Second best decision after saying YES!

Katie, Brandon, and Felicia AMAZING! An all inclusive is the absolute smartest way to go and they’ll help you with why. No tough decisions to make (besides what food to narrow down) and prompt at responding. Photos are amazing- they’re now doing our maternity photos and all future shoots! Stunning venue to match a night we won’t forget. Stew and I are eternally grateful!

So much more than we had dared to hope for!!

Perfect setting for our 10/17/2021 wedding! Beautiful grounds and home. Katie and Brandon DiPietro are gifted photographers with an eye toward making the day memorable. Katie was responsive, reassuring, and turned complicated planning into one-stop-shopping with her recommendations of equally professional and quality supports: DJs (Audiografs), florist, (Forevermore Farm Florals), bakery (Holly's Cakes), and caterer (Cribb's Catering). Thank you for creating a seamless perfect wedding day !

Great place to get married. Beautiful

Everything about this place is awesome. The grounds are absolutely stunning. Their customer service was good. Other than my wife having to go out and buy wash clothes because they wouldn't provide her and our two daughters with 3 wash clothes everything was great.

The best day!

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding! The grounds are beautiful and all of the staff are so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend!

Smoothest Wedding Day Possible!

The Duncan Estate is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! There was so much space, inside and out, for my wedding ceremony and reception. The staff was incredibly helpful and helped my big day go more smoothly than I could have ever dreamed of! I would recommend this venue to everyone!

Beautiful Local Estate

My husband and I had our wedding here in September. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Danielle, the owner. She was SO helpful and responsive throughout the entire process and created very helpful planning sheets to guide us through planning the wedding. The estate was beautiful and our photos turned out amazing. The guests loved the venue and complimented everything well after our wedding. I am SO GLAD we chose the Duncan Estate!

Incredible!

I got married at Duncan Estate on 10/12/2019. The day was PERFECT, all thanks to the incredible people involved. Danielle, the owner, had amazing communication with us from the time we booked the venue until the very last second. Chelsea, the woman managing DE on the day of my wedding was unbelievably helpful and made the day a breeze for me. She was SO sweet and personable. We went with Jessica and Justin Tripam of "Uniquely Us Weddings" as our day-of coordinator and DJ. The two of them work flawlessly together (they are married!) and made the entire night run smoothly from start to finish. The food was catered by Laurenda's catering which was phenomenal - both the food and the service provided! We could not have wished for a better wedding. The venue is stunning and the girls and I loved getting ready in the bridal suite. 10/10 recommend Duncan Estate and all of the wonderful people listed above!!

Perfect day at the perfect venue!

We are so happy we went with The Duncan Estate! They really know what they’re doing and they make everything really easy. The house, garden, and the rest of the property are beautiful. The day went perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue!

The perfect venue for so many reasons

We initially chose Duncan Estate because of the price and the beauty of the venue. They did so much for such a reasonable price. However, the true value was not obvious until later. I had never been to a traditional wedding so planning one was an interesting process, but Danielle was amazing. She comes prepared to answer all of your questions and to recommend amazing vendors. Her required planning meeting was a life saver because Jessica helped organize the whole day and presented questions I did not even know I need to ask. On the day of, Liz was beyond helpful. She helped fix a bridesmaid's dress, made sure the boutonniere made it on my husband and my father, as well as so much more. I would book with them again and again. In fact, my matron of honor is hoping to renew her vows in the future, and she told me that she is now sincerely considering Duncan Estate because of how they helped with my wedding.

Above and beyond staff-Liz and Shawn

I attended/worked a wedding this past weekend and despite the In climate weather (rainy), the wedding went well and was beautiful .
Liz and Shawn were very involved before, during and afterward working to put everything together, creating a plan for the rainy weather and seeing that all needs were met for the perfect day. Placing sand in muddy walk areas, removing water off the reception floor from the down pouring rain and always seeing that everything was going just fine. Such a pleasure to work with Liz and Shawn and knowing that they truly cared for their clients and guests.

The Duncan Estate helped make my daughter’s dream wedding a reality.

