EA Pro Music did a fantastic job with our wedding! William was very easy to communicate with through the planning process and day-of. His planning site was a great resource to submit songs for all the special moments, as well as any music we wanted to hear for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. The scheduling page organized every detail of the day, and William checked in before every important moment to make sure the people involved were ready before making each transition. We got a ton of positive comments from our guests as well which really confirmed that he was the right choice. We cannot recommend him enough!

William was amazing! He was doing three things at our wedding (DJ, MC, and Livestream). My family could not join the wedding from overseas, so we found a way to livestream the whole reception, and he took care of that. He met with us several times before the wedding to plan everything. He showed us a circuit diagram he made for the livestream feed, to ensure we could switch between a camera, a zoom call, and a powerpoint for the guests on the livestream. He saved both the livestream feed and the camera feed to a hard drive we provided, so we have the whole reception from multiple angles! He was also very conscientious to pronounce everybody's name correctly. Finally, he is kind, he knows when to play what songs, and he was cooperative and welcoming as an MC. Highly recommend!

Book them!
I used EA pro music as my DJ service for my wedding in Rolling Prairie, IN in 6/2025. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who is looking for a wedding DJ.
This was an outdoor wedding, with an open concept barn. I had very high expectations for the DJ that I chose - we wanted a particular vibe, certain songs played and certain songs not played. I made playlists for almost every part of the evening. We met with William multiple times before the wedding where we made timelines and discussed expectations. William was readily available with any questions, and always responded promptly and in a professional manner. He was so easy to work with, and despite my high expectations I trusted that he would help fortify my vision.
On the day of, William arrived early and set up all of his equipment. We had a mic at the ceremony site, which was away from the barn. The barn was where the dance floor was. We never had issues with the mics during the ceremony, or during the speeches during dinner. He played all of the songs we requested and everything went literally perfectly. The sound was excellent too!
Of all of my vendors, EA pro music was the least of my worries. He executed the job perfectly and I have no notes (unusual for me). I was very appreciative of their professionalism, communication and tailoring their services to meet our needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

EA Pro was amazing and William did the best job!
William and the EA Pro team did an incredible job at our wedding! He went out of his way to create a customized, first rate experience that was far better than other DJ services we compared. We opted for the advanced lighting package and photo booth, both of which made our reception more special and unique. His communication and music portal made planning more convenient and fun, and he was very responsive to our questions along the way. Our guests were blown away by the entertainment and environment created by William and we give him our highest recommendation!

The best dj ever
Before I had my wedding, I went to 5 WEDDINGS in a year. And let me tell you this, they didn't come anywhere CLOSE to how amazing William and EA Pro was. The transitions were seamless, the people loved him, the lighting was spectacular, and he single handedly ran our entire wedding without a hitch. Would recommend him for any wedding as the wedding process as a whole was better with him in it. Thank you, SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

Fantastic wedding DJ!
William did a fantastic job as our wedding DJ! He kept the party going and throughout the night the dance floor was never empty. He played every single song we requested and did a great job selecting other music to match the feel we wanted! He made sure to check in with us when he was about to make announcements so that nothing was a surprise, and made sure to follow any details we requested (such as announcing when the cake was set out and calling out certain time periods during the anniversary dance). Additionally, the software on his portal was super easy to use and made sure that everything we wanted got played. I highly recommend William to anyone in need of DJ services, you won’t regret it!

Could not have picked a better Dj!
Sam DJ'd our wedding in September of 2022. My husband and I could not have picked a better DJ! The dance floor was full all night, and guests are still telling us and our parents how much they enjoyed the DJ.
Not only was Sam amazing during the wedding, but he was helpful during the planning process. We had various check-ins to see how he could support the planning process and helped to create our reception timeline.
If I never need a DJ for another event, I 100% would book Sam and EA Pro Music.

Awesome wedding DJ!!

