I am so happy with the flowers from our recent wedding at Union Station Northampton. We worked with Heather from Durochers to explain our vision, and she made flowers that looked even nicer that we could have imagined. Since we had a late December wedding, we decided to do wreath centerpieces instead of traditional centerpieces, and Heather made the most beautiful 3-D fluffy wreaths. Then, for our wedding bouquets, she incorporated winter evergreens and some blue flowers for a pop of color. The corsages and boutonnieres also looked great, everything was reasonably priced, and Heather was very easy to work with.

She did our center pieces, bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, flowers for the cake, and flowers for the mantle right above where we got married. Everything came out perfect and beautiful! I am so glad I chose Durocher in west Springfield to provide all my flower needs for my wedding! Durocher Florist delivered everything we wanted for our wedding day at Union Station. Though they seem to be incredibly busy, they get to all their customers wants and needs and deliver on expectations perfectly! We worked with Heather to design my bridal and bridesmaids’ bouquets - as well as the floral decor for the arch we’d be married in front of! She took all of my ideas and preferences, made wonderful recommendations, and then was willing to work with me more once I got the initial quote. Everything was beautiful.
I absolutely recommend Durocher Florist.
One note to future brides - I’d recommend to discuss sizing of your bridal bouquet! I found mine to be quite heavy. For reference on size for the pictures, I’m 5’11” and my husband is 6’8” - and the bouquet looks like the perfect size for my husband! (LOL). If I were to do anything different, I’d have tried to make my bouquet the size of what my bridesmaids bouquets were .. and then if anything, make the bridesmaids bouquets slightly smaller than they were - that would have been be perfect!!

This review is long overdue—Thank you to Durocher Florist and Heather for curating the most beautiful wedding flowers. Heather captured my vision so perfectly. She was also so great at giving decorating advice. She has a great eye and knows how to create beautiful arrangements/decorating without being overdone or excessive. Heather is not going to pitch the most expensive flowers or arrangements. She really cares about her clients and doesn’t try to oversell—nor does she need to. Everyone at our wedding loved the flowers and our guests who took the table arrangements home were so impressed that they lasted two weeks after the day—two weeks! I don’t know how she did it. I will forever remember my wedding flowers and highly, highly recommend Durocher Florist!

Elegant and easy!
I worked with Durocher Floral as an included vendor with my venue (Union Station, Northampton, MA). Heather was so easy to work with. She understood my vision right away; our phone consultation was less than 15 minutes! I only wanted floral centerpieces for the reception tables, as that was included with the venue rental and Heather didn't press or upsell at all. She nailed it on the first try at our venue tasting in February and they were perfect at our wedding 7/17/22.

The best experience!
Heather was absolutely phenomenal to work with for my 9/17/21 wedding at the Log Cabin. I do not know much about flowers, so she helped me pick all the ones in my color scheme as well as pick ones that are in season as to be mindful of costs. She was always honest about everything if I had a strange idea which I love! The flowers came out BEAUTIFUL on the day of the wedding. Everything was done exactly as we discussed as well as what I had envisioned. Flowers were delivered to my hotel room, the church, and the venue. I would 100% recommend Durocher’s for wedding flowers or any flowers! I received so many compliments on the flowers and all the centerpieces were quickly taken home at the end of the night!

We hired Durocher florist through our wedding package at Union Station in Northampton, MA. After rescheduling our wedding due to COVID, Heather at Durocher was excellent to work with even on pretty short notice. We did not have strong opinions on what specific flowers we wanted, but we just sent Heather one photo and she created excellent centerpieces, a mantle arrangement, a flower crown, and boutonnieres/corsages that were beautiful, long-lasting, and a great size for the price! Highly recommend Durochers!

