    Amazing experience

    We had my daughters wedding here in June. Phillip is amazing to work with. From start to finish there was never an issue with him replying to an email or a phone call. He is very professional and it is very obvious that he knows and loves his job. Helping the bride make her vision come to life is his job and he is very good at it. The hotel staff was kind and friendly and the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel ballroom you anyone looking for a wedding venue.

    Wedding Reception Venue 10-7-23

    We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day, all thanks to Phillip and the Doubletree staff for making it run so flawlessly! We started planning a year and an half before our big day and Phillip was so detail oriented and helped us through things we wouldn’t have thought of. Everything down to the decorations, set up, and food were incredible and our guests are continuing to rave about it. Not to mention it was so special to share the whole weekend with our families having everyone stay in one spot. We will remember this weekend forever! Thank you Phillip & Doubletree for everything!!!

    Great job coordinating my daughter's wedding!

    I highly recommend the Doubletree - Cranberry as a wedding venue! Phillip Wintgens was our contact and coordinator and he helped us stay organized, was flexible and was also very responsive thru out the whole process. My daughter held her wedding and reception at the hotel and everything ran very smooth! Not only Phillip but everyone that we worked with at the hotel was very accommodating. Thank you Doubletree for making my daughter's day so special!

    Awesome venue with an awesome team!

    Phillip and his team were awesome! Our day came together exactly as we had hoped. We received so many compliments from our family and friends about the reception as well. From the planning process to the actual reception (and impromptu afterparty in the lobby), The Doubletree was accommodating and wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend this venue for your wedding!

    Phillip is the best there is. The End.

    We cannot say enough positive things about working with Phil. The entire planning process was so painless, easy and not to mention fun! He answered every question (there were many over the months leading up to our reception, sorry Phil), helped us come up with some ideas and inspiration for decor and seating and really brought our dream to life. The day before the wedding after going over everything with Phil, I felt more relaxed than I thought possible the day before our wedding. Everything was beautiful, exactly how we wanted it and just the absolute perfect celebration to end the happiest day of our lives.

    First class venue and staff from beginning to end!!

    We feel that Phillip ensured that our wedding dinner for family and close friends was a complete success! He was extremely patient with our questions and helpful in facilitating all our selections. Phillip's invaluable knowledge ensured that our event would be just as we imagined! The day of the event had no unexpected complications and we received many compliments on the evening from our guests. Thank you for offering this beautiful venue for our daughters wedding!     Amazing Wedding Venue

    We had both our Wedding & Ceremony at the DoubleTree Hilton in Cranberry. Phillip was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very thorough on all the details to make our day absolutely flawless and amazing!! Phillip and his Staff are exceptional!!! We received great compliments from our guests for the food and bar service!! Thank You to Phillip and Staff for making our day absolutely wonderful!! Would highly recommend this venue!!!

    Hotel for after wedding

    We talked to a couple different hotels before we went to see the Doubletree. We really wanted somewhere we would have space to just hang out and decompress after the wedding as a group. The Doubletree was the most accommodating of all. The rooms were very nice, they allowed me to add rooms to my block as necessary, and gave us part of the lobby to hang out in. Kate was fabulous to work with and answered all of my questions. We had no issues and I would absolutely stay there or have an event there again.

    One word.... Spectacular!!! From A to Z. Thank You Phillip and Staff for a wonderful experience to our guests, family, and the bridal party. The Double Tree Cranberry gave us a lifetime of memories!!!

    Highly Experienced Staff, Well-Run Ceremony and Reception

    We had both our ceremony and reception at the DoubleTree in Cranberry. Phillip, the Events Manager, was absolutely fantastic to work with. He spent a lot of time outside of standard business hours to work with us and make sure everything was perfect for our day. We received multiple compliments about the great food and how seamless the wedding day went. Many of our guests stayed at the DoubleTree and had a good experience. Though the minimum price is high for a smaller guest list, so much is included (cake, linens, centerpieces, open bar, etc.) that overall it is a very good value. Would highly recommend as a wedding venue.