If you are even thinking about hiring EA Pro Music for your wedding or event, do it!!! The whole experience working with William was amazing, from start to finish. We loved using the online platform to choose which songs we wanted played at key moments during our wedding. William worked with us and our outdoor venue to make sure we had great quality sound throughout our outdoor ceremony and tented reception. We trusted his instincts, and he made sure our reception was a dance party! He got members of all generations out on the dance floor, and we got so many comments from our guests about how much fun they had during the reception. Amazing experience!
William at EA Pro made our day awesome by keeping the music going all night long! We received so many compliments after, including "I've never been at a wedding where the DJ never once took a break, there was music all night long!" I am a huge music person, and the online organization portal was immensely helpful in letting me curate my own playlist of must have's, don't play's, special songs, etc. I could work on it at my own pace and it was user friendly to show friends and family as well to help me. William even met with me the week before to go over the playlist, check pronunciations, review our overall vibe, etc., which made me feel more confident. The day of, William was professional and on it. He paced the evening perfectly and even came over during dinner to let us know where we were at and when my MOH would do her speech (she was nervous!). I even had a specific request to play a certain song when I did an outfit change, and William was spot on and announced it at the perfect time...the guests were guided to grab glow sticks, get late night bites, cake and coffee, etc., and William did a great job. Also, the uplights they provided made our space look amazing. 10/10 recommend!

We were extremely happy with Sam from EA Pro Music for our wedding reception. The system for adding preferred music was easy to use, communication was great, and the event went smoothly. Sam was very personable, responsive and helpful to all of our questions and requests. Multiple guests said they thought our DJ and the music was outstanding! Sam added a few personal touches like passing a microphone around so some of our friends sing a lyric or two to a popular song and asking the longest married couple to give us words of wisdom after the anniversary dance. Name pronunciations were flawless (very important for our international guests!!), and any announcements were un-intrusive. Very happy with the service!

William traveled all the way from Indiana where we are from to Snowshoe, WV for our destination wedding, and made sure that we got a package customized to our needs for our intimate day. William from EA Pro Music was an absolute highlight of our wedding. During the planning process he was very involved, easy to talk to and trustworthy. From the moment we first spoke to William we knew we had made a fantastic choice. The online planning portal was very helpful and easy to use as well. William emceed both our ceremony and reception exceptionally well. During our ceremony he had to loop the processional song because things were taking longer than expected but did it so flawlessly that my wife and myself almost didn’t even notice. We used EA Pro music for our daughter’s wedding. We had an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception so that involved two set ups. The DJ Connor set up without having to ask us questions or bother us. He practiced with our soloist and speakers again without having to bother us. He did a great job at both sites. I appreciated all the before contacts they made to make sure they had everything they needed for the day. It was great to have professionals do their job without needing us on that day. It left us free to enjoy the day. We highly recommend using them for your event.

Worked with William at EA Pro for our wedding on May 29, 2021 and it was the best experience and I would highly recommend! We were originally scheduled to be married May 30, 2020 - then Covid happened - and we had to postpone until this year. William was so understanding when we had to make the difficult decision to postpone. Once we decided to move forward officially in 2021, William was super helpful and very responsive to each and every question we had leading up to the big day. Loved the planning tool EA Pro uses - it made it so much easier to see the timeline and make sure that songs we wanted played, were played. There aren't enough good things to say about this company!

Unfortunately, we decided to cancel our October 3rd wedding and were unable to utilize EA Pro Music for DJ services. Throughout the entire process, William was the most responsive, helpful and communicative vendor we hired. I would highly recommend EA Pro Music to all brides. They use a very user friendly technology platform to select songs for the day and this was so helpful in establishing a timeline for our reception. William was an integral part of our wedding day. He worked with us on our timeline and helped us make all of our special moments come to life. The program we used to put in our specific songs was easy to use and allowed us to preview the songs to make sure it was what we wanted. From our surprise dances to an epic late night snack reveal, the music that EA Pro Music provided truly made each of those moments special. We could also approach William with a song request, and he would make it happen.
Another thing that my wife and I are truly appreciative of was William’s help creating our final dance. We had everyone who was still there at the end of the night leave the room. William then started the music that we had for our first dance and left the room. It was only my wife and I in the room and that moment was something that we will never forget. It was truly something incredible. Thank you, William, for everything! Out of all of our vendors, you were the best one we had! We highly recommend William to anyone for all of their music needs!

Great DJ, Photobooth, & Lighting!
We hired William with EA Pro Music as the DJ for our large 200-person wedding in the fall, and our reception was a blast! We were first drawn to EA Pro Music from their modern and well-organized website. Some of the other DJ websites in our search looked very dated and barely showed you pictures or videos of everything they offered (such as lighting rentals, etc). EA Pro Music’s website has everything well-listed, including the pricing platform and options for additional add-ons. We planned our wedding out of state, so we video chatted 2 different times with William and in between those times he emailed very helpful planning tips and scheduling reminders. He was always very responsive to any of our questions, and made sure to get a good idea for our taste in music as well as the age demographics of our guests. He listened to our specific requests and gave helpful advice when needed, ESPECIALLY regarding the reception timeline logistics. You can tell he has tons of experience in this field and is genuinely passionate about his business and what he does. Once all our formal dances were out of the way at our reception and the dance floor opened, it stayed full all night! We also added on some great dance lights and the early-bird Photo Booth package, which included a scrapbook and glue sticks and pens that we ended up using as our guest book. We had a lot of kids at our wedding, and they used the photo booth nonstop all night. The photo booth attendant, Chris, was so friendly and great dealing with all the rambunctious kids (and adults, let’s be honest) for the whole 5-hour booking! EA Pro Music’s services are competitively priced and they were worth every penny. We cannot recommend William and his team enough!