Excellent Service! Beautiful Flowers!
We hired Durocher Florist to provide the flowers at our wedding at our church and the reception at the Log Cabin. Our wedding was initially in June 2020, which ended up only being a ceremony. We had ordered a bouquet and boutonniere and they unfortunately mixed up the dates. The flowers arrived later than they should have, but they arrived. Durocher was able to compensate us with the mix up and put it towards our flowers for the reception in June 2021. Fast forward to our reception at the Log Cabin last month. We had ordered table flowers, boutonnieres, bouquets, and corsages. The flowers came out so beautiful! The colors and flower choices were amazing, with many different shades of purples and whites! The wedding party flowers were delivered to our hotel right on time, neatly packaged and labeled. The arrangements on the tables at the Log Cabin complimented our center pieces so well. Heather was wonderful to work with at Durocher. She was extremely professional, helpful, and responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job with everything! I would highly recommend them to provide flowers for any wedding or large event!

My husband and I, along with our families, were overwhelmed with emotion when we were able to view our reception room and our ceremony space... The flowers and decor were breathtaking! It looked like we were getting married in heaven!
The personal touches were unique and PERFECT. The shine and shimmer in my bouquet, the bridesmaids flowers wrapped in black ribbon, the jeweled bracelets on the corsages, the classic look of the boutineers, and of course, the gorgeous arch... It was everything we could dream of and more!

We were nervous for our first meeting because neither my fiancee nor I really knew anything about flowers. Heather immediately put us at ease with her confidence and poise. We described to her the color scheme we wanted (bring a color sample with you) and basically put the rest in her hands because we knew we could trust her.
We were absolutely blown away by the exquisite flower selection she created. As the bride, I was floored when I saw the beautiful bouquets Heather created for me and my bridesmaids. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect color scheme for our fall wedding. She took our vision and turned it into reality.
Furthermore, Heather went above and beyond with the level of attention to detail that she put into our wedding venue. You can tell he has a real passion for making your special day as perfect as can be. Their work is second to none and it would be ill-advised not to hire them for you special day. We can't put into words how happy we were with our wedding flowers.

Durocher Florist was highly recommended by our venue (The Log Cabin) and after meeting Heather, we knew why. She matched our pictures with near-identical alternatives that were affordable because they were in season. She was very responsive and the easiest vendor to work with. Everything was exactly where it needed to be on our wedding day and our guests are still raving about the beautiful flowers. I even had my bridal bouquet preserved because it was the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. We were hesitant to drop money on flowers for our wedding, but it was one of the best decisions we made. We knew from early in our first meeting that we would go with Durocher. We had met with two florists before who left us wondering if they would be able to fulfill out vision. Heather from Durocher made us so confident from the very beginning, and even gave us a lot of advice and insider tips for how to do our flowers, even before we had committed our business. Amazing flowers, professional service!
My husband and I are so happy we were able to work with Durocher Florist -- and specifically, Heather -- for our wedding. I had previously attempted to make arrangements on my own, with silk flowers, and it was clear that I had no idea what I was doing.
When we met with Heather, I provided her with a few reference pictures and the color swatch for the burgundy that was one of the wedding colors, and gave her complete freedom to do what she saw fit. She asked a couple of question about the range of colours we would like to see in the bouquets, and she provided ideas for decor for the ceremony that would be easy to set up and tear down because we were getting married in a public park.
When the flowers arrived on the day of the wedding, I was so happy. They were dropped off at the agreed upon time, and they were beautiful. The ceremony bouquet was exactly what I wanted, and the primary roses matched the burgundy for our wedding perfectly.
I would highly recommend Heather for anyone in the area. She is such a pleasure to work with, and her flowers are amazing.

Omg I can’t say enough our beautiful our flowers were at our wedding. You guys did a great job. Heather was a pleasure to work with. We sat down with her once and explained what our wedding theme was and then she took over from there. I wasn’t worried one bit about my flowers because I knew they were going to be beautiful. I have never seen such a big and beautiful bouquet for a bride wow it was gorgeous. When we were doing pictures my bouquet was getting heavy to hold I needed my husband to help. Everything else came out beautiful as well. I know where I am going to get flowers from now on. Keep doing what your doing and don’t change. Heather and her team did a wonderful job providing bouquets, centerpieces and other floral design and decoration pieces for the reception space at my wedding! Going into the whole process, I had some vague ideas of what I wanted for flowers, and I met with Heather twice to show her some pictures and talk through everything. She covered every detail and leading up to the wedding I was confident that the flowers would be lovely - and I was not wrong! Everything was so beautiful!! Heather is truly an artist. She took a few pictures off of pinterest and my vague descriptions of what I wanted and made stunning bouquets and centerpieces! She also made the most perfect arraignments for the church (which we weren't going to do originally and I'm so happy we did). The crazy part is, they are the best florist in the area and also the most reasonably priced!! They were the last florist we visited for a quote because I assumed that the best in the area would also charge the most. I was so happy to be wrong and will definitely work with Durochers in the future.