The Duncan Estate is the PERFECT wedding venue! Danielle, the owner is fantastic!
The venue is small enough to feel intimate, yet spacious enough to accommodate a large crowd. My daughter and her husband were married here this past weekend and everything was beyond our expectations . From our initial planning meeting in February to the day if the wedding, Danielle was in constant contact asking how she could help us. I will always recommend The Duncan Estate to anyone who wants a perfect wedding.

Oh my gosh our May 26th wedding at Duncan Estate was PERFECT! Danielle was a dream come true when it came to helping us with any and all questions/problems we had. I would get married 100 times at that venue (to the same man) if I could. HIGHLY recommend this 10 stars!!!!

We loved our experience with Duncan Estate. The owner, Danielle, was so professional and easy to work with. She was so quick to respond to any and all of our concerns. We got so much more than a venue when we booked here. Danielle helped us plan the entire day from start to finish. We opted for a wedding director and it was a great move. We didn’t stress about anything the day of— Monica, the director, handles absolutely everything for us. We’ve had so many compliments on the venue. It is truly picturesque. The house and grounds are so beautiful already that minimal decor is needed. By far the best value in the Spartanburg/Greenville area.

Duncan Estate was the perfect venue for our daughter. The simplistic gardens and grandiose home provide the perfect setting for those perfering an outside wedding. Danielle and her team are so pleasant and accommodating!

We had our wedding at the Duncan Estate in March, and it was perfect! Throughout the process Danielle was always happy to answer questions and give ideas on our wedding. The day of, all of the staff was friendly and professional. It really feels like you're part of the family there. Aside from the amazing staff, the venue speaks for itself and needs very little decorating.

My husband and I recently had our wedding here 11/3/2017 and it was BEAUTIFUL!! Danielle the owner was AMAZING! She is fantastic, very professional, and flexible! This venue is just gorgeous, from the house all the way through the grounds. Danielle was such a great help when it came to the whole planning our wedding, very prompt to answering emails and flexible scheduling to do meet-ups throughout our process. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! We had a hick-up but Danielle was amazing at handling it, very, very professional and lovely to work with. My wedding guests, most of which flew from across this nation, were all in love with this venue. Since we had a Fall wedding, the trees were just breathtakingly beautiful and my out-of-town guests were all in awe at how lovely this place is. I HIGHLY recommended picking this venue as your go-to wedding location or any other type of gathering you are planning. It was perfect! If I had to do this wedding thing all over again, this venue would be my first choice.

My experience with Danielle and the rest of the staff at Duncan Estates was nothing short of amazing! The venue itself is so pretty there really isn't a need for too many outside decorations. It was an absolute pleasure to have my special day at Duncan Estates.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a venue to have your wedding then believe me when I say this is the place!!!! My wedding took place on September 29th and it was absolutely the best day of my life! We went to look at the venue only about 4 months before our wedding day and we fell in love with it! The garden is so beautiful and it was exactly what I was looking for. I have always wanted an outside wedding and this place was so perfect. They have a beautiful covered patio with a tent with ceiling fans and lights that is perfect for your reception or to use in case in rains. Thankfully, on my wedding day the weather was perfect and not a drop of rain! The owner Danielle is so amazing. She is so sweet and professional and helps you set everything up. I didn't know anything about Spartanburg so she recommened all the vendors. I used Cribbs kitchen for my food, and trust me every single person could not stop talking about how good the food was. I used Mill Street florist for my flowers, they were so beautiful! I used Justin for my DJ AND day of coordinator. Trust me you will want to use him too! I used cakehead bakeshop for my desserts. All of these vendors were recommended by Danielle and I give them all 5 stars! The bridal suite was perfect for me and my bridal party to get dressed. We also used that for me and my husband to later eat dinner, thanks to Danielle who recommended we eat solo! I just loved everything about this place and I am so thankful that I found it! It was a very easy drive from Charlotte where I live, only about an hour and 15 minutes. The price is great also! Thank you so much Duncan Estate!!!!

Where do I even begin? This venue is FLAWLESS. It has a perfect mix of an outdoor garden with elegant southern charm. Danielle is extremely helpful when it's not even her job to be. She sets up a wedding planning meeting with you a month before to ensure you have everything in order for the big day. She also has a list of recommended vendors and will give you other suggestions if you just ask! The venue is probably the biggest part of planning your wedding and Danielle along with her venue is the absolute best in Spartanburg, hands down.