My wife and I met Sam and William at a Bridal Expo at Notre Dame. We were impressed by our first interaction in their willingness to provide music from cultures around the world. EA Pro also provided a state-of-the-art online application for song requests and a "do not play" list. Their process is well structure and are timely in responses to all sorts of questions and concerns. If you want to plan out every minute of music they are patient to work with you along the way, and if you want to relax and just pick a few styles/genres, you can trust their knowledge to build an experience everyone at your celebration can enjoy!

EA Pro Music/William was highly recommend to me by a coworker, and after our first meeting I knew exactly why. He was very professional and down to earth he showed us the website/software we would use to help with choosing songs and planning the order of events. There are also several very helpful videos to watch to show you exactly how to use the software. Leading up to the wedding he sent out helpful emails to keep us on track of things that needed to be done. I didn’t have a wedding planner but his software felt like I had one, it helped me stay organized and plan my wedding timeline without fail. The day of the wedding he showed up early to set up everything, including extra uplighting we had asked for that added such a beautiful touch to the dance floor! He kept the day and into the night right on track and kept the party alive the entire time. I couldn’t be more happy with picking EA Pro Music as our DJ - they are the total package!

I chose EA Pro because of their planning tools. The website is easy to use and customize your music and schedules. They work closely with you during the planning process to send tips and reminders.
Once the wedding came, everything went great the day of with Sam. He coordinated with the other vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. He took requests and interacted with our guests. His singing talent was a surprise but everyone loved it! You won't regret hiring them!

We absolutely loved having William as our DJ! From the beginning, he was very informative, professional, and kind. Not only did he help with our music selections, but he also helped with almost any aspect of our wedding that we were unsure about. Also his website where we chose our music and created our timeline was very user friendly and a great tool to have. And of course his performance as a DJ was awesome! Music was one of the most important things to me at the wedding. EA Pro Music nailed it. We met up a few times before and plotted the music. They had a computer system that allowed me to choose music that I wanted. They were very prompt and kept the flow going well. Also, we did not have a wedding planner, so there were a few times we realized that we had forgotten to plan stuff out and Zach was great at working on the fly with those things. They showed utmost professionalism and kept the party on the dance floor all night. I heard a few people complain about edited (family friendly) music, but I had quite a few kids and older adult guests, so I was perfectly happy with it, I assume that if it was an adult only crowd, that would probably be different. They also did the ceremony music (outdoors at a gazebo) and made impromptu decisions once at the location that I was beyond happy with. The venue was quite a hike from their central location (Bremen Conservation Club) and they were willing to travel the distance to a venue that they had never visited. I never heard a customer complain about music being too loud or too quiet. I really can go on all day about how pleased I was with EA Pro Music.

We had the privilege of having William from EA Pro Entertainment DJ our wedding in August and we were SO happy we did!! From Start to finish, William was amazing to work with. He was incredibly professional during every step and was SO helpful in the planning process. He arrived early for setup, discussed the plans he had for the rain that was coming and assured us that no matter what, he would deliver. He made it very clear from the beginning that his goal was to make sure that we were happy on our big day, and he did just that! Aside from being a great guy, he also was a great DJ with amazing song choices, great sound equipment and so many options for exactly what we wanted. He was engaging with the guests without being obnoxious and was so much fun to have there with us!!