I almost skipped flowers altogether, I'm so glad I did not. Durocher was great to work with. I told Heather what vibe we were going for with the wedding, and I little of my ideas with flowers. She did corsages, bouts, and two bouquets, and made some suggestions as I do not know about flowers and wasn't really interested in having them in the first place but knew I would need to have some. She even suggested that we pick them up to save us the delivery charge. That worked out great. The flowers lasted all night and looked great in pictures.

Heather did an AMAZING job helping me pick out my flowers/pricing out what I wanted, especially since we had a somewhat large wedding party! I'm soooo happy I decided to go with Durochers! I loved my bouquets! The were absolutely stunning, we went with sunflowers and hydrangeas! When meeting with Heather all I knew is that I wanted sunflowers, Heather asked about theme and color scheme and suggested going with a Hydrangeas to get that touch of blue I was looking for, I'm so happy I took her advice! It's been 5 days and they're still just as stunning as the day they were delivered! They came in vases which made bringing them home and storing them during the reception a breeze! The only thing is the ribbon holding the flowers together were wet with water... we learned the about 10 minutes before the ceremony, but it was nothing a few paper towels couldn't handle, we dried them off and were good to go! The service was top notch from my initial consult to delivery, I couldn't be happier!

My family is committed to Durochers after they were the only florist in the area to open their doors on labor day weekend to create arrangements for my grandmother's funeral, who had unexpectedly passed 2 days before Labor Day 2015. So for our wedding, it was no secret we would be using them. Heather was so accommodating- from our first consult, to exchanging emails making minor tweaks to our original plans, to making absolutely perfect, fresh, stunning arrangements for the wedding party. My bouquet left me speechless. about a month before our wedding i contacted Heather directly in an effort to somehow make my grandmother a part of my bouquet and we came up with the idea of cutting one of her favorite sweaters and wrapping my bouquet in her sweater piece. I couldnt have even imagined a more perfect way than how Heather arranged the bouquet and made that sweater stand out. I will never use another florist and it is worth every penny.

I had my wedding reception at Union Station Grand Ballroom, and my wedding package included the floral centerpieces which was through Durocher Florist. When we had our meeting with the floral designer, Heather, for the centerpieces, I had not yet picked a florist for the rest of my flowers (church, bouquets, etc.) and I absolutely fell in love with her suggestions and the vision she had come up with to incorporate our theme and colors, so we booked Durocher for all of floral needs!
From the moment we met Heather she was very attentive to what we wanted and what our budget was. She was so easy to work with and very laid back while we were making our choices. She wasn't trying to push anything on us or pressure us to spend more, she understood that we wanted the flowers to look amazing but to also stay on the less expensive side and she was totally cool with that.
Now to the flowers... THEY WERE STUNNING!!! On my wedding day when they brought our bouquets in, I was absolutely shocked/stunned and totally OBSESSED! While my bridal party was getting ready I kept going to look at the bouquets every five minutes because I could not get enough! The boutonnieres and corsages we simple and perfect, as were the two floral displays for each side of the altar at the church, just as we had planned. I couldn't have been happier with them. Everything was absolutely beautiful and more than I would had envisioned for our big day!
Heather had set up a timeline as to when the flowers would be delivered to each location (my getting ready location, my husbands getting ready location, the church, and the reception) and each delivery was exactly on time as she had promised. I am so so happy with the work and professionalism from Durocher Florist, I would recommend them to anyone!