We got married at the Duncan Estate on Thursday May 18, 2017 and I am so happy we decided on this venue. Danielle was amazing and available every step of the way. We could not have done it without her. The house is incredible and all of our guest were complimenting how beautiful the venue was for our wedding backdrop. She had great recommendations for vendors which we were so thankful for because we had no idea where to start. Danielle, I cannot begin to thank you enough for helping us. Our wedding was perfect.

We loved having our wedding at Duncan Estate! Danielle made the planning process so easy and they worked well with all of our vendors. Everything was set up how we wished and only needed our planner to add the finishing touches. It was a magical day and we loved every bit of it! Duncan Estate was perfect for our outdoor wedding. Duncan Estate is WONDERFUL!!!! It is such a beautiful venue and the staff make it an incredible place for your big day. My husband and I had our wedding at the Duncan Estate on June 25, 2016. We wanted the outdoor/southern wedding, and we found that and so much more here! From the garden ceremony to dancing the night away under the tent, we could not have asked for a better day to spend with our family and loved ones. Danielle was amazing and always returned emails/phone calls promptly. I never once felt like "just another bride" to her. She was always asking if I needed anything or was there anything she could do for me and offering assistance. I cannot say enough good things about the Duncan Estate. I wish we could go back and do our wedding every weekend there :) Thank you for helping make our special day flow smoothly and being an amazing venue!! Love, the new Mr. & Mrs. Sexton :)

I truly can’t imagine my wife and I having chosen a more perfect wedding venue. First, the staff: Danielle was a dream to work with! She was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. My wedding coordinator is a perfectionist (former caterer and owner of a bed & breakfast), and she looked at me after seeing the venue and meeting Danielle and said, “She has her $#&* together!” I couldn’t have summed it up any better. There’s pretty much not a scenario that you can come up with that Danielle hasn’t already dealt with and has a solution for. Your wedding day is in good hands with her!

Next, the house and gardens: they’re gorgeous! One of my guests noted that she loved how many “spaces” there are—inside and out. Between having the ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour on the back lawn, dinner and dancing under the tent, bridal party and couple introductions on the front lawn and balcony, food in the house, and our first dance on the patio, I felt like everyone got a chance to experience the full beauty of the house and the gardens. I know our guests felt like they spent a very special evening in a very special place.

Third, the value: lots of amenities are included! In as much as possible, we were hoping for a one-stop shop sort of venue. We encountered lots of venues that required us to rent our own tables and chairs as well as a tent for rain back-up. All of that is included at Duncan Estate. The only things we had to provide were linens, decorations, and food. That greatly reduced the hassle and expense on our part.

Weddings inherently come with lots of stress, but I'm certain ours was greatly reduced because we chose to have it at this amazing venue!

Duncan Estate was the perfect place to get married. Danielle was so very helpful throughout the entire planning process, and as we got closer to the big day, she made herself available to all of our questions and concerns.

The grounds of the estate are absolutely beautiful. One of the reasons that we chose Duncan Estate is that the scenery is so naturally pretty that very little other decorations were needed. Even though it rained during our reception, everything still went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Duncan Estate.

Our rehearsal dinner couldn't have been more perfect! Danielle and her staff were so terrific and everyone attending our dinner was so impressed with her beautiful estate. So many of our guests were unaware that this gorgeous venue was hiding behind the house. Several commented that they would certainly remember and to tell their friends. Hopefully, they'll do just that! Danielle helped make my son's special evening so memorable and she helped me give them the evening they envisioned and with such ease.

Trey and I couldn't be happier with the Duncan Estate as our wedding venue. Danielle is very easy to work with and accommodating through the wedding planning process. I was a very DIY bride with a limited budget, and Danielle helped point us in the right direction several times and was always prompt in responding to any questions/needs regarding the venue and wedding day. She also helped by pointing out some details that we may have forgotten based on previous events. The venue itself is gorgeous and we received many compliments throughout the event on how perfect the venue is for a wedding. I would recommend the Duncan Estate to any couple looking to get married.

I could not have asked for a better venue!!!!!! Danielle was amazing from start to finish and if you are planning a wedding in less than 2 months you need beyond amazing!! She answered every question I had and had tons of questions that helped me not forget a single detail! The house and grounds speak for themselves, it is gorgeous and the perfect backdrop for any function! The stress of Southern weather (don't worry Danielle has a back up plan) is totally worth it to be able to say I do at Duncan Estate!