We loved having Sam DJ our wedding! He met with us a couple times before, directed us around the website to set up our song list, and rocked out at our wedding! We loved how he came out on the dance floor with us a couple of times and had the atmosphere just how we liked it! We requested for no cuss words in our songs, and he made that happen! My husband and I decided we wanted to leave a little earlier than planned, and Sam was very accommodating with that change of plans! William was so awesome! For starters, when I was first looking around and asking about DJ's, he was so detailed and clear about his services. He emailed me right away and explained all that he offered. We met up and we were so impressed with his professionalism and passion about what he does. He made it fun for us to plan. EA Production's owner, William Frisbee, was the most organized, helpful, knowledgeable DJ we could have ever asked for. My husband (teheheheh) & I are music buffs so we were wanting to just hook up our own playlist for the wedding.
Fortunately, my friend said, "NO! You NEED a DJ- they run the party."
WoW- was she ever correct! Using Frisbie's website to organize a timeline for all of the events, to choosing our music & sharing it with our guests, we knew exactly what was happening & when it was happening! He was pretty much our wedding planner!! We met 2 times pre- wedding & his website & email was available 24/7.
We had sooooo many guests comment on William's professionalism & the quality of music, as well as his dance floor lights. I CANNOT THANK William Frisbee enough for all that he did to make sure our wedding ran smoothly & was completely stress free! He is the only DJ you need! HIRE HIM- you will not regret it!

My husband and I hired William and EA Pro Music for our June 3rd wedding reception and WOW we could not possibly say enough kind words about our experience. From the very beginning of the process, William was so organized, professional, and detailed. In fact, the online database helped me think of details I would have never been able to come up with on my own. Whenever we had questions, William was so helpful and responsive. He truly helped us make the night our own. William even helped my dad pull off the sweetest surprise during the father-daughter dance where he played a song that my dad secretly wrote and recorded for me. It was amazing. My, now, husband is a sound engineer so I delegated the task of finding our DJ for our wedding to him. He chose to have a meeting with EA Pro Music partly for their impressive sound equipment and also their flexibility. Our first meeting with William and Ethan was such a breeze, these are great guys who truly care about your wedding reception being what you want. Their website was very easy and makes sure that your wedding is unique for you. Their recommendations were awesome and they had my complete trust from the beginning. Ethan was our DJ for our wedding reception and we could not have asked for anything better. He made the time to review with us our entrance announcement and was completely receptive to us during the celebration. If it was time for the first dance but we wanted to mingle a bit longer, Ethan was completely flexible and played another song instead. EA Pro (Billy) is awesome! Our wedding reception was such a fantastic dance party, and we had many compliments on how well our DJ picked up on what the guests wanted to hear, even my grandma was out there dancing!
Billy is not only a top notch DJ, but a great MC as well. I could not have asked for a better flow of the reception. He is readily available for any questions about the flow of the day (since he has good some good experience of what works and what doesn't).

Our DJ, William, turned out to be the biggest hit of our special day, everyone had wonderful things to say about EA Pro Music, including both my husband and I! His calm spirit and special attention to detail made our wedding experience completely worry and stress free! His professionalism and knowledge of music were exactly what we were hoping for on our special day! EA Pro Music did a great job at listening to all of our needs and wants and did a flawless job with the timing and communication of everything. William knew exactly how to organize all of our sound details for our ceremony and our reception; he coordinated the music perfectly to make our experience nothing short of perfection!! In terms of entertainment for your wedding, there's nothing better than EA Pro Music. My husband and I and both of our families have nothing but great things to say about William and EA Pro Music. I only have good things to day about EAPro Music! One of the things that sold me on them is the website. It was very easy to use and it's super helpful to be able to make playlists/add songs for each part of the evening at my leisure. The timeline function is also handy for planning out the day.The setup of the DJ is also great, because you get all bang without the need for lots of power! Our wedding was in a barn so I was worried about supplying power for all of the lights/caterers/tents and other things. These guys require considerably less power than others, so in case that could be an issue for you, it's good to know. It was always easy to get in touch with them and they respond to questions quickly.

I couldn't say a single negative word about William. In fact I could go on and on and on with positives. He's extremely organized, has created the most user friendly and awesome login portal, that gives you the ability to manage EVERYTHING. William kept the flow of the night going smoothly and kept guests engaged. The photo booth was a great addition for adults and the few kids we had at our wedding and everyone had a blast. Every time I felt as though we needed to meet, he easily found time to do so and was extremely helpful in laying out the order of events. My thank you extends far beyond these words, as a DJ can make or break a wedding. William MADE it!

As a music industry professional, I was SUPER nervous to trust a DJ with our day. We have very specific tastes, and did not want a traditional wedding. We saw William Frisbie at our best friend's wedding, and knew he'd be the only one we'd trust with our day!
William traveled over three hours to join us on our day, and was so awesome during the planning process. He's very calm and professional, and we never felt like he'd go rogue on the mic or play anything on our "Do Not Play" list. His software is so comprehensive as well that it helped with our overall wedding day scheduling.
William also rolls with the punches without missing a beat. He made sure to call our venue and speak with the production manager to make sure they were on the same page, plus he came super early to setup just to make sure everything was on point.
I still work in the industry and am currently in the large-scale events world, and I can honestly say that William is a vendor that I will continue to use if I ever need a DJ in the future. You literally cannot go wrong with EA Pro!

