and plan around my schedule, so I never felt like I was out of the loop, or that my voice wasn't being heard. She actually went onto my wedding board from my pinterest page and had print outs of my favorite pins/pictures/ideas for our meetings - I loved it! Leah was also able to take my and my husband's non-traditional ideas and expectations regarding our wedding day and turn them into reality with ease and professionalism. Leah was also able to handle things like dealing with perpetually late/unruly groomsmen with complete class and I cannot thank her enough for taking that off of my shoulders! :)

I cannot express enough how much it is worth hiring EEP Events to help with your big day. Even my father, who was footing most of the bill for the big day, said that Leah and Jimmy were worth every penny because they allowed him to truly relax, enjoy the day, and savor every moment. I would not hesitate to recommend these two to anyone planning any sort of party, wedding, or event - money very well spent!!

Jimmy was great! He responded to emails very quickly and was very helpful. He made it very easy for us to select what music we wanted and was great at adapting the music to the vibe of the reception. He understood our musical taste and played to it.

The lights he provided set the mood perfectly. I highly recommend Jimmy. He was absolutely great!

Leah Economos is the Wonder Woman of wedding planning! Without her, this wedding would not have gone on.. She did all of the planning and behind the scenes work to make our wedding day a fairy tale. The day did not start out as a fairy tale though, but Leah kept me calm and kept the show on schedule. I called Leah at 4:00am the morning of our wedding when my groom got sick with a stomach bug and headed to the hospital. She called me back 30 minutes later with a new timeline for the day, and arrangements for everyone involved in our wedding. I didn't have to call anyone or do a thing! I am not a person that normally handles stress well, but because of Leah, I was able to somehow remain calm and actually enjoy my wedding morning while my groom recovered. She flawlessly executed the entire day with all of the rearrangements and we didn't miss out on a single thing that we had wanted. Leah and her floral team saw our vision out from beginning to end and every detail was unique and special to Shane and I. DJ John with EEP was also fantastic in executing our ceremony music and keeping everyone dancing all night at the reception. The truly amazing part of hiring Leah and EEP to plan our wedding was that she managed to accomplish all of this and stay within our budget. Leah is a planner that wants the brides wishes to come true while staying within their means. We used EEP for our planning, dj, and floral services and not only were their prices competitive, but it also allowed us to have an entire team communicating and planning our wedding together. We had an amazing wedding thanks to EEP and I would recommend any bride consider them.

My advice would be book him! Jimmy was the most professional, least cheesy DJ I've ever worked with. He was a one stop shop for all items (ie, lighting, sound, televisions, microphones, etc). He has done this tons of times so he knew exactly what he needed to make our day awesome. Jimmy did the music and sound for our rehearsal dinner at the College Football Hall of Fame as well as our ceremony and reception music. I would hire him again in a hearbeat. Our wedding was October 8, 2016. Three cheers for Jimmy E!

We highly recommend Leah and Jimmy Economos as your wedding planner and DJ! These two worked diligently with us to make sure everything was perfect on the day of our wedding! Leah spent countless months, days and hours with my family to make sure we were happy with all we had requested of her. Leah was there for me when I needed something at the very last minute.

Our event was outside and EEP Events did a fabulous job providing power, a great movie screen and method to show our video, as well as providing music and microphone set up. They made sure everything was prepped and planned weeks before the event and also made appropriate back up plans in case of bad weather. The EEP staff was timely, professional, friendly and worked seamlessly with the venue.

Jimmy did SUCH an amazing job at our wedding. I am spanish, and my husband is Greek so it was very difficult for us to find someone who could play Latino, Greek, and American music. We were so lucky to find jimmy, and he went way above our expectations. His website was easy to navigate, he responded promptly to any questions, really engaged with the crowd, and had so much energy for the night. He even stayed an extra hour playing music, which was really fun.

Leah was a delight to work with! She provided us with her coordination and organizational skills for the month of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. She thought of every detail and allowed us to fully enjoy each and every moment. She was the point of contact for all of the vendors beginning one month out, making our lives much less stressful. She created the timeline and made sure all people involved were on board!. She created a computer generated floor plan of the venue with all of the important details. On the day of the reception, Leah put out the finishing touches for us and even helped us clean up afterwards. Leah's services were invaluable and probably the best money spent in preparing for my daughter's wedding. I highly recommend Leah and her services!!

