The DoubleTree by Hilton was perfect for my reception. From the moment I called to inquire about the services to the moment we left everything was amazing. Jane and Bre in the catering department were so pleasant and accommodating. They answered all my questions promptly, and relieved me of my worries. The reception went down without any issues. The food is hands down amazing. I had so many compliments on the food and how pretty the room was decorated. The onsite bartender was convienent and really nice. I can't say enough good things about this place and I highly recommend anyone to host any event here. You will not be dissapointed! Also, my out of town guests raved about how easy is was to book into the group block. Robin and Julie in sales were awesome as well! -

Jane Stabler, Catering Sales Manager, assisted me with me planning and coordinating my Rehearsal Dinner at the Double Tree by Hilton in Oak Ridge, TN. She and all support staff were professional, friendly, and courteous from the first moment I contacted her throughout the entire process of the event. Jane was always available for my phone calls/emails for questions. The facility was beautiful and all details were handled. The food was absolutely delicious. During the meal, plenty of staff was available to cater to all of our guests' needs. We never lacked for anything during the entire meal. For our out of town guests, Robin Castleberry, Director of Sales, assisted me in securing rooms at a group rate. She and all support staff were friendly and courteous and were available to assist everyone who made reservations from out of town. They kept me up-to-date regarding who had made reservations. It was great to see how everyone at the DoubleTree worked together to make this event a success. -

I absolutely loved our reception at the DoubleTree! The space was just the right size to fit everything and it was beautiful! The people there were so great to work with. Jane was amazing and worked with me living out of town. And the food was delicious!! The whole night was perfect and we took some pictures outside during sunset that turned out gorgeous. Would highly recommend! -

I am so glad I chose the DoubleTree as my wedding reception location! They far exceeded my expectations and to this day, my guests still talk about how beautiful everything was! My mom and I were very particular and inquisitive, but the catering director was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive to our questions. Their ballroom offered plenty of space for all of our guests and everything else that we needed such as a cake table, DJ, dancefloor, bar, etc. Their prices were reasonable, the food was amazing, and the staff was extremely friendly. In the end, everything was just how we wanted it. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening and I highly recommend them for any type of event! -

The DoubleTree was absolutely spectacular! Our wedding was amazing and that's because of Jane and her wonderful team. Jane Stabler was the sweetest person. She always answered my calls and emails. My husband and I had very busy schedules and she did everything she could to work around us. We never had to wait a long time for a response back or a meeting. Even if there were things we couldn't do, Jane found alternative solutions to make sure our day was everything we wanted. Not to mention everyone LOVED the food. I still have guests talk to me about it. I highly recommend this for your wedding venue! -

Wow! All I can say is wow! The Double tree hotel was absolutely fantastic to my fiancé and I during our wedding! We were able to host our rehearsal dinner in a private ball room and the food was amazing! The best part... it is AFFORDABLE! They have wonderful prices for all of your catering needs. We were able to provide a 3 course meal and drinks to all of our guest! Everyone who came to our dinner is still talking about that chocolate cake! Jane is fantastic and helps you plan everything down to the very last detail which helps so much during stressful planning periods. They are very informative and care about their guest! I cannot recommend this place enough! -

Jane and the double tree staff were awesome! They did all the setup for my wedding and reception and it was beautiful and the food was delicious. During the planning process there was lots of communications and I was got quick replies to any emails I sent with questions or changes. I could not recommend the double tree enough they took a lot of the stress out of planning for the big day! -

Jane Stabler was our event planner from the Double Tree and she far exceeded what we were expecting to get! She literally worked with us (me, my husband, and our coordinator) from the 1st day of signing the contract until we checked out of the hotel the day after the wedding. The entire staff was great. Not to mention, they were very reasonably priced for everything that we received. We've been married for over a year now, and our guests are STILL talking about how wonderful our wedding was. I would DEFINITELY recommend the Double Tree for your wedding and/or reception. -

They were absolutely wonderful to work with! They made my wedding planning so easy. The ballroom was gorgeous and the food was incredible. The staff there is one of the friendliest I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them for any event, but espeically for a wedding reception -

It was great, the staff was very responsive and professional. The hotel needs a couple of updates as far as infrastructure, but Jane was phenomenal. -
