As a planner, I had a great experience coordinating my client's wedding at the Ohioan. Communication with Ben, our contact at the venue, was smooth and responses were prompt, and he was very helpful with some special timeline considerations that resulted from the flow of the couple's wedding day. On the day, the event itself ran smoothly from setup to teardown, the food was great, and the whole facility and catering team was very helpful. Grateful for the opportunity to work at the Ohioan and hoping for more opportunities to do so in the future!

My husband and I got married in the Edgewater space at Nationwide Hotel and it was an absolute dream. The location was perfect for our guests and kept everything in one space. The food was perfect, multiple guests said it was the best steak they’d ever had! The team at Nationwide made sure everything was planned and perfect for our day. I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to have to worry about the little details at the end of the day.

Getting to have our wedding at nationwide hotel and conference center was honestly a dream! The location is beautiful, the amenities are wonderful, and the staff really helps to generate a flawless experience! My husband and I just got married there in November and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day ❤️ getting to work with Desi made the experience that much more enjoyable. She was attentive to detail, there for not only us but our family/guests every step of the way, and just all around a wonderful person to work with! Our special day would not have been the same without her! Thank you for helping make our dream day come true!

Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center was the absolute BEST venue to have our wedding. We could not have asked for anything more. Having the hotel right on site made it so easy for our out of town guests to stay in. The Pub onsite was so much fun for our after party! We had our ceremony and reception in the Grand Ballroom which was so romantic and elegant and just perfect. We had around 155 guests and the room was the perfect size. The food was excellent and we had so many compliments from our guests! Kristen was our event coordinator and she was incredible! I didn't worry about a thing the day of because she had it covered! Communication with her was amazing leading up to the wedding, any questions I had she answered. I can't say enough good things about this venue and staff! Highly recommend

Planning a wedding around Covid-19 was not easy, but Brittany and the event staff did an excellent job with our wedding October 2nd 2020. We felt like absolute royalty and our guests felt very comfortable with all of the precautions taken by Nationwide to keep everyone safe and healthy. Beautiful venue, kind and gracious staff, amazing food, and an event planner who went above and beyond at every step.

Nationwide was the perfect place for our special day! Brittany was our coordinator and was very timely in responses answering all of our questions (& my mother in law had ALOT!) We had both ceremony and reception here which was perfect for our guests not traveling between events. Every guest we talked to said the food was incredible! & The campus is beautiful for pictures!

During the pandemic we heard HORROR stories of other vendors and venues. Nationwide (Jaime and Brittany) were wonderful to work with. I can’t believe how beautiful and perfect our day was. They handled the pandemic like champs and made us feel as safe as possible. They allowed us full access to the patios for us to spread out and enjoy the beautiful weather. We also loved bow ceremony/reception/hotel was all on the same grounds!

We cannot recommend the staff at Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center enough. They are exactly who you want for help planning your wedding. We worked the most with Brittany, who was super friendly, and seems a like a friend of mine now after working with us throughout our two year engagement for planning our wedding. She was patient in answering all our questions (we had a LOT) and organized in planning for us. She even provided dates the ballroom was having weddings and allowed us to pop in before the wedding started so we could see how they decorated. Our wedding turned out to be scheduled for during the height of the coronavirus pandemic, and Brittany and Jaime were SO prompt in helping us reschedule - we were able to find a new date that worked for everyone in only a few hours due to their responsiveness. They even adjusted some terms of our contract to be more flexible due to the pandemic. We cannot recommend Nationwide HCC enough and I will keep it in mind for future events!!

Nationwide is hands down the beat decision we made in our wedding process. Everyone was so accommodating and the venue itself is GORGEOUS. we worked with brittany who went above and beyond what we asked for. I could go on and on about how great this place is. They know what they are doing and made our day exactly what we dreamed of. It was so nice having our hotel, ceremony, reception, and after party at the same place.

HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone! The entire process from inquiry to event was seamless. Our coordinator was so kind, helpful, and flexible. We had a million questions and they were always so patient and punctual with us. The only downfall was that they told us they would clean up the decorations in the reception after the event and when we came to pick them up they were still all out on the tables. Otherwise, they set ceremony and reception up beautifully, rehearsal was so easy, and all of our guests said how much fun they had. It seemed like they really wanted to make all of our requests possible. We had such a dream of a wedding!

Edgewater @ NHCC was beautiful and easy to decorate. Kristen was our Day of Event coordinator and she was amazing. We had a slight mishap with our florist and she was able to get ahold of them right away and get them to fix it. The whole process was as easy as wedding planning gets because of how responsive, and experienced everyone there was. We got so many compliments on our ceremony and reception, I will 100% recommend them to every bride I know! They also have a huge campus, so lots of options to take pictures before and after!

