Our cake was featured in NY Times — most delicious cake I've ever tried + gorgeous!!
Oh my goodness, hire them!!! Earth and Sugar hit it out of the park for our wedding (Feb. 15, 2025 at The Palms Hotel Miami Beach). Honestly was the best cake I've ever tasted and the cake itself was absolutely gorgeous, a true work of art. I loved that we could go in for a tasting (they even packed out slices for a to-go tasting so that my mom who recently had a stroke could taste the cake at home with us). I'm in love with the simple, elegant and gorgeous design — total perfection and exactly the cake of my dreams. They worked seemlessly with our florist (Ever After Florist) to add cake flowers and placed my flamingo cake toppers perfectly. I borrowed a large cake stand from them and they were very patient when I had to have it Uber'ed back to them the next day because of a snafu (the cake stand accidentally got packed with my personal items). They couldn't have been kinder or more responsive. I remain OBSESSED with our wedding cake 6 months on and could not recommend Earth and Sugar more! (p.s. the cake was even featured in The New York Times Vows column!)

Our wedding cake was a huge hit! Multiple guests asked for seconds because it was so tasty. We went with the almond cake and dulche de leche filling and absolutely loved it. Earth and sugar had great flavor options (classic or unique depending on what you wanted)! The experience at Earth and Sugar was great. From our tasting and design discussion to the final product on our wedding day, everything was perfect. The team was very responsive over email which was great. I can't say enough good things about Earth and Sugar. The tasting, communication between the staff, cake decorations, and customizations were all outstanding. Being Italian, I really wanted a smaller olive oil cake specially made for my family and they made it happen! I also ordered a larger wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious. My husband and I decided on 2 flavors: chocolate chip cake with chocolate and vanilla filling and the strawberry lemon cake. IT WAS DELICIOUS. Highly recommend this bakery for all occasions but especially weddings.

Earth & Sugar not only designed the most beautiful wedding cake using our florals but the actual cake was delicious!
The team was extremely easy to work with, reliable, flexible, and offered a variety of designs and flavors. They allowed us to select 2 unique flavors for our special day. Each flavor was so good we couldn’t pick a favorite! We saved a few pieces of the cake to have on our one year anniversary for good luck and I am already excited to try it again!
I would recommend Earth and Sugar over and over again! You won’t be disappointed.

Earth and Sugar’s show stopping cake was the perfect sweet treat to end our wedding night! It was this past June at The Palms Hotel Miami, recommended by our venue. Needless to say it was hot lol, but our cake was able to withstand the heat and outdoor elements without a hiccup. We had a guest count of 120 and went with a 4 tiered cake. Each tier alternated between two flavors, Funfetti and Dulce de Leche. Absolutely delicious, great chic designs and professional to work with :)

Earth and Sugar is the BEST. They have such unique flavors and they are all extremely flavorful and moist. The cake tasting was one of our favorite parts of wedding planning! Earth and Sugar was one of the approved vendors that came with out wedding package. I've been following Earth & Sugar on instagram for quite some time so I was so excited to see them listed as one of the vendors. Although we are in Miami we decided to do our cake tasting in person at the WPB location and made a day out of it. The samples were delicious but surprisingly enough, the cake of the day of was 10000% times better! We chose the vegan almond cake with the waved frosting. We received so many compliments on the aesthetic of the cake AND the taste! Our non-vegan guests were so surprised something so delicious could be vegan. I highly recommend Earth & Sugar for any of your celebrations, especially your wedding!

We hired Earth & Sugar for our Wedding in Miami Beach and were so thrilled with our wedding cake.
We opted for a 'semi naked' cake which came out beautifully.
We chose a chocolate sponge with salted caramel icing and chocolate filling, and a lemon sponge with lemon curd & Dulce de leche filling.
You hear how there is often so much wedding cake left over, we had no lemon cake left and a small amount of chocolate cake left. It was a hit with guests.
The cake looked beautiful and just what I envisioned as I wanted to decorative with flowers.

A Dream Wedding Cake
Earth and Sugar is hands down the best wedding cake I've ever eaten. Every wedding cake will pale in comparison. We had so many people at our wedding saying they don't usually eat the cake, but ours was phenomenal. Many people actually had multiple slices. And I can't forget to mention that the cake was absolutely beautiful! They have so many designs and decors to choose from that we didn't even feel like we needed to go custom with our design. It was stunning and just so perfect for our wedding vibe. The chocolate peanut butter cup flavor was such a big hit!

