Highly Recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dublin Cleaners! The bridal specialist, Margaret, is amazing! Along with my wedding gown steaming, they included a complimentary Wedding Day Emergency Kit, which was extremely useful. Drop-off and pick-up were quick and easy & my dress looked perfect! I ended up using them for my gown preservation as well and they did a wonderful job. I can't say enough positive things about Margaret and the Dublin Cleaners team!

Wedding Gown Preservation

Upon arrival at the Dublin Cleaners, I had several questions about cleaning and preserving my daughter’s wedding dress. Dipali answered all of my questions thoroughly and without hesitation. She made sure I understood the process and what to expect. Her knowledge, kindness, and patience gave me comfort that I chose the right place.
6 days after dropping off the dress, I was back to check the dress after being cleaned and give the authorization to move forward with preservation.
Every bit of spray tan that transferred from my daughter’s skin to the dress and all dirt stains around the bottom were gone. They did an excellent job cleaning the dress and preparing it for preservation!!
And Dipali, she is an absolute saint for dealing with me and all my questions throughout this process! I will forever be grateful her patience and kindness!

Pristine Wedding Gown!

I took my wedding gown to Dublin Cleaners 3 weeks after my wedding. It had red wine stains down the back, mascara and makeup, and dust/dirt along the train. It is now in PRISTINE and PERFECT condition. I could not believe it and was so incredibly happy. Greg and Margaret worked wonders! I cannot stress just how great it looks. I will get all of my dry cleaning done here in the future! Thank you Greg and Margaret!

Gold Star, Speedy Service!

I was referred to Margaret and Greg Butler by my wedding dress shop after getting a dirt stain on my dress when transporting it - days before packing it up and moving across the country. Margaret called me back nearly immediately and booked me to see Greg the next day. I thought it would take days to clean, but Greg did a pristine job in only a half hour! There is absolutely no trace of the stain, and they helped me resolve my dress's problem in less than 24 hours than when the stain happened.

I am so grateful I was connected with Margaret and Greg. If you need any help with your wedding dress whatsoever, don't hesitate or look around more - just call them!

Excellent Experience with wedding gown cleaning and preservation

My daughter’s beautiful wedding gown was filthy around the hemline and train after her wonderful celebration. We were concerned about the possibility that it would never come out. Margaret assured us that they would try their best. When I returned to take a look at their work, I truly couldn’t believe my eyes! There was barely a trace of the filth and the gown was ready for preservation! They also handled and cleaned her hand embroidered veil with great care. I highly recommend Margaret, Greg and their team for cleaning and preservation. You can trust them because of their knowledge, experience and outstanding service!

Fantastic, Worry-Free Experience

We are from out of town as is our daughter so we needed to find a place that would steam, press and arrange her dress for the wedding. From the get go, Margaret was AMAZING!! She was in constant contact, explained everything and made the entire process seamless. She put our mind at ease and it was wonderful to not have any apprehensions in regard what is probably one of the most important parts of any wedding.

I dropped off the wedding gown, over-skirt, veil and my gown on Thursday. Regina was wonderful, and I left having no concerns whatsoever that everything would be handled. The gowns was perfect when delivered to the venue, and everyone was impressed with the professionalism.

I can't recommend Dublin Cleaners enough. If you want a worry free experience on a day filled with nerves, use Dublin Cleaners, you won't regret it!

The BEST dress preservationist

If you’re looking to get your wedding dress preserved, this is your place to go! The staff was unbelievably kind from the very beginning. The store manager, Lisa, originally took my order as well as Margaret, the one in charge of the wedding dress preservation process, were both extremely personable, asking to see pictures of my wedding and asking about our honeymoon. Dipali was also extremely helpful when I picked up my dress and even held the door open for me (the box is pretty big). My dress was finished 3.5 months quicker than originally quoted, the price was beyond fair, and the final product turned out beautiful along with many personal touches such as gloves and a handwritten note by Margaret included. I hope in several decades I’ll be able to pull this dress out for someone else to cherish as much as I did. Thank you Dublin Cleaners!

