Wedding event planner and caterer

Justin and his team are incredible people. Professionalism, ellegance, and ease of communication are only a few of the top qualities you will find obvious when you interact with this wedding vendor. We highly recommend this vendor for any of your transportation and party bus needs. From limousines to party buses they can accommodate any size group. So Worth It!

We used Dreamliner Limousine for our wedding in the summer of 2022. This company was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with prior to the event. On our wedding day our driver was kind, timely, and very easy to work with! The party bus was roomy and SO clean!!! We highly recommend using Dreamliner Limousine for any of your upcoming events!

AWESOME experience with Dreamliner!

They Go The Extra Mile

We had rented a bus to shuttle people our wedding to the different hotels in town. They had done a splendid job making sure people were getting on and off the shuttle safely (drink or not) and also they were courteous to all of the guest that they met. And at the end of the night when they went to shuttle my husband and I to our hotel room, they made a very important side stop at McDonald's so we could get food! And the thing I am most grateful for was the driver helping us carry our stuff into the hotel and stayed there to make sure we got checked in and to our room safely! We could not have asked for anything better! Thank you guys again!

They were quick to update quotes and were able to provide transportation for two shorter time periods rather than one large duration which we appreciated. They were more flexible than other bus lines and overall we had no issues.

From the beginning it was great working with Justin Garrett at Fox Valley Tours. We wanted a bus that was comfortable and reliable, it was just that! The bus was very clean and we fit 22 people without any problems. There was great lighting, tinted windows, karaoke and dance pole! Justin was very easy to communicate with and made the process a breeze. Highly recommended!

Our wedding party was quite the rowdy group and Glenn, our driver, was absolutely awesome about it! He was making jokes with us and he never once yelled at us for getting too crazy.. even when we were jumping and dancing so hard that the back wheels of the bus were bouncing off of the ground when we were parked at the reception hall waiting to go in! Glenn was very punctual and was where he said he would be when he said he would be there. He put up with our crazy loud music and all of our obnoxious laugher and drinking. We had a great time riding from church, to picture destination to bar, to reception hall and we wouldn't change who made that happen for us. Fox Valley Tours are the way to go!

Really cool interior!

We loved using the Rustic Dreamliner for our wedding day! The bus was super cool and spacious for our big wedding party. We really liked the style of this bus. It had a lot of nice details and touches to make it special. The team was great to work with and the driver was awesome! I'd recommend working with them for any event!

Buyer beware- sketchy payment process

BUYER BEWARE… This company is untrustworthy and unprofessional.

Booked for a bachelorette party bus and had the most frustrating experience. They operate under multiple phone numbers and possibly multiple names, which is already concerning and confusing but that's fine. At the end of the ride, the 2nd half of payment is due. When I asked about updating my card through the app!… the driver said he’d take care of it with Jake and took asked to take a photo of my card.. No credible company should ever request or handle payment information that way by taking pictures of your card!

Because I trusted this company, both of my cards were charged for the 2nd half of payment over $800 total. I requested that only the original card be charged. Instead of resolving it, some dude named Jake called me 3x. I said I wanted to communicate through text so it was written. He called me multiple times, argued with me over text, and promised a refund to the card they took a picture of. As of now, I’ve had to open disputes with both banks. I let the owner know it was safe to charge the first card as I canceled the first dispuit and let the bank know it was legitimate. I asked them to just stop making charges on multiple cards.

This business put me in a stressful, costly
situation. No professional company should mishandle sensitive payment information, double-charge a customer, or fail to follow through on promised refunds. In today’s economy, no one can afford to have $800 tied up due to a company’s negligence.
For your safety, security, and peace of mind DO NOT trust this company with your business. Obviously my fault for allowing them to take my info. and trusting the word of some sweet old unsuspecting man. But when you're wasted at the end of a party bus you want to trust that the company you're spending over $1k with can be trusted and this is not them. Avoid the headache
