I can't say enough about how incredible my experience was with Lisa as my planner! Initially, I was hesitant about hiring a planner since I am a wedding coordinator myself and manage high-scale events. I wanted everything to be phenomenal while keeping a specific budget in mind. However, I am so grateful I decided to work with Lisa—she made everything effortless!
Planning a wedding in Italy from the United States posed its challenges, especially since I only speak English. Thankfully, Lisa is fluent in English and expertly guided me through the entire process. She ensured that my vision aligned perfectly with the Italian climate and daylight, taking into account various factors that I hadn’t considered. Lisa meticulously adjusted my timeline to guarantee that every event occurred at the most optimal times, maximizing our experience.
Her attention to detail was remarkable. I had numerous requests, and Lisa honored each one. Since I was traveling from the States and could only bring a limited amount of items, she generously offered to purchase things for me and allowed me to reimburse her later. She sourced beautiful parasols and sparklers without adding any extra costs, which is a rarity in this industry. Lisa found the most affordable options on Amazon and Temu, ensuring that everything was high-quality yet budget-friendly. She truly captured my inspirations perfectly.
On the day of the wedding, Lisa connected with me to discuss any last-minute concerns I had, addressing each one with ease. She conducted a thorough run-through, which I requested, and it was incredibly detailed. Lisa also ensured that my bridal party and the groom's party were aligned, maintaining transparent communication with everyone involved, including the families.
Once everything was set, Lisa took charge and handled all the vendor interactions, allowing me to relax and enjoy the lead-up to the big day. The wedding itself was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a planner who truly cares and goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa. She is simply amazing!
Lisa was also very intentional about the stationery items and little knickknacks, making sure all the items were perfectly placed throughout the venue. At the end of the wedding, she thoughtfully collected all the items that held sentimental value to me and put them in a special place. The reason the wedding ran so smoothly was her deliberate and intentional approach to every second of the event, ensuring that every vendor and the DJ were on time. This attention to detail allowed us to maximize our time and fully enjoy each part of the timeline. As we all know, weddings go by extremely fast, and Lisa helped us make the most of every moment.
Lisa is by far the best planner I have ever seen. It would be silly not to have her do your wedding. If you're looking for a planner who truly cares and goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa!

Working with Lisa was easy and seamless. She helped coordinate for my wedding. She is an incredible problem solver, and gave me tips, & suggestions as I planned the wedding. She is very well resourced and knows a lot of people in the Wedding Industry. When I couldn't reach a vendor, she would reach out and successfully was able to connect with them for me. Lisa is cool, calm, and collected. She's very creative and an amazing person to collaborate with for an event. She has a strong attention to detail. She will confidently offer her opinion but not push her own agenda. She wants you to be happy. I highly recommend working with Lisa for planning or coordinating any event! -

We hired Lisa as our wedding coordinator for our special day and she definitely met all our expectations. She was responsive, diligent and attentive. She also made sure that our English-speaking guests felt included at our wedding, which was important to us. Lisa was absolutely amazing! As a U.S. based couple, a wedding in Europe can feel like a wild dream. But Lisa really helped make it a reality in such an stress-free way!! She helped us keep within budget, giving us vendors options for each area of service, was open to us finding our own vendors, helped stay on task, was honest about when things wouldn’t work logistically but provide other solutions. She was truly amazing to work with, her style being to help you make your dream a reality and make decisions together! I work in the events world as my career, and as someone pretty Type A and controlling, it felt so good knowing I could put all my faith in her and our vendors to get everything done. She also planned our welcome party, with location and food/drink and even that was so perfect! Thank you thank you! -

I don’t have enough words to accurately describe how amazing Lisa and her team were during the planning and execution of our wedding weekend. We had reached out to her a year and a half out from our big day and were in constant communication via Skype and WhatsApp. Initially we weren’t going to hire a planner but after booking only two vendors we knew that we were going to need some help. We were planning our wedding in Florence from TX/NY USA and doing it alone was a scary thought between time zones, language barriers, and having to find trusted reviews. Lisa toured our venue for us, recommended amazing vendors, responded quickly to all questions and messages, and was running errands for us all to ensure we had a smooth big day prior to our arrival. She was worth her weight in gold by the end of it all. We 1000% recommend working with her and her team. -

I usually never write reviews, but I must share my experience working with Liza. She is the best wedding planner I could have ever wished for. Finding her felt like a real miracle.
From our very first call I knew she was the one. I spoke with many planners, but none of them clicked the way Liza did. I usually find it hard to connect with people, yet she understood me better than anyone I know. It felt like she could read my mind.
Liza gave us calm and confidence from the start and especially on the wedding day. Because everything was in her hands, my husband and I were able to enjoy every single moment without worrying. She brought together the best vendors: catering, DJ, lighting, live music… everything was absolutely perfect. I’d not change a thing.
She understood our budget right away. Even though we increased it later, she could have organized an amazing wedding on a smaller budget too. Unlike many planners who push extra things we did not need, Liza focused only on what mattered to us. I also loved that we signed contracts directly with the vendors. Everything felt clear and professional.
The style of our wedding was beyond anything I could imagine. It looked like a dream, the most beautiful wedding I could picture, and it was all thanks to Liza. My husband and I are still amazed by how incredible everything was. The peace and joy she gave us are priceless. We are endlessly grateful to her. -

Lisa did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. We had the most magical weekend of our lives thanks to her. She was so organized and had excellent attention to detail from the very beginning. Her vendor recommendations were also amazing. She worked incredibly hard to make our day perfect, even with a challenging venue owner.
So many people asked me throughout the planning process if it was stressful, and the answer was always no thanks to Lisa.

