Best service we could've asked for

My wife and I had amazing service from Eclipse Limo. We used their Excalibur and a stretch limo and could not ask for better service or drivers. This helped make our day special.

Amazing Company

Best Limo service I have ever experienced. The owner Joe and his staff made our day special from the time we began planning until our big day! They have an array of limousines and cars to choose from. Super personable and a great company to work with. The Limo showed up early and the driver was exceptional. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for above and beyond service.

By far the best

By far the best limousine service I've used. They were very informative when I called. Very accommodating when I asked to look at the vehicles before I booked our event. The driver was professional but very friendly. They arrived ahead of time made sure all my needs were covered will be using this company in the near future

True professionals

From initial booking to final drop off, Eclipse Limos were fantastic. Their office staff responded to our numerous email requests with incredible speed - often within minutes of us hitting send. They worked with us to quickly find the perfect limos for our guests, and once the big day arrived their drivers were on time, professional, and seemed genuinely excited to be sharing in our celebration. We may not have many limo needs in the future, but Eclipse has easily earned our future business

The Best!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't thank them enough My drive Brian was very professional and the car was super clean,They were on time and very helpful We were thrilled when our stretch limo pulled up to my son's wedding ceremony location! The driver Brian could not have been nicer! The car was fabulous and the hit of the week end festivities! They were right on time and the car was just as depicted on Eclipse's web site. I recommend Eclipse limo 100% for any special occasion!

My Wedding Day

I just want to start by saying thank you for making my wedding day great . Joe was very professional and courteous. He made sure everything was perfect for my wedding day. He called 3 days before just to reverify all the details for his driver. I must say his driver Bruce was great very professional and courteous too. He assisted me in the church and outside. I would recommend this service to everyone and anyone. I am planning on using them in the future. Thank you again

Eclipse Limousine was one of the best vendors I had for my wedding. The cars came to my home early, they were clean and just what we ordered. Joe was right on target with his Anniversay special of 2 cars since we had 16 people in our wedding party. I would recommend this company to any bride and groom who are getting married. My experience was outstanding from when I met Joe to my wedding day I went to Joe's office He then explained the different vehicles He had available for my wedding day and also at that time he explained how a normal wedding day works. His drivers were all professional and on time. The cars were extremely clean and polished

Everything from selecting the Limo to the price was exceptional. The day of the wedding the Limo showed up on time and the driver was wonderful. Eclipse also provided services after the wedding back to the hotel. You couldn't ask for nicer drivers or better service. Joe and his staff went above and beyond!

We got married on Aug 29, 2015 and Eclipse was one of the first vendors I booked for our wedding. We wanted the traditional princess Rolls Royce and a 10 Passenger limo and Joe went above and beyond what our expectations were. The price was perfect and the cars were pristine- the drivers were early and professional. We would use them again and recommend for your big day!

Services provided were 2 white stretch limos transporting 16 people from Rockland Cty to NYC for a Sweet 16 dinner party....

Just wanted to say that we had a lovely evening in NYC; traveling in your cars was a big treat for us all. They arrived early, cars were clean and beautiful. Both drivers were courteous and helpful. Thank you for providing us with such a nice experience.......it went a long way towards making my daughter's birthday celebration memorable.

I used Eclipse Limo services to transport my daughter and bridesmaids to a Bridal Shower outside of NYC. Joe, the owner at Eclipse Limo was professional and the Limo driver was as well. The pricing was very competitive and I was very happy with the services received! Would def use them again.

My husband and I were blessed to have worked with Joe at Eclipse Limousine (EL). It was one month before our wedding day when we found Joe. We were victims of fraud from a previous limousine company and desperate to book a Rolls Royce for the big day. The whole experience left us feeling stressed, insecure and jaded. Finding Joe was truly a blessing. His professionalism and personality made us feel comfortable and secure in knowing we were in the right hands. Even our entertainment vendor, Don't Stop the Music, knew Joe and had wonderful reviews about him. That sealed the deal for us. Joe showed us his fleet and we booked a '64 Rolls Royce Silver. Our driver was Billy and he was also a blessing. He was professional, personable and sweet. He was on time and hands-on throughout our special day. If you are looking for a friendly, dedicated and hands-on team to assist you with luxurious transportation on a budget, I would highly recommend EL.

