Planejar nosso casamento dos sonhos na Itália com a Gaia foi, de fato, um sonho. Desde o primeiro contato, sentimos muita segurança no trabalho dela, e ao longo de todo o processo isso só se confirmou. A Gaia cuidou de cada detalhe da cerimônia com um olhar atento ao que a gente queria e precisava. No grande dia, tivemos a sensação de simplesmente “existir” e aproveitar cada momento, com a tranquilidade de saber que tudo estava sendo conduzido com organização e cuidado. Foi perfeito! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! They took care of absolutely everything, making our day completely stress free! Their professionalism and responsibility were outstanding yet they remained kind, and friendly throughout the whole process! It truly felt our best friends were looking after everything!

It’s been a little over a month since our complete and utter dream of a September wedding at La Madonnina di Barni, planned, coordinated, and completely guardian-angel-ed by Gaia.
My now husband and I first spoke with Gaia a little over a year ago when looking at possibilities to have the intimate Lake Como wedding of our dreams and from that first instance, we knew we wanted to work with her. She was so kind, so enthusiastic, open-minded and creative, listening to us and making suggestions about how to make ideas work together. We are based in the UK and would have not wanted to plan something overseas without her wisdom and experience to draw on. I knew early on that I wanted to spend our day enjoying every vantage of the lake that we could - a ceremony on the lakeside, cocktails on the water, followed by dinner and reception on the mountainside with La Madonnina’s dreamy balcony view as our backdrop. Gaia took on the challenge with total enthusiasm - working with the team at Villa Monastero through a change of governance that delayed confirmation and booking, sorting out taxis, boats and coaches, making sure our idea of the day would be a reality. Throughout the process of planning our wedding, she was a great contact and I loved sitting down for Zoom calls with her and hashing through the details. We figured she had probably seen it all in her years as a Lake Como wedding planner, and we were proved so right! We got advice on footwear for our guests, contingency plans, weather, lighting, reusing flowers, sunscreen, wake up times - you name it. Given our active schedule travelling around the lake all day, it is completely due to her that we had no guests, rings, vows, or boutonnieres go AWOL. I am deeply grateful for her collaboration with our photographers, who were based in Spain, for putting together a schedule of the day that everyone could follow and kept us (pretty close) to time!
On the day of our wedding, Gaia had everything under control and had great communication throughout the day - able to redirect my taxi driver to the right port, calling boat drivers to coordinate timings, etc. Her calm and sunny professionalism was invaluable come the reception when a thunderstorm appeared on the weather radar. She asked my husband and I if we would be okay to move our party and desserts inside, and with our approval, she executed it all seamlessly before the meal was over. In the end, it was an absolute godsend as everyone got to come into the warm, get their dance and drink on, and emerge to enjoy the perfect fireworks, hardly even noticing that the sky had been filled with lightning less than an hour before.
We had two coaches booked to take our guests back to Bellagio but disruption struck when our first coach broke down in the La Madonnina car park. While our guests came back to the party, Gaia by some magic managed to sort out the situation (I’m sure it was not nearly as easy as I am making it sound in the slightest) and we were all off back down the mountain in a new coach by closing time.
It’s almost a shame to not have reason to chat flowers and colour palettes with Gaia again now that our wedding is through! We already know that we will be back to La Madonnina for a meal whenever we are back in the lakes and I truly hope we will be able to give Gaia a hug and a personal thank you while we’re there. If you are considering an Italian lakes wedding at any budget, we cannot recommend her enough. -

The best wedding planner ever!
I don't even know where to begin - Gaia is the absolute best!!!!
We planned the best wedding we could have ever imagined all the way from Australia and honestly it was a breeze. Gaia & Gabi pulled off the most spectacular weekend of events for us and it truly couldn't have happened without them. Gaia thought of every single possibility and had plan As, Bs & Cs in case of anything going wrong with weather etc. She is super responsive and so understanding.
We had a mixed race wedding and had a lot of Palestinian traditions incorporated into our wedding and even though this isn't commonly done in Lake Como - Gaia helped us out with every single element and even gave us the great idea of having personalised tambourines which were a HUGE hit with our guests.
We had guests come from the US, the UK, Australia, Canada, the middle east and Gaia helped us coordinate it so well that everyone could get all the info they needed to make their trip as easy as possible.
Honestly, Gaia is worth her weight in gold. We truly feel so blessed to have found her and if I could hire her for every future event in our lives - I would!!
Gaia you really are the best and I hope you have the most amazing career to come - you really deserve it!!

科莫湖最好的婚礼策划，没有之一
这次来意大利 Destination wedding 本来担心找不到靠谱的婚礼策划，但 Gaia & Gabby from DWS 完全打消了这样的疑虑。她们热心、专业而且超级有耐心！帮我们安排了很多不光是份内还有非常多份外的事情，并把每一个细节处理的井井有条让我们省下来的不少心思。不光如此，Gaia 和 Gabby非常热心善良，处处从我们的角度去考虑怎么给我们带来最好的体验，从策划开始每一次对接都有说有笑，非常愉快。强烈推荐她们！