    Excellect Service- Beautiful Place!

    Phillip at the DoubleTree is amazing to work with! He carries out every detail of the day that you could think of. This venue is perfect for the bride that doesn't want to DIY as much- but if you want to you can do that too! Tables, chairs, linens, flowers, cake, head table with backdrop and 4 uplights are all included in the price! (2019) Upgrades are available as well. We added a special touch to the tables and Phillip and his team made sure to place them for us exactly as we wanted. The staff is friendly and responsive as well.

    Excellent wedding venue

    Phillip and his staff went above and beyond to make sure our daughter’s wedding reception ran smoothly! Everything was set up just as we had envisioned. It was beautiful! And, the staff was courteous and professional! Perfection!!! Thank you Phillip!

    Fairytale wedding

    Awesome experience!

    We were pleased with the Double Tree Cranberry from the moment we walked in for our initial tour. Phillip really made the experience smooth and enjoyable from the beginning to the end. The staff was beyond accommodating for our big day. The room was dressed beautifully. Everything was beyond what we had hoped would make our day perfect!

    Amazing venue!

    The DoubleTree Hotel in Cranberry was LITERALLY amazing to work with the entire process of planning our special day. Phil was a dream to work with. Always responsive and so helpful with ANY of our requests. Planning with him was so easy and he did not miss one detail. On the big day, everything went fantastically. Everything was set up just how we had discussed, I did not have to worry about anything/or do anything myself. My family and I dropped off everything that was ours the night before (we stayed the night before) and everything was put in place perfectly by the staff. We trayed our own cookies for the cookie table, but they laid them out and kept them perfectly. The staff there is absolutely amazing. The food was DELICIOUS. We knew it was great from the day we had our tasting - but it may have been even better on the day of. We had SO many compliments about the food, and I honestly thing it is the best wedding food I have ever had. Everything went off perfectly, and I don't have enough good things to say about this hotel, the staff, and Phil. I would HIGHLY recommend this as a wedding venue, you will not be disappointed.

    Amazing NYE wedding!

    My husband and I got married on 12/31/2018 at the Doubletree, and where do I even begin? Our experience with the Doubletree was beyond amazing!

    Phil! I cannot speak highly enough of Phil, he is the wedding coordinator at the Doubletree and from the moment we met him he made the process so worry and stress free!

    Anthony, who also works the weddings, was great too! Anything we needed during the reception he was on it immediately!

    The food: I have received so many compliments on how wonderful the food was. We did a buffet style dinner and everything was hot and delicious!

    The venue: The hotel in itself is beautiful, so once we added our personal touches it looked amazing. The Doubletree let me personalize so many things to make my reception look exactly like what I dreamed of!

    The Doubletree well exceeded my expectations for our NYE wedding! I would recommend this hotel to anyone getting married because they make everything so easy for the bride and groom! The venue, food, staff, EVERYTHING was top notch!

    Professionals who know what they're doing

    Working with Phillip we were able to quickly see that he was a pro at this, and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very helpful with tips of the trade to help everything run smoothly and enjoyable for us and our guests. He was also very open for our requests and did what he could to make everything work for us!

    Best choice I made during my wedding planning process!!

    We couldn’t be happier with the service and experience we had booking the Doubletree by Hilton in Cranberry! Phillip was an absolute life saver, he was so responsive, organized and he truly and expert in what he does. From the first meeting to the end of our wedding night he and the staff exceeded our every expectation. They made it extremely easy during every point of the process. Their recommended vendors for the cake and flowers were also amazing and made for a seamless process.     Highly recommend!!! The DoubleTree went above and beyond to accommodate us (and our 300+ guests) all weekend for our wedding on September 1, 2018. Their space was perfect for our reception on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and the service was great.     Phillip and his team were absolutely amazing. People raved about the decor, food, and the cake. Tin Man Bakery created a beautiful cake and a wide variety of cupcakes. I provide this venue with my highest recommendation. Gerard Boeh provided gorgeous roses for our event, as well.

