You can stop your search. This is the choice. Echo mountain was an amazing venue for a myriad of reasons, but the top is definitely their coordinator Meg. She is a rock star and was so helpful, attentive, organized, and communicative throughout the whole process. The rest of the stuff was just as great. Friendly, helpful, amazing. And they were all so kind and felt like friends and we actually want to be friends with them irl.
On our tour, we immediately fell in love with the spectacular views. From there the entire planning process was so easy with Meg. The actual wedding day was so unbelievably perfect and smooth! Meg and her team made everything so stress free with things like coordinating all our vendors, and bringing us appetizers immediately after the ceremony and dinner immediately after our reception entrance. We were lucky enough to have great weather, but we felt safe knowing their team was ready to pivot and rearrange the set up if needed. We could keep raving forever but we’ll just lastly mention that their in-house catering was incredible!!! -

The team at Echo Mountain could not have done a better job with our wedding day. We ran into every problem imaginable from bad weather to health emergencies and they were able to adjust the plans and accommodate us on the fly. The team there communicated well and was helpful at every step. We could not have wished for a better wedding day experience or memory. -

We had our wedding at Echo Mountain, and it was absolutely perfect. The Rocky Mountain views were breathtaking and created the most stunning backdrop for our entire day—our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was.
We also want to give a huge shout-out to Meg, our day-of coordinator. We're from Minnesota, but wanted to get married on the mountaintop in Colorado. Planning a wedding from out of state isn’t easy, but Meg made the entire process feel seamless. She even invited us up to Echo for a ski day while we were visiting Colorado this past winter!
Meg was incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely helpful in every step throughout our wedding planning process. And on the wedding day itself, Meg and her team were truly amazing—calm, supportive, and always one step ahead. We felt completely taken care of.
Echo Mountain and Meg helped make our wedding everything we hoped for and more. We can’t recommend this venue enough! -

We recently had a Halloween wedding at Echo and I cannot praise this crew enough! Jodi & Meg were awesome and went above and beyond to make our day fabulous! Everything went off without a hitch and we felt more than spoiled. I cannot recommend this venue enough and we cannot wait to come back and ski! -

My dream wedding came true❤️
I can’t believe I stumbled upon this sweet, dreamy and perfect wedding venue. Jodi and her crew blew us away with their professionalism, attentiveness and being so personable. Our wedding was super quick, but they made sure it was perfect in every way they could help! It was the wedding of our dreams and I couldn’t be happier! We recommend Echo Mountain to anyone who is considering, I can’t say enough good things! 1000/10 would’ve had it there again❤️❤️❤️

Echo Mountain is a truly stunning venue. The mountain views you get at 10,000 ft are breathtaking (sometimes literally lol). The ski lodge for the reception was able to be transformed into a whimsical space filled with lights that was exactly what I was looking for. However Jodi, the venue coordinator, is what really seals the deal for this venue. She is so kind and responsive. She made my vision come to life for this wedding. Having her guidance and day of coordinating services made the wedding go perfectly. We had so much fun and the day went so smoothly thanks to her and the rest of the staff at Echo. I really can't recommend this place enough. Thank you Jodi for helping us make our dream wedding come true! -

Absolutely amazing
ECHO mnt was amazing. Wanted to start off my saying it was the best experience and best day of our lives. It felt very homey, while having an absolutely amazing view! The staff and Jodi were awesome and I would do any event with them again!! Love you guys! See ya in a couple months for boarding season! -

We are from Texas and had an out of state wedding in Colorado! We had such a phenomenal experience from booking up until our big day! Jodi was there for whatever we needed from hotel recommendations to dinner and things to do in the area! Echo mountain was breathtaking for our June wedding! -

Wedding from a dream!!!
My husband and I got married at Echo Mountain earlier this month. You could not ask for a more picturesque location. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. The events manager Jodi is a dream to work with and will take care of literally any little thing you want or need. Our wedding was perfect - half because of the location, half because of her. Very affordable for a Colorado mountain venue. Book your wedding here, you won’t regret it!!! -
