  Awesome service!

  Highly, highly, recommend. We found DTS for our wedding after the hotel we were using included them into the pricing for our hotel block.
  
  They worked so well with us, the hotel, the venue, and our after-party. They actually recommended the spot for our after-party!! I could not have been happier with their service!

  Horrible do not use

  I would give them negative stars if I could! Absolutely horrible experience with DTS transportation. We used them for our wedding and they were a massive cause for me being 40 minutes late for my own wedding as the bride. They were iffy with their communication over email during the planning process, but wrote that off because of their high reviews. I emailed, called and left them extremely detailed timelines for the day. The driver completely disregarded the timeline, and did not reach out to me or my planner when things got slightly off track. Instead, he sat in a parking lot 20 minutes away from where he was supposed to be as me and my bridesmaids stood outside waiting for him. We eventually called him and he was rude and abrasive. Once he finally arrived, he raised his voice and was extremely rude and unprofessional with me as the bride. I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy. Caused a huge ripple in my wedding day, and was so unprofessional, my wedding venue is refusing to use their services moving forward.

  Hello Emily, I am sorry about the experience you had. As we discussed you are entitled to leave a review. I do want to communicate that the reason we were late is because your party went to take pictures and not stick to the itinerary. The coordinator, did not communicate changes to the chauffeur and after dropping the groomsmen. They gave our chauffeur instructions to go to hotel which was the next location on the itinerary. In addition, we still offered a large discount for the inconvenience even though we were not the reason for you being late. Our chauffeur arrived 30min before the pickup time and the groomsmen departed 30min late based off the itinerary and provided incorrect instructions to the chauffeur. I truly hope that you understand it was not our intention but we can only follow directions provided by those paying for service. I am happy to continue this dialogue if you choose to.
