  East End is the best!

  My husband and I recently got married at RGNY Vineyard and worked with East End as our caterer and they were AMAZING. I'm not sure if it's the same for all of the vineyard weddings but for ours, the caterers really do a bulk of the work in not only the food but also setting up chairs, bringing cutlery, plates, and tableclothes, helping to move flowers around, setting up pre-ceremony drinks, staffing the bars, and keeping the whole event running. They really are amazing! Everyone was raving about our cocktail hour and dinner. They do something called a trio where everyone gets a chicken, a steak, a veggie and a potato and then they pass fish which I kind of love so people can have a little bit of everything! For cocktail hour they do some fun hors d'oeuvres like a tuna tartare with a saki shot and a taco station with a margarita shooter which was so cute. Joanne and Chris were amazing, they really know their stuff. Also Joanne truly responds to emails within 10 minutes, I've never seen responsiveness like it. You won't regret your decision to work with them!

  Unforgettable Wedding with East End Events Catering!

  My husband and I recently had the pleasure of having East End Events Catering cater our wedding at Pellegrini Vineyards, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.
  
  Chris, the chef, crafted a menu that was both delicious and beautifully presented. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, leaving our guests raving about the food long after the event. The flavors were exquisite, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite.
  
  Jenn, our coordinator, was an absolute gem. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and organizational skills made the entire day run smoothly. She was always one step ahead, ensuring that everything went according to plan and alleviating any potential stress. Her calm and composed demeanor was truly reassuring, and her dedication to making our day special was remarkable.
  
  Joanne was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event. She was very responsive, patient, and gave great advice for our wedding planning process. Not to mention she was lovely company during our two tastings!

  Chris & Joanne are the best!!

  Having east end events catering was the best decision we made for our wedding day. From start to finish Chris and Joanne were incredible to work with. Our day went off without a hitch, from the incredible maitre d Jane to the servers & bartenders they were all beyond perfect. Any request we had they were able to fulfill no questions asked. If they’re available for your wedding book them immediately. We hired them for our fall wedding at rgny, they executed everything perfectly the set up, the food, service everything was 5 stars. Our guests are still talking about how amazing our cocktail hour and dinner was. Jane our Maitre D was the most accommodating, anything we needed she was there, her bubbly personality made us feel at ease all day. Definitely request Jane for your wedding day! The servers were dancing around the room serving dinner they were so kind & friendly. The bartenders I can’t begin to say enough good things about, they made sure everyone had an extra good time! all of Chris and Joanne’s staff are incredible.   Amazing service and food!

  As soon as we met Chris and Joanne to see if we wanted to use them as our caterers for our wedding at The Vanderbilt Museum we loved their energy! They have done numerous weddings at our venue prior so we also knew that would be a plus to hire somebody who knew the site. Their food was also so delicious so we were sold! We also added the day of coordinator (Jane) and maitre D (Danielle) through them for an additional cost (very affordable/reasonable addition). The whole team was incredible and worked so so hard to get everything done the day of the wedding! All the guests said the food was delicious and the drinks too! They offer different options for dinner such as a Trilogy dinner, family style or continuous cocktail hour. We did the trilogy dinner which meant everybody got steak and chicken plated with a starch and veggie, and additionally they came around with a tray of salmon to offer guests also (trilogy = 3 proteins). They also were flexible with some of the liquor options for our bar menu. 10/10! Very affordable compared to some other caterers we recieved quotes from also.

  Top notch service and food

  I attended a wedding at our friends beautiful home 7/29/23. I feel compelled to write a review for the incredible food and amazing service I experienced. It was a sit down dinner during an incredibly uncomfortable heatwave! The staff service was quick, attentive and they never stopped smiling! Although everyone was great, I’d like to note Kathy who stood out, was fantastic and exceptional in providing for our needs. The food was absolutely delicious and exceptional! Everything was delicious I’m and at the correct temperature. They provided everything and were top notch. You can’t go wrong with these pros.

  Very easy to work with

  We had our wedding at Duck Walk Vineyard in Southold. Chris & Joanne were super easy to work with. Throughout the whole process, Joanne was super responsive and would answer most questions within minutes. Chef Chris goes above and beyond to help in any way he can - they both have a lot of connections on the North Fork and do not hesitate to make an introduction or ask a question on your behalf. Chris helped us bridge gaps between both our venue and our tent vendor and is always in your corner throughout the whole experience.
  