The Duncan Estate was the perfect venue for our special day!! From the gorgeous house to the beautiful grounds, it proved to be an amazing location for our big day! Danielle was super accommodating and paid attention to every detail to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch. The Duncan Estate was the perfect garden venue for our spring wedding! The flowers were gorgeous, the grounds were well-groomed, and the layout was perfect for a smooth transition from ceremony to reception. Inside the house was perfect for getting ready with my bridesmaids, and for setting up the buffet. The entire property is in pristine condition! Danielle was so wonderful to work with and made planning our wedding easy and seamless. We had the most beautiful wedding and I can't imagine having it anywhere else!

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding reception! Danielle was wonderful throughout the whole process by constantly making sure she knew everything about our big day. She is very thorough with her details so that she knows absolutely everything in order to make the day run smoothly. On the day-of she did not bother me once with any concerns or questions, everything was handled without consulting me and everything looked beautiful that night for the reception. The house and grounds of this estate are absolutely beautiful! It made for perfect pictures and overall, a very beautiful reception! We were very pleased with Duncan Estate and would recommend it to anyone for their wedding day needs!

The Duncan Estate was suggested to me as a venue for our fall wedding. We wanted a venue that would allow us to have the wedding we envisioned with the ceremony and reception in one place. I have lived in Spartanburg for 30 years and had never heard of The Duncan Estate. The minute we drove through the front gate we fell in love with the idea of having our wedding at this beautiful location. I emailed Danielle about 11/15, and she promptly replied that she had the date open and invited us to come and meet with her to look at her home. From the moment we met Danielle we were confident that we had chosen the right venue. Danielle was very professional yet so personable you feel like you have known her all your life. She only wanted us to book our wedding if it was right for us and wanted us to take the contract home and decide. She held the date until we let her know that we wanted it. I was very concerned about planning a wedding only two months away. She assured me that it could be done. Expecting many obstacles to planning such an event I was pleasantly surprised every time I asked Danielle if we could do something a particular way and she always made it work. Everything ran like clockwork until three days before the wedding when the weather forecast was for an arctic blast that would reach our beautiful (warm) SC. Since we had planned the whole event to be outside in the garden and under the tent I was scrambling to rent heaters and buy blankets so my guests would not freeze. My fear was that the food would ruin because of the cold and my guests would leave. I called Danielle and within a minute she put my fears to rest and assured me it would be okay. We moved the food inside along with half of the tables and stationed heaters outside near the others. Everything went perfectly! Thank you Danielle and also to Shawn and Renee for going above and beyond what was expected. We had a fairytale wedding that exceeded anything I could have dreamed of.

Our wedding was September 27th, 2014 at the Duncan Estates. It was truly the best day of my life! The ceremony area felt intimate, but the reception area and tent gave us more than enough room for corn hole, jenga, and a s'mores bar! The beautiful house was perfect for me and my girls to get ready upstairs. It allowed me to relax and spend some time with my mother a few minutes before the ceremony. Also, Danielle from Duncan Estate was amazing to work with! She was a huge help with coordinating floor plans and had great ideas for our big day! Thank you Duncan Estate for allowing us to have such a beautiful wedding!

The Duncan Estate was the perfect place for our wedding. Danielle is absolutely amazing. She accommodated every request and change that came up with a smile. She worked hard to make the wedding day perfect and that is just what it was. Even though I had some people arrive early and she had to correct family a few times, she still maintained a calm and happy attitude with me that helped to make my day stress free. I truly cannot say enough nice things about Duncan Estate and Danielle. The Estate is the prettiest not-so-hidden jewel in Spartanburg and the value you get for the price is unbeatable. The house and grounds are gorgeous and the perfect backdrop for your dream wedding. You don’t have to worry about your pictures looking great, the entire house is picture perfect. Danielle is always available for questions and responds quickly. We wanted a small intimate wedding with close family and friends and she has amazing ideas for your day and will help you make your vision come to life! On our wedding day, we had major catering issues and Danielle pitched in to help get them settled and ensure our guests got their food and we still got to enjoy our dinner upstairs alone. To top it off, she has an agreement with an amazing DJ that not only gives you a great price, he made sure the reception ran smoothly and adapted the music as we went to keep the crowd going. Because of the two of them (and the beautiful Estate) our wedding day was perfect! After planning for our wedding for over a year, I was concerned with how everything was going to turn out because I didn't know if I was over thinking the wedding planning process or not. Some days I felt as though the day would never come, and other days I felt as though I was running out of time to get everything accomplished! The Duncan Estate was more than I could have imagined on our special day. It was absolutely breath taking! Danielle allows flexibility in being able to decorate the venue, so you truly are able to make your wedding day just as you have always envisioned that it would be. Danielle is very helpful and promptly replies to any questions that you may have about your special day. She has great advice and simply allows you to make your wedding day your own and have fun with it. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who asks. I have heard nothing but positive comments from family and friends about how beautiful Duncan Estate is and how it is the perfect place for a wedding, and I truly could not agree more.

