    Editing Life Videography did a great job filming our wedding! Matt was friendly, helpful, and was able to remain behind the scenes but capture everything. We really enjoyed working with them!

    Matt was amazing on our wedding day! He was friendly and professional, and during the event we never knew he was there. The video is absolutely amazing. It has everyone raving!

    My experience with editing life videography has been amazing ! They were always quick to respond to emails and worked with me to make sure I got the package and hours that made the most sense ! Also just a few days after my wedding I received a sneak peak video which I loved and was able to share with family who was not able to make the wedding ! I would highly recommend using Matt and his team!

    Amazing Experience

    Matt did the videography for our September wedding. He was extremely easy to work with from the start. We barely even noticed him there during the wedding! Overall it was an incredible experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone getting married or for any other function. Thanks Matt!

    From the moment we contacted Matt, we knew Editing Life Videography was the perfect fit for our wedding! Matt provided exceptional services before and during our wedding and was ALWAYS responsive and there every step of the way. He even provided us with a sneak peek of our video immediately the day after our wedding which of course was absolutely beautiful and had me in tears all over again.     Brandon was amazing on our special day. He worked so well with our photographers and he captured everything we envisioned our wedding day would be. Matt was so incredibly helpful in setting everything up, walking us through our options when it comes to wedding videography, and he was so flexible with timing and finalizing the agenda for our day.

    Brandan and Meghan were prompt, professional and courteous throughout our entire wedding day. They were able to capture amazing footage without interfering with the special moments and atmosphere of the day. The time, creativity and professionalism that was put into our wedding video was evident from the final product. Matt went above and beyond making sure our special requests were fulfilled. We can't thank the Buerhaus team enough for their outstanding work and would highly recommend them to anyone. Because of them, we will be able to view our wonderful wedding memories forever!

    Very Stressed Bride but Matt is Fantastic

    I have not recieved my video but my experience with Matt was so great. I would recommend based on that alone. 2020 threw many obstacles and the wedding day was no different and stress level was at an all time high. But Matt is so personable and provided great support, advice and was a nice presence to have around. I felt like a friend had come to hang and assist. He checked on us but was unobtrusive while filming. I would definitely reccomend him!

    I was sure I didn't need a videographer for the wedding, my mom and moh convinced me otherwise. I am so glad that we used Buerhaus designs for our video. They were so discrete I didn't even notice them during the ceremony. Within a few days we received a sneak peak and I cried watching it, it was beautiful. Our wedding was such a special day and it goes by so quickly, now I get to watch and relieve moments that went by that I may not remember. It was wonderful having them as a apart of our day.

    Matt Buerhaus of Editing Life Videography EditingLife.com & Buerhaus Design LLC, did a wonderful job of capturing our wedding on video. We just got home from our honeymoon today and the "sneak peak" video was already posted for us to watch the ceremony and first dance. A wonderful way to end our honeymoon week.

    Matt Buerhaus and crew were amazing to to work with!!! At first my husband and I were not budgeting for a videographer, but now we are so thankful we made the decision. The day of the wedding flies by so quickly, so it's nice to be able to sit down and relive this memory. Matt was the first videography I spoke to, and the only one I spoke to. I knew after exchanging emails and meeting with him to go over packages he was the guy that will capture every major part during our special day. Not only did he handle the videography, but he also took care of the lighting at our reception. He did an amazing job detting the tone that I was looking for. A few days after the wedding Matt posted a "First Look" video on his website of our First Dance. After seeing this I couldn't wait to see what else he has in store for us. Matt sent us the digital version of the video which we downloaded, and were able to watch until we recieved our DVDs in the mail. the video brought tears to my eyes. I was so happy to be able to relive this special day! I would most certainly, with no doubt in my mind reccomend Matt! Matt will now be our videographer for all family functions!

    Matt was first class all the way around. Professional, responsive, and most times on the day of the ceremony.... I didn't even notice he was there (which is a lot of what we were looking for in a videographer) Plus it's great to get a "sneak peek" video a few days after the wedding so you can relive the moment!