    We love, love, love Phillip and the Doubletree Hilton Cranberry! Our daughter and new son-in-law's wedding was held on Sunday, May 27th with both the ceremony and reception in the same room. Phillip was fantastic in helping us create our vision for a truly romantic event for the couple. They live out of state and the planning for the event was so very easy! The staff in all aspects of our weekend were fabulous! We went with additional uplighting and the gold chivairi chairs with our package choices. We added candles and floral arrangements around the sweetheart table and brought in an arbor for the ceremony. The food, service, atmosphere, everything was perfect!!!

    The Doubletree in Cranberry made my wedding THE most memorable event in my entire family of 5. They were organized, on time and responsive to anything I asked. The reception area was beautifully decorated! Phillip is an absolute delight to work with!! The food was amazing, the staff was VERY KIND! So helpful to an exhausted bride on her day. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I would recommend to MANY MANY People, book your reception here!

    We had our daughters wedding at the Doubletree Cranberry on May 5th 2018. When I walked into the banquet room it literally took my breath away. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. Myself and entire family were blown away with everything. It was everything we dreamed of. Phil, Tony and the staff did an excellent job on the vision we had. My family and friends loved the food, many have called to tell me how delicious the food was. The steak, fish, potatoes all were to delicious. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. It truly was amazing. THANK-YOU PHIL for making the planning easy and enjoyable. We just want to share our experience and shout it out "You Got It Right"

    My experience with DoubleTree Cranberry was absolutely amazing! The event planner for the hotel, Philip, was so helpful and valuable to us. I thought that planning a wedding from another state would be stressful...with Philip it was not. He helped me in any/every way and made sure everything was perfect. Philip always responded to calls and emails quickly too. I cannot say enough about how great he is!
    The hotel and staff was amazing during our wedding weekend too. My guests raved about the looks, comfort and guest treatment while at the hotel. I would 100% recommend the DoubleTree Hilton Cranberry for your wedding venue!

    Phillip Wintgens was absolutely the best to work with a lot of fun. He is very efficient, experienced & is very detail oriented. My daughter's wedding reception was beautiful, the food was delicious (we had prime rib & asiago chicken), & the newly remodeled ball room was just beautiful. We would not change a thing. The rest of the staff was very friendly and accomodating. I believe that Doubletree in Cranberry is one of the top places to have a wedding reception.

    The ease of planning and coordinating led to an easy execution of wedding. The day of the wedding was flawless with the constant supervision of the wedding coordinator. The wait staff and bartenders were gracious and pleasant to all our guests. Still hearing rave reviews on the entress/food served at the wedding.

    We cannot say enough about how the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Cranberry treated us and our guests on our most important day. The wedding was perfect in every way. The renovations have created an absolutely beautiful environment for a reception but the staff at this hotel is what puts this venue over the top. The event coordinator, Phillip, deserves particular credit for his professionalism, responsiveness, and overall class that he showed from day one until the evening of our reception. Phillip and his staff made sure to take every detail into consideration. The staff worked with our videographer, DJ, photographer, and other vendors to ensure our timeframe and other events went as planned. This is definitely something that we appreciated on the day of our wedding, due to all of the planning that led up to it. If you are looking for a beautiful venue and a team that genuinely cares about the quality of your wedding reception, look no further. I would highly recommend this particular venue and team to anyone interested in a reception located in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.

    Excellent venue and great extras! It's so nice that floral centerpieces and the wedding cake are included in the package! The food was delicious and space was beautiful! I only wish that the remodel would've been finished. I'm sure it will be beautiful. Many delays. But, we worked around it and Phillip reserved a pre-reception room for early guests, rather than the bar. The rooms were great and brunch the next day was excellent! The location near highway and turnpike is so convenient. Communication was always fast with lots of wedding planning advice!!!! Thank you for making our wedding reception wonderful

    Definitely go to a bridal show before hand and grab the discount from Phillip Wintgens! He is amazing and will work with you on whatever your dream wedding might be.