Jenna Goodman (bride) was recommended to EEP Events. I am the Mother of the Bride. We first met with both Jimmy (DJ) and Leah (planner) about 1 year before the wedding date. Thrilled and delighted in an understatement. They are the most professional team I have come across. Responsiveness was within hours. At times, they beat us to the punch and had our questions answered as we were thinking of them. We could not have been happier. The wedding was perfect. We asked for a "Rockin" Party and that is what we got. People were dancing until the very last minute, And all the little details that Leah (planner) helped us with were just amazing. Our friends have not stopped raving about the party and the vendors (EEP). We would overwhelmingly recommend them for any event.

It’s commonly said that planning your wedding will be one of the most difficult and stressful times of your life. However, my experience was an absolute joy and pleasure due to the planning services of Leah Economos of EEP Events. Leah is knowledgeable, professional, and organized to a fault. Each potential vendor that I met throughout the entire planning process commented as to what a delight it was to work with such a structured and thorough wedding coordinator. Leah was meticulous about working with my very specific tastes. I was not an easy bride to please as so many of my ideas were in stark contrast to one another. I wanted a beach wedding (in the sand!) in which I could wear fabulous 4 inch heels. Leah made it happen. I wanted a fun, casual wedding in a sophisticated, high-class atmosphere. Somehow, it was exactly that.
Leah was especially talented at finding the perfect vendors for my wedding. She knew that I am uncomfortable having my picture taken, so she found a photographer who could genuinely make me laugh and who put me at ease during the particularly stressful pre-ceremony photographs.
Leah took care of me and looked out for my best interests during the entire process. For example, at my hair and makeup dry run, the beautician styled both my hair and makeup in such a way that I was displeased—she then proved unreceptive to my constructive criticism. Leah sensed that I was unhappy, (almost before I even realized I was) explained to me that I needn’t settle and emphasized just how important it was that I feel my most beautiful on the day of my wedding. She was able to get me out of my contract with that beautician without losing me a single penny.
But more than all of these things, Leah made me feel confident and joyful on my wedding day instead of anxious and tense. I can say in all honestly that on the day of my wedding, I felt excited and relaxed. If for no other reason, hire Leah so that you can actually enjoy the best day of your life.

Leah from EEP events was our wedding coordinator/shoulder to cry on/slap of reality/life saver/superhero. Our wedding day and whole wedding planning process would not have ended well without Leah. She was always prepared for meetings, handled all the details seamlessly, made sure we were on track with budget and timing and helped us with a million details we would have left out without her help. She helped us source outside vendors, dealt with all the (boring) paperwork and always made myself and my family feel like we were her top priority.

Not only was she incredibly helpful for the practical side of things, she was also so enjoyable to work with, answered my phone calls when I was crying, dealt with drama and truly became a member of the family. I didn't want my wedding to be over because I knew it meant I wouldn't talk to her everyday anymore. She also has a wonderful team that was with us the day of the wedding that were equally as wonderful.

We also used EEP Events for our ceremony sound and it was perfect. I've been to a lot of weddings where you can't hear anything if you aren't in the front row, but the EEP Events team made sure the whole room could hear, while still making it feel like an intimate gathering.

I would highly recommend Leah and Jimmy for any and all of the services they provide!

Wow! I do not even know where to begin about this wonderful company. Robert and I met Jimmy and Leah a year before our wedding and our first time meeting with them I knew there was going to be something special about these two amazing people. Once we went through the initial meeting and contract review I knew Jimmy and Leah would be the ones to make our day magical. Leah and I hit off from the start and she is the most amazing coordinator I could have asked for. Over the course of the year planning my wedding if I needed anything I knew I could go to Leah and she would be there to help me. Leah and I created a special bond that I can't even explain. When planning a wedding that special bond we had was the bond I needed to get through the last year. On our wedding day and the weeks leading up to our event Leah was by my side through everything and on the actual wedding day I knew I could count on her to get me through my day without any hiccups. Leah and her assistant Casey were the best duo you could have on our wedding day. They were extremely attentive to me and my needs and making sure everything went off without a hitch. They went the extra mile in making sure everything was taken care of for me and helping calm my nerves. Leah knew I did not want to move my ceremony in doors but we had to because of rain and she went the extra mile to help transform the ballroom into the most beautiful setting for our ceremony. It could not have been prettier outside than it was inside. If you are looking for a team that will make sure your wedding is amazing then this is the team you need. Jimmy is an amazing DJ and will help keep your party moving throughout the night. The music and up-lighting provided by him helped make the reception one of the best weddings my guest said they have ever been too. He makes deciding music super easy for your wedding and we are so glad we had him there. There videographer was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hands down the best team!

