    Easy to purchase

    My now husband and I went to pick out the engagement ring together in November 2022. We looked at a few rings before the one popped out at us. The purchasing was easy. We went because there was a sale going on plus a pretty good deal on a 0% financing. It all worked out perfectly. I was able to get a set with a beautiful diamond for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend purchasing from them!

    My sister and I wanted to have made wedding pins to pin on the inside the wedding dress. We had seen them online, but they were not the quality we wanted...so Dunkin Diamonds, Gulf Coast Center, was our first and, I must say, our last stop! We met with Tina who had nothing like what we wanted in stock, so she went out of her way to create 2 unique pins, with dangling charms, to symbolize "something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue." We had 2 brides, but we wanted the pins to be unique! What Tina helped us put together was nothing short of FABULOUS! I believe Tina is going to put them on the website, because they are so great and can be future gifts for mothers of the bride for the bride!

    My new husband and I enjoyed our experience at the Dunkin Diamonds on 41. We both got our wedding bands there and are very satisfied. Also, the staff went out of there way to make sure we got what we wanted. Thank you!

    We purchased our wedding bands from Dunkin Diamonds in GCTC. They were very friendly and really worked with us. I had a coupon to save money off of my wedding band and was able to get what I wanted for a fantastic price!! The prices were definitely reasonable.

    The best customer service ever we seen my FH wedding band on line and the store went out of the way to get one in from the vendor so we could see it in person. they kept in contact with me weekly until it came in. Wonderful experience

    Russ Franklin at the Gulf Coast Town Center location of Dunkin's Diamonds was our go-to-guy. He helped us work within our budget for both engagement rings and wedding bands. Their efficiency in getting our rings finalized the WEEK before the wedding was astounding. In addition, the jeweler they use in house (a lady) was generous enough to re-polish the grooms ring after he had scuffed it up. Not only that, but we were so blown away by her willingness to stay late on the day before her day off to fix some earrings that were just given to the bride that week to be used in the wedding as well. These things show that their product is backed up by their service and professionalism. We will be using them for our primary source of jewelers in the future and would recommend them every time.

    I really LOVED Dunkin's Diamonds. My husband bought my ring here, and I went and got his band here as well. They really, genuinely care and don't try to get you to buy something you can't afford. They take the time to sit with you and figure out what works best for you and to find something beautiful. I really love my ring and I am glad that my husband went to Dunkin's Diamonds.

    We were so happy with the salespeoples care, concern, and professionalism at Dunkin Diamonds in the Gulf Coast Town Center loacted in Fort Myers, Fl. The quality and uniqueness of our wedding bands is amazing!!! Dunkin Diamonds was concerened with what we wanted and honored us a price that gave us the value we deserved.
    I highly recommend this store for jewelry that you want to cherish and enjoy forever, especially when it's for the rings that one can only hope will last forvever!

    My wife loved our wedding rings. The people there were so nice and professional. They even wrote our names on our rings. They offer the best value for your money!

    This place is amazing when it comes to customer service! They are very helpful but they don't try to push you into something you don't want to buy. They offer you a beverage when you walk in the door and you are immediately helped. They also gave us a gift bag full of cleaning supplies to keep are wedding bands cleaned on our own. They also said we can stop by anytime to get our rings professionally cleaned for no charge.

    We bought both of our wedding rings from the Dunkin's Diamonds in Gulf Coast Town Center. The salespeople are helpful, but they aren't pushy, so we enjoyed shopping there. The rings were reasonably priced compared to other jewelry stores.

    Many of the sales people seemed genuinely interested in talking to us and telling us about different metals and diamonds. They gave us room to breathe, and we ultimately came back to buy our jewelry from them. I would definitely do business with them again.

    My fiance knew the engagement ring he wanted and had the wonderful assistance from Dunkin's Diamonds employees to get it! We then went and purchased our wedding bands and cannot be happier!

    They were busy when we were in there, but when they waited on us, they were very professional, and reasonably priced. They cleaned all of our jewelry and we bought his ring and had it sized, and it was ready the next day.

    we bought engagement rings here but from now on i will always go to kay's jeweler i found the same ring for a cheaper price and it had a better warranty.

    excellent customer service, the only complaint I had is they seem to always treat the men better than the woman and I find that very disappointing in today's day and age. LOL

    Save your time and especially save your money. Shop elsewhere. The quality they offer is at best sub par, they do NOT back up what they sell and when you try to reach out and get a customer service issue resolved count of being ignored.

    Omgosh...the worst jewelry ever! They actually had the balls to do
    the old bait and switch on me..I purchased a 14k white gold yellow
    diamond ring..had to have it sized, when I came to pick it up, it said
    10k on the inside and the yellow diamond turned out to be a citrine!

    If I could give zero stars, Dunkin Diamonds would win the prize.
    In went in to buy my wedding ring, and the selection was TINY. I mean there was almost nothing, especially in my budget range. After a hopeless half hour with one employee, another one came by and helped me find a ring I loved. The only issue was that (it is a sleeve) and my engagement ring was too big for it. I was assured that because it would have to be special ordered in my size, the bars on the bottom would be extended as well.
    When my ring came in, it had been ordered in a size too small. They wanted me to compromise the quality and have it stretched (which was the reason we special ordered it in the first place). The bars had not been extended either. The sales associates decided the best way to solve this problem would be to physically stretch the ring apart with their hands, and then told me that they had damaged it so much the bars would need to be replaced altogether.
    Then, they told me that they wanted to keep my engagement ring for 30 days and resize it. I got my engagement ring at a very high end Jewelry store up north, and it fits perfectly. There is no reason they needed to resize my ring or for them to keep it for a month! Of course I refused and I took my too-small wedding ring with me. These people are scam artists, and I suggest you go elsewhere unless you want your diamonds swapped.
    I am now stuck with a wedding ring that doesn't fit around my finger OR around my ring. I paid way more than I should have. The staff was rude and unwilling to fix their mistakes until they realized I was no fool; now they will be paying for all of the resizing and damage. I will NEVER return here for anything. I haven't even been able to look at my wedding ring I am so upset about the whole situation.
    One of the most exciting experiences of getting married has been ruined thanks to the "team" at gulf coast. BEWARE

    On 7/24/2016 we purchased diamond ring from Fort Myers,Fl. location. We have moved to state where you don't have stores and decided to trade ring for something at a local well known jeweler. They would not give us anything for your ring,said it was not good quality diamonds. We looked up your SI3-I rating and this is what we found:




    SI3 is a diamond clarity grade surrounded by a lot of controversy. Some even say that it does not exist and is a scam. Is that really so, and what should you look out for when buying SI-clarity diamonds?






    SI3 clarity doesn’t exist on the G.I.A. scale.





    SI, or Slightly Included, is the next grade, and the lowest clarity you can get is I, standing for Included.
    What Is SI3 Clarity?

    SI3 clarity is advertised as a subdivision of the SI clarity range.


    Diamonds graded SI have inclusions that are easy to see under magnification but may not be visible to the naked eye.

    The G.I.A. clarity scale described above divides the SI grade into SI1 and SI2; on this scale, the next grade after SI2 is I1, which is the top clarity in the I (Included) range.