    Our wedding was may 27 2016. Phillip was awesome to work with. He seemed really experienced in what he was doing. Everything turned out perfect for our reception. We absolutely loved our wedding night thanks to the double tree!

    Phil definitely knows what he's doing! His insight from the planning to the execution of the event was flawless. He truly made us feel we were the most important event he'd planned all year! His attention to each and every detail, including ones we'd never of thought of, was exceptional! From the minute we pulled up to the hotel to the last drop of champagne, nothing was forgotten! Each and every guest expressed to us that this was a truly unforgettable night. This exceeded all of our expectations and we highly recommend this venue to everyone!

    I planned my wedding from over 800 miles away and it was no problem! The staff was wonderful they went above and beyond what I expected! Emails were always answered promptly and phone calls were returned in a timely manner. Phillip made sure that I always knew what was going on. It was very relaxing and in the end everyone had a blast! We also appreciate that the hotel was pet friendly, it made it alot easier for me and many of our guests.

    Phillip, the director of catering at the hotel, was a gift for planning our wedding. He worked diligently to support our needs and delivered! Food was great, set-up was flawless and just like we had planned. Great services!

    Phillip is AMAZING! He was ALWAYS and I really mean ALWAYS available to us for whatever questions that I, my husband, our parents, and our vendors had. He truly made planning the biggest day of our lives stress free! I always received a return e-mail or call the same day - even sometimes he took the time to call us back at 7 or 8pm! That truly meant so much to us to have a coordinator so tuned into our event. Every time that I called he always knew exactly who we were and when our event was taking place. He made great suggestions as well - we had 370+ guests at our reception and he gave us multiple great suggestions on how to make sure we were able to speak with most - if not all of our guests at the reception.
    The DoubleTree was so open and accommodating as well with their package - we were able to remove services that they offered with no problem - and sub in the vendors that we wanted with no question or problem at all. We were able to drop off everything on Friday - they were fantastic about setting up everything and worked with us to ensure they placed each item where we wanted it to be. From cookies, to the memory table, personalized napkins, laterns, and other décor.
    I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding reception venue - big or small. The food is amazing - We still have guests that we see raving about how amazing the food was. The ballroom which was recently renovated in 2014 is absolutely beautiful - modern and classic at the same time. I really can't say enough good things about the entire staff throughout the whole weekend. It truly was absolutely perfect - I really give all of the credit to Phillip and his entire staff for making sure that everything went off without a hitch!

    Phillip Wintgens was an absolute joy to work with! He was responsive, helpful, and made everything stress free! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone. The food was amazing, the service was great and Phillip is there from beginning to end to help guide you through everything. He makes your vision of your big day come to light. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator or reception venue!

    we had our reception at the DoubleTree in Cranberry and had the best time! We worked with Philip throughout the entire planning process and he was nothing short of amazing. We booked this venue over a year in advance and Philip kept in contact the entire time to make sure our day was exactly how we imagined it. He even gave great suggestions to take into consideration to make our experience, as well as our guests', more enjoyable. The contract we signed included a cake from Licoln Bakery and floral center pieces from Gerard Boeh Flowers. I loved that those were included because we only needed to make one appointment with these places to decide what we wanted and they made sure everything would be at the venue. The hotel staff was also great during our reception. They made sure we were taken care of the entire night and the guests stated that their meals were delicious. I would recommend any bride work with Philip to ensure they have an unforgettable wedding reception!