I used them to clean and preserve my wedding dress and they did an amazing job. They kept me in the loop the entire process and even let me inspect my dress before preservation. My dress was heavily soiled and they did everything they could, even though it didn’t fully come clean. It looked worlds better when they were finished. Margaret paid such attention to detail when positioning my dress and veil in the window box so I could see all my favorite details. I’m so glad I chose to preserve my dress! I would highly recommend them for your wedding dress needs!

Thank you Dublin cleaners for helping make a stressful situation manageable. My daughter had her wedding dress altered by another vendor and when she checked the dress that vendor did not take the time to steam it. I called Margaret at Dublin cleaners and she saved the day. I brought my daughter stress there after a year and a half from the wedding and it had self tanner etc. all over it. It was amazed that they were able to get it clean and nicely preserved. Awesome job!

Service was top notch! Margaret was very kind and helpful. She explained everything that would happen, that we would receive pictures of the progress that detailed exactly what could or couldn’t be done, provided updates that the dress would soon be done and personally messaged me when the dress was ready. She was very accommodating for us as we are about 2 hours from the shop. She was very responsive to the emails, as well. Lovely wedding dress preservation and service!

My daughter got married 2 summers ago and I finally took her dress in to be fixed, cleaned and preserved, as my mother-in-law did for me 28 years ago:) The service was very courteous and thorough, the woman examined the dress very closely and gave me an estimate. The price has gone up since mine was done obviously, but for the amount of money we paid for the wedding dress, it was worth it! I had researched online reviews of places that had a wedding dress specialty, and was extremely happy with the service. I was told it would take about 3-4 months at the time, and it was ready at least a month early. I had some questions when I picked the dress up re: handling and storage, etc. Margaret herself came out and told me exactly what to do, and there were 2 personal notes for my daughter and me included, beautifully handwritten, as well as explicit care and storage instructions.
She also pulled up pictures of the dress to show me what they were able to fix. There was a small stain on the bottom of the dress that they were unable to get out due to the delicate fabric (unfortunately, it got stepped on a lot on the dance floor even though it was bustled), but Margaret offered a couple really helpful ideas if it was to be worn again. I was very impressed with the customer service, which is sadly is lacking these days. I would highly recommend:)

My dress looks brand new!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dublin dry cleaners. I have a ball gown dress that I waited 2.5 years after my wedding to get it preserved and I was worried it had already started yellowing and past the point of repair. But Dublin dry cleaners proved me wrong! They returned it to me in pristine condition and in a beautiful preservation box in addition to giving me white gloves to protect it in the future if I ever need/want to touch my dress. Margaret Butler also wrote me a lovely hand written note with my finished dress and it was such a sweet and personal addition to my dress preservation process. No need to look further, they are the best!

We had an excellent experience with Dublin Cleaners! Their service and efficiency was outstanding!

Dublin Cleaners provided exemplary service regarding two wedding dresses which included a veil and a new train. One of the dresses was worn by two previous generations and our daughter was the third generation to wear it. The gown had yellowed and some stains had become visible. The veil needed to be remade and attached to a new headpiece. The second wedding dress was recommended by Dublin Cleaners for the reception so that the older dress made of French Chantilly lace would stay in good condition so that next generations of brides could wear it if they should choose to do so. Dublin Cleaners helped us get to the correct professionals to help with all that needed to be done. Thank you Dublin Cleaners!! You made all of this easy. We didn't think it was possible for our daughter to wear two incredibly beautiful dresses, but Dublin Cleaners helped make our dreams come true!

Outstanding and above and beyond!

