Great experience!

We purchased my husband’s wedding band from e-WeddingBands.com. He was set on a platinum ring, but we didn’t want to spend that kind of money at a jeweler. We found exactly what he was looking for, and we could not be happier with the platinum ring we got here at a great price! We originally had the inside of the ring engraved with our wedding date. When we received it, the engraving wasn’t centered between the top and bottom of the ring, so we sent it back and they removed the engraving and sent it back, no questions asked! We were very impressed with the great customer service and high quality ring! We highly recommend e-WeddingBands.com!!

Great product, value and service! I called Monday morning to inquire about a band, placed the order online at 10am CST and had the ring in hand Thursday afternoon! This was with the free shipping option! I would absolutely order from e-weddingbands.com again!!

After two nightmare experiences at both Zales and Jared (had to return both rings), I was left without a ring right before my wedding date. I found a similar ring to what I had purchased at Zales and Jared, only the ring at e-weddingbands was heavier (14k gold), thicker, and a better price. I called e-wedding bands and they had no problem expediting my order so the ring would come in early. If you order a ring from e-weddingbands, be aware that their rings are more contoured on the inside than Jared, so you might be able to go down a quarter size from your normal measured ring size.

great quality, great price and really nice variety of rings, they accommodate last minute emergencies (like the groom losing his ring haha), and they maintain you order so you can just reorder, they have good offers as well.

After a snafu with Jared's, we tried out e-Weddingbands.com. Their prices were significantly cheaper, and their service was great. We decided to go with ceramic styles, and they even worked with their jewelers to make me a ring that wasn't originally offered in my size. We had our rings within 2 weeks and moved on to other things to worry about.

Not only does e-weddingbands have the best prices we could find for rings, they have a great range of prices, metals, and styles. They are also extremely responsive--usually replying to emails within a few hours--and were very flexible in terms of exchanges/resizing. Both of our rings needed adjustment--one within the 30-day return period, and one after the 30-day period--and e-weddingbands resized both for no charge. I would definitely recommend them for folks who don't have a ton of money to spend on a ring and who want the assurance that they can have their ring resized if need be.

I am very careful about online purchasing because of so many scams but I can tell you that this is a legit company with some of the best service you can find. I love the fact of being able to buy a quality wedding band for my husband at a decent price without a jewelry store clerk harassing me to buy or acting like I'm not buying. The engraving and everything is perfect on his ring. I would use them again for anniversaries down the road for us.

I'm really happy with my platinum wedding band. The only drawback of using this online store is that you do have to pay a restocking fee for an engraved ring or pay shipping for an unengraved ring to make sure it's right and it's hard to get things right the first time based on online photos (took me three tries), but www.e-weddingbands.com really provided excellent service and the price was way less than what I found locally. I should have called them first to discuss what I needed but when I eventually did, they were very helpful. The best thing is that I loved the size and look of one of their rings but the edge was too sharply cornered for my comfort and looked wrong with my curved engagement band, so they said the goldsmith could do a custom job to round the edges to match based on photos I emailed (which made the ring non-returnable, but that's understandable). The band came out great and I love it - perfect match with my engagement ring. Great service at a great price!

Typically, I am skeptical to order anything from a website with "e-whatever" in the name. I couldn't have been more wrong here. E-weddingbands.com exceeded my expectations. The customer service was excellent, the processing and shipping was extremely fast, and the price was right. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the wedding band. We could not be more pleased with the fast and courteous service that we experienced with Susan at e-Weddingbands.com.

Although we got engaged in August, we did not have a date set until mid-November. When we set that date, we had one week to make arrangements and pick out wedding bands.

We called e-Weddingbands.com directly and spoke to Susan who was able to check availability of the rings selected (Both out of stock but able to be obtained the very next day), arrange for engraving and also set up overnight delivery of the rings.

We ordered two bands on a Wednesday, engraving and shipping occurred on Thursday and the rings were in our hands by Friday afternoon.

They were exactly what they were described to be on the website. Both are of high quality and the engraving is neat and tidy (I have had engraving done in the past that looked like a kindergartener had done it.) The cost was lower than what the brick and mortar store where my engagement ring was purchased was asking for the same quality and finishes.

I would definitely recommend this business.

I ordered a wedding band in the shape of the One ring from a different website and the shipment arrived late and damaged. Found this website a week and two days before my wedding ceremony with a price lower than all the rest. Very quick response in online chat and the representative (thank you, Susan!) was very helpful. Their system showed that the ring wasn't in stock and will not be shipped until one day before the wedding! The representative quickly worked to capture all my information and forwarded it to the jewelers and shipping department. It turned out they did have a ring in stock and i got it well before the wedding.

