I found Dylan Michael Cosmetics via the Knot and I couldn't have been happier with my wedding makeup. Cindy listened to exactly what I wanted and created a look that was both natural and glamorous. My makeup lasted all day and night, even through happy tears, dancing and snowy photos! What really drew me to Cindy was not only her glowing reviews and photo testimonials, but proceeds of my day went to the Pixie Dust Foundation, which is a foundation that helps families of children with disabilities go to Disney World. As a special education teacher myself, I knew I had to have Cindy as a part of my special day. I highly recommend Cindy to any bride looking for a talented and professional makeup artist." -

I had an AMAZING experience with Cindy at Dylan Michael Cosmetics for my wedding day makeup. My goal was to look like myself, just better, and Cindy absolutely nailed it. She really listened to what I wanted and was even happy to let me swap lip colors at the last minute. She and Lola did makeup for a group of 12 of my closest friends and family, and everyone looked and felt beautiful. They kept the morning fun and relaxed, chatting with my girls and finishing ahead of schedule, which made getting ready such a lovely start to the day. I couldn’t recommend Cindy and Dylan Michael Cosmetics more! -

Cindy was AMAZING! Everyone felt so gorgeous and our make up lasted the whole night - through lots of sweating and even more tears! I cried when I first looked in the mirror, I'd never felt so beautiful. Cindy was wonderful at listening to each girl's preferences and working to create something that they felt comfortable with. She brought calm, upbeat, unflappable energy to the whole day. Cindy was also a breeze to work with in the lead up. She was one of my absolute best hires of the wedding, and I'm recommending her to every friend of mine getting married! I'd been recommended to her by a friend, and I was skeptical why her prices were so much more affordable than some other places - price does NOT equal quality! Cindy is an absolute magician and just a joy to work with. Book book book! -

Cindy was absolutely lovely to work with. From our first interactions over email, she was responsive, friendly, and just really kind! I am not a big make-up person and was very concerned that traditional "wedding" make-up would transform me and make me not look like myself. These worries immediately went away after my make-up trial (included in the price). Cindy listened and understood what I envisioned and was super flexible to change things up until I was comfortable. When I showed my bridal party pictures from my trial, they all said, "that's exactly how I want to look on your wedding." They used CINDY'S work as their inspiration pics. Everyone was so pleased by their looks (we are all very minimalistic, soft glam gals) and was raving all day about how good she was! Our make-up stayed put all night and I did not need to touch it up once. I highly recommend Cindy - she was kind, easy to work with, friendly, and is just really good at her job! I included a few pics of me and my bridemaids (not professional photos so not touched up at all!) -

Casey totally met my vision for my wedding makeup using the color tones I requested. My photographer even complimented her lash application saying it was mesmerizing! I felt so beautiful, and the makeup lasted all day. Dylan Michael Cosmetics was great to work with – Cindy, was super responsive, and they provided a trial as well as the bridal lipstick for re-application as needed day of! My experience with Dylan Michael Cosmetics was fantastic from start to finish. Cindy is intuitive, kind, caring, and an expert at her craft. Cindy listens to you and discusses what she thinks will best accentuate your natural beauty.
From the initial contact to the follow up after the big day she is truly a professional who knows how to treat people. Cindy offered a FREE trial and no pressure to book with her. Her prices are competitive and worth every penny. My makeup still looked beautifully in tact even at 1:00am and after hours of dancing. I can't imagine ever using another artist if I'm ever in need of professional make up services. I promise you won't be disappointed with Dylan Michael Cosmetics. -

Cindy did an excellent job on my wedding makeup! She is truly an artist and was able to strike a balance where I still looked like myself, just much more glamourous. She also did an excellent job on my mother as well who was worried about the makeup accentuating wrinkles. I would book her again if I had to do it over. She has fair prices and was easy to communicate with. -

Love Dylan Michael Cosmetics! Affordable and beautiful work. They worked on young and mature skin and it looked great! Casey was our artist and she and I vibed really well. We opted for on-site makeup for our wedding and Casey was on time. Cindy was great to work with over email. Really glad I went with them! Also if you’re booking Dylan Michael Cosmetics for makeup you should book Up Your Do by Jill Kozar for your hair! They work out of the same salon and make coordinating so easy. Up Your Do is also reasonably priced and does great work!