I had my daughter's wedding dress cleaned by Dublin Cleaners shortly after her July 2021 wedding. The dress was beautifully cleaned and not a trace of dirt remained on the hem, nor were there any signs of cosmetics or tanning substances. The ballgown-style dress had a very full skirt and wouldn't fit in a standard preservation box. Margaret, the gown preservation pro, didn't just shrug her shoulders and give up. She initially suggested having the petticoats removed to decrease the volume, but as they were an integral part of the dress design, that wasn't practical. Margaret really knows her stuff and is a consummate professional who cares about providing excellent service and takes pride in her work. She learned that larger preservation boxes exist, but were only sold in large and impractical quantities. She eventually connected with a cleaner in another state who had a method for preserving large dresses and she travelled to the other establishment with our dress to learn their preservation method. Recently, she and her husband delivered the dress, safely and beautifully preserved in a large custom box. I go into this level of detail to emphasize just how much the folks at Dublin Cleaners care about properly cleaning and preserving wedding gowns. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful service!

I wish I could give more stars for responsiveness!! After being disappointed in the alteration of my wedding dress, I reached out to Margaret Butler, Bridal Specialist, on a Saturday and she called me back the SAME DAY! It was just under 2 months until my wedding, and I needed some careful work done the top of my dress. She immediately set to work hoping to get me in with "the best in Columbus." Well, she did it! And "the best in Columbus" turned my dress around in just a couple of weeks. I could not be more grateful for Margaret's help -outstanding care and dedication!

Dublin cleaners saved my wedding dress!
I purchased a sample gown and a bridal shop at a great price. The only problem was the bride who tried it on before me had spilled a mimosa over the train of the dress.
I wanted to buy the dress but I knew I needed to take it to a dry cleaner to try and get the stain out.
I was worried I was going to have to hem part of the train shorter to remove where the stain was but, Dublin cleaners took care of it.
I couldn’t even remember which side the stain was. It was completely gone.
My dress looked brighter and perfectly clean.
Greg was very helpful and they had my dressed cleaned super quickly.
I definitely recommend using Dublin cleaners for your wedding dress needs.

My Wedding Hero’s!

My experience with Dublin Cleaners was amazing! A week before my wedding I called them asking if they could clean my satin wedding dress after I had received it back from the alterations with dirt and water stains all over it. Margaret (one of the owners) was very reassuring and promised to have my dress clean in such short notice! The owners of the company communicated with me from their personal phones, and were so kind as I was freaking out!! :) The dress came back absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend Dublin Cleaners for anyone that needs their wedding dress cleaned and pressed! They did a fabulous job, were very professional, personable, and timely. They went above and beyond to make sure that I felt cared for and received excellent service! I’m taking my dress here for cleaning after the wedding and preservation! They’re the only ones that I will trust to clean my satin wedding gown!! :)

I CAN NOT emphasize how impressed I am with this cleaners. I actually just googled cleaners that personally clean wedding dresses because I needed back in one week!!!! BAM! DONE! Dublin Cleaners Saved My Daughter’s Wedding

I was horrified when I picked up my daughter’s white satin ballgown from a local cleaners after 5:00 pm, 3 days prior to her wedding to find that not only had they NOT pressed the gown (they said it was too difficult to press because it was a ball gown) but they also returned the dress with a brand new grease stain on the train. I was in panic mode as I searched for someone who could at least press the dress in time for the wedding. Margaret, Greg, and the Dublin Cleaners team were absolutely AMAZING! Margaret was not in the store at the time, but called me on my cell phone and calmly assured me that they would be able to press the dress and remove the stain in time for the wedding. They called me several times to update me on the progress over the next two days. At 8:30 am on the day before the wedding (less than 48 hours later) I picked up the gown and it was absolutely perfect!! I cannot thank Margret, Greg, and their staff enough for saving the day. They genuinely care about their work and their customers! I highly recommend Dublin Cleaners.

Excellent Experience

Please do yourself a favor and bring your wedding dress to Dublin Cleaner’s. I had their team press my dress prior to our ceremony, clean everything following our reception and I just completed the preservation process. I could not be more pleased with how pleasant/friendly the staff is, how accommodating they are and most importantly, how respectful they are of the gown and accessories.

I was very nervous to hand my gown over, but Margaret and her team are without a doubt the best in the business. I could not be happier with each of my three experiences.