I've heard many things about limo companies doing a bad job or just not showing up for a bride but Eclipse Limo was just the opposite. My three limousines were clean, on time and the drivers were just the best. They helped myself and the bridal party from start to end. I recently got married and used this company for my limousines that day and they were amazing. They were early to pick everyone up and the drivers were very friendly and assisted both myself and all of the bridal party into and out of the limos. The staff of the company were very each to talk too and answered all of my questions and concerns for the day. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and any bride who wants the best experience.

Dear Eclipse Limousine,

I just wanted to say thank you for making our wedding sensational. From the time we met Joe in his office to when we were dropped at the Villa Barone our experience was wonderful. The drivers were dressed in Tuxedos and the cars were so beautiful that it took all the stress off me of any problems happening. My girlfriends had used them for their wedding last year and said they were the best and I agree. I would tell anyone and recommend them as AAA rated in my book.

I am so happy that my daughter used Eclipse Limousine as the limo service for her wedding!!! She received phenomenal service , and had the BEST driver! On the day of, She was treated royally the bridal party too (champagne, and all!), and they even helped with carrying the train on her dress. Not only were they on time, but arrived early, and was prepared and ready to go. I would not only recommend Eclipse Limousine to others, but plan on using them for any future limo service I might need. Top notch!

My wedding was Friday May 31,2013 and we used your service. My name is Leslie Hall formally ( Leslie Markos) and I just felt that everyone should know about your service. Your drivers made us feel so relaxed from all the stress from a wedding day. My driver Bill who drove the Rolls Royce payed alot of attention to me from the moment he arrived at my house. He was 45 minutes early for his pick-up but helped me with the pictures that we taken in front of my home. Your other two drivers catered to my bridal party from the time they arrived until we were dropped at our reception. I know everyone hears horror stories but Eclipse Limousine went above and beyond what I feel a driver and a company should do. I could not be more thrilled with my choice to choose eclipse limousine for my wedding! The prices are very competitive, we compared three limo companies, and the staff was amazing to work with! The drivers arrived early to both destinations, we had two Lincoln stretch limos, and both drivers were very nice. We would definitely use eclipse limo again in the future!

IN ADDITION TO ALL THE "FUN STUFF", THE CAR WAS CLEAN, HAD A LOVELY, SOOTHING FRAGRANCE, AND WAS MORE THAN SPACIOUS ENOUGH FOR OUR PARTY OF 8. THE DRIVER WAS PROFESSIONAL BEYOND BELIEF. HE WAS PUCTUAL - EARLY ACTUALLY, FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE, POLITE, ENGAGING AND KNEW THE ROADS LIKE THE BACK OF HIS HAND; AND HE WAS REALLY, VERY HELPFUL WITH OUR GROUP. THE OWNERS OF ECLIPSE AND WEDDING CENTRAL PLUS WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY; I FELT AN IMMEDIATE CONNECTION AND TRUST. When my daughter got married on 2/26/11 we used Eclipse Limousine after being referred by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went from the first time we sat down with them, to make the arrangements, to the wedding day. The limo was perfect, clean, and driven by a very friendly, curteous, and professional driver. He arrived a little earlier than scheduled and assisted the bride to make sure she got to the wedding on time.

I would highly recommend Eclipse to family and friends in the future, and plan to hire them again when my other daughter gets married next year.

my mom recommened i go to wedding central to get my center pieces. needless to say thats not all i got fromn there. from silk flowers to gifts for my wedding party were bought. both joe and his wife took a special intrest in helping me with whatever i needed. i would do everything all over with him if i had a chance. he helped me from my hall to photos to music and limos. it safe to say he will be seeing me again for my next event.

My wedding day was one of the most special days of my life. My limousine service was exceptionally wonderful. They made my transportation a memorable experience for myself and my bridal party. The drivers were on time. The vehicles were just as clean and comfortable as we saw in the showroom. The drivers were extremely professional and courteous. Everything was excellent from the moment we started the process in the showroom until we were dropped off at the catering hall.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional limousine service.