I had such a great experience with Dylan Michael Cosmetics! Casey was my makeup artist and she was awesome. Casey was so easy to talk to and work with. My makeup trial went fantastic, I showed her just a couple pictures of the general style I wanted and she took that and ran with it! The day of Casey did makeup for myself, my mom, my MIL, and my 4 bridesmaids. She was able to finish everyone early and do any needed touch ups. Everyone looked beautiful and their makeup stayed in place all night. Do yourself a favor and book them!! -

Amazing! Book them!
Cindy was so responsive and easy to work with setting up my trial and confirming availability for my wedding date. She was very direct with pricing for services and very reasonable for the quality you get with them. I absolutely recommend booking them!!
Casey was my stylist and she was so amazing. I loved working with her. I’m not a makeup girl and she made sure I felt/ looked natural. My girls were all thrilled with their makeup as well. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to.
Casey was on time and she was ready to go when she arrived. She had 8 people to get done starting at 8:00 am and finishing by 1:00 pm. She was done well before that. -

Not only is Cindy an incredibly talented makeup artist, she's able to craft a look that matches exactly what you want without having to pay a fortune to get personalized service. I'm good at doing my own makeup and have hated my previous experiences with professional MUAs, but I was really blown away by the job she did giving me the glamorous old Hollywood starlet look I wanted. She cares deeply about the quality of her work, and even brought me back for a second trial after my first trial's foundation had some issues with durability - she wanted to make sure everything was perfect for my big day. And it was! On my wedding day, I felt absolutely stunning and my makeup lasted for 12+ hours, through happy tears, kissing, and dancing. She's got great range, too - she nailed the glam look I wanted but did an equally good job with subtle, natural looks on my mother and sister, neither of whom ever wear makeup and wanted just a little to highlight their natural beauty. Cindy is a lovely human, easy to talk to, and made everyone super comfortable. She was timely, both in showing up at the right time and getting us ready according to the schedule, and very responsive by email and text. I cannot say enough good things about Cindy - just stop looking and hire her! -

We loved Cindy's artistry, communication, transparency, follow-through, and collaboration. Cindy wanted us to feel special and "ourselves" on a day that can feel especially overwhelming. I'm not much of a makeup person so wasn't really sure what I really wanted for my makeup but Cindy was able to listen and give great recommendations. Cindy did my makeup for a friends wedding 8 years ago.
I’ve been a bridesmaid 7 times and it was the first (and only) time I didn’t “fix” or make tweaks to the makeup that was done on me immediately after getting it done. I felt beautiful and I always remembered feeling amazing that day!!
Fast forward to my own engagement so many years later and I booked Cindy! It’s plain to see the talented artist she is by looking at photos of her work but what you can’t see from pictures is the amazing person she is as well with a HUGE heart!
I strongly encourage whoever is reading that to book her for a trial and see for yourself! I booked her for a wedding I attended as a guest and again, I felt like a million bucks! Anytime I want makeup for any occasion— Cindy is my girl!! -

Cindy at Dylan Michael Cosmetics did an absolutely fabulous job on wedding day makeup for myself, my sister and mom! I'm writing this review based on the opinions of all three of us. We all feel incredibly fortunate to not only have had Cindy do our makeup on such an important day but also that she was a huge help in creating a relaxed atmosphere for us. We were all a tad stressed from running around all morning trying to put all the pieces of the puzzle together and Cindy was an absolute gem. She was friendly and so easy to talk to. She helped enormously by on the fly doing my mom's makeup as she lay down to rest, and yet not making her feel different at all about being handicap. She was super clean and we felt completely safe with her use of disposable wands, brushes and palettes. I asked for something more natural with a pop of color on the lip which she executed perfectly. The makeup did not feel heavy on at all and lasted the entire day.. even through all the happy tears! We couldn't recommend Cindy enough and can't wait to use her makeup services for other important life events! -