Leah Economos did an absolutely fantastic job for us! My now wife was very skeptical about our need for a wedding planner and what exactly one would provide for the added cost to our wedding. We finally decided to hire Leah halfway through our planning process and we can honestly say our wedding would have not been nearly as organized or enjoyable for us. Planning a wedding is a full time job and if you are two working professionals it takes a lot of time and energy. Apart from her planning, her professional experience and calm demeanor through the entire wedding weekend really brought it all together. All of our other vendors even complemented and enjoyed working with her. Looking back hiring Leah was absolutely the most important thing we did in organizing our wedding. She was professional, organized, personable, and went above and beyond all of our expectations for a planner. Just wanted to say that we made the right decision hiring you guys for our wedding. Josh did a superb job, on point, impressive skill level, and improvisation as DJs should have. Some times we as clients don't pick songs that others will like, and JOSH was able to keep people moving. You handled our 'drunk DJ trolls' better than most (including me)!

We loved the music at our wedding!! My opinion... The entertainment at a wedding is one of the most important things. Jimmy is worth every penny. I just have to say that Leah and Jimmy are both wonderful and have the best personalities. We enjoyed working with them so much. From the day we met both of them, we were so excited to have them part of my daughters wedding. I never realized how much a wedding planner does, but Leah goes above and beyond. She is so organized and thought of everything way before we did. I felt so relieved when we found her because it took all the stress of me and my daughter making sure we did everything right. She coordinated all the details with each vendor and made the wedding day go so smoothly and kept everyone on the time schedule which really helped. I also can't say enough about Jimmy and what a great DJ he is. He kept the party going the entire reception. I'm not sure I've been to a wedding where the dance floor was packed the entire night. Everyone had such a great time and commented on how fun it was and loved the music he played. They are a great team and I would definitely recommend them for weddings or any other type of event.

Jimmy and Leah are the absolute essential components to a flawless and fabulous wedding! Leah helped keep me sane and organized from day 1 so I never worried about a thing! I kept hearing my other engaged friends vent about how stressed they were during the planning process, and I always felt so bad for them but at the same time it made me feel that much better because I did something right by hiring Leah! I never stressed or had any anxiety through the whole process. She ran the rehearsal with such efficiency and we were finished in no time! And the wedding day was an absolute dream as she came prepared with everything possible that I could need and ran the whole event with a smoothness I could only dream of. Jimmy was the perfect person to provide our entertainment and completely understood our taste in music. He kept the dance floor alive all evening, which was exactly what we wanted! Jimmy was an absolutely fabulous DJ and truly made my son's wedding one of the best parties ever! From the very first song played at the reception to the very last, the dance floor was packed! So much fun! The music choices by our son, Steven, and his beautiful bride, Lauren, broke from tradition and were fantastic; very personal to their relationship. I would highly recommend hiring Leah of EEP events as your event planner. Leah helped us plan our wedding this summer at our church with a reception at the Atlanta Bitlmore Ballrooms to follow. We had planned the big parts of the wedding when we decided that we wanted a planner approximately six months before the event. We wanted someone to provide day-of planning and to create a schedule for the big day. We did not have our wedding and reception at the same location and we wanted someone to handle all of the moving parts on the big day. Thankfully, EEP Events provides a two-month planner option and they were still available on our wedding day. Leah met us prior to our two-month mark to talk about our wishes and to make sure that we had everything in order for the time being. When we met again two months out from the wedding, we had a more detailed planning session and Leah was very organized. She also responded to emails promptly and attended several meetings with our vendors. EEP Events also helped us greatly by transporting our reception items (favors, decorations, champagne flutes, cake cutters, guestbooks) to the venue for us. At the rehearsal and day-of, Leah was very attentive and made sure that everything went according to schedule. She made sure I looked great by helping touch up hair and make-up before I walked down the aisle. At the end of the wedding, Leah and her assistant helped our parents pack up all of our gifts and other items. Everything went very smoothly and our guests had a really fun time at our wedding. Thanks to EEP events, my husband and I really enjoyed our big day because we did not have to worry about anything except having fun! Again, we would highly recommend EEP events for your event planning needs.