Excellent professional services

Margaret Butler was personable, professional and went above and beyond with a personal call to advise us on proper care of the wedding dress when we experienced a 14 month COVID pause to our wedding event. After the celebration, Dublin Cleaners was able to remove mud stains from the bottom of the dress (yes it rained on our outdoor event). The investment in the preservation of the wedding gown is a priceless sentimental future family heirloom. I would heartily recommend Margaret Butler and the Dublin Cleaners team! They also provided quick suit cleaning for my son who arrived unexpectedly from over seas just 3 days before the event!

Absolutely amazing work

I had my wedding dress cleaned and pressed for our big day at Dublin cleaners. Everyone I came in contact with from start to finish was amazing. Other places I called for quotes said it would be 6-8 weeks for them to clean my dress because they outsourced all of there cleaning( not done on site). Where as Dublin cleaners does all of there cleaning on site and they do a fantastic job. My dress was dull and dingy because I’d was a previously worn dress. Thanks to Margaret and her awesome husband that does the cleaning my dress came alive and was full of life it was Brighter sparklier than before. Thank you for making our big day special

Best Customer Experience & Service!

I didn't even know where to start when it came to trying to find someone in Columbus to clean and preserve my wedding gown, so I hope this review helps other brides to decide that Dublin Cleaners is the ONLY option to consider!

The business is family owned and operated, and they include personal touches from start to finish. Margaret regularly provided me with updates on the progress of my dress cleaning, and made sure she and Greg paid special attention to specific areas of my dress that required additional cleaning. She even repaired a small tear in the seam of my dress, and replaced a missing button. This attention to detail - for a dress I will never wear again - is indicative of the care and pride that Dublin Cleaners puts into their work. Finally, I'm not an emotional person, but I was brought to tears by the personal note that Margaret included in my dress preservation package. I can't thank them enough for beautifully showcasing my wedding dress.

I would recommend Dublin Cleaners to all of my friends and family, not only for wedding dress cleaning and preservation, but also regular dry cleaning services. I know my husband and I will be using Dublin Cleaners for all of our cleaning needs in the future!

Amazing absolutly amazing!

I wish I could explain how Dublin Cleaners saved my wedding, but it is such a long and stressful story, I can try though! I found out two days before we left for our destination wedding, that my dress could not be steamed and it needed at least 3 people to handle the dress, so flying with it was out of the question. The salon that I purchased the gown did not know it could not be steamed and almost ruined it. We called Dublin Cleaners, per the seamstresses advise and found out that it had to be professionally pressed only. Dublin Cleaners (Margaret Butler and her husband) told me to bring it in and did an emergency press for me, opened on a day that they had a family vacation and brought employees from another location to help with getting my dress in my friends car. I must have spoken to Margaret 7 times that day and she was extremely helpful and not only did they go over and above, they treated me like family!! I cannot say enough about them!!! They truly saved my wedding, and because of them I didn't steam my dress or fly with it and that made all the difference! My dress came perfect and our wedding day was fantastic! Thank you so much and I defiantly highly recommend them!!

Amazing service, worth every penny!

Margaret is the BEST! My dress had some mud and spray tan stains on it, but thanks to Margaret's care and attention, the dress looks good as new. She communicated with me every step of the way and tucked the SWEETEST note in with my dress. I genuinely believe that she loved my dress as much as I do. It's so special to me to have it beautifully preserved. Thank you Margaret! I will cherish it forever.

Margaret is so sweet and treats your dress as lovingly as you would

Thank you Dublin Cleaners for creating our new family's first heirloom. Margaret was very responsive from day one, calling and emailing me with updates. When I picked up my preserved dress, I sincerely appreciated the handwritten card from Margaret. My dress wasn't just another wedding dress to Margaret, she understood how unique and special my wedding dress is to me. It was the little things like complimenting the details and lace of my dress that made me smile. I like that I can still see my dress in the box and that there's a spot where I can put photos of me wearing my wedding dress. My mom encouraged me to get my wedding dress preserved and both me and my mom are glad we entrusted this important task to Margaret Butler at Dublin Cleaners.

AMAZING Customer Service and Attention to Detail!