The Edgewater Room Nationwide Event staff and Brittany went above and beyond everything we could have hoped for our daughter’s wedding day! The venue was absolutely stunning and so unique! We love that everything was right there on campus. The hotel was amazing and accommodated a lot of our guest. All of our guests are still talking about it! The food and drinks were amazing! The staff is beyond wonderful, Brittany and her whole team was everything you hope for in a wedding team! From the very beginning they were so accommodating, answered all the questions we had and did so in a timely manner, to the day of made sure every detail was perfect! Everything was exceptional and I could not recommend this venue enough! Was so impressed with the fact that any small request I had during the actual wedding day directed to the staff or Brittany herself all were addressed within minutes of me asking for something. Kristen our wedding planner, was amazing!! She thought of EVERYTHING, did things we didn’t even think of. It aloud us to not stress at all!! Everything was set up start to finish and we were able to just enjoy our night!!!

We got married at the NHCC in September with 160 people in attendance. (On the Tennessee Lawn -- Reception was in the North Pointe Ballroom) and Oh. My. Goodness. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the venue. First off, Bryan was our initial contact. He was transparent and totally not pushy when giving us a tour of the place. Kristen was our event manager and she was a saint. I cannot imagine going through the weekend without her! She was patient and chill, and helped us through every decision and detail. The venue, of course, was gorgeous, and the food was amazing. (The beef filet practically melts in your mouth!!) To everyone who made that day happen: THANK YOU! The day was absolutely, 100% perfect, and I would not change a single thing.

I had a great experience working with Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center. We worked with Kristen and she was very accommodating and SO easy to work with. My wedding day was better than I even imagined it could be! Many guests also commented on how good the food was! We had many guests from out of town who stayed at the hotel and the rooms were very nice and the on-site pub was a huge hit with everyone all weekend long! This really was a fantastic place for our wedding!!

Our first visit to NHC was with Bryan Wright, who made us fall in love with the venue! He was super knowledgable about weddings, and helped us with our initial booking, after answering a billion emails from us! Lisa Sullivan was our second contact, and she was fantastic in helping us throughout the planning process. She went on maternity leave earlier this year, so Caroline Whitaker stepped in and the transition was seamless! Bryan also helped us get our rehearsal dinner set up relatively last minute, which turned out to be wonderful! Caroline and everyone else went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered and that our day was as wonderful as we had hoped for! The hotel staff, especially the front desk, were also super helpful the entire weekend, and I cannot say enough great things about their customer service! We had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this venue!

Lisa, Bryan and their entire team at Nationwide are outstanding. So many times we have to be cautious not to confuse the expectations set during the "sale" with the "implementation" or this case the total quality orchestration of pre-reception, reception event and post-reception performance.

NHCC's team is clearly a "quality team" and it could be no other way since it took a team to delivery such an outstanding wedding reception for our families and the 160 persons served. NHCC hit on every aspect of performance - preparation, execution, service professionalism, focus on the customer (bride/groom, parents and all guests) and the food was outstanding, in fact the chef/team, facility venue, management and service team (including hotel and onsite pub team) all received rave reviews from each and every one of our guests that took time to comment, and there were many, many guest comments of praise for Nationwide.

Chef and team served one of the best meals and also wedding meals our family has ever seen. And we have had over 50 weddings between our families over the years. Great job! We were in the Grand Ballroom and it was beautiful, but so are ll the other NHCC reception venues. Ours was a New Year's Eve wedding and that made it all the more special.

We would highly recommend NHCC to any bride/groom and families. We received optimum value for our investment. We will return for sure!

Tour and then immediately book this team. My wedding was FLAWLESS and I can owe a lot of that to Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center. I worked with Caroline and she was great. She makes everything easy and stress free for her brides....nothing is a problem and she was always able to ease my stress. The food was incredible, the space is beautiful and my guests loved that everything was in one place: the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, reception and a place to sleep. The other awesome thing is going to the pub just feet away from the reception.

My only advice is to tour with an open mind. When my mom and I toured, we fell in love but were scared of the price. When I calculated all that was included in the venue price (food, alcohol, ceremony space and added services), it came out to be about what we were thinking we would spend, but without the hassle of booking several more vendors.

Multiple people commented about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Everything about my day was smooth. I couldn't have asked for more!!

Brian set up the contract for us, listened to our needs and our budget and bended over backwards to meet them with utmost care and professionalism. Lisa was our wedding coordinator and she is absolutely fantastic, covered all the details, made sure that everything turned out perfect, was easy to work with, made our planning a breeze and our day went without a flaw. Nationwide offers three different venues to hold your wedding. We selected the Edgewater room because we did not want a ball room feel and it worked out great. The coordinators leading up to the reception were great to work with and everything was perfect on the day of!