I was so pleased with Jimmy & his wife Leah on their responsiveness and professionalism with all of our communication. I also have to say that it is SUPER convenient that you can fill out your planning forms and add music to your request list online so you can update it in your own time. When I met with Jimmy a few months before the wedding to talk through details about the big day he asked all the right questions, provided suggestions since he's done this hundreds of times, and left me feeling 1) confident that he had it under control 2) we'd be dancing all night and 3) he'd keep the day flowing so that I didn't have to stress. I'm about two weeks into married life and looking back I can safely say that he met all 3. We had a good group dancing all night and he played just the right songs to keep both the 50 year olds and the 25 year olds on the dance floor! My cousin even asked me if he had created a playlist on spotify that she could listen to since she had such a good time! Highly recommend!

Jimmy and Leah Economos, and John who was our night-of DJ, were all phenomenal to work with. All of our guests had a blast and I know the music and coordination had a lot to do with it. Virtually everyone from my college friends to my grandma told us how great John was. We also did our videography with EEP. Just like the rest of the EEP folks we worked with, our videographer was awesome. Even though our hotel event planner left halfway through the night, our wedding went off without a hitch because John carried the ball. Can't recommend EEP highly enough.

Thank you Jimmy, Leah and the staff at EEP events! 430 people at our big fat Greek wedding was a challenge to coordinate especially with the many alpha personalities in both families. With a wife in residency for pediatrics and me flying around the county conducting auctions this event would have been a disaster if we went at it without EEP Events. Your execution was pristine and our guest keep telling us that "THE WEDDING WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER ATTENDED." Two months later we are still hearing the buzz about our wedding and what an amazing time our guest had. When you speak with EEP events and they tell you they've provided services for over 1,000 weddings you better believe they've earned every word of that statement.

Everything was impressively professional from our planning sessions to the execution of our big day. All of our communication with EEP events was met with quick and timely responses. They made it exceedingly clear this day would be driven by the will of the bride, down to as many details as she could think up. This wasn't just DJ services provided, it was a complete planning package. Their personalized website helps you cover misc details even the bride to be left out.
We had a pretty complex schedule with nearly a minute by minute breakdown of different songs, everything was executed exactly as planned. This was a crucial part of our story as there is only one chance to live the dream of your wedding day. An immense amount of trust goes into your DJ, that they will create what you have been dreaming about all your life. It is essential to grasp this when selecting your DJ. We did receive a few quotes from "cookie cutter" DJ services we found online, but it was pretty clear they wouldn't provide the attention to detail your wedding day requires. When you select your DJ, if you're not walk away saying "wow this is going to be great," you picked the wrong DJ.
On the wedding day the EEP staff worked with our venue staff to keep everything aligned and on schedule. From introducing the wedding party to teaching and leading the guests in Greek dances, each and every request the Bride and Groom had for the EEP staff was met with the same answer, "yes of course right away." It was like the Ritz Carlton of DJ services. Planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful and having this team behind the scenes was one of the most comforting decisions we made.

When I need entertainment for a special event, Jimmy Economos at EEP Events is the only DJ I would hire. I know Jimmy's work well since he has entertained my guests at two of my children's graduation parties and my daughter's wedding last year. So, as soon as I set the date for my wedding, the first thing I did was call Jimmy so he can get me on his calendar. Jimmy is a professional who really feels the crowd and has everyone dancing and entertained the entire time. I whole-heartedly recommend Jimmy for all your events. You can rest assured that your event will definitely be memorable.

EEP Events both planned our wedding and provided DJ services. Leah's planning was flawless and every aspect of the wedding was handled in advance so that our experience was great. She stepped up in so many ways, we cannot imagine our wedding without her. Jimmy was spectacular. We have never worked with a DJ who was able to work the crowd they way he did. He got the party rolling and was able to dial it down for toasts and then ramp it right back up again. We cannot give them a higher rating. They went above and beyond in every way. You should hire them for everything and not think twice. They return the investment and then some.

One of the things I was worried about when booking a DJ is someone who was cheesy and played horrible music. However, working with Jimmy was so easy! My now husband has worked as sound and done weddings himself so you know the we had high exceptions! Well he meet all of them and more. He was easy to work with and provided all the equipment that we requested without us paying more. He took our playlist and mixed it perfectly with ours and was a great MC as well. If you need a DJ I highly suggest booking him! It was a perfect night of mjusic!

