Absolutely phenomenal experience at this historic hotel wedding venue! The ballroom is stunning, classic, and magical, so if you haven't seen it you must check it out. We loved that so much was included in one-click from the moment we selected our package. They provide all the basics like chairs and tables, two onsite all-day getting-ready rooms for the wedding party, and an incredible in-house kitchen that served a perfect tasty dinner. They run a tried and true game plan that seamlessly ushered our crowd of 200 guests through ceremony, cocktail hour, and into dinner and dancing. The preparation was as easy and enjoyable as possible. Our tasting was a highlight with tons of delicious options and a fun preview of the big day. We even got to sneak in extra visits to show family, and yes, there were definitely some happy tears!
Huge shoutout to Caroline, our amazing venue coordinator. She was always responsive, patient with our chaos, and completely on top of every detail (even the weird ones). On the day of, she handled everything perfectly, from unlocking the prep rooms to fixing tiny hiccups behind the scenes so we could just enjoy every moment. We have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with Tudor Arms. It is obviously a beautiful venue to have your wedding reception, but the staff made our experience so much better. Caroline was absolutely incredible for us. She was extremely helpful from touring to booking to the wedding day. The entire process was seamless because of her. She essentially functioned as our wedding planner, which was great because we did not have to hire an external wedding coordinator for that reason. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had or help us with anything we needed the entire year leading up to the wedding. The wedding day went on without a hitch and she was able to handle almost all of the vendor communication the day of, which lifted a huge burden from us. Our families even got to know Caroline throughout the process and wedding weekend and were raving about how great she was. The food was amazing and many of our guests commented on that afterwards. Dream Wedding! Thank you Caroline!!!
This was the perfect wedding venue in Cleveland Ohio. Not only is the space beautiful, but the set up is perfect. Logistics are smooth as can be, with the ceremony room, cocktail spaces and reception all on the same floor it makes transition from each event seamless. Not only that, Caroline the event coordinator and day of coordinator there is absolutely amazing. She is the most kind, joyful, detail oriented, organized and supportive person we could have ever imagined. Thanks to her our day went so smooth from start to finish. She is an all star. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to have our wedding at Tudor Arms! The venue was absolutely gorgeous—the historic charm, elegant architecture, and stunning details made for the perfect setting. Not only was it beautiful, but also incredibly convenient and spacious, making it comfortable for all of our guests to enjoy every part of the day.
A huge part of what made our experience exceptional was Lucy, the venue coordinator. She was truly amazing—kind, professional, knowledgeable, and so attentive to every detail. From our very first meeting, she made us feel at ease and supported throughout the entire planning process. She took the time to thoroughly review the timeline with us and led our rehearsals with confidence. Thanks to Lucy, we felt completely comfortable and confident going into the big day.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Tudor Arms this past November and it was an absolute dream. Our coordinator Caroline made the process so easy and took care of each and every detail. We didn't even need a wedding planner she's THAT good. The venue is stunning and the food was incredible (we got so many compliments on both from our guests). The Tudor Arms was absolutely perfect for our wedding day! The space was beautiful and didn't take a ton of outside decor etc to make it look gorgeous. We received so many compliments that the venue felt like a fairytale wedding.
The whole day went so smoothly thanks to Caroline! We cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Caroline was to work with...she's organized, friendly and truly thought of everything we could possibly need. We were really able to enjoy every minute of the day without worrying about the details because Caroline had the place running like a well oiled machine.
Being able to use both the ceremony and reception space made the whole evening flow smoothly together. They were extremely flexible with specific requests we had for the day, and all of the day of coordination with our outside vendors was handled without any input from us which was such a nice weight lifted off our shoulders. The only small area of opportunity was the lobby staff - we felt like they could have been a little more friendly/flexible when we had a lot of our guests checking in for the weekend but that was just a small thing in a very beautiful weekend. The event space/staff were 10/10!!
We cannot recommend the Tudor Arms enough - our day was perfect from start to finish thanks to Caroline and the team!! Read less