I could rave for DAYS about how amazing Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center is! I especially love Lisa Sullivan and Bryan Wright. They were fantastic! I worked more closely with Lisa for final details, and she made me feel like I did not need to worry about ANYTHING- this feeling was right. Everything was absolutely perfect and exactly the way I imagined. I hope that any bride has a wedding as perfect as I did. I just cannot stop thinking about how lucky we are!

NHCC was a great venue for our ceremony and reception! It's elegant and classy decor is exactly what we were looking for in a venue. Many of our guests stayed at the hotel so they were able to relax and enjoy the reception, and the Pub afterwards, and not have to worry about driving anywhere. My husband and I didn't have a chance to eat at the reception, like most brides and grooms, so when we got to our complimentary suite that night, there were plates of hot food from our reception waiting for us. We felt so taken care of by all the staff; they really think of every thing! I would highly recommend NHCC to anyone looking to work with a professional & friendly staff and a classy & modern venue.

The venue and staff was all we dreamed for our wedding day. People are still raving about the food! Our coordinator continued to help me stay in budget with cost saving alternatives, she was consistently available during meltdowns around room blocks and transportation before the big day, and the whole experience was just a breath of fresh air! All inclusive resort style right in the heart of Ohio!
As for the food...You want tortellini with extra creamy sauce to meet your taste buds, they address. You want the asparagus with more seasoning, done. You want a carving station with vegetarian alternatives, absolutely. You want 12 vodka tonics per guest at the price per head that includes alcohol and food, knowing your family will break the dance floor, it's all here!
Breathtaking first dance views in these water room that overlooks a lake with lit fountains, a MUST for photos! Don't forget uplighting, Tuscan lights throughout, and candle light, romance was all around and for the best cost in Columbus! Trust me, I went to 15 venues.
In secret, I sent a request for the venue a year before the proposal (thank you to Pinterest for pointing me in the right direction!). I saved the venue for last on my list and each place didn't compare in cost, but would the views compare? So you can't get your hopes up, you never know! But let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint!
I had the wedding of my dreams for HALF the cost even a quarter of the cost for my girlfriends! With my own personal touches, which made it even better.
We love Nationwide, our guests love nationwide, we will be back for baby showers and I'll be renewing my vows there, for sure!

NHCC was amazing from start to finish. Kate V was alongside us from the moment we began planning to visualizing decorations & menu options to executing on the big day. We're still receiving compliments on how nice the hotel rooms were, how fun it was to have The Pub on site and how delicious the food was throughout the night. I can't recommend it highly enough

After we toured the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center last spring, we knew this was where we would have our wedding reception. We loved the concept of having a hotel and pub on site for our wedding guests. We also loved that the Northpointe ballroom has an adjacent study for guests to mingle as well as an outdoor patio. The venue coordinated services so that we didn't need to hire a wedding planner for the day, which was great.
Every staff member that we had contact with during the planning process was extremely friendly, professional, and responsive to our questions. This includes Bryan Wright in sales, Lisa Sullivan our main point person, Kate V, members of the accounting department and serving staff during our tasting. Our guests gave rave reviews of the food, the hotel rooms, the venue itself and the quality of the service at Nationwide. We felt very well taken care of by Lisa Sullivan, particularly in the week leading up to our wedding.
Our only critique would be that the info on the website about venue capacity with a dance floor be included on the weddings page, not just the private event page.
After all is said and done, we highly recommend Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center for wedding receptions!! In addition, we used several vendors mentioned on their website, which were excellent recommendations (Open Image Studio, Madison House Designs, The Ride).

Great experience overall. Perfect venue for our needs (everything--guest rooms, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after-hours party at The Pub, breakfasts--at the same location; easy parking; very nice rooms; clean, attractive and updated spaces for the events; convenient for our many out-of-town guests, some with children). Very accommodating and pleasant staff. My only suggestion would be to organize the cocktail hour space better so that guests could easily locate and sign the guestbook and view the displays (photos, etc.) provided by the bride/groom. These items were overlooked by the guests in our case due to poor positioning.

From the moment we toured Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center, my (now) husband and I knew this was the right venue for our New Year's Eve wedding. NHCC is unique in they provide a campus layout, so the hotel is separate from the ballroom space and there is a pub located just steps away on the property. You don't feel like you are in a hotel, but rather going from one venue to the next throughout the day.

