  Stop looking and just hire Katie to help put your mind at complete ease on your big day.

  Katie was an absolute powerhouse for our big day! While we didn't need much in the way of planning, we knew that the amount of stuff we were handing her for the day of was...a lot. She delivered and then some.
  Katie has an impeccable eye for where things should go to make the most of your space, and she redefines what it means to multi-task during the event. She went above and beyond by helping to break down our event and secure our belongings for a later delivery which was far beyond the scope of what we expected to need help with. Without hesitation, she jumped in and saved the night. Katie is absolutely everything you need on your special day.

  Katie is amazing! I don't know how we would have done it without her. She paid attention to every detail of the day and made sure everything went smoothly. She has a creative eye which helped make our room look great! She thought of things to plan/prepare for that I never would have. Our ceremony and reception all ran smoothly all thanks to Katie. I highly recommend her! Thank you so much!

  She does it all

  We had the incredible opportunity of having Katie be our rehearsal & day of wedding coordinator. I was amazed and delighted with how organized and thorough she was with each detail. She wasn’t just able to control our crazy opinion heavy guest list, but she helped our flower girl walk down the aisle, made sure I had a hand to hold when I needed it most, and was on top of working with all the other vendors we booked. She did a fantastic job and did it all with a smile on her face. I received many compliments from family about how lovely she was. We were on the fence about hiring anyone and I am SO GLAD we had Katie. She was everything we didn’t even know how much we needed and I definitely recommend her!!! So thankful she was with us!!

  As a bride you have an idea in your head of exactly what you want your wedding to be, its hard to trust that someone will make it happen. Katie was so responsive to all emails, available for phone/in person meetings, and really made me feel comfortable with the fact that she knew what I wanted. It was like I had my own personal wedding fairy Godmother, she executed my vision To the T! I was blown away when I walked into my reception and thought, "wow this is exactly how I wanted it" everything looked better than I even imagined. Not to mention the reception went off without a hitch- again, all thanks to Katie.
  If you are looking for a coordinator who wants to do her best to make your day perfect, is detailed, personable, professional, and reliable-- Katie is your girl, so Eat Drink n Be Marry!

  Katie was an absolute gem at our wedding! We hired her for her day of coordination services and I just cannot imagine what a wreck the wedding would have been without her. We had a DIY wedding with a lot of moving parts and she tackled everything seamlessly. Katie is so personable and her attention to detail makes her notice everything and fix it ASAP. I was so unbelievably stressed about everything going well at the wedding. But by the time the day came I didn't even realize how much Katie had accomplished minute by minute because I was having such a great time. Cannot recommend Katie enough. She was sheer perfection and is incredible at her job.