I've been in a few weddings where the driver of the bridal party limo was rude or impatient. Not Eclipse Limousine driver Joe was none of these things. He pulled up outside my building just as we stepped out to take photos. I asked if he could wait a few minutes and he was all smiles and encouragement. He got us to the church on time, was helpful with my dress, even fixing it just before I walked down the aisle. When my husband and I made the grand entrance at the church, Joe was waiting at the end of the path with inscribed champagne flutes and a bottle of champagne. He got us and our bridal party to the reception venue without incident and was all in all, and wonderful driver. The service we dealt with throughout the whole process was just as good. We received calls from our drivers the day before to check in and introduce themselves, the office reps were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Eclipse Limousine again and plan to use them in the future.

Good service overall, I have nothing bad to say. I gave it a 4 since a friend used them a month before me and we had a bad experience. The limo driver for her second car, which I was in, made me incredibly uncomfrotable. He stopped short on multiple occassions and was tailing other cars. I complained to the owner, because I did NOT want him driving at my wedding, he promptly dismissed the driver before my wedding day.

Me and my wife were recommended eclpise limousine by friends of ours and were not dissapointed.The owners joe and Anne were helpful from the start joe handled the limos and details of the day of the wedding and times to be picked up and recommended a hairstylist and makeup artist after we had problems with our original hairstylist.Anne was a huge help with invations she helped us pick the perfect one and picked up most of our wedding favors at there store and went out of there way to pick up a couple of hard to find items we really wanted. Patrick drove my wife on her batchelorette party and gave great ideas for places to go in the city, and Bill drove us in the rolls royce the day of the wedding and was amazing.We will definitely recomend them in the future to people who are getting married or just for a night out on the town, thank you so much Anne and Joe

My husband & I were very happy with the service we received. The limos were clean & well stocked, driver was very professional. I was a nervous wreck heading to the ceremony & the driver took the time to calm me before leaving the limo for the ceremony, definitly above & beyond his responsibility. It was the personal touches that made this the right choice for us. I would highly recomend them for all your transportation needs, they are so much more then "just weddings". As a neurotic bride, the owner Joe gave me his time when needed to work out details & concerns, I actually feel sorry for him having to deal with my many phone calls!!!

Thank you Wedding Central Plus & Eclipse Limo you made my daughter's wedding a perfect day!!!! The limo's we immaculate & the drivers were beyond professional, not to mention the extra personal touches the drivers added. Joe is easy to work with & his wife Anne was pleasant & knowledgeable & a great help with the invitations and favors, simple yet elegant. They will certainly have my business again when my younger daughter plans her wedding.

I called a lot of limo places and I went with the one that sounded like they were happy professional people...I was very happy with Joe and his staff, everyone was very professional and they were very prompt. We enjoyed the service completely.

We booked Eclipse Limo about 9 months before our wedding date. We booked a rolls royce for my husband and I to ride in after the ceremony. I received a phone call from Joe about 4 days prior to our wedding day saying that the vehicle had been in an accident and that if it wasn't fixed in time he would be sending an excalibur instead. While we were bummed out that we didn't end up getting the car we had hoped for we were still able to make it to and from the church in a special car. The driver was very professional, friendly and safe! However, the driver did say that the original vehicle was in a second accident in that same week--was this a random string of bad luck for the car or did the company double book the rolls royce? Regardless it all worked out fine but if I had the chance to book somewhere else I might have.

Eclipse limo service was a great limo service used for my wedding. The drivers were courteous and helpful and got to our reception venue from the church quickly despite Friday traffic. The only thing I was dissappointed was about was the balloon launch they only gave out like 5 balloons and the rolls royce didn't have any drinks stocked.

Professional & On-Time

I was married in August this year and used Eclipse Limo for a car to bring me to the ceremony then my husband and I to our reception. The limo was clean. The driver was on time and very polite. On the way to the church he asked us what mine and my husbands favorite drink was - when we got back in the limo after the ceremony, we had a few of our favorite beers on ice to enjoy on the way to the reception.

Eclipse Limo is ok- I wouldn't highly recommend them but I wouldn't tell anyone not to use them.

I don't really have a solid reason other than I felt like it was business as usual for this company and they didn't care one way or the other if they had our business of not. I got the feeling like the owner had better things to worry about than our wedding.

All ended up being ok with him at the wedding, though. The limo's we paid for didnt show up- we got 2 completely different styles and sizes but they were fine so I don't really care...it's just a little un-nerving if you want a specific car and something different shows up. We ended up getting more expensive limo's than what we paid for but it's just the point (no one called me, they just showed up with different cars and we had a 20 person bridal party so we had to make sure there was enough room!). The drivers told me that the limo's I selected had a problem with the AC (it was July!) so I am happy they sent ones with working AC but it was a little strange to think both limo's had AC problems the same day...Anyway, it all worked out in the end!