The quality and size were perfect. Best customer service i've encountered in a while.

I was a bit nervous about ordering my wedding ring on line, but after finding the exact same ring online for less than half the price it was at a local jewelry store, I thought I'd try it. I (the groom) ordered my wedding band through e-Weddingbands.com. my now-wife had her eyes set on a ring in a local jewelry shop, but I was quite fond of a simple band that my brother-in-law has from his marriage, and he suggested this website for a similar ring.

The service was impeccable. I expected a website like this to be all automated service, but I was immediately helped by real people that were all extremely friendly, easy to work with, and helpful.

My ring was an excellent cost for a well-crafted and durable ring, and they offered a free engraving. My wife is Russian, so I submitted Russian text for the engraving. They were not certain if they would be able to engrave Russian characters at first, but were very communicative throughout the process, and eventually made it work with beautiful results.

Delivery was very fast, and the ring arrived in a nice box, with an informative fact sheet about ring care and the various properties of the metal I had chosen.

Excellent website.

Used this online vendor for the groom's wedding ring. Website was easy to navigate and efficient. The engraving I asked for was a couple of characters longer than the stated limit, but they were able to fit it all on the band. Turnaround from order to delivery was very fast, 4-5 business days (shorter than listed on website). Overall very pleased, would recommend.

Finding a wedding band proved to be a bit of a challenge for me. Trying to find a ruby and diamond ring that went with my setting and didn't break the bank seemed almost impossible. While doing an internet search, I came across e-weddingbands.com. I was a bit skeptical ordering my wedding band from a website, especially since I couldn't see it in person. After reading many reviews and their return/exchange policy, I figured I'd give it a shot. The ring came in and was just about perfect. I did exchange it for one with darker rubies and the staff was very helpful. They told me exactly how to go about exchanging my ring, and after receiving the new order, I couldn't be happier.

E-wedding bands is amazing!!! I had a hard time finding a wedding band until I stumbled upon e-weddingbands.com. The Isabella wedding band is gorgeous, dainty, and feminine. It is lovely on its own, or as a complement to an engagement band. I was very pleased with the staff of E-wedding bands. I initially ordered a ring that was a 1/2 size too big. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and speed with which e-wedding bands came through. I ordered our plain gold bands with engraving, and they came quickly and were exactly as ordered. I was very impressed, and they had excellent prices for the quality I wanted. I had ordered three rings, as I had not quite decided what I wanted until I tried it on, and they were happy to ship me all three and take the third one back as a return. They credited my card with the full amount back again, and I was very happy. My ring is lovely, and I like the fact that I can reorder exactly the same ring if I (heaven forbid) lose it, as they keep a record of orders.

I'm a habitual online shopper, so I was bound to search for wedding bands online when it came time to choose, and e-Weddingbands.com was the best I found for what we wanted. I kept their prices in the back of my mind when my husband and I went to to comparison shop in bricks-and-mortar stores, but never found anything even close to the prices on e-Weddingbands. When we decided that we wanted just plain white gold bands, I knew that this site was one of the best places to purchase our rings.

And when the rings came (sent 3-day Fed Ex for no additional charge), we were very happy with the decision we made. The rings are heavy and very good quality. I was even more happy with the decision to buy from e-weddingbands two months later when I had to have my engagement ring reset and no longer liked the combination of my wedding and engagement rings together. Even though the 30-day return policy had expired, for a very small additional restocking fee, e-weddingbands allowed me to exchange the first ring I bought for a different one. The process was quick and every individual with whom I was in contact was highly professional, friendly and eager to help me. They don't have tons of styles on the site, but if you are looking for a good quality simple band at a very reasonable price, I encourage you to do business with this company.