I wanted a destination wedding in Italy but had no idea where to start as I am from Los Angeles. I found Lisa over 2.5 years ago and instantly knew I was going to be in the right hands. I knew nothing of Italy or contracts or how to navigate having an overseas wedding. Lisa made my life so much easier by constantly guiding me to the best vendors, giving me guidance on what aesthetics I should use etc. She made my wedding absolutely magical! We worked together for so many years and I am honestly so thankful I had someone who traveled onsite as I booked my venue site unseen. She is unbelievable and I cant thank Lisa enough for the attention to detail! ( side note: When my package with all my linen/reserve signs didnt arrive at all, Lisa went above and beyond a few days before the wedding and found me linen and someone to sew it all together) that in itself is going above and beyond all my expectations! -

Lisa was an absolute phenomenal planner. If you are looking for someone to help with a destination wedding, look no further. I first contacted Lisa March 11, 2024 for a wedding date of May 22, 2024 with no idea of what we wanted to do besides get married on the Amalfi Coast. My now-husband and I are based in Washington, DC and we had never been to Positano before. Lisa was a godsend. She went above and beyond what her job description on the contract was, helping me from day 1 (before we even signed the contract or paid the first deposit to her) and her enthusiasm and passion for the job shines through. She tirelessly worked day and night to get us our perfect wedding venue, constantly communicated with honestly tiring vendors (I am SO grateful to have had her on my side during this time) and made sure everything the day-of went with zero issues. We had a few snaffu's trying to pull together a wedding in this short amount of time but she expertly navigated all the difficulties that popped up. Lisa would be on calls with me while she was with her family (which I felt bad about!), truly working around-the-clock for her clients. Lisa knew I was on a budget and towards the end I was honestly exhausted and she didn't want us to be left without tablescapes so she personally arranged them herself after finding more budget-accomodating options on Amazon! She was more than just a wedding planner, she doubled as a travel agent for all our guests which I am just amazed at. I had been traveling for a week beforehand and she helped me even order a laptop charger to where I was staying, and other small gestures like that which made my life easier. The amount of care and attention she showed was extraordinary. Do no look any further for a wedding planner, Lisa is your woman. I am so happy that beyond an amazing working relationship with her, I found someone who I can call my friend. If you're ever in DC, Lisa, you and your family have a place to stay with us! -

Our Fairytale Wedding Celebration
My husband and I just finished our wedding celebration in Perugia, Italy and it was one we will never forget!
My husband and I started communicating with Lisa May of 2023 and she made the wedding planning process unforgettable. Lisa is truly the most caring, patient and relatable wedding planner we could have ever picked and we are so grateful we found her and her team!
Not only was she pretty much the only wedding planner to say she could work with our smaller budget, but she was so patient with us every step of the way.
Lisa made sure that she presented us with respectable vendors and she held communication with them throughout the whole process. My husband and I both thought the language barrier would put such a strain on the process, but it was never an issue because Lisa was always there to mediate conversations.
She was super patient with me and let us take our time during making decisions, but also let us know when final decisions were needed.
Lisa and her team planned a rehearsal dinner party (pizza party themed), our wedding day, and a brunch the day of the wedding. Everything was as planned and even more beautiful than imagined.
My husband and I put a lot of trust into her since we live in USA and everything, absolutely everything, regarding the wedding was sight unseen. Lisa helped us pick the most amazing wedding venue to get married in and the absolute best vendors.
We officially met Lisa the rehearsal dinner day and I felt as if I had known her for years! She is so personable and so incredibly kind, yet well respected in her position.
Without hesitation, we would recommend anyone to work with her. I am sad our wedding communication has come to an end but we hope one day we will meet with her again! She is an absolute gem and you will not be disappointed to work with her! -

Lisa is one of the most kindest , patient and hard working individuals I have ever met. We were so fortunate to have Lisa as our wedding planner . Thanks to her, we had such a beautiful and memorable wedding in Lake Como Italy. It was honestly out of a fairytale! From the moment I communicated with her, I knew she was our wedding planner. We had communicated with other wedding planners, but her kindness, expertise and transparency made her stand out from the other planners. You can tell, she pours her heart and soul into wedding planning. She is everything you want in a wedding planner- She is responsive, honest, and provides advice/recommendations in wedding details. She is also on top of it! Consistently reminding us of important deadlines with our vendors/wedding timeline ! Another major plus is she helped us find the most affordable vendors in the area - saving us time and money. She was respective of our budget, which I appreciate. Planning a wedding is not easy, let alone across the world. We had some unfortunate surprises, which were not in anyone’s control. However, Lisa supported us all the way. She was always there when we needed her and was extremely responsive. My husband and I are forever thankful for her! Seriously, I don't even know where to start so the beginning seems best. We had a crazy, last-minute idea to elope *somewhere* in northern Italy and had zero idea how to tie everything together. Lisa not only accepted our contract but pulled in a combination that blew away our every expectation. It was the most wonderful day we ever could have asked for. Every person she recommended was spactacular, kind, and joyful.
She truly made our fairytale wedding dream into a reality from halfway across the world. Her communication with us, coordination between everyone, and her ability to understand what we wanted and make it happen were spectacular. We cannot reccomend her enough.