The most important and biggest reason why we decided to book with NHCC was the staff. Bryan W. is extremely personable, attentive and knows so much about weddings and how to make an event a success. Lisa S. was there to guide us as our date quickly approached and has an abundance of knowledge and creativity to give our event a special touch. From start to finish we had support from Bryan and Lisa. We truly felt as if we were their only clients and could recognize the pride they took in creating a memorable experience for us to remember for years to come. We cannot begin to thank you all enough.

We had such an amazing time. I am so thrilled that we chose Nationwide as the food, staff, and accommodations were top notch! Everyone has raved about how perfect it was and so much of our personality came through with the flow of the evening. I honestly feel like I did not have to do much at all to make this such a success and I owe most of that to the staff.

Kate was always available and ready to suggest and help quickly with any question or issue that I had come up. I felt as if I could ask anything of her and she would give me a straight answer without any negative or authoritative tone. I would find it very hard to believe that any client would have an issue with her and her work.

The food was wonderful. Many guests have specifically commented on how nice it was to have such great food, as most weddings that is not always a strong suit. They loved the fact that they didn't have to wait for us to eat and the options were suitable for everyone. The Pub and the breakfast were a nice amenity to have available as we took full advantage of that perk.

We are more than pleased with how everything turned out and would do it all again in a heartbeat!

I would HIGHLY reccomend NHCC for you wedding and/or wedding reception!! The food was out of this world and the service was great! The staff did a great job! I was so pleased! Our coordinator was such a huge help! And not having to worry about setting up all the decorations was such a relief! We delivered them the week before with a diagram of how we wanted it and it was all exactly how I dreamed it would be come that next weekend! They made is so easy for me to enjoy my reception! They even had a fresh plate of food and cake waiting for us up in our hotel room after the reception! Such a wonderful experience!!!

Kate & Bryan executed my ceremony and reception perfectly! They understood my vision and everything I was going for. The space itself is beautiful all on its own. We had to hold the ceremony inside the edgewater room at the very last minute (I mean 10 minutes before the ceremony) because the rain just would not let up & I really had my heart set on an outdoor ceremony), but in actuality I think it was more beautiful inside! It was very cozy and intimate & I loved that about it- wish I would have thought about that sooner so we really could have played up the decor in there, but it was truly beatiful even with the last minute change. Kate was there every step of the way day-of. I was never on the hunt for her (she was probably looking for me most of the time!). She was so calm and made me feel so comfortable even with the weather situation. Jim was our server at the head table (& he took care of many of my family members as well) and was the absolute best! I felt like royalty and so did my wedding party- thank you Jim! & thank you NHCC team for everything you did to make our day so spectacular!

The food is wonderful and the campus is absolutely beautiful. Our guests all really enjoyed the pool, the pub and the fact that everything was right there on site. We have received so many wonderful complements on the wedding and on the facility from our guests!

Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center (NHCC) is a 5 Star venue, hands down! From the very first meeting with them through days after the wedding, their attentiveness was superb. The campus is beautiful and has everything you need without moving your car. They made the entire event run so smoothly.

They cared about every little detail, were great about getting back to us with questions, and made sure our day went off without any issues. I felt like I could actually enjoy my wedding day because I was not worried about a thing - they were there each step of the way to make sure everything was the way we discussed, so I didn't have to stress on the wedding day. Also, the food was amazing. We had so many compliments on the food we served for our wedding. It's tough cooking good food for a large quantity of people, but not for Nationwide - it was delicious!

Having our entire wedding day at Nationwide was the best decision I made for our wedding! They not only have a great team there that helped me through basically every step of planning (I worked with Bryan, Kate, and Lisa), but place itself is wonderful. The beautifully kept grounds were the perfect backdrop for all our photos, and having the ceremony, reception and hotel all in one spot was perfect.
They also have great food! Our guests are still raving about how good the food was. The staff even had pieces of our wedding pie sent up to our room for my husband and I to share after our long night of celebration. They really do think of everything for you. Nationwide may not be the lowest cost, but for everything they do they are a great value.

We found nationwide conference center to be extremely helpful in planning a beautiful event with us! Our guest staying at the convention center had nothing but good things to say about the helpful, friendly staff during their visit. We found Kate and Bryan to be especially helpful with staying in direct communication with us throughout our planning process and the day of our wedding reception! The meal was delicious and the wait staff was wonderful! I would highly recommend Nationwide Conference Center for a future event!

Beautiful venue with top notch staff! I have previously worked as part of a banquet staff and have worked a lot of weddings. As such at almost every event I go to I can't help but notice all of the little things that the staff doesn't get quiet right. However, the staff at Nationwide was perfect and flawless! From the time we started planning our wedding to checking into the hotel and all the way through our special night we always felt like we were their only customers. I couldn't recommend a venue or a staff more than here at Nationwide. Having Lisa as our coordinator was amazing. She is perfect at her job and makes this day the most special day of your life.