This website has a fantastic selection of high-quality wedding jewelry at amazing prices! The quality of customer service is far better than one might expect. I had to call them to verify my shipping address (because it was different from my billing address) and I was able to get someone on the phone immediately. They will also ship you a free set of sizers to ensure that your ring will fit perfectly. When our rings arrived, we were amazed at how good they looked. It's not often that you find a piece of jewelry that looks even better in person than it does as advertised on a website. e-weddingbands was a great source we turned to when shopping for our wedding bands. For a lot less than the local jeweler was quoting, we got the same plain white gold bands we wanted. Engraving was an easy add-on and they shipped very quickly. I'm also happy with them because they save your order for life so you can get an exact replacement if you lose your ring. They also send you a free sizing kit if you'd like, and if you need resizing, that's included, too! A great deal, fast, secure, and quality product!

e-weddingbands.com was very responsive and helpful when we had a minor crisis the week before the wedding and needed replacement bands for myself and my husband. I had a ring for my husband but it was the wrong size, and I also needed it engraved. I was so impressed with the quality and service the company provided. Not only were they able to custom-make a new ring for my husband, and also engrave it, they did so at the cheapest price I found anywhere. This is one of the few places that actually will engrave Titanium--most say the metal is too hard and it can't be done, but that's not true. Within three days we had new rings, the correct size, and with our special messages to each other inside. They were able to make one of my dreams come true, and thanks to them my husband and I have high-quality, beautiful wedding bands that we'll treasure forever.

I'd definitely recommend e-weddingbands.com. My husband and I could not be happier with our wedding bands. Choosing our wedding bands was very easy, once we know what style we wanted. They had many different types of bands (metals, etc) to choose from. We received our rings very quickly by Fed-Ex and they didn't leave the package on our doorstep if we weren't home in order to keep our order safe. We had to pick it up from the Fed-Ex facility. The price was very reasonable, too, compared to the retail jewelers!

We got our wedding bands from here and they are very very nice! We got palladium and the total cost for both rings I think was around $400 or 500 - my husband got the very thick kind. I think they look great. The customer service is also fantastic - I had to get my husband's resized and when I called a real person answered IMMEDIATELY and helped me with the exchange.

I would recommend them to everyone!

The mall jeweler actually quoted us 1k for the similar palladium ring, and tried to tell us palladium is the same as platinum!!! then we got that ring for for less than half that at e-weddingbands! The quality is great. Plus I got them engraved with our wedding date ;)

They were perfect. Quality of service is so much nicer than any mall store I have been in - those people at the brick and mortor stores anytime I go in there they just try to cheat me.

I had to special order my husband's size 16 band, and they were wonderful to work with. Responded quickly to my emails and even let me know that they could mail out free rings sizers to be I order the right size ring! The platinum band was several hundred dollars cheaper here than I had found in other places and the engraving was affordable and beautiful.

The best experience of shopping online internationally!! Before I had ordered to rings I emailed through a few questions about the sizing. The morning of the next day I had an email back answering all of my questions and asking me for more information to make sure I was making the correct size decision! It took 9 days to be shipped and then only 5 days to receive it and I live in Australia. I sent an email after 5 days of placing the order asking for a update and received an email the next morning giving me a detailed update. The engraving is amazing!! They managed to engrave a name on the inside of my 2mm band. I will be recommending them to everybody and ordering another gold band for my other hand in the near future :D

I was hesitant to get a wedding band online, but the reviews and the return policy convinced me. I'm happy that I went ahead with e wedding bands, because the deal we got for our bands was great. They send a complimentary sizing kit, but i would suggest going to an actual jeweler to get sized. The price and quality can't be beat. I know, we shopped around for some time before settling on this site, and the big band name stores we visited were more expensive for smaller rings.

We used this online jeweler for my husbands wedding band. He wanted a titanium and yellow gold ring without spending an arm and a leg for it. We used the ring sizer they offered and then ordered our ring online. It arrived within a week, I believe it was only a few days after it was engraved the way we requested. It was a perfect fit. What a deal!
They have the best prices around for weddings bands- we chose our simple in style, with a personal message engraved inside. (Engraving complicates things if you decide to return the rings, BTW.)
We were very happy with the bands and a year and a half later they are still beautiful.
Highly recommend it!
A note of caution- although the can mail you a ring sizer, I suggest going into a reatil store to be sized... just a thought.

After shopping for wedding bands on a somewhat tight budget, we settled on e-wedding bands since we could both get platinum bands at a very reasonable price, not to mention very quickly. We had both gotten sized days before, and ordered those sizes from e-wedding bands. However, I believe their sizing is a bit off, or big. We had both tried on several wedding bands in different stores using the sizes we had been measured, without difficulty. The bands we ordered, however, were quite a bit larger. My husband had to send his back (this is a little frantic when you are two days from the wedding!). Though the quality was exquisite (cheap packaging, but who cares?), and the shipping fast, the size issue has been a big disappointment. Neither of us are religious jewelry wearers to begin with, but because of the sizing, we tend not to wear our rings very often. Neither of us can wear them in the frigid winter, because they will literally fall off our fingers. All this to say, of course we could get them sized, and maybe one day we will, but it was frustrating to receive rings that seemed so off, size-wise.