    Matt was always friendly and very responsive to any emails leading up to the wedding day. On the day-of he was very behind-the-scenes during the ceremony and reception, you hardly noticed him at all, but he got some great footage. The edited video we received back from him was wonderful. It exceeded all of my expectations. His editing and special effects he adds are amazing. He made the video both fun and emotional. My Husband did not originally want to pay for a videographer, but after he saw the final product he was so glad we did.

    Matt and his wife Julia are AMAZING wedding videographers! They captured our April 2017 wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club in Stevensville, MD flawlessly! They were so friendly and professional, and wonderful to work with! Having experience shooting at our venue before, they were able to help us make last minute decisions (such as moving our ceremony inside due to 25mph winds) with true expertise, because they knew what would result in a better occasion for us and our guests, and what would produce a better video! They not only videographed our wedding, but helped with such planning aspects too. Do not hesitate to book Editing Life Videography for your wedding. They are very reasonably priced compared to the industry standard and deliver a product well above what is expected! Moreover, as a family run business, they work great as a team if you opt for a second shooter (which is a must because they covered so many aspect of our wedding that we wouldn't have otherwise seen)! With all of the footage they collected, we barely noticed they were filming the entire evening!

    Can't imagine booking a better, more professional or experienced videography team!

    To be honest, we chose Buerhaus Design because they offered a great video package at a very reasonable price. We did not really have any expectations on the quality. We just knew that we wanted someone to document the day on video. BUT the service leading up to the wedding was great- and the company is very easy to work with. They were professional and friendly on the wedding day- making sure to get all the great shots but without getting in the way, and without being intrusive. And then- we got our "spotlight video". This is the 5 minute video of the highlights of the day and we were blown away. It was edited professionally and perfectly. We love it and think it is a great bonus to have this short video to show friends and family. Shortly after that, we received our full video. It was also beautifully edited and exactly what we wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend using Buerhaus designs if you are looking for someone to document your big day. You will not regret it!!

    Best decision!

    I am so glad that we decided to hire Editing Life Videography! They day flew by so quickly, it was hard to take it all in. Now we have a beautiful video of all our special moments to share with friends and family. Brandan filmed our wedding and he was kind and professional. We would definitely recommend Brandan and Matt Buerhaus!

    Best videographers ever!

    Matt and Sandy from Editing Life were phenomenal to work with! They responded to all of my emails in a timely manner, they were professional, kind, and best of all was no one even noticed they were at the wedding! The duo blended in and worked flawlessly with the photographers. Matt even sent me a sneak peak of the video 4 days after the wedding. They were such a joy to work with and offered so many packages for couples trying to stick to a strict budget. Couldn't ask for better service!

    Matt & Julia are Rockstars!

    We reached out to Matt about two months before our Sept 2020 wedding, right as we were making the difficult decision to drastically reduce our invite list for our ceremony and to push our reception out to 2021. He was so responsive, welcoming, and flexible right from the start. We still wanted our friends and family to be able to take part in our day, and Matt and Julia not only flawlessly executed a livestream to allow everyone to join from home but also produced beautiful long and short-format footage that we can't wait to show at our 'sequel wedding' reception this year. The drone footage to set the scene was absolutely fantastic, and their work truly shined especially in the long-format film! We couldn't recommend this team enough!

    Matt Buerhaus and the rest of his team were a great choice for our wedding. We worked with Matt for all the planning prior to the wedding and for the editing after the wedding. On the day of, he sent his parents, Mike and Sandy, to shoot the wedding at the Naval Academy. They were both very kind and helpful and we hardly even knew they were there! Somehow, they stayed completely out of the way but still got all the perfect shots. They were very familiar with the rules at the Naval Academy, and you could tell they were very experienced. They captured so many wonderful moments of our day and it has been so much fun to look back on! We received a sneak peak just days after the wedding, and Matt was also able to provide us with some special footage of a funny and memorable moment during our ceremony. The whole team was great to work with - very responsive, friendly, and helpful in all aspects. We couldn’t have made a better choice!