My husband and I as well as our daughter (the bride) and the groom were very, very pleased with the service we received from Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center. The decor was beautiful and the food was delicious. In addition, every member of the staff that we encountered were courteous, attentive, and respectful. Everything NorthPointe did was perfect. From our first visit on the property, to the day after the wedding, we enjoyed our experience. Lisa, Kate and Bryan were all great to work with. The food tasting a few months before the wedding was really helpful in nailing down our menu and it was a great opportunity to meet the staff. Our meeting with Kate and Lisa a few weeks before the wedding really helped us iron out all the details. We dropped everything off at the venue the week of the wedding and everything they setup was perfect. They even took it all down and stored it for us so we didn't have to worry about anything the night of the wedding. The service staff was great and everyone really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the wedding. I love that Northpointe seems like a plantation somewhere down South and they have the pub and hotel on the property so you don't need to leave all weekend. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

BEST DAY EVER!! I have to thank Bryan and Kate from Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, without them my day would not have been as perfect!! I worked with Bryan for almost a year to make sure every detail was covered for my big day, he even managed to work with my Dad the day before the wedding for a “surprise slideshow” during dinner. Everyone we worked with including the serving staff/bartenders to the hotel personal were amazing! We even had a little situation with the flower girl petals and someone from Nationwide ran to the store to buy us flowers! We have received so many compliments on the food, staff and venue of our wedding!! If you are looking to do an “all-inclusive” venue in the Columbus area this is your place!!! We did everything from our rehearsal dinner, hotel rooms, ceremony, reception and after party at their pub. We truly could not have asked for a better wedding weekend!!

We can't say enough great things about our experience with Bryan Wright and his staff before and during our Daughters wedding... Everyone one was so accommodating, the wait-staff efficient and so friendly..It was wonderful to have the outdoor wedding, indoor reception, hotel rooms and after wedding pub all on one campus..The food was the best I have ever had at a wedding.. the hotel rooms large, clean and comfortable!
The reception hall looked like a princess ballroom! They even ran to Giant Eagle across the street when we discovered the flower girl petals did not arrive..Highly recommend this venue...due to the attention to every detail by Bryan and his staff, it was a perfect day..... My Husband and I chose NP for our 11/1/14 wedding.All the staff,servers (Esp. Jim!) and everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure that this weekend was perfect,and it was. Every guest(we had approx. 200)RAVED about everything. From start to finish on Sat it was perfect. I had NOTHING to worry about thanks to Bryan.We chose to have our ceremony in the NP Ballroom,and our reception in the Grand Ballroom.It was perfect!We had a great cocktail hour,the food was AMAZING. After hours dancing,we went to the pub.The bartenders were all great Fri and Sat Night(Sally was amazing! Literally, it was the most perfect night of our lives. Now for the real star of NP,Bryan Wright! Words cant describe how amazing he is. From start to finish he had the most amazing ideas and would help me with anything I needed, and made sure that our day was perfect. I had some crazy requests (like changing the layout of the room 5 days before the wedding), and with a smile he said absolutely! Bryan is an expert. Literally, I brought him all of my décor and said,Put this stuff wherever you think it looks best,and he did and it was absolute perfection. I had NO STRESS Everything that Bryan suggested, we ran with and it was the best decision. EVERY single guest commented on how beautiful everything was, and how amazing the service and bars were, and Bryan had a huge part in all of that.Our night was perfect because of him. Literally, I wanted to cry when I said goodbye to Bryan, I not only gained a new husband that night, but I gained a new friend as well! My husband and I selected Northpointe as our wedding venue because my parents had previously enjoyed staying there and because it was right across the street from Highbanks Metropark, where we had our ceremony. We were SO happy with our decision. The team at Northpointe (and especially ours event manager, Bryan) did an outstanding job of tailoring the event to our preferences, but also giving recommendations on how to do some logistical things that we didn't really care about but needed to be done. From our initial meeting with Bryan, to our tasting, to our decor session, to the wedding itself, the Northpointe staff were professional, flexible, and accommodating. They really went above and beyond.

A few specifics:
1. We decided on a pig roast for our meal. The pork was tender and flavorful, the BBQ sauces were delicious, and we loved the vegetarian lasagna that was offered up to our vegetarians. The sides were great too - the quality of the meal surpassed our expectations for what food can be served for 140+ people.
2. We selected the "add on" Tuscan lights to be strung across the rafters in the Edgewater dining room. We were glad we did because they looked great.
3. We made some last-minute changes to our menu, seating, etc a few days before the event and the team took it all in stride. They're probably used to it, but we really appreciated their patience and their willingness to be flexible.
4. We loved that there's a great buffet breakfast for guests on Saturdays and Sundays. The guests who stayed over at Northpointe all joined us for breakfast the next morning, which gave us the opportunity to visit with people we hadn't really seen the night before. Also, it's a great breakfast!