My husband and I hired EA Pro Music for our October 2016 wedding, and they did not disappoint.
My husband also DJs for work and as a hobby, so picking one for our own wedding was not a task either of us took lightly. William and his team were professional, warm, friendly and fun. We could not have asked for a better first impression! They were completely respectful of my husband's questions, given his own experience and even offered some great suggestions that enhanced his ideas for our big day.
After we booked them, they were easy to get in touch with and were incredibly helpful during the planning process. Once we got to the wedding day, we had the BEST TIME EVER with Ethan, our official DJ. He knew how to work the crowd, interact with us as well as throw the most amazing party we could have asked for. We have received so many compliments on our DJ and music and our guests have said that the music and Ethan made the evening a night to never forget. The dancing DID NOT STOP (just what we wanted).
Long story short? These guys are incredible and professional. Kudos!

EA Pro Music made my wedding day far better than I could have ever imagined. When I began planning my wedding, I assumed I wouldn't need a DJ and I had planned on making the playlists myself. I have very a very specified taste in music, so I assumed it was the best way to go. As I began to run out of time, I hired EA Pro Music, and it was the #1 wedding decision that I know I will never regret. I had many people during and after the wedding rave about how much they loved the playlist, and the DJ was so great with timing! During the planning process he helped me get my thoughts together, and gave some amazing wedding and music advice! So if I had to give any wedding advice it would be 1. A DJ is definitely more than worth it, and 2. if you can, choose EA Pro Music. You will not regret it!

EA Pro Music was the best! I wanted my wedding day to be stress free and fun and it was thanks to our DJ! He was very accomadating and flexible with our meeting times and communicated with us along the way! His online program was so easy and amazing on our part so we could add all the music that we wanted to. His price was very reasonable and almost forgot his uplighting for our venue was awesome! It made the room glow!

I got married back in April and planned my wedding from a totally different state. William was so accommodating and kept checking in with us throughout the process. He made us feel like we were very important to him and every request we had was executed perfectly on the day of the wedding. They music was timed perfectly at every moment and we even got a bunch of compliments on our music afterwards. The photo booth was a huge hit and it was such a delight to look through pictures the guests took throughout the night. William was amazing to work with and did an amazing job with our music and ceremony. He was so attentive with things, and gave us reminders of things we needed to complete as we got closer to our wedding (always appreciated by a busy bride!). The EA Pro online portal allowed us to specify "Do Not Play", "Must Play", "Cocktail Hour", and things like our timeline, which just made everything run seamlessly. The portal also allows you to make your wedding music unique to your tastes. I utilized the online portal (maybe went over the top) and put a few songs on the "must play" that I wasn't sure would work on the dance floor, but William is an amazing DJ and mixed all our songs in so perfectly!! He understood our taste in music and tailored his DJing to it. It was nice that he actually DJ's and mixes songs, and doesn't just play them. I would hire him again if I could! :)
He also did a wonderful job with the ceremony. Songs were timed perfectly and he was super patient as it was a sweltering 90 degrees out that day!!

William was our DJ for our wedding in August, 2015. We found him through our friends who had him DJ at their wedding. He did such an amazing job at our friend's wedding that we knew we had to have him DJ ours. From the first initial e-mails and meetings with William, he understood our vision of how we wanted our reception to go. He helped us bring our dreams to a reality. He kept the dance floor packed, kept everyone engaged and we had so many compliments on how fun our reception was. It was the exciting celebration and party we hoped it would be. He provided uplighting and "party lights" on the dance floor to make it that much more beautiful. It was perfect, a huge part because of him.

Working with EAProMusic was a great experience! He was very professional throughout the entire process and was always willing to meet up to go over the specifics of the day. He was great with giving his opinion but in no way made us feel pressured to choose those opinions. I would highly recommend choosing him as a DJ for not only weddings but other events as well! William was the DJ for our July 26, 2014 wedding and we were extremely satisfied with his services. I am so glad we picked William as our DJ! Putting together our playlist was so simple. It really took stress off our plate knowing that we had control over the music. William really went above and beyond our expectations, he mixed up great songs. He even personalized a few mixes with elements from Game 7 of the world series. Thanks to EA Pro Music our event really stood out and made an impact on everyone who attended our reception.
