Amazing venue!!
I couldn’t have picked a better place to have our wedding and reception. The wedding packages offered made our wedding ceremony elegant with linens and chairs that perfectly matched our wedding colors. Our guests enjoyed the butler passed hors d'oeuvres and dinner. We couldn’t wait to eat. I was stressed about everything but the events manager Jessica guided me through the entire process. Her experience shows. My husband and I appreciate the effort put in by Jessica and her staff that made our wedding night unforgettable.

We were extremely happy with the DoubleTree as our wedding venue! What A Wonderful Experience From Start To Finish!
The DoubleTree was the second venue we contacted when we were planning our wedding and we quickly signed the contract after meeting with the sales coordinator Jessica. The venue was perfect for our needs and it really was a convivence to our guests that the venue is in a hotel.
Value was amazing compared to our other local choices and everything was perfect. Jessica was very easy to work with and she made sure everything was handled to plan the day of our wedding. We highly recommend the DoubleTree in Alsip for your upcoming event or wedding!

Doubletree Delight
Our wedding was such a beautiful night. This was very much due in part to the efforts of the venue and the event planning team.
I can not state how much I valued Jessica Torres and the Doubletree team stepped in when we had a missing element. The team was more than accommodating when it came to early setups and support.
The Doubletree had a quick response time and when they were not available, the response date was communicated. Jessica communicated well with all of our vendors.
The ceremony and reception setup were equally beautiful. The venue provided us shimmery chandelier columns and an lavish runner that added such a touch of elegance. The uplighting definitely changed the atmosphere.
The only concern that I had with setup was the white wrap for the stage because it wasn't secured, so cloth parted and the stage was partially exposed during the ceremony and photos.
Ultimately, Doubletree was the right choice because they worked well with all of our requests, went above and beyond to tackle concerns, and communicated along the way.

Simply amazing -- unbeatable experience!
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jessica Torres. This was both of our first time getting married, and Ms. Torres and the DoubleTree made the planning super smooth. It was a very organized and streamlined process. There was a lot we didn't know about but Ms. Torres educated us and was very patient, flexible and professional. On top of that, the wedding was a rave. All of our guests were blown away! For the money, you can't beat this venue for a wedding. Great food, beautiful decorations, open bar, classy dinner service, excellent service overall. Just do it, trust me!

My experience from start to finish was wonderful. Jessica is truly a unicorn and statues should be erected in her honor!! She made the process seamless, she felt more like a friend than the hotel liaison. The staff leading up to, and day of were very accommodating and helpful. Experience outweighs price! The moment we entered the space and met Jessica we knew this was the place for Our Big Day and the party to follow! Jessica did an incredible job - making us feel as if we were the only event she would be hosting for the month of August. Her prompt response to our email, calls and request, kept anxiety and worry at bay. Jessica has a passion for this work and it showed through each time we encountered one another. Her crew, Ron, Danielle, Stephanie and those who we have not named were hospitable, responsive and joy-filled! The Chef and his food are top notch and the Salmon was perfect!!!! The three tier, three flavor cake had us licking our forks and wondering (@3a.m.) if there were slices somewhere waiting for us. The attendants made us feel as if we were the only ones there. Thank you, Carmen! We highly recommend this "one stop shop" for wedding/special event needs. We are so pleased and our guest continue to talk about their experiences. So, if you are hoping for attention to detail, ambience, elegance and accommodation for your special request, consider the Double Tree Alsip with Jessica and her crew at the helm!

We were married at the the DoubleTree by Hilton in Alsip 6/8/19. From the initial inquiry to view the space, to the day of our wedding--the entire process was so easy and enjoyable thanks to the one and only, Jessica T! Jessica went above and beyond to make sure our special day, and all the days leading up to it, were perfect. We had our Ceremony and Reception at the venue and everything turned out so much better than we ever could have imagined. There was a bit of a snag on the day of in terms of timing for our off-site photos and ended up taking all of the photos on-site. Thank goodness for that snag, because our photos turned out AMAZING. Our photographer found this area along the back of the hotel with gorgeous greenery that we used for a backdrop in some of our 1 on 1 photos which turned out magical. We also used the brick wall in the patio area which was perfect for all of our group pics and additional 1 on 1's. Overall, it was a pleasure and honor working with Jessica and the DoubleTree team and will be forever grateful for the memories they helped us to create. THANKS AGAIN!!!

