Chelsea and her East Beach Catering team were FANTASTIC! First the food was amazing and presented beautifully. Many of our guests commented on how perfectly the food was cooked. The appetizers were a big hit! I hired Chelsea as a wedding coordinator with only a month or two left till the big day. She went above and beyond, understood my vision to a tee, and really helped tie everything together. The wedding was a blast thanks to Chelsea and her team. -

We can’t say enough good things about east beach. Highly highly recommend. Our tasting was beyond delicious. My mom could not make the tasting last minute due to a family emergency and they even packed a few things up so that my mom could be a part of the tasting later. Day of our wedding our food still tasted just as good as it had in our tasting. All of our guests were just raving about the food. My brother is getting married later this year and they plan to use them as well. Looking forward to delicious wedding food all over again. -

As the bride and groom, we wanted to create a truly unforgettable environment for our big day as we’ve been told it goes by in the blink of an eye! We were fortunate enough to receive a recommendation from our wedding venue, Norfolk Botanical Gardens, for an incredibly talented catering team, East Beach Catering, who exceeded our every expectation! We interacted with a few different team members from the East Beach Catering, and what struck us most about their team was their ability to capture, transform and bring to life the ideas we had for the vision of our wedding palette without missing a beat. Their attention to detail and artistic eye brought out the smallest, most tender moments that may have otherwise been overlooked. We received so many compliments about the quality of food and service provided by the East Beach Catering team! It’s 52 days later and our guests haven’t stopped raving about the delicious food they received!
Chelsea and her team are not only masters in creation, but they are also true professionals. They arrived on time, maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, and made every small detail look perfect. The level of communication provided by the East Beach Catering team is impeccable as they were always willing to answer a text, email or call whenever we had a question, so we knew we were in good hands the day of the wedding. They even went above and beyond to assist us in providing a full alcohol shopping list (even when we chose not to use their bar services to save money). They were also true champions to set up (and move from one location to another in between events) many different catering options throughout an outdoor wedding, on July 12th, in Virginia! During our tasting, the East Beach Catering team provided many different ideas and suggestions to make sure we could bring our vision to life in the best and most efficient way possible while staying within budget. They were always willing to take feedback (without taking it to heart) during the tasting and were more concerned with making everything 100% perfect for our big day. They asked an abundance of great questions throughout the process to get a feel for what were our absolute “must haves” and even suggested some things we hadn’t thought of. They took great caution to note allergies and food preferences for guests and even ran some of our favorite cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres to us while we were in a separate location working on getting additional bride and groom portraits.
Working with Chelsea and her team has been an absolute pleasure from first contact until the end of the wedding day. Their exceptional talent, professionalism, and dedication to their craft makes them a stand out choice in the world of wedding catering! EBC was the right decision!
We hired East Beach Catering to provide dinner, dessert, and bar services for our wedding. Chelsea was extremely accommodating and helpful. She worked with us to provide a very customized proposal and the prices were quite reasonable. The food was also of the quality and taste of what you would find at a very high scale restaurant. I highly recommend Each Beach Catering for your event!

East Beach Catering is hands one of the best catering companies! I can’t tell you how many people complimented our food on our special day and well after.
My husband I worked with Chelsea from the beginning. She is so sweet and took great care of us. I will 100% be using them again for any future event!
The staff was amazing. My brother and his girlfriend actually ended up needing a ride home and as they were talking about what they were going to do, one of the wait staff overheard and gave them a ride home! Top notch right there!!! -

We hired Chelsea and the East Beach Catering team for our daughters outdoor wedding in late October and could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial tasting throughout the process of selecting rentals and finalizing menus Chelsea was helpful, accommodating, responsive and just a complete pleasure to work with. Contract terms were fair and reasonable with no hidden or excess costs. The food at our event was hot and delicious and we received many compliments from our guests. We will definitely be using the East Beach team again in the future! -

Above and Beyond my expectations!
East Beach Catering is AMAZING!. The guests at my daughters wedding were blown away. I’m still hearing from my guests about how great the appetizers and dinner tasted. It was presented so beautifully. Chelsea is very creative. You can sense she enjoys what she’s does and it reflected in the outcome of the wedding. She made me feel at ease through the whole process of planning the wedding and she was a wealth of information. She’s excellent with communication and kept me on track.. East Beach is full service catering. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend East Beach Catering. I promise you’ll be so happy with their services. So much more than Catering! -

