From the very first conversation, it was clear we were in great hands. Eileen’s deep knowledge of Carmel Valley and Holman Ranch made all the difference. In fact, the amazing team at Holman Ranch recommended her to us, and we could see why—she knows the venue like the back of her hand and has great relationships with all the best local vendors. There are no words to adequately express how incredible Eileen is! She made sure our 3 event marathon wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. If you’re not sure on whether you want a planner or who to choose, this is your sign you need Eileen. I was a DIY bride at a venue with all outside vendors and having her *saved* me. She’s incredibly organized, supports your vision when you have one and advises when you don’t, has incredible relationships with many of the best vendors in Carmel Valley (and was quick to connect with any she did not know), and she’s truly one of the most kind, positive, and down to earth people. I felt beyond comfortable and at ease from the first phone call I had with Eileen back in spring 2021. She was the only planner who I felt saw me for me and was willing to help me make my wedding weekend dreams come true. They were SO responsive and knowledgeable whenever I had the simplest questions or larger issues. Last minute we needed to rent a golf cart for my grandmother whose health wasn't great and wanted something to move her around the venue, which actually turned out to be an amazing help throughout the entire weekend. Eileen is the best wedding planner I have ever worked with. My husband and I own a wedding venue in Aptos. We have been in the event industry for our entire careers, first at a hotel, then as caterers, now as venue owners. Over the years, we have worked at hundreds of events and have worked with numerous wedding planners. Eileen is one of the few that have it all... experience, warmth, professionalism, excellent design skills, grace under pressure, and the desire to exceed clients’ expectations. Eileen and her team are the best! They are professional and organized in every aspect of the wedding planning process. We hired E Events for our month of planner and Eileen helped us with everything from picking out our rentals, all our paper goods, lighting, you name it, E Events was there to help! E Events made sure our wedding day went by flawlessly and helped with everything they could including organizing vendor drop off and pick up. We didn't worry about anything, they totally had it all covered! I highly recommend E Events and cannot that Eileen and her team enough for helping make our dream wedding come to life! -

Eileen and her entire team from E Events were absolutely AMAZING. We could not have done it without her. We did the month-of package and it was perfect for what we needed. Even with having to plan our Carmel Valley wedding from out of state, Eileen jumped in quickly to make sure everything was prepared and that we felt comfortable up until the day after our wedding! The rehearsal and wedding day-of were flawless and there was not a detail missed. E Event’s eye for design and perfection is what truly made our day flawless. We cannot recommend E Events enough - best thing you’ll spend your money on by far. Thank you to the E Events team for making our big day so special and completely stress-free! -

Russell Sent on 08/02/2018Ok - so to be upfront, I am not a former bride or groom, I'm a wedding professional (a photographer) and I have worked with Eileen on many occasions. I'm writing this review because she is truly one of the best in the industry. I hear it from every couple that works with her, and I experience it myself in the course of the planning process on just seeing how she works on the day of the wedding. She's lovely to be around (shes great with the couple, the guests and all of the vendors) - cool-headed and still gets things done...AND her weddings are always BEAUTIFUL. Eileen is the best planner ever
I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH WORDS FOR HOW AMAZING EILEEN IS! She was not only an amazing planner and designer but also therapist and friend. She helped us pull together a beautiful party and kept us calm when things got crazy. Eileen is extremely organized and is incredibly kind which makes your wedding day so much better having her in your corner. She was on top of all things, i.e. she took my brother's speech from in that he had in his pocket about to walk down the aisle (lol) and she placed it under his placemat so it was at the table when he was ready. It was the little things that made things come together so flawlessly! -

Incredible!
Eileen and Paige made our wedding the best day ever!
We were so grateful for Eileen's superior organizational skills, level-headed guidance as we waffled about design choices, and calm, methodical attitude as she helped us postpone due to COVID and re-coordinate with vendors. A wedding held at a private home means lots of complications and logistics that we hadn't foreseen - but from our first walkthrough with Eileen, we could tell she had seen every possible scenario before and we were in good hands.
Paige stepped in when Eileen was on maternity leave, and we were so lucky to have her take charge during the last couple weeks before the wedding, and of course the day-of!... -

Safe & Sound
Eileen and her whole E. Events team are lifesavers and indispensable for any event with lots of moving pieces and delicate coordination required. As an industry insiders, we have worked with them (Eileen, Paige, Sonya + more) many many times and always breathe a sigh of relief when we see their name on the vendor list. Doing your job is one thing, but doing it with genuine care and calm attentiveness is another. That's the thing about working with E.Events : they always make sure you are heard and somehow stay efficient and on top of it all. From behind the scenes we've seen them at every turn communicating and making sure one part of the day is prepared... -