Danielle is a GREAT woman and her house is gorgeous!! I could not have picked a better location to get married at! The house was perfect and the gardens were beautiful! The lighting is perfect and the bridal suite was the suburb size for my five bridesmaids and myself to spread out and prepare ourselves. Everything went off without a hitch and Danielle's quick responses to my crazy bride questions soothed the beast. By the way, if you are considering having a head table, forget that nonsense!! Danielle clued my fiancé and myself into the table in the bridal suite where we easily had our meals sent so we could eat in peace and enjoy one another's stolen moments before we had to go back to mingling and talking to everyone. It all went perfectly!!!

My husband and I took one look at Duncan Estate and knew this was the place we would say I DO! It was more than just the beautiful house and blooming flowers. Danielle was very attentive and always checked in to make sure wedding planning was moving along. The day of our event I was a complete mess. It was supposed to be a beautiful day with clear skies, the news was wrong. It rained off and on most of the day. It stopped raining 15 minutes before time to walk down the aisle. Danielle, her husband and all of the staff went out to make sure all of the seats were dry for our guests. My grandmother and grandfather are both in wheelchairs. Duncan Estate was not handicap accessible when we booked. My uncle actually called to see exactly how we could have them both there without me knowing. Duncan Estate created a wheelchair access in the garden area the day before my wedding. It was more than I ever expected and I was so happy to have them both be able to attend my wedding. The amount of care and attentiveness that the staff puts in to each wedding is well worth every penny. I was able to have my fairytale wedding with the help of Danielle and the staff at Duncan Estate!

My daughter was married June 7, 2014 at The Duncan Estate. It was WONDERFUL. The home and the grounds are just beautiful. We chose to have the ceremony and reception at the Estate and it couldn't have been better. Danielle (owner) has her job down to a science. She is organized, creative, responsive, professional and most of all a friendly, sweet lady who is passionate about "the day for her brides and grooms". When my daughter got engaged and the planning started, the first thing she said was, "I do not want an outdoor wedding because I don't want to have to worry about weather". During our venue search, she and her fiancé fell in love with Duncan Estate immediately. Don't be scared that it is an outdoor venue, Danielle will still make sure it's awesome rain or shine. When I stumbled onto The Duncan Estates website a year ago I thought it was too good to be true! This location was everything I had ever dreamed of for my wedding. The day we went to look at the property it was pouring down rain!! I still fell is love with it and wanted to book immediately. We were also really impressed with Danielle when we first met her. She was so easy going and happily sloshed around with us to show us the grounds. Every little detail of this place was perfect. My guests kept gushing about how beautiful the garden and house were. Danielle was such a huge help with the planning process as well. She promptly answered every email and gave peace of mind for my whole wedding planning process. If you're thinking of booking this place for your wedding DON'T DELAY!!! Danielle will exceed your expectations as a venue owner and the estate will be everything you're dreaming of! Danielle was very helpful when planning my wedding. From the beginning, she was helpful, but was not pushy in getting us to choose her venue. By the time of our planning meeting, I was stressed out and Danielle helped take my cares away. She helped me with the table layout and flow of my reception. I was married at a church about 30 minutes away, but we took pictures and got ready at Duncan Estate before the wedding, so we got to use our full rental time at Duncan Estate. I would definitely recommend Duncan Estate if you are looking for an elegant reception. The only down side is you cannot have a live band due to noise violations.

