Absolutely fantastic!
I would enthusiastically and without reservation recommend Duo Purla for your special event! Tom was responsive, professional, and had the perfect demeanor for our wedding. I also can't speak highly enough about them both, musically--all of our guests were singing their praises. They played both our ceremony and cocktail hour, and it really added a perfect touch to both. 10/10 would recommend! -

Wedding Ceremony and Cocktail Hour!
Tom and Shannon did an incredible job at our recent wedding. All the arrangements were exactly what we wanted. Tom was easy to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend them for your event! -

11/10 recommend!
We got married this past August and were looking for musicians to play during the wedding ceremony. I am SO happy that we went with Duo Purla. They were so easy with work with and I completely felt like we were in great hands. They provide you with a long list of songs so it's pretty easy to pick out music from their selection. They also allow you to choose one song that isn't on the list that they'll learn to play for your event. The music was absolutely beautiful and I'm really happy that we went with a guitarist because it made music sound beautifully unique. Thank you again, Duo, you helped make our day so special! -

Top Notch Performance!
We had the pleasure of seeing Duo Purla perform and we were blown away by their talent. Tom and Shannon performed several of their own compositions as well as other modern American classical music - it was incredible! We can’t wait until they come back to the area. -

Enchanting
I've seen Tom perform at several different venues and each time I am more and more impressed. I love listening to his music no matter what it is....he can move from classical to modern to contemporary all with the flick of a wrist. I've been to 2 weddings that he's performed at and I would have to say he was amazing to listen to and a joy to talk with. Very down-to-earth, friendly, and genuinely intrested in those he meets. -

Highly recommended!
Tom played at my wedding ceremony a couple of summers ago and we were so pleased with how his arrangements turned out. We opted for a bossa nova theme for people entering the space and the Girl from Ipanema for our processional as well as two songs that he learned for when we entered and exited ("Here Comes the Sun" and 'Isn't She Lovely'). All of the music sounded amazing and we had numerous compliments on what a nice job Tom did/how lovely his arrangements were. Tom was incredibly easy to work with and I would recommend him highly for any wedding. -