Cindy did my makeup, and both mother's makeups on the day of our wedding on 3/14/2020. She did such a phenomenal job. I knew at the trial that Cindy was the right person for the job. She listened to what I was saying, and ensured that our makeup was what we were looking for/comfortable with. The morning of was probably the most stressful part of the day, and Cindy put me at ease as soon as I sat in her chair. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day!
I'm so happy that I worked with Cindy and her team at Dylan Michael Cosmetics for our wedding in November 2019. I was recommended to them by my coworker who used them for her wedding day and loved them too. Cindy was such a pleasure to work with from the beginning. She was so easy to talk to and made planning so easy. She is very talented and does beautiful make-up. My Mom and my sister (my MOH) both have never had their make-up done before. Cindy offered for them to have a make-up trial along with my trial to make them feel more comfortable, which was so nice. Cindy and Casey did my make-up along with our moms and our bridal party of 9 girls the day of our wedding. Everyone absolutely loved their make-up! I wanted a more natural look and my make-up turned out so beautifully and looked great both in person and in photos. I loved that they offered airbrushed foundation and used individual lashes instead of strips too, which definitely helped make everything look more natural. Both Cindy and Casey were wonderful and made me look and feel so beautiful on my wedding day! I would highly recommend Dylan Michael Cosmetics for your wedding day! -

Cindy and her team were absolutely wonderful. Not only were they warm and kind, but they did a beautiful job. They were reasonably priced and I always felt like I came first. Two weeks before my wedding was scheduled my dad had a medical emergency that caused us to have to postpone the wedding. Not only did Cindy make the new date work for me, she didn't charge me a cent extra as well as followed up with me, wrote me a kind note on the original wedding date, and came out herself on the new date. They were a joy to work with and I love that part of the proceeds help support charity. I would absolutely recommend you hire them for your big day! -

They were so easy to work with. I had Karine do my makeup, and she did amazing work! I also had a second artist Lisa. They were flexible with coming to the hotel and they were flexible with all of my bridesmaids and their makeup as well. Karine asked about any allergies and she could accommodate any needs they had. I loved my makeup, and would love to take her home to do my makeup everyday! The price is fantastic, and they do EXCELLENT work. I highly recommend this team!! -

As a bride who does pretty extensive make up every day I was nervous about hiring a makeup artist. Before moving forward, Cindy was willing to have a phone call with me, get a sense of my plans, and reassure me. We did two trials (no cost - just a tip) and I loved my makeup every time she did it! The day of, she was wonderful. Everyone looked stunning and she was able to do a wonderful job on many different types of women with very different styles. On top of it - Cindy's prices were extremely reasonable but with no loss of service. -

I don't even know where to begin!! I have gotten my makeup done many times before at other salons and have always hated it. The makeup never felt like me. When it came to my trial with Casey I expressed how I felt and shared photos previously from other salons. She listened so well and also explained that the makeup I had before was way too harsh for me. This definitely put me at ease. The fact that she saw what I saw and I wasn't crazy! After my trial I was in awe. I honestly could not believe how much I absolutely loved my makeup. I trusted her from the conversation we had prior to her starting but I did not expect my makeup to look this good. When it came to my wedding day, I felt so pretty. Even prettier than my trial! Cindy did an amazing job for my wedding. I had a great experience with her right from my trial. I was nervous because I do not wear much makeup, and did not want to look fake. She explained that the airbrush would look natural, and it did! We tried a few eyeshadow colors at my trial, because I was unsure, and she made sure I was happy leaving. On my wedding day I was much more tan, and she matched the airbrush makeup perfectly. She did myself and my bridesmaids, and we were all very happy!! -

Casey did makeup for my sister in law, my mother in law, my mom, my officiant, and me. None of us wear makeup regularly so it was important to all of us that our makeup looked natural and not too over the top. Casey completely understood and listened to us. Cindy was absolutely amazing! She was willing to do my trial (which was free) on the same day as my engagement photos and during the trial (which was short & I looked amazing!) she even restarted after seeing that the foundation was too dark. I never felt more beautiful than I did during my engagement shoot and at my wedding. She just enhanced my look without making me feel like I had a ton of makeup on. I knew I wanted airbrush and she did it perfectly! She also did my bridesmaids, Mother, Aunt & grandmother and everyone looked stunning! She really knows what she is doing! She was so quick and she was a bit of a therapist for me when my earrings didn't work out she calmed me down when no one else could. She even was willing to go over to the grooms room and do a little touch of coverup on my husband when he had a cyst on his neck and a few pimples he didn't want seen on the wedding day. After Cindy did the makeup for my sister's wedding, I knew I needed to use her for mine! Cindy was so fun to work with for my wedding makeup! She made me look so natural and used a beautiful pop of color on my lips for my summer wedding. The girls in my bridal party and I are not big on wearing a lot of makeup. Cindy made us feel so comfortable while doing our makeup and continued so ask if how we were doing.