One great thing to note- the drivers were very nice and helpful throughout the day. They helped with getting me into/out of the limo's and were generally very pleasant.

Marcel was the best driver ever!! He really made us all have a blast.

Other then that the isle runner did not even get half way down the isle. It was too small. The gentleman who was supposed to put the runner out waited till I was half way down the isle to get with it and pay attention. Not cool. And then I ordered purple balloons for my balloon launch and they sent me black and white. Sooo annoyed!

The owner was somewhat unreasonable and although the driver was excellent, he was made to change cars and some of my belongings were not changed and had to be returned to me the next day

I contacted Eclipse because I wanted a 14 passenger limo that wasn't an SUV for my wedding. I asked for a quote for a 4 hour rental and when I heard back I decided to book them. They asked for a deposit at the time, but since I was planning my wedding long distance and wouldn't be in town to hand over the balance in cash the week before the wedding, they asked for full payment upfront. I agreed. They then charged my credit card before I had even given them the authorization form, and when I got the contract, it turns out that price was for only 3 hours, not the 4 I had requested. The day of the wedding, a big SUV Escalade pulls up. It looked clean but it smelled like a wet dog inside. The driver was nice enough until he thought we were cutting it too close to the 3 hour limit. He demanded $300 in cash if were went over the 3 hours... which is not even legal! All in all I found them sketchy to deal with and was not impressed with either the service or the quality.

For our wedding we had rented the stretch Cadillac Escalade and the Excalibur. The Excalibur showed up almost 40 minutes late to take my father and I to the church without any kind of notification that they would be late. We were unable to reach anyone when we called the headquarters to find out where the car was, and had to wait for the limo driver of the Cadillac to reach its destination before the driver could make any calls to figure out where the other car was. When we were finally able to locate the car and have it show up, the driver did not know where the church was so my father had to give him directions. After the ceremony when my bridal party was in the Cadillac limo ready to go, it wouldn't start. They were asking all of my wedding guests still leaving the church if they had jumper cables which made me even more frustrated then I already was. The good price we thought we got on these limos was not worth the stress on my wedding day.

We originally booked Eclipse for our wedding because they had a great package that included two stretch limos, a runner, balloon launch exit, & a honeymoon car. However, after adding a few more groomsmen to our party we decided to upgrade to a 34 person party bus. We also booked an additional shuttle from the reception to the after party. Once we made the changes (and put down our cash deposit) we realized what a mistake we made by booking Eclipse. Joe lied to us about the availability of his party buses, charged us extra for everything he promised "would be included", and he was extremely rude over the phone days leading up to our wedding. Our drivers were nice, but a full box of liquor went missing from the limo at the end of the night.

On April 19th 2014 wedding my wife and bridal party used this limo service. Months before our wedding we went to the office in Yonkers and met with Joe who was friendly and accommodating. He repeatedly pointed out his 20 years of experience in the business. My wife met with Joe a few weeks prior to the wedding to make a final payment and finalize all plans. Some time prior to this she had contacted Joe and did not get a response. My wife went to city hall to obtain a parking permit for the limo as Joe requested. When she told Joe the itinerary his emphasis was on where the limo couldn't go and the cost of overtime should we go over our 3 hour allotted time.
Two days prior to the wedding for no apparent reason Joe emailed to request that my wife scan and email a color copy of the permit. I still do not know why this was requested when my wife simply had to hand this permit to the driver. Why request this from a bride to be 2 days shy of her wedding?
On the day of the wedding the limo driver took my wife and bridal party to Juliano's and then left telling the valet that he wanted to go and eat. When I came out looking for my limo the valet explained that the driver had gone to eat. Upon the limo driver's return he stated that he drove around as Juliano's would not let him park in the half empty parking lot. The valet stated this not true. Of all the vendors we worked with this was the most unsatisfactory. When I spoke to Joe on the phone on April 25th and told him I would post a negative review of my experience, he stated 'my lawyers will be all over you.' Incredible!