I’ll start by saying I would highly recommend Dublin Cleaners to any bride! I procrastinated on getting my wedding dress cleaned for 3.5 years. We are moving overseas soon and decided I wanted to store it properly preserved so it wasn’t damaged! I contacted Dublin Cleaners with an incredibly tight timeline and Margaret was SO accommodating, personable, and attentive to detail. Working with her was a dream and I fully trusted her and her husband’s experience to clean and preserve my custom made dress. My dress has incredibly fine and delicate lace, and a real silk underlay, and I was so nervous to entrust my dress to anyone in case it was damaged or torn in the cleaning. However, Margaret thought of everything and communicated with me constantly throughout the process. My dress was returned to me several days before we had agreed was the cut off date, with a beautiful hand written note, white gloves, and my dress was perfectly preserved in a beautiful box. I would HIGHLY recommend Dublin Cleaners to any bride and am so glad I had the opportunity to meet the team there!

Excellent job!

I had always wanted to have my wedding dress preserved but life happened. After a couple of moves and three kids I forgot about my dress. 19 years later while cleaning out the basement I came across my dress and decided it was time to have it cleaned and saved for our girls. When I researched where to have it done Dublin Cleaners kept showing up as the best. I decided to drive an hour to have them clean it. When I dropped it off I was informed the stains were old and may not come out completely. I was told it would be three months before it would be done as well. My dress was done ahead of schedule and they were able to get all of the stains out. They did a beautiful job! We will bring our girls dresses to them some day. But we won’t wait nearly twenty years.

Great Service

I didn’t search for a cleaner for my daughters gown until months after the wedding. My daughter chose a classically modern gown from BHLDN (Beholden). I searched online and found Dublin Cleaners and so glad I Did. Margaret Butler was wonderful to work with. She provided very detailed information regarding cleaning and preservation of the gown. The gown was heavily soiled around the hem line and had a few makeup stains on the bodice. I was able to inspect the gown after cleaning. I was so pleased with the end result. The gown was preserved ahead of scheduled timeframe. I will gladly use their services again in the future. Thank you.

A fantastic job!

Dublin Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning and preserving my daughter’s wedding dress. Margaret was a joy to work with. She kept me updated on the progress of cleaning a couple difficult stains and they came out completely. The dress is heavily laced, with many beads and crystals; they repaired any loose ones before sealing it in a very sturdy box. The dress is now ready for a future granddaughter/bride perhaps. Thank you for a very professional job well done!

No Question

My grandfather owns a dry cleaning business but does not do dress preservation. So to say that I was cautious about who I would utilize for this service would be an understatement. After talking to Margaret and Jeorjia, I knew I was in good hands. They both explained the process and set my expectations as to what could and could not be done in regards to preserving the dress. All of my questions were answered before I walked out the door. The quality of service and professionalism was exactly what I was looking. There is no question that I would highly recommend them for all dress preservation and dry cleaning needs.

Wonderful Experience!

Dublin cleaners did a wonderful job preserving my wedding dress and cleaning the mild staining on the lace! The dress is preserved in a large box with a window so I can still show it off without removing it from the box. They also included my headband and veil in the box so everything stayed together. Although the product was wonderful, perhaps the most noteworthy part of my experience with Dublin Cleaners is their customer service! Everyone I came in contact with was exceptionally kind and went out of their way to be helpful. The preserved dress box even came with a handwritten note, gloves for handling the dress, instructions for storing, and a place to put a wedding photo. I definitely recommend their services!

Fantastic Service!!

Caring Professionals!

My husband and I brought our wedding attire to Dublin Cleaners after our June wedding. His suit was to be cleaned and my gown was brought in for preservation.Within a few months everything was ready for pickup. We couldn't be more pleased. My gown looks pristine. I would highly recommend for wedding dress preservation! Margaret was wonderful! She truly cares about your dress. She went above and beyond, including talking to the bridal salon I purchased my dress and got replacement buttons for a few I lost during my wedding. I can’t say enough good things!