Delicious!
So many brides tell you how your cake goes ignored on your wedding day! Not when you have Earth and Sugar as a vendor. People were going for second and thirds at my wedding. We had the funfetti flavor and something so classic got so much attention. They loved how fresh it tasted and it had the perfect amound of sweetness. We got to enjoy it all weekend long. Apart from all of that it was definitely a highlight at the wedding.

Earth and Sugar was so easy to work with and made such a beautiful cake! Our original wedding was planned for Sanibel but had to be relocated to Miami due to the hurricane. Earth and Sugar helped us get a cake with last minute planning. The design was gorgeous and the cake tasted wonderful! So grateful for them! 💜

Amazing & Delicious Cake Experience!
Earth and Sugar was so easy to work with for our wedding cake - they had a great selection of flavors, each one more delicious than the last. They also had a large selection of cake designs which ensured we would be able to find the perfect one for our special day.
The cake was so impressive when it showed up on wedding day, it made such a great photo moment. And it tasted amazing of course! Would highly suggest using them in the Miami area.

Perfection!!
My original wedding venue was in Sanibel Island which was recently destroyed by hurrican Ian. By the grace of God, my now husband and I were able to relocate the venue to the Fort Lauderdale Habor Beach Marriott. Earth and Sugar was a perffered vendor for the hotel. They were the FIRST I called and had chosen. I am beyond grateful and pleased I chose them. The cake was absolutely STUNNING and exceeded my expectations. It also tasted AMAZING. If you want a gorgeous cake and a deliscious cake at that.... please go with Earth and Sugar. I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed! They are the best and I am a happy bride. Our goals for our wedding cake was something that tastes good and looks nice, and Earth and Sugar far exceeded those expectations. Delicious works of art, seamless communication
We adore Earth and Sugar. We booked Earth and Sugar back in 2019 pre-pandemic for a planned March 2020 wedding. Weeks before our original wedding date, we had to postpone like many other couples. For our small ceremony in March 2020, they were able to delivery small, scaled down version of our planned wedding cake -- and that made it all the more special to have a little version on our special day in 2020. It was the most perfectly textured, exquisitely flavored (lemon + strawberry/lavender), and beautiful cake we've ever had. When we finally had our full ceremony and reception in late 2021 -- the cake was even more delicious if possible. The communication with staff was superb the entire time with both of our events.

I can’t recommend Earth & Sugar enough after hiring them to make our wedding cake! We absolutely loved ours- the Vanilla Raspberry Swirl Cake with raspberry buttercream and cream cheese frosting! Earth & Sugar is such a seamless operation, everything was so easy from our cake tasting to making our final selections, we were so pleased with them! We also decided to do a few mini-desserts at our wedding, and they were such a hit!! Loved our cake so much that we decided to order a small one as a birthday cake a month later!

We had Earth and sugar as part of our wedding package with Alexander Event Catering we went with the chocolate chip and cream cheese icing and it was out of this world I had them custom create a vision that I had and it came out Simply Amazing the look of the cake was Top Notch and the taste kept the conversations going first time I've ever even went back for a second let alone 3rd 4th and a fifth plate unreal thank you guys so much

Earth & Sugar was a great choice for our wedding cake! We did an at-home taste testing and all the flavors we tried were delicious. Once we selected our flavors and cake design, and supplied the number of guests, we didn't have to do anything else. They took care of getting it to the venue and arranged all the logistics. All of our guests loved the cake; we got lots of compliments!

Everyone I spoke to about arranging cake and desserts for my wedding was so professional. We had a Zoom meeting to go over all the details and they answered every email quickly. I got a raspberry vanilla cake and it was one of the most delicious cakes I have ever had. We had guests who are gluten free and they created gluten free cupcakes to match the cake. Additionally, I got a dessert platter and it was amazing!!! We packaged up the left overs and I brought it to enjoy on my honeymoon. Will definitely work with them in the future!!

Not only did they make a beautiful cake that added a nice visual to my wedding but it also tasted amazing! They had so many flavors to pick from during the tasting it was hard to choose. I finally decided on funfetti and red velvet and we alternate the layers. Can’t recommend them enough.

Not only was our cake beautiful, but literally so delicious!! We chose the funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream. They did a beautiful fondant monogram for us. Literally every guest told us this was the most delicious wedding cake they ever had—and I definitely agree! It was so good we ate the top tier with all of our close friends and family the next day and saved a slice for our 1st anniversary. Everyone was begging us to cut into it at brunch!!

I worked with Earth & Sugar for my wedding cake and they were spot on with every detail. The cake was absolutely beautiful & exactly what I wanted AND delicious! Everyone raved about it! I planned my wedding from out of state and that can be challenging BUT Earth & Sugar was beyond reliable, professional, accommodating & super friendly! All attributes that are sadly hard to come by these days. I would 100% urge you to book this company for your wedding or special event! Biggest & only regret was not actually having a piece or saving the top BUT I was having too much fun on the dance floor!