The Duncan Estate was absolutely wonderful. They made sure that all the tables and chairs were ready even before we got there to start setting up. And with us taking on the challenge of self-catering, they were very helpful in providing us with refrigerator and freezer space. My guests told me that the Duncan Estate staff were very helpful in answering any questions they had. Needless to say, this was the perfect venue for me and they made my wedding experience seamless. I had my ceremony and reception last Friday at Duncan Estate, and it was absolutely the best night of my life! Danielle was extremely accommodating and patient, she kept me organized, helped me brainstorm and plan, and really helped make the evening go smoothly and beautifully! The Duncan Estate is by far the most perfect venue for a wedding ceremony and reception in the Upstate. I never had an issue with communication throughout the planning process and Danielle was willing to accommodate any special requests I had during the process. Duncan Estate is a beautiful old home tucked away from one of the busiest streets in Spartanburg. The grounds are lovely and have various flowers and plants creating the perfect setting for our outdoor wedding. Danielle and the staff at Duncan Estate were wonderful and patient with this nervous bride. Nothing was ever an issue. Danielle also had a list of vendors that we used to help the day go smoothly. Danielle was also very patient with my bridal photos, which looking back, was like a controlled zoo of bridesmaids and photographer.

I would recommend Duncan Estate to anyone desiring an elegant beautiful venue.

We could not have had a better experience for our daughter's special day. The Duncan Estate was the perfect venue for a small to medium size wedding. The value was fantastic. No separate tent, or chair rentals. We used The Good Life catering out of Greenville, who has done numerous events at Duncan, and all went smoothly. We had a van service carry guest to and from the nearby Marriot and it was perfect. The gorgeous gardens and historic home provide the perfect backdrop for a dream wedding.

Honestly, I had the most memorable time at Duncan Estate for my wedding. It was beautiful! The lights that they have strung from tree to tree, when they light up at night while you're dancing, makes it feel magical. The grounds are always kept in fantastic shape, they made upgrades right before the wedding to stepping stones and pathways as well. The Gazebo where you get married is great too! Decorate it however you want! We had NO ISSUES with this venue. Worth every penny! They will also buy your decorations from you if you don't want to clean up. They use them for other wedding or parties and such. We had no troubles getting a time and date for the bridal portraits to take there and the bridal suite is so awesome. I recommend this venue to anyone and every for anything they might be planning!

I had my dream destination southern wedding at the Duncan Estate and we could not have been happier! The house and the grouns are beautiful and there were a variety of choices for locations for the ceremony and reception to be held. The staff were very accommodating, warm and professional. Our guests from New York are accustomed to over the top, impersonal weddings and were so happy to be outside, in the beautiful gardens, and experience the true southern charm.

I couldn't have picked a prettier place for my fall wedding. The blooms and colors were stunning in the gardens and around the property, and the temperature was perfect for my garden wedding. The owner Danielle was very sweet and helpful. She's young so I felt like she was a friend helping me plan my wedding, as opposed to the owner of this big house & business. After visitng the Duncan Estate, I just knew that this was exactly where I wanted to host my wedding. As soon as you pull into the driveway, it feels like "Gone with the Wind" with the Southern white house and large columns. The flexibility is really what sold me on the Duncan Estate - the venue is a beautiful backdrop, but I was allowed to customize the place, which was important to me. We held our ceremony in the tiered garden, and there was so much in bloom! Cocktail hour was on the back lawn with a really cute "miniature" white house as the backdrop for the bar. The reception was under their big white party tent, which already has string lights and fans. My guests kept complimenting how beautiful the Duncan Estate is. All in all, it was a perfect day in a beautiful location. And if my bridal portraits are any indication, I can't wait to get my wedding pictures back!

Working with Danielle was a pleasure, very helpful and very organized. In addition, to one of the most beautiful venues the people at The Duncan Estate are top notch! Our wedding was fabulous and I highly recommend The Duncan Estate. If you need a DJ/coordinator let me recommend Justin Tripam he was more than I ever expected .....he was MARVELOUS!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at my granddaughter's wedding. Danielle and staff are so great to work with and everyone was so helpful. My granddaughter had checked out other places, but Duncan Estate was her favorite, hands down. Everything flowed so well because Danielle has it down to a science. Everyone was impressed and said it was the perfect wedding!