Fantastic Service

There aren't enough nice things to say about Margaret, Lisa and the entire team at Dublin Cleaners. I planned my wedding in Columbus from D.C. and about a month out, I realized I needed to find a place to steam my dress. I found Margaret and Dublin Cleaners, sent an email and within an hour, I heard from Margaret both via email and phone. She was on her family vacation, but spoke with me at length about the process and what I should expect. She set everything up (repeat: while on her family vacation) a month out, and even the week of the wedding, she sent me a text to let me know they were prepared for me to come in on the Thursday before my Sunday wedding. The entire process couldn't have been smoother. Lisa, the manager, was fantastic and helped me get the dress into my mid-size SUV for the 20 minute drive back downtown. The dress looked brand-new and simply gorgeous. I truly cannot say enough about the service from Margaret, Lisa and the entire team. My only regret is not living in Columbus, so I can go there more often! Choose Dublin Cleaners. They're the best and make you feel like you're their only client!

The service and experience were exemplary

Everyone recommended Dublin Cleaners to us and didn't listen, at first . Our daughter lives in Cleveland so she took her Columbus purchased and altered dress to her hometown and then realized no one in that area offered the same services as Margaret and her team of professionals at Dublin Cleaners. So after mom drove to Cleveland, got the dress and drove it back to Cbus for Dublin Cleaners to press and pack we realized we should have just started with the experts. Margaret was kind, gracious, professional and helped us out every step of the way. The intake process in Dublin was calm and thorough. The dress was pressed and packed so well we didn't need to steam out any wrinkles after we took the dress back to Cleveland for the wedding. After the wedding we took that torn, black on the bottom, adult beverage stained dress back to Dublin Cleaners and everyone shared in our post wedding parental glow, acknowledging how much fun the bride had in the dress with all assurances they would once again take care of the dress. Margaret and Greg Butler and their staff went above and beyond with the cleaning, minor repairs and preservation of our daughter's wedding gown. The process was done in a very timely fashion and delays on our part in reviewing the work were accommodated. Dublin Cleaners gave me confidence that I could leave one of my most prized possessions and it would be safe! The owners of this shop are amazing! I truly can't say enough about their quality service, professionalism and how caring they were! After picking up my dress from the seamstress we noticed a huge brown stain on my dress a week before my wedding. Margaret and Greg worked wonders and got the stain out, pressed my dress, put it in a better protective bag, and got it back to me before the promised date! I sent my dress in for cleaning and restoration after my wedding in October. The hem of my dress was very dirty due to our outdoor wedding. I sent it into Dublin Cleaners and the gown came back to me like new! I can tell the amount of hard work that went into cleaning and preserving my gown. It had lots of intricate lace and beading that had to be attended to and everything came out wonderful. The dress was returned to me beautifully displayed in a case. I am so grateful for the hard work and dedication that went into preserving my dress. I would most definitely recommend using the services at Dublin Cleaners for any of your wedding (or everyday) needs!

I cannot rave enough about the owners of Dublin cleaners! I had a dress that needed a small stain removed and I lived 2 hours away from where my dress was being serviced (long-story). When I initially called Dublin Cleaners, I was immediately given the personal cell phone of one of the owners, Margaret. Margaret was such a problem-solver and really empathetic. Margaret arranged to pick up my dress from alterations, remove a small stain, and bring it back to alterations for my final fitting. Since I live 2 hours away, I thought I was going to have to have my parents drive all over the place to get this dress cleaned and ready to go. Turned out, the woman who did the alternations, was able to get the small stain out on her own. Dublin Cleaners, at my request, still drove to the alteration location to check out my dress and make sure that the stain was removed, which it had been. Not only that, Margaret provided suggestions for how I could properly transport my dress on an airplane so there would be minimal wrinkling. Nevertheless, there was wrinkling that I had trouble getting out. It was the day before my wedding and I was in a panic. Since I was out of the country, I was only able to email Margaret. She got back with with me right away and provided additional suggestions and words of comfort:)

In the end, my dress was amazing on my wedding day, I got wonderful, personal assistance from Dublin Cleaners, and they never charged my a dime! We just got back from our honeymoon yesterday and have a reception scheduled for the end of June. I will definitely be taking my dress and my husband's tuxedo there to be cleaned and pressed for the reception:)