Jimmy did a great job at our wedding. He was incredibly organized and met with us to discuss our needs and concerns. Jimmy was the absolute best!! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. He was so organized and professional yet so much fun to work with. He listened to all of our requests and made the reception so special. He really got involved with the guests and everyone was out of their chair dancing and having a great time! We didn't want the night to end. I definitely would recommend Jimmy to all brides-to-be!!

Being that I work in Festivals and Events, I knew there would be some expectations from our guests as far as the quality/overall memorableness of our wedding. In choosing a DJ, what I had liked about seeing Jimmy Economos at prior events, is that he did not try to steal the spotlight during the event. Instead, he just had an amazing way with the music that just kept the party going and I knew that was what I wanted. While I had a budget in mind, and did not want to break the bank, I also wanted a professional - knowing they could make or break our night. Having all our guests coming in from out of town, I wasn't going to settle on someone's i-pod shuffle. Some DJs are loud, boisterous and a little over the top for my preference. My goal was to have the spotlight remain on my husband and I (Hey, it was our wedding day so I'm not ashamed to say it) yet ensure that we had plenty of guests out on the dance floor. With Jimmy as our DJ, all I can say is...Mission Accomplished. We had aunts and uncles on the dance floor that we had NEVER seen dance before! Jimmy worked with us on our preferred play list and also respected our wishes in that we asked for no Chicken Dance/Electric Slide songs (to each their own who like them - we just don't particularly care for them) I was worried that he may still try to slip them in, as I have seen other DJs do at weddings where brides requested they not be played, but Jimmy stayed true to his word. We danced for 4 solid hours and have amazing pics/memories because of it. Our Photographers stayed for the ENTIRE reception due to how many great pics they were able to capture being there was never a dull moment. How do we know that we made that right decision in hiring Jimmy...easy...Family and friends STILL continue to talk about how much fun they had at our wedding. My husband's friends always rate our wedding against all the ones we've attended since getting married...(It's funny that it's coming from guys but according to them...we have yet to have anyone top ours and my husband LOVES hearing this) Should we ever need a DJ for future events - EEP will be our one and only call.

Jimmy was a GREAT DJ! We had seen him DJ at a close friends wedding a year prior to our wedding and decided we HAD to have him for our wedding. Jimmy was a big help in the pre-planning process- he was not pushy yet had great suggestions and the planning format he has is very easy to use. Jimmy provided the music for not only our reception, but also for our ceremony and cocktail hour. He played music that perfectly complemented each part of the day and had access to all the songs we requested. At the reception, Jimmy had every person up and dancing for the entire night- and we had a wide range of dancers from my 3 year old nephew to our grandparents! The floor was never empty!! He had songs for every generation- my parents enjoyed dancing all night as well! Many of our guests praised Jimmy's work and mix of music. I worked with Jimmy from out of state and everything turned out perfectly. We only conversed via phone and email (the first time we met in person was the day of the wedding), but he managed to create a playlist that was perfect for us, our guests, and the event. All our guests had a great time and I literally did not leave the dance floor once during the entire night. He also did a great job of honoring requests that were in line with our musical tastes, which made for an unforgettable second-to-last dance between me and my husband to a song requested by my maid-of-honor. Final thought: Jimmy has an amazing, radio-worthy voice that sounds great during introductions and other times when the dj needs to speak.

After receiving recommendations for Jimmy from our reception site, our expectations were high. As you know, high expectations sometimes lend themselves to disappointment. However, Jimmy did quite the opposite- he exceeded all we hoped for, and then some.

Jimmy helped make our wedding ceremony and reception perfect. Not only did we have a blast, we continually receive feedback about how much fun our reception was, namely because of the music and dancing. It was the first time we had seen folks dancing before the dinner was over (only pausing long enough to eat) and continuing until we had to shut down. Our main guidance for Jimmy on the day of the big event was to "keep 'em dancing," and Jimmy did just that. He did a phenomenal job of incorporating the music we wanted and love into what most folks cannot resist dancing to. He did a perfect job of setting the tone and music for a very memorable night.

Jimmy was very flexible, enabling a great flow as the evening evolved. The entire event went off without a hitch and that is largely due to Jimmy's effort.