E-wedding bands is overall a good option, but check on the sizing, and perhaps work with the customer service people who might give you insight on the fit of particular rings!

Good for online buyers not in the "know"

Bottom line is if you live near philly or ny you know that a good gold ring is 34-40 bucks a gram, their phone rep told me they get the gold from ny so you are paying a premium for them to make your ring. These guys charge 60-80 a gram for a simple gold band which is still more reasonable than the mall jeweller but far from a bargain. They are about the same price of Blue Nile and overall a reputable vendor with good service and should please most but still a very high price for gold. I had a small issue with the fit and there was no give with these guys so make sure you understand their interpretation of "comfort fit". My advice is that if you are near a city you can do much better going to a jewelry district, however, if you live in the middle of the United States, these guys will be a better option than the mall.

DO NOT be fooled by their so called easy return/ exchange policy. I received my band 7 days ago. The width that I ordered was too narrow (my mistake) I immediately put through a request for a return number so I could send it back. I’ve heard absolutely nothing after 4 return requests, 2 emails to customer service and 1 phone call, not one word. There is absolutely NO customer service

This is an honest review regarding a recent purchase I made. I purchased a wedding band and have had my ring both professionally measured as well as with an at-home kit, and when I received my order, the sizing was way off. I had contacted customer service and instead of offering complimentary return shipping, they said it was my responsibility to pay for it. Almost EVERY other online jeweler offers at least one free exchange/resizing. So, even if you're saving a few bucks on the band, you'll have to risk paying more for returns and exchanges. Also, quality of the band is not there - you can tell the item is cheaply constructed.

Terrible products and misleading website

The ring looks awful - the pictures on the website are deliberately misleading (in reality, it looks like something from a 25 cent bubble gum machine). They don't offer free returns (it is $40 + shipping, unlike what is written in big bold letters on the website). Moreover, they don't allow verified purchasers to leave reviews on the website - all the reviews there are faked or cherry-picked (which is why they are all 5s). Really disturbing company. Their tactics should be illegal.

Substandard product -overpriced

I am so unhappy with this company. I ordered a 1 mm platinum comfort fit band. It was definitely not comfort fit. Extremely lightweight for the $350 cost. When I ordered, the site said “easy returns”. Little did I know there is a $40 restocking fee plus I pay for return shipping so this whole experience cost me $50. I reached out the company and they could have cared less. I am now having a custom made band for 1/2 the cost that is comfort fit and a nice weight. Also, when I called Ewedding bands initially, I asked for promotion codes, the woman who answered the phone told me should not help me. She told me shepherds had no contact information for their marketing division and told me “I can’t help you, look on Facebook?” Not your best foot forward. I will never deal with this company again or recommend them.

They should have a star for the quality of the ring. their platinum is alloyed with Nickel or some metal that gives me allergy! I called but they will take it back minus 40% of the original price and they claim their platinum jewelry is NOT alloyed with nickel. I am allergic to nickel and this ring has to have nickel in it... i have another ring that is platinum and it's perfect. don't trust these guys! Their gold jewelry also has nickel in them. they do accept that one. Too bad. :(

I have been very dissatisfied with the service & craftmanship of the ring I ordered for my fiance from e-wedding bands. The first ring we received was noticeably narrower than the 5mm ring I ordered. Also it did not appear to have a dome, even though I ordered a 5mm domed step-down edge band. My name in the free engraving was misspelled. I returned the ring, and ended up ordering a size wider (6mm) with the satin finish, instead of the stone finish (which was way too rough). We received the new band - the engraving is correct now, the finish is okay, but still not as pictured on the website. It looks less brushed than pictured. But now there is a hairline scratch across the inside of the band, next to the engraved date! We really don't have the time or energy to return the ring yet again, before our wedding date. I am very disappointed with the craftmanship, quality & service of this online company. I sincerely do not recommend ordering from this company.

Purchased a titanium band for my husband. I have had to "replace/repair" the ring twice within five years because of deep scratches. I took it to a local jeweler and was advised the ring was not titanium as its not supposed to look the way my ring looked. FORGET trying to get help. It has been two months and I have still not gotten the "repaired" ring back after paying $75! I will NEVER buy from them again!
