  I couldnt be happier

  My husband and myself love our video! We watched the day as it was happening all over again. This was the best investment from my wedding thank you so much ed!

  LOVED LOVED LOVED! The outcome of our video! My video took a bit longer than expected as i understand there were some issues with a server hacked but all in all it was worth the wait. Eduardo's teamed reached out and we were able to get exactly the video we envisioned. Eduardo filmed my wedding personally and was really awesome on the day of we did not even know he was there.

  My wife and i thought twice about getting video for our wedding. After finding Eduardo's work through instagram we completely fell in love with his work and we decided to book him for our wedding. The entire team was amazing to work with and we could not be happier with the final product. Everyone that we show the trailer to is beyond blown away by the quality and detail that was captured.

  Ed made our wedding unforgettable, our video was amazing. As a woman you dream of your wedding as fairy tail and that is exactly what our video looks and feels like. He arrived early and was one of the last to leave to capture every single moment of our special night. Thanks to Ed I can have that memory forever.

  We just received our wedding video and my family and i just watched it! We are so grateful for Eduardo and his team were able to capture our day just beautifully! I was a bit disappointed that Eduardo was not the one editing and handling the edit requests but Miles the editor is very nice to work with and overall i am satisfied.

  This guy is a liar and thief. Do not book with him. He has provided couples with nothing and he's provided other couples with just their online version of their video and never delivers their actual hard copies. The online version link he sends expires in time. You pay to remember the most important day of your life to just have it's gone. Since my wedding he has given us the run around about our physical copies and now has fallen of the face of the earth. Won't return phone calls emails or text messages. Of course my husband and I are upset at the money we spent to receive nothing in the end. But, we are devastated over the memories that were lost. Not sure how this guy sleeps at night.

  Disappointed & distraught

  DO NOT HIRE HIM! We trusted him with the best day of our lives only for him to disappear with any and all footage of our day. He stopped answering until his number stopped working. I randomly ran into his colleague who remembered helping him film my wedding, and he told me he left to another country for some time. He gave me his email and when I confronted him about it, he sent me a link to a “preview” and told me he’ll send me everything once I pay him some absurd amount of money. The link expired after a couple of hours and I have never heard from him again. At this point, it’s less about the money, and more about footage that we will never get to watch. Unfortunately, 5 years later, were still searching for this guy, who has screwed over plenty of other people. If you want memories of your day, just stay far far away!!!

  This guy is such a liar and a thief. He talks so good and does not deliver. No integrity whatsoever. Please save your money and time. He hasn't returned any photos/video. Keep making excuses. What a con artist. Will be filing lawsuit.

  We usually don't do this to small businesses, but this is a something where we must let all our brides know. Vendors fail to remember that the wedding business is a tight community and brides communicate to one another! Customer service is a very big thing for us. After going through so many different vendors, it drove us crazy to know that some of these vendors like Eduardo Duran Films have the audacity to act as if they were the only video company on the planet! I don't care how good their work is, but if the company doesn't care about you and just want your money, then that's not for us.
  
  We don't remember who we were speaking to, we believe it was the owner, but whoever it was, he was rude to us after we asked about packages. We are particular with updated camera technology and when we asked some questions about the types of cameras, lenses, and aerial cinematography technology, this particular person said to stop asking as we were not allowed to ask these questions and that it was rude of us to ask how they work!! My fiance and I couldn't believe it! We stayed calm at first, so we could have just hung up and move forward, but we didn't. Maybe we should have because we ended up asking a few more questions such as their shooting style as we are concerned of having an obtrusive crew. We also asked of their reliability and they said, it's only reliable if you get the biggest package, pretty much telling us if we aren't willing to spend, then don't bother trying to book us. After a couple of seconds of silence, we told them how rude they are and unprofessional. As soon as we said that, they hung up on us!!!!!
  
  BEWARE, of this company. Inquire and book at your own risk. You've been warned. Lastly, we aren't sure they are licensed to commercially offer aerial cinematography after speaking to professional aerial cinematography companies. There are strict laws and clients can get in trouble for hiring companies who are not licensed.

It has been over 10 months since I got married and I don't even know if my wedding footage exists or was lost. He doesn't even have the decency to reach out to me and let me know what is going on.