Jimmy did a wonderful job at my wedding and really exceeded my expectations! He made sure everyone had a great time on and off the dance floor. As with most weddings, we had people ages 6-86 and he made sure everyone was included and felt comfortable. We met before the wedding so he could get to know our style of music and really stuck with what we wanted. Jimmy was absolutely AWESOME! We originally met with him to only discuss DJ services, and we'd met with about 3 other DJs (all of the ones who were most recommended on the wedding sites). We'd also been looking at 3 other vendors for uplighting and pinspots and decided to go with Jimmy for both lighting and DJ services (I'm huge on research and customer reviews). We just told him what we like overall, and he went with it and totally delivered beyond our expectations. He's so easy to work with and really listened to what we were looking for in the feel of the reception. The music was great and everyone had a blast. He's extremely professional, but outgoing and fun. I'm so glad we decided to use him and didn't base our decision on the most expensive DJ's being the best. The pricing was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier about going with him!

I booked Jimmy Economos after meeting him at a Conference. What appealed to me was that I could tell he was a "fun" yet professional guy. I wanted someone who could ensure that our guests would have a great time and yet not try to steal the show on our wedding day as the "wacky DJ guy". I'm sure he has it in him should someone be looking for that but we weren't and Jimmy was PERFECT! My husband and I had aunts & uncles out on the dance floor that we had never seen bust a move before that day. We LOVED it! Obviously, music plays a big part and my husband and I really appreciated being able to pick and choose what we wanted to be played, including what we absolute DID NOT want played. Jimmy followed it to a "t". All of our guests were from out of town and when we went home for the holidays they were still raving about the DJ and the music. I don't even know where to begin... wedding planning is stressful and everyone knows that. However, Jimmy & Leah and the rest of the team were amazing. My wedding day was beautiful and went so smooth and I definitely could not have done it without Leah. She is the best, hands down. Meeting Jimmy and Leah was the best blessing God could have sent me to save me from this stressful journey. Leah is very professional and helpful. She was very organized and had everything in order. I can't thank Jimmy enough for the amazing job he did at our wedding. My husband is Armenian and I'm half Cuban and he was able to incorporate both types of music seamlessly...if you have a multi-cultural wedding, Jimmy can get this done in a classy/fun way. He also just had great music for everyone---the dance floor was literally never empty! I also am SO SO glad that we went with the lighting package: Jimmy made it a party! It was another beautiful feature in the room. Many people came up to me during the reception and told me that this is one of the best weddings that they had ever been to...and I can honestly say that a large part of that had to do with Jimmy, his professionalism, and his talent to lure the fun out of everyone. Jimmy and his team did a great job for our event. They took our very eclectic (and diverse) tastes and requests and made it happen.

They handled both the ceremony and reception, combining a saxophonist and percussionist with a DJ creating a very unique sound. They were also able to find us an amazingly talented cellist with very short notice who was able to play a pretty complicated piece quite beautifully.

Jimmy is a great DJ! He did everything I asked, and was very flexible. He played lots of great Greek music and American music. He was difficult to get in touch with prior to the event, but my wedding was around the time of many Greek festivals which is a busy time for him.

I was very well pleased with Jimmy Economos Events until the actual wedding day. I spoke with him the day before to confirm everything and everything was set. When I arrived at the venue on my wedding day, the second "backup" DJ was there without Jimmy. He was late and Jimmy hadn't conveyed any of the information we had confirmed the day before to him. He did not play the music while the wedding party entered the reception, the version of our Father-Daughter dance song had a minute long spoken intro to it, and the Mother-Son dance song got corrupted in the beginning and he had to re-download it on the spot. He seemed confused with the Latin music song files they had downloaded prior to the wedding and chose not to play them until my mother approached him about it. The beginning of the reception got off to a rough start musically, but it got better after that. Everyone enjoyed dancing the night away!

Jimmy was referred by a friend. We were very excited to work with him and the planning was going smoothly at first. Then a couple of months before our wedding he let us know that couldn't DJ our event and gave us a different DJ. Then 3 weeks prior to our wedding he switched us to ANOTHER DJ. The communication between us, Jimmy, and the final DJ was terrible. Meeting times were cancelled at the last minute. We were never able to meet our DJ prior to the event. And we were apprehensive about the dj's professionalism before the event. This was unneeded stress prior to the wedding!

At the ceremony, the mic for the minister was broken and there was not back up. The entrance songs we selected were messed up and not played as we requested them.

At the reception the DJ seemed to have lost the play list as the bride asked him to play songs from the list. We had gone above and beyond to provide an outlined list to make our song selections as easy as possible. The website where you enter you outline is not user friendly.