Limo did not show up for the groom and Joe had reassured me the company's bad reviews were fake ones from old drivers who were fired. He assured me his drivers get there hours ahead of time and circle the area until the actual pick up time. He also bragged to me how he has been in business 30 years and wouldn't still be in business if those bad reviews were true. I told Joe this happened, and his response was:
"I am sorry that you experienced this that way but the problem was your pickup was 2 hours away from my office and with the traffic we hit it was easier to get to the bride and not be late for you, the driver left 2 1/2 hours before your pickup not to be late. If I would have know this was that far from me i would have left a lot earlier for you."

This response is unacceptable. You have one job and that's to get there on time. Plan for traffic and don't accept a client if it's that big of an inconvenience. Driver was rude, inpersonable and had zero clue how to get to the church. Church was 5 min away - what the heck? Why are we navigating the driver? The ac wasn't working and the radio was fuzzy. He told us to just figure it out. Driver also slammed his brakes going super fast and stopping abruptly. When we got to the church he wouldn't park so I could easily get out. Finally, driver had zero clue how to get to the reception. Again we were navigating him. Insanity. I told Joe I'd like some sort of refund to make up for this awful experience And he said no

WEBSITE PHONE NUMBER ALL UNREACHABLE. My wedding is next week and I'm stranded. He went out of business with no warning and without returning our money. If you search his and his family's phone numbers they are also out of service or pretend you have the wrong number. Joseph L Gross you are scum.

I used to work at Weddings Plus

Eclipse Limo would consistently pull the BAIT & SWITCH on customers.
They would tell them that the limo they booked was in an accident, or a window broke or the A/C was broken, etc. and then send a totally different car to them on their wedding day.
Joe Gross is a sleaze that sits at his desk all day flossing his teeth in public and watching the stock market ticker.

My ex-fiancé and I booked Eclipse Limo more than 2 years before our wedding for May 13, 2017. Within 4 months of our engagement, we decided to call off our wedding. I had reached out to Joe asking for our $500 deposit back since we were cancelling 20 months prior to the wedding. He had said that deposits were non-refundable. I explained to him that our $2,000 deposit for the venue was returned to us, along with deposits from the photographer and DJ. He said that if he has a booking for May 13 he would refund our money. I reached out to him another time just checking if anyone had booked and his response was "no." May is a big month for weddings so I was surprised that he didn't book that day. I told him that I would follow up with him the first of the month which I did. He has yet to respond. He must be really hurting for money if he can't refund $500 deposit for an event that was taking place 2+ years AFTER a deposit was made.

On the biggest day of my life (wedding day) limo driver says he won't drive us to take pictures unless he gets an extra $700 more in cash for r 2 limos because be estimated traffic would be overtime for him. We ended up not giving him the money and got to are reception 40 minutes early. We could have easily had time for pictures but the limo driver was being unreasonable to are needs. The limo driver acted very unprofessional on the biggest day of are lives. I would not recommend this limo service at al!

Wrong limos provided-not the ones ordered/contracted for.Extremely unprofessional-driving very erratic almost gave whiplash to brides grandmother and did not originally bring same handicapped grandmother to handicapped entrance to Church, then when reminded- took extra 20min to turn limo around to bring grandmother to handicapped entrance causing delay in start of Wedding of about 30min. Ceremony was to start at 4pm didn't begin until 430p. Drivers were very rude to church staff and tried to take over entrance of bridal party to church-opening doors incorrectly allowing bride to be seen prior to her entrance. Apparently no dress code for drivers as one wore very colorful red beret not professional at all. Bridal party photos completed and driver of that limo did not leave for reception. Timing incorrect also, drivers insisted were on OT and bullied Groom and parents for additional hour of payment as well as gratuity when there was indeed not an hour of OT. Absolutely no flexibility allowed if traffic is heavy. Do not use this Limo company -try to find one that is reputable and truthful. Manager informs that these drivers are the best most experienced that he has-would possibly have been better to have used the most inexperienced drivers available...Not worth the risk-look elsewhere if at all possible.

Crooks and liars. Almost ruined my wedding day. If you don't want to have undo stress on one of the most important days of your life don't use them. Driver was reckless didn't have a cell, gps or directions. Made me 45 minutes late to the church. Joe lied and said the ROLLS we requested was in an accident with police involvement but couldn't provide the badge number or accident report. Come to find out accidentally by manager he was at a wedding expo. I bet he went with the Rolls. I won't even go into the condition of the car they provided.
