One of the hardest decisions you make when planning a wedding is choosing a photographer to capture the moment. We are absolutely thrilled with our wedding photos! My husband is a photographer and we knew we had to find the right company we could trust but also one that could match our style of who we are as a couple. We're so happy we chose Earth + Moon and I can't recommend them enough. There was a hurricane on our wedding day so we had a plan A, B, and C, which all failed because of weather and other weddings. Joe was given very difficult situation with a time crunch and we had to work on the fly to make our photo session happen. He was so calm and professional and was running through the pouring rain to get the shots we planned on! From looking at our photos, you would have no idea how challenging the day was leading up to the event! Joe exceeded our expectations by 1000!
Huge thanks to Earth + Moon Photography! Highly recommend! -

Before getting engaged, my now fiancé and I have always talked about what this moment would be like. I didn't care what the ring looked like or where he proposed, all I cared about was capturing this special moment to look back on for years to come. My fiancé hired Joe to capture our engagement at Long Beach Island, NJ. Joe captured the proposal by the Barneget Lighthouse followed by an hour long photo shoot on the beach. Not only was Joe professional, but he made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I would HIGHLY recommend Earth and Moon Photography for any proposal, engagement photo shoot, elopement or wedding. -

Our engagement session with Joe from Earth and Moon Photography was the best! From beginning to end, the attention to detail, care, and kindness Joe showed us was unbelievable! Due to the ongoing pandemic, we were nervous about where we could take pictures safely but Joe helped us pick a location that wasn't heavily trafficked so we felt more comfortable. We messaged back and forth about the location for a few days until we found one we felt comfortable with that would help us bring our vision for our photos to life. He helped us decide which outfits would look best and tirelessly answered all the many questions we had leading up to the shoot! During the shoot itself, Joe went above and beyond once again, even staying longer to help us get our perfect pictures. We were comfortable and relaxed during the shoot because Joe gave fantastic direction and made us feel totally at ease, and it really shows in the final pictures. We are so, so happy with how the photos turned out and we are so thankful to Earth and Moon Photography for the memories we'll cherish forever!

Pinch me now!
“Aaahh, pinch me now!!” How I feel looking at my wedding photos that Earth and Moon photography took on 10/08/21. All of the photos are absolutely gorgeous! I can’t thank Joe and Mae enough. Our venue was very big so we knew it would be a long day. From beginning to end, they were hustling to get the very best shots from climbing multiple stair cases to moving throughout the many many rooms in the venue and even getting eaten alive by mosquitos - sorry! Lol. Pictures began at about 12:30pm and didn’t end until after 10:30pm. I am so grateful for the hard work, attention to detail and ability to make us comfortable and laugh throughout the day. You guys were amazing! These are the moments that we will cherish for a lifetime and you captured them beautifully.
Our journey with Earth and Moon photography began with our engagement photo shoot that Joe and Susy rocked! They picked the perfect location that really showcased us as a couple. We knew they’d be perfect to capture our wedding day. & boy were we right! Earth and Moon Photography exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to our next occasion to book them for a shoot! Thank you.. thank you.. thank you!

My fiancé hired Joe to capture our proposal photos in Central Park, followed by an hour worth of engagement photos. WOW is all I can say - he did an amazing job selecting locations and poses for us. Joe and Susy are amazing to work with and are truly talented at what they do! Joe made us feel super comfortable and relaxed during our wedding photo session, and that truly came through in our wedding photos. I was super impressed that Joe extensively researched our wedding location and proposed some additional locations in the area for us to take photos. Joe was extremely responsive, friendly and professional to work. I was blown away by the final results— not just the quantity of photos, but the quality work and attention to detail captured. We could not be happier with our pictures! From the beginning, Joe and Susy completely understood what we wanted and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, which is a big deal for me and my husband! We really wanted pictures that were more natural and effortless and they did a great job capturing those moments that other photographers might miss. They are both warm and friendly, incredibly easy to work with, and made sure to make the most of our time to get really gorgeous shots. We have hired them since our wedding and they continue to produce beautiful work. I can't say enough good things about them!
