I can’t thank him enough for the wonderful food and beautiful set up he did for our reunion Main Event on Saturday, March 12, 2022. Rick had big shoes to fill because he came HIGHLY recommended by the venue we were using, and he didn’t let us down. There were 2 things about Rick that will bring me back to use him any time we need a caterer. First, when I called Rick and left a message for him months ago on a Saturday, he returned my call within an hour. That impressed me. Second, again months ago, Rick gave me a written quote for the different food choices we would have on our dinner buffet and parfait bar. Since that quote was given food prices have gone through the roof but when I signed the contract Rick said he would hold our prices to the written quote. That too impressed me. I could tell by these 2 simple gestures that Rick Carr loves what he does and truly wanted our 40th reunion to be an evening everyone would enjoy and remember. That it was Rick. Thank you!

Rick, the owner was very helpful when selecting food that was in my budget. He was patient when I changed my mind the 5th time :)
My guest really enjoyed the food and the bar service and the staff was very timely and friendly. Awesome.

We have had several events (wedding, birthday, graduation) that Rick had catered. I have always been blown away with the special touches, flexibility, professionalism, and outstanding food. I would highly recommend this catering business for you. We will never use anyone else. High end service on a low end budget. Thanks again Rick!

Rick catered and DJ'd my wedding in March 2017 and everything turned out great!! I wanted 3 stations with different food for my guests and he basically took it from there. His food was delicious, he provided the linens and high top tables that our venue didn't provide, and he also included up lighting and an outdoor speaker for our cocktail hour all at an unreal price. If you're looking for a way to save some money but not lose quality Econo Catering is definitely the way to go.

Food was good and decor was nice. The music was all wrong even the bride and groom’s first dance wedding song was incorrect. I sent a list of music and also bride and groom’s song plus songs for wedding party to enter as they came in being announced and none of that was correct. I did write name of songs and who they were by. Also he came out to line us up to be announced went over everyone’s names etc. and still almost forgot to announce the matron of honor and best man. Then immediately after the dance by bride and groom with the wrong song he had the speech and toast. He never put the champagne on...

The champagne was on tables after dinner was served ! We paid for 50 guests and unfortunately only 30 arrived. I was informed by one of the servers that all the leftover food we paid for was wrapped and left for us to take home ! That wasn’t the case , nothing was left at all. After several attempts to contact Rick through texts emails and phone calls my husband decided to call from a coworkers phone and then he answered. He had no explanation or response to any of the concerns my husband spoke about . That shows very poor business skills on there part. I do not recommend hiring this company at all and if you so be aware that you could be disappointed as well. I don’t want anyone to have a special occasion with memories that aren’t good .