  In terms of the food and staff, the best of the best!! We could not be happier with the taste of everything - our guests were seriously impressed. The staff including our day of coordinator, Jane were extremely helpful! We would recommend over and over again!

  Best wedding food ever

  All of our guests thought the food was incredible at our wedding. We’ve been to a few other weddings as guests and the food was never anything special, but literally everyone told us that the food at our wedding was so good!! And there were so many options for cocktail hour and the late night sliders and grilled cheeses were a huge hit!! The entire planning process was so easy with them and they truly helped pull all the details together the day of. I would definitely recommend them to any future brides!!

  The BEST Food!

  We loved working with Chris and Joanne! The food was SO DELICIOUS and there was so much of it! Our cocktail hour was amazing, all our guests were commenting on how good the food was. Chris and Joanne were so helpful in the planning process too. Our maitre d Jane was so great - she had a tray of appetizers ready for us as soon as we were done with pictures and had us sit down and take a minute to eat and enjoy some time alone. She made sure we always had a drink in our hands too. The entire wait staff was so attentive as well. They also did a great job at our venue working with the florist to set up all our decorations and make sure everything was beautiful. I can't say enough about how much we loved the food and the service!!!

  East End Caterers are amazing!

  Chris , Joanne and Jane made our wedding flawless, it went off without a hitch. The food was outstanding, our guests could not stop talking about how good it was. I highly recommend the raw bar. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect, responded to us immediately with any questions we may have had and even helped us find a photographer when ours had to cancel the day before our wedding.

  Easiest wedding decision by far!

  My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Joanne, Chris, Jane and their staff!! Joanne was extremely responsive to our emails/questions and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We were getting married at Greenport Brewery and were nervous because this was obviously not a typical wedding venue. They had us in to try many different plates and every single one was amazing. Joanne and Chris took the time to sit with us and go over little details and gave us helpful advice before we even booked with them. We felt confident right after that initial meeting. We went with the trilogy option and everyone loved that they got to taste everything instead of having to pick just one option.
  
  Jane was our AMAZING maitre'd and went above and beyond the day of and even in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Jane thought of every single detail and made sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding. She has a great personality and sense of humor that made us feel calm and relaxed and the bridal party and guests absolutely loved her as well.
  
  A month later and guests are still telling us how amazing the food was (particularly the butternut squash ravioli at cocktail hour that I'm still so sad I missed!!). Joanne, Chris, Jane and the rest of the team did an amazing job with not just the food, but helping us with so many little details that day and I'm sure with so many things that we weren't even aware of. We are so thankful they made our day unforgettable and we would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

  They saved my wedding day!

  I don't know how to begin to express how incredible Chris and Joanne are. My original wedding caterer cancelled less than one month prior to my wedding for 150 people at a venue that required complete customization. Every chair, tray, fork, knife, etc. I was required to bring in and my wedding simply wouldn't have been possible without them. They truly go above and beyond to make your day incredible, and most importantly stress free. The attached photo shows Chris literally wiping the floor during a band break. Their staff set up all of my beautiful tablescapes, welcome stations, etc. Chris also set up my entire ceremony after an issue day of with the rental company. Aside from how above and beyond they went, the food was incredible. I married an Italian so my guests take food very seriously and the positive feedback was resounding. Chris and Joanne truly saved my day and blew every expectation out of the water. We are immensely grateful to have found them!

When it came to payment and breakdown of costs everything was communicated clearly and what we were told back in 2019 was the same when it came time for payment in 2021.
  
  In terms of the food, chef Chris and his team do such fine work. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food and its presentation - and we loved it, too. Nobody left our wedding hungry.

  Beyond expectations!

  Chris and Joanne of East End Events Catering were absolutely phenomenal! There are not enough good things to say about this duo. They went above and beyond when catering our wedding and they made the entire process seamless and easy.   Great Food! Great Service

  Chris, Joanne, and Tina were wonderful! They spent time with us to create the perfect menu and layout! Everyone is still raving about the food and service at our glamorous backyard wedding. Chris even brought a beautiful driftwood "Love" sign that everyone was taking pictures with and it helped with our wedding theme. They are wonderful to work with, and quickly responded to any questions we had in planning everything last minute during COVID. They made us feel safe and comfortable and made our wedding event so beautiful and intimate. They made our dreams come true. Thank you!