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Tudor Arms in October 2024. We booked the venue in June 2024 and spent the next year and a half working with Caroline to build our dream wedding. We needed to accommodate many cultural traditions, a large number of guests, and our demanding work schedules. This led to us needing both ballrooms and a lot of hands-on attention! Caroline and her team were amazing to work with and made our dream a reality. They were extremely responsive, accommodating, and warm. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue! The Tudor Ballroom was the ideal space to host our ceremony and was naturally breathtaking. The beauty and timelessness of the Crystal Ballroom, where we held our reception of 140 people, was the original reason we chose The Tudor Arms as our wedding venue. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything was! With having our wedding on a hot day in June, it was convenient and comfortable having everything inside and on the same floor.
Beyond the space, the event and hotel staff were fantastic! Caroline helped give us advice for the space, was so fun to work with, and made sure everything (and everyone) was in its place :-) The kitchen staff and bartenders were so kind, and the food and drinks were tasty. The getting-ready space (Romeo and Juliet Rooms) was ideal for multiple make-up/hair artists. We hardly took any outdoor photos because of the elegance inside The Tudor Arms.
Many guests stayed at the hotel, and every room was as expected. With one working elevator, it was slow to get from one floor to another, but while waiting, we were destined to run into someone celebrating our day with us so that was fun! Because we had guests staying at the hotel, we continued our celebrations in the lobby restaurant/bar until 1 AM. It was a blast!

Our experience at the Tudor Arms was nothing short of fantastic. The venue is beautiful. My friends and family all agreed it was the prettiest venue they had ever been to for a wedding in Ohio and we barely even decorated. You don’t have to. The rooms are just stunning. The space is very flexible. There are three rooms depending on what you need. We did our ceremony in one, cocktail hour in the middle, and reception in the third room. It’s a very large space. The staff were fantastic. The coordinator Caroline and her protégé Lucy were very organized, professional, and made everything run very smooth. They are also very personable and a ton of fun! Having the event at a hotel was also very convenient for all of our guests. Nearly half spent the night. The rooms were great! Can’t recommend this place enough.

The minute we saw this venue we knew it was going to be perfect. The hotel has so much character and beauty, it fit our style perfectly. Caroline, our wedding coordinator was the best, she helped us in every way and was able to accommodate us with anything, the whole team was so flexible! I really didn't have to worry about a thing. The bartenders and the rest of the staff were so nice and professional and everyone had such a great time. Everything was incredible. The space is beautiful. We were able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in the same building, on the same floor, and every space was unique and with its own beauty and charm. Our guests complimented the food quite a bit. Working and planning with Caroline made everything so easy, including day of needs. We have so many examples and stories of little things Caroline did for us to make our day easier or better. We really cannot recommend Tudor Arms enough for a wedding. -

We had our wedding on April 9th and we were flooded with compliments on how beautiful the venue was- including strangers commenting on our photos on social media (haha). But truly, this place is unreal immaculate! It feels like you’re in a castle in Europe and if you’re looking for something grand and royal, this is your place! The food was spectacular and planning process was great with the coordinator, Caroline. (We are so happy she “came with” the whole package haha). She was so responsive and communicated well through it all. All of the individuals involved from the chef to the hotel concierge to the cleanup crew were excellent. Absolutely no regrets about choosing this venue! -

Best night ever 🥺✨
We were lucky enough to have our dream wedding at the Tudor Arms. It’s so beautiful, special, and unique on the inside that it’s pretty much a guarantee that any wedding will look like a dream.
But even more importantly, the staff and service is exceptional. We worked closely with Caroline for months and we’re so glad we did. She worked so hard to pull off this event for us. She has great attention to detail, is very kind, and hardworking. Thanks to her (and the very kind Tudor Arms staff) we had the best night ever! -

My daughter knew as soon as we saw the ballrooms that the Tudor Arms would be the perfect place for her wedding and it was!! I would highly recommend the Tudor Arms. I cannot say enough about Caroline who worked so closely with my daughter to make sure her vision came true. She was extremely organized and always responded to our phone messages and emails. Her attention to detail allowed us to focus on my daughter and her husband and our guests. We had the ceremony in the Tudor Room where the beautiful woodwork and the wall of windows provided an amazing background.Our guests then had the convenience of moving to the next room for cocktails and then the next room, the Crystal Ballroom for dinner and dancing. Our guests were amazed at the beauty of both ballrooms but specifically the Crystal Ballroom. And then there was the food! Our meals were delicious and the presentation was a show in itself. Thank you Caroline and the Tudor Arms for an amazing experience! Our good times never felt so good!