My husband and I wanted to serve dishes from both of our cultures- Peruvian and US Southern- in the wedding. East Beach Catering was able to do that and more! They created a buffet menu that included specific Peruvian and American dishes we wanted, as well as some of their most popular dishes. We were able to have Peruvian dishes during cocktail hour and in the main menu. It was awesome! They were also open to any changes we had during the food tasting. We got so many compliments about the food!
East Beach Catering’s staff was also fantastic. Cathy and Chelsea’s team was super professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the planning process and the wedding. I would absolutely recommend them for your wedding. -

I work in dental , so … my hands are busy for 10 hours a day . Add wedding planning into the mix & well … it was a challenge on my end. Chelsea and her staff did everything perfect! She answered questions I had & questions I didn’t have that I should’ve asked and made me understand without hesitation. The food ? AMAZING! so flavorful! Savory! I wish I could eat that everyday lol. She kept us informed the entire night with where we were at with the bar , and we didn’t have to ask for anything at all. From beginning to end , everything was so beautiful! I briefly described the vision I was going for and she got it spot on ! The displays & presentation was flawlessly executed. Everything was top tier ! Thank you Chelsea & staff , I literally had the best day ever & I thank you for playing a key role! -

East Beach Catering was beyond outstanding from start to finish! Chelsea was so awesome to work with, always responsive, made great suggestions, and willing to make changes along the way. She is so talented in knowing all the details to make your wedding day perfect.... not to mention the food was the rave....after the wedding, guests reached out to ask who did the catering because everything was so delicious - from hors d'oeuvres through dinner. East Beach Catering and Chelsea Browne have my highest recommendation if you're looking to make your wedding day memorable. -

Chelsea and her team at EBC were so amazing to work with for our wedding. Our guest count kept changing due to COVID mitigation measures, our venue changed, our date changed, and EBC was patient and so easy to work with through it all.
Starting at the tasting, Chelsea felt like an old friend from the moment we met her. The food was amazing. It was everything we wanted and more. EBC even worked with us to create some unique appetizers for our wedding that weren't on the original menu.
At the wedding itself, her team made sure we didn't miss out on the food even while we were busy saying hi to everyone and barely getting to sit down. They always made sure we had water and whatever else we wanted available, and we truly wouldn't have had the day of our dreams without EBC.
My friends are still raving about our wedding food, it's THAT good.

Our guest are still talking about the food!! So Yummy!! East Beach was there to help us make our daughter's rally/reception amazing!! The food was delicious, but also elegantly displayed with the finest attention to details, with a professionalism that is often missing today. Chelsea with East Beach was AMAZINGGG for our wedding! Her and her staff did an incredible job without and issues. Chelsea was so responsive every time I reached out to her and she was extremely accommodating to any request I had (and trust me, I had a lot of requests). Guests were raving about how good the food was, we had the mini crabcakes, sweet potato biscuits, and mini brie bites with glazed walnuts and cranberries in a mini phyllo cup (which is not on the menu but they were glad to do it). For dinner we had the east beach parmesan chicken, beef tenderloin, and coconut shrimp with au gratin potatoes and vegetable platter which was gorgeous. We had a buffet but the catering staff made our plates and had them ready for us at our sweetheart table when we were ready to eat. I remembered the night BEFORE the wedding that my wife cannot eat mango and so I asked Chelsea to simply not put the mango salsa on her shrimp when they made her plate. It honestly wasn't a big deal but Chelsea and her staff were able to change the mango salsa to an orange apricot salsa the night BEFORE the wedding. I cannot speak enough about how accommodating and professional they were throughout the entire process. You cannot go wrong with this choice for catering any event!! I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future for parties!! -

I absolutely LOVED working with the staff at East Beach Catering! From the first time we met with Chelsea we knew this would be the caterer we would use. She listened to everything we wanted and made all of it work and within our budget! We wanted a buffet/cocktail style spread with plenty of options for our guests AND a dessert table extravaganza. Chelsea worked with us to make all of this happen! I was super picky with what I wanted my biggest priority was making sure the food tasted delicious and not like normal boring “wedding food.” We got so many complements on our food, my aunt liked it so much she used them to cater my uncles retirement party! The beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly and we had loaded potato rounds that were delicious! For our passed appetizers my favorites were the caprese skewers, the blt skewers and the sweet potato biscuits! Everyone raved about the sweet potato biscuits. We also used Chelsea as our wedding coordinator which was the best decision we could have made. We live in Oregon but got married in Virginia where I’m from, this made planning our wedding a little difficult. Chelsea worked with my mom and me to make sure everything ran smoothly and we got everything we wanted. I told her what styles I liked and she brought it to life. She worked with me and made everything so easy on me I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our big day. We highly recommend not only East Beach Catering but also Chelsea’s coordinating services. Seriously, she was a god sent. -