My husband and I choose NorthPointe as our reception venue on 11/01/14 and I can't say enough positive things about it! The staff at NorthPointe handled everything for us, coordinating with all our vendors so that we didn't have to worry about anything. The whole event ran so smooth, the room looked gorgeous, and our guest couldn't stop talking about how good the food tasted and friendly the wait staff was. In addition, the NothPointe staff went above and beyond for us to make our day special! When we went back to our room there was cake, Champaign, and a cheese plate waiting for us. Which was wonderful since we really didn't get to eat anything at the reception. A special thank you to our wedding coordinator Vanessa!!! She was wonderful to work with, very accommodating, and handled all of our crazy last minute requests. Two days before the wedding I had mentioned offhand how I had saw some pictures on Pinterest of some Tuscan lights I thought would look gorgeous hanging from the ceiling in the Edgewater room at our reception but didn't know how to find them. On the day of our wedding Vanesssa surprised us with the Tuscan lights, which was an amazing and very thoughtful added touch! It has been so enjoyable working with everyone at NorthPointe, our wedding was fantastic!! Thank you.

Northpointe teamed up with WNCI to give one lucky bride a dream wedding and I WON!! It is the most beautiful campus with tons of places to take photos. I chose the edge water room as my venue for our reception, which is one of several beautiful spaces to choose from. We had our ceremony in the courtyard. And the food.. Oh my.. It's been two weeks and I'm still getting comments on how Amazing the filet of beef was, along with the salmon filet and chicken saltimbocca. Best filet My family has ever had, hands down!We were also given a complimentary suite for the night of our wedding. The most comfortable king size bed, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries were all waiting for us upon our arrival. The staff is wonderful. Our wedding coordinator, Bryan, was so great! Every question, every email, anything was answered right away! I'm talking within minutes! He makes you feel like you are the most important bride he's ever had!! This was a dream come true. My New husband and I are so thankful for Northpointe for giving us the most incredible memories we'll share forever with our families and our dearest friends!

I just got married at NorthPointe 3 weeks ago, and I cannot say enough about this place! The entire staff is very helpful and friendly, yet still very professional. Everything from the rehearsal to the ceremony and the reception was taken care of and went so smooth. Vanessa is great and made sure that everything was ready and planned out, and made sure everything went perfect the day of. Brides have so much to worry about planning weddings and this place took so much off my mind, a rare thing to find! Not only is the staff great, but the food is awesome the venue is so beautiful, a hidden gem for sure. We were married outside in the Hotel Courtyard and had our reception in the Edgewater Room, which overlooks a pond. Everything from the green grass to the red brick paved roads make this place look so classy! The hotel pub is also great, the guest really enjoyed being able to relax on the patio before and after the events. It is rare to find a place where your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, bar, and hotel can all at the same location! This place has it all, it is convenient for both out of town and in town guest. So many of our guest told us that it was the perfect place, and that made me so happy. My husband and I, along with our friends and family, had a great time and it wouldn't have been possible without NorthPointe! Thank you again :)

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Northpointe on 8/2/14. We couldn't have made a better choice for a venue! We worked with Bryan and Vanessa who made sure that the night went absolutely perfect. The food was awesome, decor looked great, and Bryan was there even into the reception time to ensure everything kept going smoothly. Although our preferred location for ceremony was changed due to storms, it still looked stunning inside and I was not disappointed at all. We had a total guest count of around 180, most of which were out of towners. This made it SO awesome that everything at Northpointe is available on site! After our reception, our guests packed the on site pub until it closed. It was so great to be able to continue the party safely since everyone stayed right at Northpointe. We had MANY guests compliment us on our choice of location! I could go on and on about Northpointe! Awesome place!