My husband and I just got married at the Tudor Arms on Friday, May 10. We can't say enough good things about Michelle, Caroline, and the entire Tudor Arms family. Michelle was absolutely amazing to work with from the very beginning. She was quick to respond to all of our questions (we had a lot of them) and ensured that every detail on our big day was pure perfection. Caroline, the event coordinator, was top notch. She pulled off the most fabulous and fun tasting with 6 of our groomsmen/bridesmaids, accompanied by wine pairings. On the day of the wedding, she worked so hard to make sure our day was perfect. And it was. There was not a single forgotten detail. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at Turdor Arms. Everything was simply magical and perfect. So many of our guests commented on the historical space and the great food. We have zero complaints. If you are looking for a wedding venue in NEO, look no further. Thank you for everything! My daughter recently held her entire wedding at this hotel and it was perfect in every way and that is entirely due to the staff. From the first day of planning with Kristen in early January 2018 to the wedding on July 7, 2018, we were extremely pleased with the manner in which our wedding planning unfolded.. Kristen was always available to answer questions and provide advice when we asked. She checked and rechecked every detail to make sure everything was perfect for the big night. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. Its ballroom grandeur and its beautiful woodwork and decor provide an elegant and classic background that is unsurpassed bu any other venue we looked at in Cleveland. All our guests were extremely impressed with the hotel's beauty, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, and the quality of the care they were given throughout their stay. The food at the wedding was delicious! If you are looking for the perfect place to host a wedding, you have to check out the Tudor Arms. The hotel provides complete excellence from beginning to end. -

They provide you with an event coordinator, day of coordinator, and a bridal assistant in addition to their wonderful staff of servers and bartenders. They've got 2 fabulous halls on their 2nd floor with a great space in between the two rooms, so we did our ceremony in their Tudor ballroom, took family portraits on the balcony of that ballroom, had cocktail hour in between the two halls, and had the reception in the Crystal ballroom. And with it being a hotel, several guests spent the night and we provided breakfast in the morning. We had a great space to get dressed and ready before the wedding called the Juliette room. It has some balconies that open to the Crystal ballroom below so you get to watch them as they set up the room and just admire the beauty that is the Crystal ballroom. The boys also get a room to prepare called the Romeo room where they also get a balcony to the Crystal ballroom. We also used that balcony for the garter and bouquet toss! Made for some excellent pictures! It was a magical event and I wouldn't change a thing. Guests can't stop talking about the beauty of this historic building and the amazing staff!

I actually work for this venue and it is beautifully unique. The staff treated me as if I was the princess for the day. They made sure that all of my dreams came true, and they took all my stress away. If I didn't work here I would still booked my wedding here. The staff is amazing, and went the extra mile in making sure every detail was perfect.
If you are a bride and read this please stop by and take a tour. I promise you will not be disappointed. You will want your wedding in one of our grand ballrooms. -

Tudor Arms is Wonderful!
I cannot recommend the Tudor Arms hotel enough for a wedding! We felt so attended to. Food was delicious, staff were extremely professional, and the event coordinator, Caroline, was AMAZING! They have many options to adjust to your guest’s dietary and mobility restrictions. Hotel rooms are also very nice! With 15 years of experience working in event coordination, hospitality, catering, I knew exactly what I wanted in a venue. The team at Tudor Arms offered exactly the level of professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail that I was looking for. My initial inquiry was answered within hours and every correspondence was replied to in a timely fashion. Our ideas were always met with a positive reply and if we suggested something out of the ordinary, it was always genuinely considered. We really can't say enough good things about our experience working with Caroline. Every part of the process was the perfect combination of fun, yet productive; lighthearted, yet detail-focused. From the menu tasting a few months prior, to load-out the morning after the reception, each step was exactly what we hoped for. Dream Wedding!
Our wedding ceremony and reception were held at the Tudor Arms Hotel. It was a magical day and we cannot speak highly enough of this venue and staff. Kristen was our main coordinator and contact from the hotel who was able to answer all of our questions over the past 9 months - she is so quick to respond and helped organize every detail and aspect of our event (down to the minute). Both ballrooms (the Tudor and Crystal) are STUNNING! Tudor Arms was able to coordinate with all of our outside vendors and everything went so smoothly. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the hotel as well. The food was amazing - our guests raved about meal as well as the cocktail hour food and drinks. We also did late-night sliders and french fries which were a hit! We would 100% recommend the Tudor Arms Hotel for a wedding - it is the perfect location - it felt like being in a gothic, elegant fairytale castle! We couldn't have imagined a more perfect and beautiful space to get married at. The Tudor Arms Hotel was everything I ever dreamed of and more. From the ceremony space to the cocktail area to the ballroom, everything was flawless and we are so blessed we were able to celebrate our big day there. With a lot of out of town guests, having everything located in ONE space worked out absolutely perfectly. I wish we could go back and re-live the day again over and over.