She listened to my vision, she told me what was feasible and what was just a staged Pinterest photo shoot. She educated us in the beautiful world of florals and incorporated her own ideas into our color palette and tone for our big day.

I cannot even begin to describe how happy I was with the flowers I got from Durocher. We used Durocher for our bouquets, cake flowers, and to decorate the ceremony space. Flowers were not very high on the list of things that mattered to us when planning a wedding but that changed when we got our bouquets on the day and I saw how unbelievably stunning they were. When we met with Heather, I showed her a few pictures of colors that I liked and told her I wanted different textures and I didn't want everything to look so tight and uniform. She was able to interpret those few guidelines into literally exactly what I wanted. The bouquets she came up with were exactly my personality and I felt like they were the perfect addition to all of the formal wedding photos--I've never felt this way about flowers before!!!

As an Event Consultant for Log Cabin & Delaney House, I’ve spent my 10+ year career experiencing their services and recommending them to hundreds of brides. They provided us with church arrangements and aisle decorations, bouquets and boutonnieres, and centerpieces for our reception. Heather gave us wonderful suggestions for the types of flowers to use based on our colors and the time of year and all of their arrangements were gorgeous. Their prices were reasonable and their quality and customer service were outstanding. I have never seen prettier bouquets anywhere! Heather even gave us general wedding planning tips, such as waiting until the MA tax-free weekend to buy certain items for our wedding. This tip alone helped our budget. Heather was so helpful in helping me choose what I wanted. I had done very little research prior to our meeting and she was able to help me decide what flowers to use and what would go well together. Everyone loved the centerpieces and the flowers on the cake were perfect!

Our wedding was September 5, 2015 at the Society Room in Hartford, Ct and it was pure magic!!. From my bouquet to the table center pieces it was simply jaw dropping. We couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding job Durocher did with our flowers and decorations. Heather is extremely friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to selecting flowers and arrangements. We went in with very little knowledge of flowers and their names, but Heather was able to take our vague descriptions and translate them into gorgeous floral masterpieces. Durocher makes sure to take care of every small detail so that you don't have to worry about a thing on your wedding day. The deliveries were prompt, the arrangements were stunning, and the flowers were fresh. We are so happy we went with Durocher. We couldn't recommend a better florist.

We worked with Heather and she was great to work with. She helped us pick out our flowers and was very responsive to my emails. She even emailed me to let me know that I could pay my balance on tax free weekend and save on the taxes. I really appreciated that since every dollar counts when you get close to the wedding. The flowers were delivered on time the day of the wedding and were BEAUTIFUL! They were exactly what I wanted and everyone commented on how nice they were. We had them do our centerpieces for our reception and 2 bouquets and everything was great. I would highly recommend using them. I don't know much about the pricing of flowers and didn't shop around so I can't comment on whether the prices were higher or lower than others in the area.

Durocher florist took care of everything flower related for me even my center pieces. I worked with Heather and she is great; very easy to work with, responsive and friendly from our initial meeting to flower delivery. I went in with some initial ideas and pictures and she knew exactly what I was going for and offered suggests based on my vision and my budget.
I really wanted to incorporate black-eyed susan’s in my flowers but Heather advised me that particular flower does not hold up well when cut and recommended the perfect substitute. All of the flowers arrived on-time and I was blow away with how gorgeous they all were. I received a lot of compliments on my wildflower bouquet. Heather was also the one who advised my groom to wear an ivory shirt because my dress was ivory. I never even thought about matching the shirt to the dress. She was great and I really felt like she cared about giving me the best. If you are getting married in Western, MA, especially at the Log Cabin in Holyoke, stop by Durocher florist and meet with Heather. She will work with you to create something truly magnificent.

I can not say enough amazing things about Durocher's. My venue was in CT, therefore I met with numerous CT vendors before meeting with Durocher's. As soon as I sat down with Heather, I knew immediately that they would be my first choice. Heather was so easy to work with and extremely responsive whenever I had questions. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and my wedding flowers were more gorgeous than the pictures! I wish I could have kept my bouquet alive forever. Nothing is better than complements and I still get compliments about my flowers to this day. I would highly recommend Durocher to any bride!