We worked with Gaia & Gabby for our July 2025 wedding and had an amazing experience! We started planning back in October 2023, and even with over a year to prepare, we had no idea just how much goes into wedding planning. It can definitely be stressful - but with Gaia & Gabby, everything felt so much easier and smoother than it would have been on our own. They helped us manage our budget, vendors, timeline, design and décor, rehearsal, day-of coordination, and so much more!
Gaia has tons of experience in the wedding planning world and really knows what makes the day special. She asked questions we’d never even considered to ensure our wedding was not only well-organized and fun but truly unique to us. She never made us feel like just another couple - she took the time to get to know us and understand our vision. Plus, she was always available to answer questions and happy to hop on a call whenever we needed.
One of the best parts about working with Gaia is her deep relationships with local vendors. It really showed throughout the process - everyone knew and liked her, so we always felt well taken care of and even a little spoiled! We never had to worry about finding and securing the best florists, photographers, bands, or lighting providers - Gaia already had trusted contacts and communicated our vision perfectly.
Gabby joined the team a few months ago, so we didn’t work with her as closely as Gaia, but every time we did was fantastic! She helped organize our boat trip welcome party the day before the wedding, making it romantic, intimate, and fun. She even had the captain stop at beautiful spots like Villa Balbianello for epic photos with our photographer!
Whether you’re Italian or planning a wedding in Italy from abroad, working with Gaia and Gabby is absolutely worth it. If you’re coming from overseas, it’s practically essential to have them by your side for a smooth, stress-free day. They handle every question and all the coordination leading up to the wedding and on the day itself - so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Nasz ślub odbył się w lipcu tego roku poprzedzony rocznym planowaniem z firmą DWS Italy. Zapoznaliśmy się z ofertą innych konsultantów także z tej strony, i mogę całkowicie stwierdzić, że jest to najlepsza firma organizacyjna. Nie tylko wykazuje się cierpliwością, zrozumieniem, profesjonalizmem, ale także cudownymi ludźmi. Na wszystkie potrzeby uzyskaliśmy szybką odpowiedź, budżet został dotrzymany jak wraz z jakością. Przez cały rok planowania, online, ani razu nie było żadnego problemu, co więcej przy całym stresie i ilości zadań konsultantki pozostały profesjonalne, wyrozumiałe i każde spotkanie było w fantastycznej atmosferze. Dzień ślubu był idealny, mimo dużej rozbieżności językowej, goście byli poinformowani o wszystkim, konsultantki przez cały dzień pozostały spokojne i szybko reagowały na każdą sytuację. Jeśli chodzi o koszty usług, to nie spodziewaliśmy się, że za taką ceną uzyskamy taką usługę i przy wysokich naszych wymaganiach jest to nawet więcej niż byśmy oczekiwali. -

Ich bin unglaublich dankbar für die Unterstützung von Gaia und ihrem Team bei der Vorbereitung meiner Verlobung. Von Anfang an war die Zusammenarbeit angenehm, transparent und absolut professionell. Gaia war stets proaktiv, ist auf all meine Wünsche eingegangen und hat sich wirklich um jedes Detail gekümmert. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Leidenschaft und Erfahrung in ihrer Arbeit steckt.

Gaia was an absolute dream to work with! From our very first call, she made us feel so supported and understood. Communication was always clear and timely, and her guidance throughout the entire planning process was invaluable. She connected us with truly incredible vendors who matched our vision perfectly.
On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly we could hardly believe it. Despite having 200 guests and some unexpected rain that required moving parts of the event indoors, Gaia handled every transition flawlessly. We were able to fully enjoy every moment without stress, thanks to her calm presence and incredible coordination.
She genuinely gave us the best day of our lives, and we are eternally grateful!! -

The Italian Dream Wedding
Hi
We are Aimee and Joe from England 😊 Gaia Ferroni was our wedding planner, but has also become our Italian best friend. Over the past 2 years, she has spoken to us almost daily on WhatsApp and nobody has been more excited for our wedding than ourselves and Gaia.
She has been there every single step of the way. Making us smile, laugh, make decisions, stick with our budget, and ultimately, plan the wedding of our dreams.
Somehow she managed to plan our Italian Dream wedding in quite a modest budget, but we had absolutely everything we eventually ever dreamed of. Fresh flowers, live music, great food.
On the day itself, Gaia was so organised. The moving parts of the wedding day happened seamlessly, transitioning from one event onto the next; but it doesn't happen by accident, Gaia was making it all happen, but in secret so we didn't even notice things being moved around.
During our meal, I dropped tomato sauce on my wedding dress!!!! The first person I looked for to help me was Gaia. Of course she had everything needed to remove the stain, because she's a super hero. She had a miracle foam product and the stain came out completely, her being there to help kept me so calm.
Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish, but the planning process was also a highlight. 2 years of speaking with Gaia meant we knew her, and she knew us, so then we could enjoy the big day together. She danced with us, cried with us, and celebrated with us.
My favourite part of working with Gaia was having our WhatsApp chat with her and my groom, so we could speak easily without having to use email. It made everything so much more easy and causal, and meant that Joe could be silly and send Gaia GIF images 🤣 she responds so quickly on WhatsApp, usually instantly!
I cannot wait to see our professional photos from our beautiful wedding. None of our wedding would have happened without Gaia, she was the glue that held everything together.
She knows the best suppliers across Italy for hair, make up, music, photography, boat trips, catering, venues. She has the connections and can make the best reccomendations.
We have loved every day of wedding planning with Gaia and I'm jealous of all the future couples that get to begin the process now that we have finished.
We love you Gaia.

We are very happy with her work. From the beginning, she was professional, approachable, and very efficient. She was always available to help us with anything we needed, making sure everything was under control at all times.
She also took care of setting up all the wedding decor, including details like the centerpieces and arranging everything perfectly. It all looked exactly how we imagined.
We had a serious issue with the tent provider the day before the wedding: they didn’t show up to set it up in the morning as scheduled. She didn’t have to be there, but she completely rearranged her day to come back in the afternoon when they finally arrived and made sure everything was set up properly.
Having her there gave us great peace of mind, and thanks to her involvement, everything went smoothly without us having to worry about a thing. We highly recommend her. -