My husband and I recently hosted our wedding reception at NorthPointe Hotel and Conference Center. I must admit that I was a picky bride. I needed everything to be perfect and I can honestly say that my expectations were exceeded! I worked with Bryan for about a year and a half and Vanessa joined the team shortly before the wedding. Bryan, Vanessa and the entire staff at NorthPointe made sure that our day was perfect. Not only are they talented, creative and professional but they are all so kind and caring! I am usually an anxious person but on my wedding day I was care free because I knew that Bryan and everyone at NP were taking care of everything. They say "all we do is everything" and they mean it! After a long and wonderful day, my new husband and I went back to our room to find 2 hot meals, cake, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! In the craziness of the day we barely got a chance to eat. It really was so nice to know that they had thought of everything...literally! I may be biased but my guests were blown away, too! We had a lot of guests from out of town and we didn't want to worry about traffic and parking that you have to deal with downtown. They loved beautiful campus and it was so easy for everyone to walk to the on site pub and back to their rooms after the reception was over. The food was also delicious! We had 200 guests and everyone received a hot meal. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place that has become so special to me. Thank you Bryan, Vanessa, and staff for helping us to have the most amazing wedding reception we could have imagined!

Our daughter and son-in-law were married on May 10, 2014 and their reception was held at Northpointe Conference Center in Lewis Center, Ohio. Northpointe and Jean Ransom were wonderful to work with. Northpointe has the slogan: "All we do is everything" and that is so true. Jean Ransom is a big part of that promise. My husband and I so appreciated being able to enjoy the reception without wondering whether one thing or another was being taken of. We would highly recommend both Northpointe and Jean Ransom.

We hosted our daughter's wedding reception t North Pointe and could not have been happier. We worked with Bryan and right from the start he listened and was responsive to what we were trying to plan. He was enthusiastic and anything we asked for he set out to make it happen and he got it done! The place is stunning, the food is delicious and the entire staff was delightful as well as helpful. We continued our wedding celebration at the on site pub and had several people stay at the hotel. The hotel is elegant, clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and again the food was delicious. This is the best kept secret in Columbus. This is a five star venue. Ask for Bryan and check it out. You'll love it!

Northpointe was everything we wanted and more. We were unsure of all the details of the wedding but Bryan assisted us with everything and helped our day to be everything we dreamed it could be. He helped us get the exact wedding we wanted in the perfect venue within our budget. Every staff member there treated us with respect and made our day and stay so special. We are a same sex couple and were happy to feel just as important as every other couple getting married here. The venue was beautiful and the reception was perfect. We did not have to worry about a thing because they took care of every detail and collaborated with our vendors beautifully. We recommend Northpointe to anyone who is looking to get married or have a commitment ceremony.

We worked with Jean Ransom during the planing process wedding reception. Jean and her team was excellent. Everything we wanted or ask for was meet. The Chef's are bar non. People are still talking about the food. " The food was really good" The hotel was great for family and friends that came in from out of town. The room was very good. If you looking for a place to have your reception or any type of party you should really check this Venue out. I can not say enough about this place. I had my wedding and ceremony 01/18/2014 at northpointe conference center - and people are still talking about it!!! I was a very low maintenance bride, so I had no vision of what my wedding day was supposed to be - which didn't matter because Bryan and his crew did a phenomenal job taking care of all of those details! The food was fantastic, the venue was beautiful - even with all the snow on the ground, it was great to have our out of town guests not having to worry about getting back to their room because it was right across the walkway. Everything about the venue and ceremony was great. The one concern is the hotel part of the booking. They provide you a block of rooms, which is for a reduced price, which does not include breakfast; yet if you book online you might get a cheaper room with included breakfast tickets.... kind of confusing. Also, they were really dropping the ball with making sure guests got their gift bags at check-in. I was not that concerned about it, but others were. Any issues I had I brought up to Bryan and they were taken care of immediately. He made absolutely everything so smooth.... It was great. I can't say enough good things about having him as the wedding planner with Northpointe. Highly recommend!

Our event was a total success due to our coordinator, Bryan Wright. We have received many comments about how beautiful and elegant everything was from the music to the catered meal. Everything was very professional and the service was great. Bryan was very flexible and said that it was my event and he was there to make it happen the way I wanted it to and it did.

I recently had my wedding reception at NorthPointe, and everything was PERFECT. Bryan Wright was so helpful, responsive, and overall made my wedding everything I had hoped for and more. The NorthPointe Ballroom was beautiful and once I dropped off name cards, favors, table numbers, etc, I knew I could trust that they would put it together just the way we had talked about. When I walked into my reception that night I was calm and ready to have a good time. NorthPointe really does do EVERYTHING which made my wedding planning experience stress free and exciting. NorthPointe was an absolutely wonderful place to have my wedding. The rooms and facilities are beautiful, and I love that it has so much character - it is not simply an average ballroom in a hotel. If you are looking for a place with some charm - this is definitely the way to go. I received a ton of compliments on the wedding and also the food. The food there is AMAZING - I have been to a lot of weddings in my day and I can definitely say that I was proud of the meal that NorthPointe served my guests. It is not your typical catered fair. They have a talented Executive Chef on staff, and it shows.
Aside from the food and the facilities, the service was also great. I was fortunate to work with Bryan Wright -and from the moment I met him I knew he would do everything in his power to make me happy. He was an unbelievable resource for me, and he truly helped make my entire experience a dream come true.