  2020 brings a lot of challenges to wedding planning, but East End Catering was able to address everything and throw us the wedding of our dreams.
  
  Chris and Joanne go above and beyond what is asked of them. They immediately make you feel at ease with their amazing personalities and professionalism. After meeting with them once you will feel like old friends and will be excited to plan a wedding with them. Unlike other vendors they actually try to help you save money without compromising the big day. Not only were they awesome, but they had the inside scoop on what other vendors to use too. Our guest raved about the food all night long and the service staff Chris and Joanne brought were outstanding.

  One of Our Best Decisions

  We are so glad we booked East End Events to cater our wedding! Chris and Joanne were so helpful throughout the entire process (especially since we had to re-plan everything due to the pandemic).   Better than you can possibly imagine!

  JoAnne and her husband are true professionals at what they do. With very little notice they put together a wedding we only dreamed of. We selected a menu and did not have to worry about anything else. Their staff was top notch and Jane the Maitre’D was keen on the little details making our ceremony and reception perfect. Our guests went on and on about not only how great the food was; but how the service and coordination was better than the best catering halls they have been to. It doesn’t get any better than them; they go above and beyond to ensure you have smile during the planning of your event and very long after. Cannot say enough how much they meant to the success of our day.

  Couldn’t have pulled it off without them!

  We decided in May that we wanted to get married in September or October which limited our choices of a venue since many were already booked. The initial place we loved, recommended East End Catering so we reached out to them first. Right from the start, Joanne and Chris were a pleasure to work with. When the venue changed their pricing we had to walk away but asked if they would be willing to show us other places they worked with. Chris gave up a Sunday to take us around to alternative venues and we decided on Duckwalk. They have an exclusive partnership with them so they have everything you will need right on site- from the tables and chairs to the dish-ware, it cut down on the burden of having to work with dozen of other vendors. They were also upfront about their prices which were reasonable. They didn’t try to up-charge at all (there were no ++ ).
  They were our stewards every step of the way and offered ,Jane our day of coordinator, for a nominal amount. Jane was amazing!!! She’s also one funny lady and makes planning a stressful event much easier. if you can book her, do it! She is worth every penny.
  
  Joanne always made time for our questions and she is so responsive to emails. I’m not sure if she sleeps!
  
  As for the reception, we wound up having a potato bar for the cocktail hour which was a huge hit and all of the appetizers were amazing. The baked clams are delicious and my husband agrees- he doesn’t even eat seafood!
  The dinner was also delicious. We wound up getting the trilogy, so people could have a little bit of everything. We received so much positive feedback.
  
  We cannot recommend them enough. Our wedding day was wonderful. I wish we could do it every year! Book them!

Everyone loved the raw bar at the cocktail hour! Our maitre d Marissa was super easy to work with and helped us figure out all the logistics the day of. She made sure everything went smoothly and the day was absolutely perfect for us. I cannot enough good things about east end catering, they helped to make my wedding day perfect and I am so grateful!

  The Most Incredible Caterer!

  My husband and I were married at Pellegrini Vineyards on September 1, 2019. From the very beginning, Joanne and Chris made the process of selecting the food for our wedding so easy. Joanne was, and is to this day, literally the most responsive person, let alone vendor, I’ve ever come into contact with. My husband and I work full time and would do a lot of wedding planning at night and it was to the point where I almost felt bad emailing Joanne late because I knew she would respond right away. Not only that, she is ridiculously experienced and has a great personality. She helped us select our menu, offered ideas for various speciality things we wanted to do (a mac and cheese bar!) and was extremely helpful with organizing other aspects of our wedding. Besides your venue, your caterer is the most important vendor to deal with regarding the flow of your day, and it is important to choose someone who knows what they’re doing. Tina was our maitre’d, and she was so sweet and professional. Tina was instrumental in coordinating our day and in helping us with all the little details. Our guests raved about the food, and we opted for East End’s “trilogy” selection, which was super unique and like nothing I had ever seen before. We also opted to do late night grilled cheeses and burgers, which our guests also loved. We loved working with Chris, who was genuinely excited for us and executed the entire evening flawlessly. Overall, we are so happy we used East End Catering and cannot recommend them enough!