WONDERFUL WEDDING GOWN CLEANING AND PRESERVING! Dublin Cleaners did an absolutely wonderful job on my wedding dress cleaning and preserving. The dress had a layer of bar-tar after going out and you would never know after the spectacular work. While cleaning out my husband's mother's house,we came across her wedding gown. She was married in 1938. It was in a dress box with tissue paper around it, just as it had been for the past 74 years. The dress is made from a very sheer and delicate fabric. There was some staining and discoloring on the dress.
We took it to Dublin Cleaners and they made it look beautiful. We are going to put it in a shadow box with their wedding picture. It will truly be a family heirloom to be passed on.

My wedding gown had been in it's original gown bag since June 14, 1963, It was yellowed from age and the lace sleeves and down the front were very yellow and stained. The Dublin Crew were miracle workers and restored it to it's original white, including the lace. You wouldn't believe the constrasting pictures. I especially wanted it to display for our 50th wedding anniversary next year. They granted my wish.

Last minute I needed my wedding dress pressed so I called Dublin Cleaners on a Wednesday afternoon, dropped off my dress 5 minutes before they closed that evening, picked it up Thursday and wore my AMAZING dress on Saturday! They were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with!

I contacted Dublin Cleaners about their wedding gown cleaning and preservation and the manager, Margaret, contacted me right away and was great with giving me all the information. She was very helpful and super friendly when scheduling me to bring my dress in. I brought my wedding dress to the Dublin Cleaners plant location back in January to get it cleaned and preserved and just received it back last week. Dublin Cleaners did a great great job with my wedding dress. I had a small stain on the body of the dress and some dirt on the bottom from pictures and dancing and they were able to get all the stains out with no problem. The preservation box was much bigger than expected, but I did have a long train :) The dress looked so great in the box with my veil and garter. They also supplied gloves for handling the dress if and when it is opened and a really nice note attached to the box for care, cleaning and the life time guarantee which was really nice and personable. My only complaint would be how low the dress was in the box, it sat about half way down the view window so the top half was mostly my veil and I would have liked to see more of the dress in the view window. Also the garter was connected to the side of the box so you can't see it in the view window, but none of that was really discussed beforehand so all-in-all they did a really great job and I would definitely recommend them.

Wedding Dress Preservation

I had a wonderful experience with Dublin Cleaners. They did an outstanding job cleaning and preserving my daughter’s wedding dress. The dress had accumulated noticeable dirt along the hem from the outdoor ceremony, but they removed all traces of it flawlessly. The preservation process was equally impressive—the gown is now beautifully displayed in a windowed preservation box, packed with great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to clean or preserve a special garment.

I got my gown steamed prior to the wedding. I had a very long train and they did a fantastic job - my gowned turned out crisp and beautiful. I even forgot my hair comb that was wrapped up in my veil and they called me a few minutes later and told me I had forgotten it but not to worry. I said I would pick it up with my dress and there it was. I would've panicked so I am so glad they called me right away.

Took 5 business days to press my dress. When I talked to someone one the phone before I dropped it off, they told me it would likely be done by Thursday night or Friday morning, which would have been perfect, but that became Friday at 4pm- I had to be there for the rehearsal on the other side of town at 5:30. Did a good job, but I was hoping they would have a once-over and saw a large flower on the dress wasn't open all the way. That could have been easily fixed, but I had to sew the back of the petals open the wedding day because no one who was working the steamers/irons was working when the dress was ready.

We were told that Dublin Cleaners was the only game in town, and was highly recommended by Alan Ray Bridal, so we didnt even look to go anywhere else for the wedding dress pressing. Two days before the wedding, the dress was picked up and the pressing was not done correctly at all. The underneath of the dress was not even touched. They had to redo it, and we had to come down to pick it up again the next day. We were very disapointed with the service. And will not be using for the presevation of the dress. Also, while in line waiting to complain about the dress, there was a mother of another bride also freaking out about the same thing.
