Dovely Event Planning highly professional, provides excellent quality of service, and communicates efficiently and clearly. Dovely Event Planning is spectacular and the perfect choice to plan your wedding. Kendra is responsive, quick, and efficient. She knows the items to get done, so you will not have to stress about remembering everything. She has extra supplies from previous weddings she is willing to loan. On the day of the wedding, Kendra spent time with us at the bridal party and husband wife photos, demonstrating that she focuses on the bride and groom. She was attentive to the schedule change and made sure we (bride and groom) had enough to eat and drink upon arriving. She even dressed in the color theme. She is also willing to make last minute changes. Kendra completely took the stress off the wedding day and I was able to fully enjoy it. Everything ran smoothly and just as planned. Not a thing could have gone better. -

My now wife and I got engaged in 2022. We knew we wanted a wedding, but had no idea where to start! Luckily, we found Kendra with Dovely Event Planning. We opted for the "Full Planning" package, because we wanted her with us every step of the way!
Kendra was fantastic. She was with us for every step of planning. From multiple in-person venue tours to virtual meetings with vendors, Kendra attended every single one and provided all of the guidance we needed to plan our perfect day.
By the time wedding day came around in 2024, we felt very well prepared! And Kendra was there as well, telling us and our wedding party where to be, and helping us stick to our timeline that she put together for us. Our evening went off without a hitch!
I cannot recommend Dovely Event Planning enough. Whether you need full planning, or only some assistance, they will guide you through it all! -

Long overdue... To say I'm a bit particular about the details is an understatement. Coming from an event background of my own, making sure we found the right partner to help execute all of our ideas while letting myself step out of the production role and into the bridal role was huge. I was highly concerned about handing over the reins of something I'd worked so hard on, especially being that is was a destination event and I was unfamiliar with the area, but Kendra was the absolute perfect match. Chiming in with great ideas and advice to help tweak our plans, and helping keep us on schedule throughout the planning and execution. She followed all of our wishes to a T, and was an absolute delight to work with. It is evident that she thrives under pressure and someone with her skill set and calm nature is exactly who you need supporting you on one of the craziest and most stressful days of your life. -

Kendra did a fantastic job. Thanks to her work, our wedding was special, fun, and ran completely smoothly. She was professional and extremely responsive. She gave us great suggestions, coordinated with our other vendors, and made sure we stayed on track with wedding-related tasks we needed to do on our end. Because she was so organized, we felt like we could enjoy our wedding like guests did, rather than feeling like hosts. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an event coordinator. -

Kendra from Dovely was absolutely AMAZING as our wedding coordinator! From the start, she was extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and a joy to work with. She went above and beyond in her role, welcoming any ideas my husband and I had, and brought them to life seamlessly. On the wedding day, Kendra was calm and organized, and handled every detail. I was able to fully enjoy our day without a single worry, knowing she was managing everything. She coordinated all the vendors flawlessly, allowing my husband and me to simply soak up every moment. We hired her for 60-day coordination, but she was responsive to all our emails and even took a few calls before then, making sure we felt fully supported. She also recommended several of the amazing vendors we ended up choosing. Kendra was simply the best! -

Kendra is phenomenal! We had a semi-DIY wedding of about 95 guests. We were looking for a day-of coordinator and ended up going with Kendra’s Partial Planning Package! She had a website where we could manage our timelines, seating charts, guests RSVPS, vendor information, notes, inspiration photos, and more; like a Google Drive designed for wedding planning! Kendra was incredible- from helping us organize our thoughts, to keeping us on schedule, to reassuring us and working with our vision, to managing conversations with some not-so-responsive vendors, to running the day and making sure things happened the way they needed to. She was absolutely essential to making our dreams come true. Debbie was an assistant the day of and was also wonderful and a joy to work with!
Kendra went above and beyond every step of the way, and her calming energy was very appreciated, both leading up to and on the day of the wedding. All of our people who helped us with setup agreed with us that Kendra did a fantastic job. Our guests commented on how everything flowed so well and the whole wedding felt so connected. They didn’t even notice that we had a day-of coordinator until Kendra handed out our sparklers! We would recommend Kendra over and over again. We wish we could give her all the stars! 100000/10. -

Kenya Sent on 01/14/2024ZERO complaints! Kendra is the best wedding planner EVER!
Kendra made our destination wedding experience magical and stress-free! She was always super professional, organized, and accommodating! No issue that came up during our planning process was too big for Kendra and I always knew she was doing everything in her power to smooth out any bumps in the road. She kept us on top of our deadlines and within our budget with our regular meetings and was always available and responsive in between meetings. The online platform that she uses conveniently housed all of our wedding details and she kept it updated.
Our wedding day itself was a dream come true! We had rain but still didn't miss a beat. Kendra handled all of the colorful personalities of our 20+ person wedding party with grace and everyone is still raving about how beautiful the day was 1 month later.
Above all, she was just a joy to work with! I would highly recommend Kendra to ANYONE! We live in NYC and got married in Jamaica but the distance didn't affect the quality of her planning services one bit. -

From the flowers to the helping me find the perfect photographer to fit my dream wedding, she can do it all. Her designs and presentations are breathtaking!