We had an option of using Earth & Sugar through our venue and once we saw the level of presentation at the cake tasting, the delicious smell wafting through out the space, and how they accommodated us being early for our appointment it was clear they were our chosen vendor. The team at Earth and Sugar was responsive and helpful. They even packaged our cake tasting 'to go' for us since had covid on the date of our tasting. They designed the most beautiful modern cake and our guests gushed over it. We chose Carrot Cake which is an odd wedding choice, but it was a huge hit. I'm drooling thinking about it!

Unreal flavor. Best cake.
The nicest team; the best artisans; elegant, refined, classic with UNREAL flavor combinations. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the cake! We wish we had more to take home!!!

Amazing & Elegant Cakes
Earth & Sugar was on the preferred vendor list for our wedding at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort. Our wedding cake was amazing and our guests thought it was fantastic. Can't wait to try the top layer for our 1 year anniversary. We would highly recommend Earth & Sugar for any cake special occasion needs.

amazing wedding cake!!
We got our wedding cake from Earth & Sugar and could not have been any happier! communication with them was so simple which took so much stress off us and they did EXACTLY what we wanted. Beautiful cake
Earth and sugar cakes are not only stunningly beautiful but taste amazing. The flavor choices and the moistness of the cake was so worth every penny. They even did our separate grooms cake and everyone ate the entire amount. Thank you!

Amazing & Delicious
Earth & Sugar did our wedding cake and it was absolutely amazing!! The cake was delicious and looked so beautiful. Their team of people was so awesome to work with, we had to schedule a last minute tasting as we were coming from out of town and they squeezed us in so we could try all their amazing flavors! We aren’t big cake people but we got one of their gourmet flavors and it was absolutely incredible!!! Very happy with our decision!

Highly Recommend
I am so glad we chose Earth and Sugar for our wedding cake. The whole process was effortless, we had to reschedule our tasting since we did not live in the area and they did their very best to accommodate our needs and were able to host us for a tasting on another weekend we were in town. The cake was beautiful- exactly what I had pictured, even with the minimal direction I gave! I highly recommend them.

Elegant & Yummy
A cake from Earth and Sugar was included in our package from our venue, Benvenuto. The pictures of their cakes looked beautiful on instagram, so it was hard to decide which design to choose. Once I had chosen a design, we booked our cake tasting which was fun & quick. The cake ended up being absolutely BEAUTIFUL and super delicious. We got a lot of compliments on the presentation and on how great it tasted too!

The absolute best tasting wedding cake
Earth and Sugar makes THE BEST wedding cakes! I have never had better cake at another wedding, and so many of my guests went out of their way to say the same thing! Their cakes are absolutely beautiful, but most importantly they taste delicious. They have amazing flavor options and I am still catching myself wanting to order a small cake at home for any small event that comes up as it was that good! The staff is also super professional and friendly. They were also able to make cookies for our wedding favors and gluten free desserts for guests with dietary restrictions that still tasted amazing! Don’t hesitate to book Earth and Sugar!

An Absolutely Wonderful Cake
Earth and Sugar was amazing! The cake was delicious and moist, all of our guests were telling us it was the best cake they ever had at a wedding (some went back for second and third slices). It managed to be flavorful and the buttercream was not too sweet. The decorations were beautiful, they captured exactly what we envisioned for our wedding cake.
When we requested pineapple flowers in the decoration, they went out and learned how to make them and managed to include them cascading down the side of the cake. It was perfect and that little extra effort and detail that helped make the wedding such a magical experience.

Happy Out of Town Bride
I was an out of town bride who found myself needing a baker for my wedding, when my first cancelled on me. The customer service as Earth and Sugar was amazing, they assured me that they could do not only my cake, but a second vegan cake and then had no problem when I added macarons. And on top of it all, the products tasted amazing. If you're on the fence, just book them!

Bride here who had to change her wedding plans multiple time due to you know what. Earth and Sugar is a recommended vendor with my venue and I am beyond grateful I used them for my wedding cake for the wedding that finally arrived! They were able to squeeze me and my husband in for a tasting, recommend a beautiful design, and was very responsive with each question and change. Would 100% recommend and use them again for another party!

Amazing and tasty experience
From the moment I arrived at Earth and Sugar for my tasting, I knew I would book them for my big day. The bakery smelt so good and was very clean. The staff was sweet like cake and very professional. They have great suggestions for flavors and designs for the cakes. I’m still reminiscing on my yummy vanilla and dulce de leche wedding cake.