The flowers for my daughter's wedding were amazing. They were exactly as she described to Heather, who was very professional and very easy to communicate with. The bouquets were breathtaking as were the centerpieces. Our guest were in awe with them. I had some of our guest take centerpieces home and they said they lasted for over a week. I would recommend Durocher Florist and Heather for any floral needs.

Heather at Durocher Florist in West Springfield, MA, was very responsive, helpful, and professional and friendly. She gave us a discount on only charging us to deliver the flowers to 3 places, even though we had them delivered 4 places. This place knows what they are doing and are very willing to accommodate any requests. The flowers were absolutely stunning and well worth the price. Their prices were competitive and comparable from what I could tell. A colleague recommended them to me and I am very glad we went with Durocher Florist. No issues at all--very easy! Thank you!

Durocher's supplied all of our flowers for our wedding on 5/30/15. We worked with Heather and could not be happier with her service and the flowers we received. Heather was very easy to communicate with and replied back to our emails quickly. We met with her in person one time, and she is so experienced with weddings and their floral needs, we simply gave her our wedding colors and what we envisioned and Durocher's designed beautiful bouquets, boutineers, centerpieces, cake flowers, and other arrangements for our wedding. The flowers were fresh, beautifully organized, and delivered on time. Everyone loved our centerpieces and commented on the other arrangements we had. I would recommend Durocher's to anyone, they were wonderful to work with and I would definitely order flowers from them again.

You can't get any better than Durochers!!!! Jody, Heather, and Peter made our wedding day a dream come true!! They were able to make our vision a reality and took a huge load off our backs! Durocher Florist did a beautiful job on the flowers for my wedding. Not only were my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets absolutely perfect, but you can tell they care about the details - our mothers' wrist corsages were actually bracelets with beautiful beads and everything; they weren't the standard elastic wristband. The church flowers and the centerpieces at the reception were just perfect, exactly what I had envisioned. If you want the most beautiful flowers for your special day, you have to go with Durocher. Heather is the best!

Heather is a friend of my husband's family and when planning our wedding I was hoping that Durochers would be available to do our flowers. I had seen their work at a bridal show and on the website and the flowers always looked so beautiful. We set up a consultation and I told Heather what I was looking for. Since I am not a flower expert I gave Heather the reins. I asked to use flowers that were in season. I wanted my bouquet bright pink and the bridesmaids white and light pink. We picked calla lilies for the boutonnieres. Our flowers were spectacular!!! I couldn't believe how stunning the bouquets and boutonnieres were. They were perfect!!! My bride bouquet was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. It was gorgeous pink, hand tied with a white ribbon.
I need to mention that we got married in Maine...Durocher Florist is in Massachusetts. Heather and her team packed our flowers in such a way that when they got to Maine they didn't look like they had been in the car for three hours. Everything looked like it had just been cut that morning.
Working with Heather was a treat. She answered all questions, gave her expert advice, and make the process so easy. Since I do not know much about flowers, Heather's expertise was essential to creating the perfect flowers for our wedding day.

Without us picking out specific flowers, Heather was able to make the bride's vision come to life. She provided Heather with colors and a general idea and Heather made it happen: the boutonnieres, bridesmaids bouquets, and center pieces all looked wonderful. We provided the florist with mason jars and she happily delivers all the flowers, assembled in the jars, to the venue without any issues. We also rented ferns for the windows in the venue which looked great. We would most definitely recommend Durocher Florist and appreciate their hard work!

Hands down the best florist. They were so easy to work with and got everything PERFECT! The flowers for the ceremony were better than I ever expected. The colors were dead on, and the transferred the garden into a magical place.

Heather was amazing! She met with us a couple of times to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted for the flowers. There was snow the day of my event so they called to let me know the flowers were en route which took so much stress out of the day. The bouquets were stunning and looked great all day. I was even able to dry the roses and have them look great after the event! All of the centerpieces and custom wreath and garland were amazing. There is a reason they are the best!