My husband and I knew that we wanted to get married at Duncan Estate the first time we saw it! We had a perfect day for our wedding and reception. I would suggest additional lighting in the bridal suite for hair and makeup. We had a lighting mishap underneath the tent and Danielle and staff were quickly to the rescue to get them back on! My one complaint would be that both my mother in law and father in law are in wheelchairs and there was no wheelchair access to the garden and pushing those chairs through the grass proved to be extremely difficult. Other than that, the day went off without a hitch!

I had my wedding in May and I could not be more happy that I chose the Duncan Estates as my Wedding Venue. The location is very easy and convenient to get to and the house and garden are just stunning. I wanted that classy southern feel and the Duncan Estate gives you that. Danielle is just a pleasure to work with. She was such a professional while planning the wedding. She knew exactly the right things to say and do when things out of our control would happen. The day of my wedding it rained and her and my coordinator had it all under control. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The ceremony had to be moved, but the wedding turned out better than I expected. I would definitely use Duncan Estate for future events.

Wonderful venue! Great customizability and we were even able to bring our dog down the aisle! Such a beautiful venue, especially when the flowers are in bloom!

Danielle and the team at Duncan Estate helped us have a wonderful wedding! She was very responsive in every step of the way and answered our questions in a timely manner. The Estate is absolutely beautiful and our guest seemed to truly enjoy being there. Wonderful venue at a realistic budget.

I am so glad we chose Duncan Estate for our wedding venue. I almost feel like it is a hidden secret. It is exactly what I wanted with the beautiful garden for ceremony and a big white tent with lights for the reception. My pictures were gorgeous! I will say I was a bit worried about rain, being all outside, but Danielle is so helpful and you come up with a great rain plan if necessary. Either way the day will be perfect. I loved that it was such an intimate setting as well. Everyone had a great time. I wish we could have arrived to the house to start setting up a little earlier the day of. Other than that... perfect!

When my husband and I first got engaged, we wanted a small, intimate ceremony with a laid back, outdoor, backyard reception. Having our wedding and reception at the Duncan Estate allowed us to achieve our desired look and feel for our wedding day, at an affordable price. We were very pleased with the house and grounds. Everything was very well kept, open, and clean. Our guests enjoyed the quick turnaround from the ceremony to reception, and convenience of having both at the same location. We are very happy with our decision to go with Duncan Estate, and highly recommend it! Danielle is very responsive and willing to answer questions and offer advice. We really enjoyed working with her.

Great Despite Unfortunate Weather

Beautiful venue, great price. Danielle was super helpful with planning and was very responsive and supportive when the weather forecast changed 3 days before our big day. She helped us put together the details to still have what we wanted in a wedding but also make it successful in a chilly downpour.

A Hidden Gem

We had not heard of the Duncan Estate until we started looking for an outdoor venue that would give us free-reign in terms of what happened where on the day of.

Danielle and her team were incredibly flexible and willing to work with us to make our vision come true. We wanted an all outdoor event, so the setting was perfect for an evening summer wedding. The opportunities and options to change things up and make the experience our own are something not the be taken for granted, as many venues have very set ways of doing things.

Danielle's communication was incredibly appreciated, as she was quick to let us know of any updates as any potential conflicts or issues arose during the months of planning leading up to our big day—and often would come to the table with a quick and easy solution too.

The spacious back yard and garden were awesome to have and really let guests spread out. The inside areas were nice as well, especially for hanging out and getting ready. The patio made for a perfect dance floor.

I've lived in Spartanburg all my life and knew a long time ago, this was the place I wanted to get married. It's absolutely beautiful and is the perfect place for an outdoor wedding, especially in the fall! Danielle and her team take the absolute best care of you! I never felt worried or stressed or rushed over anything and the team at the Duncan Estate made planning for the big day incredibly simple. Danielle really takes the time to get to know you and to understand your vision for your wedding. She is very detail-oriented and has everything planned to the very last detail. There are countless spots on the grounds for beautiful photos. I even had my bridal portraits taken here. All of our guests commented on how elegant everything was and how much they loved the venue. It's a great price as well for everything that's included! I would recommend any event at the Duncan Estate to anyone!