We had our wedding reception at NorthPointe, and everything was wonderful! The wedding coordinator, Jean, was so helpful and organized, I didn't feel worried or anxious about any of the details on the day – she helped us to feel well taken care of! The staff did a beautiful job of setting up the ballroom space. All of our decorations were arranged just how we had asked, and were handled with great care. The staff even cleaned up the space for us afterwards as well. The hotel accommodations were also wonderful. So many of our guests raved about their hotel rooms, stating how NorthPointe was one of the best hotels they have ever stayed. And the food was delicious! We received so many compliments about how wonderful the appetizers and dinner service was from our guests. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with NorthPointe!!

Bryan was very helpful with recommending the DJ, flowers, videography etc. Everything was just perfect. Everyone at the reception was raving about the food and the facilities. We had people travel in from 12 states and Canada and it was just a wonder experience for everyone. The staff made everyone feel welcome and provided for our every need. I could not have asked for anything better. This far exceeded my expectations.

Bryan Wright is the best wedding planner from the first time we meet him to our day he has directed us toward the perfect ceremony. Bryan made our commitment ceremony very easy and with his knowledge and skills no one had any complaints in regard to the food and reception. We would recommend Northpointe to all friends gay or not. We appreciate all that was done for us even when the rain came down all the staff were on alert and moved all of our decorations and table for the unity candle under the cover so we could finish our ceremony. All of our guest commented what a class A ceremony we had from our Butlers serving hordeuvers to the bartender and the staff. Bryan Wright was our wedding planner and from the first moment we met I knew he would do a fabulous job. We had a committment ceremony, the first at NorthPoint and the planning was like everything else, AWESOME. Bryan kept us on track and assisted us with the ceremony and the set up and the food. Up until the night before our ceremony, Bryan was still assisting us with set up and making sure that all of our needs were met before our day.
On the day of the ceremony, Bryan was on campus and awaiting our special day. All of the staff were incredible. In the middle of our ceremony, the rain began to fall hard and Bryan and all the staff jumped into actions and moved all of our decorations and the food under cover. The bar staff staff was also incredible. I can not imagine what our day would have been if we did not have Bryan and the Northpointe staff. I give Kudos to all that were a part of our ceremony. Also the restaurant staff was awesome, Erin and Jason took such good care of us and my family. We will return to the Northpointe whether it be for dinner. lunch or a drink in the Pub. Our experience was FABULOUS...

How lucky were we to have our daughter's wedding reception at NorthPointe! The entire staff at NorthPointe was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful during the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, the staff could not have done a better job in taking care of our guest. We had a plated dinner including filet and salmon with potatoes and vegetables. All the food, from the appetizers, salad, and dinner were delicious! The chef did not disappoint any of our guest. All the servers were very professional and helpful. Emily and Jean did an excellent job in making sure everything was taken care for a perfect reception!

This was the second family wedding we have had at NorthPointe. The first was for our son in 2005. This time it was for our daughter, so we were much more involved with the planning. Everything was perfect from beginning to end - the location beautiful and so accommodating. Jean Ransom, the director of banquets and catering was pure gold to work with. She offered extremely helpful suggestions and also listened to what we wanted and our many concerns and questions. The hotel is lovely and the staff gracious and welcoming. We had many out-of-town guests who raved about the beautiful rooms. The NorthPointe Ballroom was our reception location and it was exquisite, the food was fabulous, and our guests had a wonderful time ending with a fabulous breakfast available for us Sunday morning.

After much searching, we met with Jean from North Pointe to discuss our wedding plans. We wanted to have our wedding there; with hors d'oeuvres after the ceremony while wedding pictures were being taken; followed by our reception. She worked everything out perfectly! Jean worked with me step by step on the order of events; the menu; the atmosphere we wished to portray; the DJ; the dance floor; and the mother-in-law! Everyone there was wonderful; the wedding was beautiful; the setting was perfect; the staff were all very courteous and extremely attentive! I couldn't have asked for things to have gone more beautifully or more smoothly. Oh, and the food was absolutely delicious!! Everyone commented on the elegance of the atmosphere and the delightful food selections! I would strongly recommend North Pointe for any wedding service!

P.S. We also stayed at North Pointe the night of the wedding since our honeymoon was not officially starting for a couple of days; and this made things incredibly convenient so that there was no driving following the activities. Our room was supplied with extras; such as extra food and drink since we didn’t have much time to eat ourselves! Absolutely lovely!