    Absolutely wonderful service! They treat you like royalty. Helping with any concerns and things you need during your wedding day. They kept the drinks and appetizers coming in the room before being announced at the reception. We did all of our pictures before the ceremony at the Sheraton. I had some dirt and grass stains on my dress and they were on their hands and knees attending to the stains with a Tide to Go stick and club soda. The dress was spotless in minutes. The food that was prepared was fantastic. My every day contact, Phillip Wintgens, was a pleasure to work with and always returned emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend having your ceremony and/or reception at the Sheraton. The place is beautiful and wonderful people to work with!

    Our reception was at the Sheraton on June 7, and it was perfect. The coordinator that I worked with in the months leading up to the wedding was very flexibla and understanding. He was very easy to reach and always got back to me within a day or two of me contacting him. The coordinator for the night of the wedding was also amazing. She was very attentive and made sure that everything went smoothly. We did not have a single issue with the food, bar, or set up. It was wonderful.

    The Double Tree was the perfect spot to have our wedding reception. Phil was easy to work with and walked us through the process of planning the reception. There are many options available for any reception concept and the staff takes care of everything. I would highly recommend having your reception at this location!

    A beautiful hotel and venue for our wedding reception. The staff was wonderful and answered all of our questions and concerns. The outside main entrance was under construction at the time of the reception, but other than that, everything went very smoothly. Thank you Phillip for all of your work, laughs, and attention to detail! It was the wedding of my dreams.

    Everything was perfect from food to cake and the service was exemplary. My family came from several different states for this weekend and most of us stayed both Friday and Saturday at the Hotel. I will strongly recommend this hotel and staff to all my friends and family for any future events or get-togethers. What a great way for my wife and I to start our future together on such a GREAT experience!

    Doubletree by Hilton cranberry

    Our wedding day was absolutely amazing! Everything we could have ever asked for. The staff was so great and attentive to all our needs. We would recommend this hotel to anyone having a larger wedding.

    Phillip and the staff at DoubleTree Hilton care about you and your big day and go out of there way to accommodate you and make sure that you have the wedding of your dreams. I received nothing but compliments about how beautiful the hotel was and how good the food was. I could not recommended the Double-Tree more.

    After all the planning leading up to the big day, we received numerous compliments from our guests on the reception festivities. These compliments are due in large part to our wedding reception coordinator (Phillip Wintgens) who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Of particular note, he made sure that everything was organized and ready for the reception so that we didn't have to worry about last minute details or decisions on our wedding day. This was important for us because we had many personalized decorations and touches that had to be perfect for our 150+ guests. We explained how we wanted everything set up and it turned out better than we had pictured!

    While we were planning our wedding, the hotel changed ownership from the Four Points by Sheraton to the Doubletree by Hilton. There were a few issues during the transition, but all were straightened out without much hassle through our interactions with Phillip.

    Overall, it was a great venue and we couldn't have been more happy with how it turned out!

    We held our reception at the Four Points. The catering director, Phil, was very easy to work with and would respond to any of our questions or concerns within 12 hours. They were very accomodating with special requests. The venue looked perfect when we arrived. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

    The renovations to the DoubleTree are absolutely gorgeous. All of our guests agreed that the reception was "first class" from start to finish. The staff did a great job of accommodating all of our requests and we can honestly say that we believe that we got great service with minimal stress at an exceptional value. Phil led us through the planning process - he has a ton of useful experience - and we were thrilled to see that he was even there during the reception to make sure that it ran smoothly. Our only issues were that we had to request our own food tasting and we would have liked a little more guidance in working with their vendors to arrange the cake tasting.

    There was still a LOT of construction going on for the lobby renovation which was a little disappointing but the staff really made up for that. Phil worked with my parents to arrange everything beforehand and they were really happy with him. He gave them advice on the layout of the room and other details to make the night run smoothly. Once we arrived, the staff was great with helping us set up. We just dropped off decorations and they really took it from there! They put in extra details that I really appreciated. The staff also checked on us frequently to see if there was anything we needed. They really made the night's schedule easy for us. The only thing we'd change is the alcohol package...we paid per bottle instead of per person and our bill was way over budget. Other than that, we would recommend this venue to others!