We had registered with East Beach catering and found the wedding planner Chelsea. What a team! We didn't have to worry about anything. The set up was right on time. The arrangements were beautiful. The food was beyond belief! If we had to do it all over again we wouldn't change a thing. We've already recommended them to a family member for a military retirement party. They were amazing for that too. We can't say enough good about these people. -

Chelsea and East Beach did an amazing job from the first time I called them to inquire about their services to the end of the wedding. The food and presentation were perfect, but one thing that also stood out was their responsiveness to all of our questions and requests. Not only that, Chelsea went above and beyond to deliver tastings of desserts with our requested changes to me since the initial ones were not quite what we expected, and they were willing to do this multiple times to get everything exactly as we wanted. She did everything she could to make everything perfect and I can't recommend working with East Beach enough! Definitely get their beef tenderloin, it was my favorite dish of all the things that I had tried at the tastings from multiple caterers; multiple people have told me that the food was great but the beef stood out! -

Easy Beach Catering was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. Chelsea and Kathy were fantastic and have a wealth of experience in the wedding industry. We selected a seated meal with a choice of beef, salmon oscar (which was topped with a huge amount of crab meat) and parmesan chicken and we have already received so much positive feedback form our guests regarding dinner. During our tasting, my mom and I were blown away from the start. They rolled out the red carpet and the food was absolutely incredible. Additionally, Chelsea, being a former wedding coordinator, was a huge help to me in assisting with making my dreams come true- she is amazing you guys! She met with me to discuss our rentals, and again to discuss the logistics a month out, and quickly responded to all my emails. Our venue allowed us to bring in our own alcohol, and East Beach provided us with excellent resources to determine how much we needed to purchase. Compared to the other caterers that we looked at, East Beach was extremely professional and affordable. -

The first time I met with Chelsea and Cathy I knew these were the people I wanted to cater my wedding. What Chelsea did for me, however, was much more than catering. She did EVERYTHING!!!! We are so grateful for her going above and beyond well before our wedding and, of course, on the day of. It is clear that weddings and events are her passion because she really cares! Where to begin!? East Beach Catering was an absolute dream to work with, Chelsea specifically. She took care of every worry I had, addressed every thought that crossed my mind, and made our wedding day a dream come true. She didn't only take care of the food, but also the rentals and helped set up the wedding too! Everything was so seamless and easy.
The food was AMAZING! I loved that our guests kept telling me how delicious everything was! There was also plenty of left overs and no one went hungry. So thankful to have had such an awesome team to work with for our special day :) 110% recommended! -

I was a little nervous at first since my menu was a little different pork and pineapple tacos, caprese skewers, fresh fruit, Jamaican curry chicken with rice and peas, beef tenderloin, mixed vegetables, and fried plantains and it turned out excellent, I'm thankful we went with East Beach Catering. -

The staff also helped with setting up and breaking down for our big day which was amazing. The food was amazing and we kept getting compliments on the food from our guests! The food was also presented amazingly! We have mac and cheese as one of our passed appetizers and they displayed them in tiny martini glasses! They also provided a coffee bar and dessert bar for us. Overall, the whole event/catering was amazing. I highly recommend East Beach if you are looking for amazing food and a very helpful staff! -

I started communicating with Cathy (the kindhearted and fearless leader of the entire operation) via phone calls and e-mails and felt that we would be a great fit together. My husband is in the military and we tried to work out a taste test session that could include him, but it just wasn’t going to happen. She was so understanding that he couldn’t be there and was fine with me bringing my friend in his place! The tasting really sealed the deal and made me even more excited for the big day than I already was! The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful (which was very important to me), and the customer service was top tier! It was an all-around fabulous experience leading up to the big day.
On our wedding day we were so thrilled to see it all come together and it exceeded our expectations in every way! We are about a month into our marriage and we still have guests contacting us telling us how delicious the food was…the appetizers during the cocktail hour were a HUGE HIT!! My husband got to try everything for the first time just as the guests did and he was extremely satisfied and is still talking about how tasty and perfect everything was! We highly recommend East Beach for any event that you might have! Delicious and gorgeous food, the perfect bar set up (very important to us!), and an extremely patient and hardworking staff…what more could one ask for?! Thank you so much to Cathy and the entire East Beach Catering team!!

My husband and I didnt think there would be any way the food at the wedding would taste as wonderful as it was at the tasting, but we were both wrong!! Food was unbelievable, there was plenty of it and her staff was great as well. Hoping to be able to plan another event so we can use her again! Hands down, she's the best! -