They nailed it!
We really lucked out with Clare from the DoubleTree. Every single step of the way she made sure (and then double-checked) that we were getting everything that we needed. At no point did we feel like we were forgotten or cast aside, because she was in thorough contact with us at every milestone.
We were impressed with Clare's personal and professional courtesy, especially considering that friends of ours who booked their weddings with far more expensive venues did not have nearly the level of attention that we did from her.
The location was an initial attraction for us, with easy access to and from I-294, and since the Doubletree is also a hotel, we were able to get our guests a block-rate if they wanted to stay in the hotel the night of the wedding.
The food was excellent. We heard a lot of raving about the beef brisket with caramelized onions. The venue also made sure that everyone with a food allergy or dietary restriction had a personalized plate as well, which really meant a lot to us, considering that my wife is vegan. The staff knew our names on the night of the reception. Not just Clare, but the wait staff, too. Everyone was very kind and pleasant.
They were able to accommodate us not only for the reception but for the ceremony too. They set up a lovely backdrop with striking uplighting, and allowed us to bring our own arch.
I can't say enough about how beautiful the room looked. We used the chivari chairs, with midnight blue table cloths and champagne runners, which we knew would look great but exceeded our expectations.
And all of this at a price point that was reasonable and affordable. We really feel like we got way more than we paid for and if we got to relive the whole process over again, we would choose this venue again, no doubt, for sure. We'd recommend working with Clare and the Doubletree to anyone.

Jessica, the wedding sales manager was fantastic throughout our ENTIRE process , from the very beginning until the last minute of the reception. She was friendly, helpful, a complete miracle for a couple like my then-fiance and I, who had absolutely no clue what we were doing or what was going on. It was a pleasure and honor to have worked with her and to have had her as part of our wedding.
Everyone at the venue was extremely helpful and accommodating to us and our guests, some of which stayed 3-4 nights. We had a wonderful experience at Double Tree by Hilton-Alsip, and have nothing but great things to say about them!

The DoubleTree made our dream wedding come true. We worked with Clare and she helped make sure everything was perfect. All the planning was so easy to do because she was easy to work with and we could always get ahold of her if we had any questions. We had our ceremony and reception here and both were perfect. The patio for our reception space was gorgeous as well as the ceremony space. It was all exactly how we imaged. Clare was there through the night making sure everything was how we wanted it and if not she went to fix the issue right away. I would recommend the doubletree to anyone planning a wedding. They are easy to work with and make it beautiful. It was also nice for guests so they did not have to go anywhere it was all in the same place and did not need any transportation. If we had to do it all over again we would choose the DoubleTree everytime!

Clare Palumbo was a dream come true! She went above and beyond for our fairy tale wedding! It was everything and more that we asked for! Clare helped make our wedding day perfect from the day we met her. She was quick to respond any time we sent an email or left a message, which was nice since we live in Iowa. Clare was always willing to meet with us whenever we came into town, which was mainly weekends. She even helped me surprise my husband with an Iowa Hawkeyes groom’s cake! The day of, the room looked amazing! Even my dad was blown away with how elegant it looked. Clare made sure to touch base with me that night to see if there was anything I needed. Our guests raved over the hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and the bar! Friends who are not big fans of vegetables ate all the vegetables on their plate, including my husband! Guests also commented on how friendly the entire staff was and how the bartenders really took care of them the entire night. One guest said, “I feel like I’m being treated like a king!” Thank you, Clare and DoubleTree Chicago – Alsip, for helping make our big day wonderful!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding day at the double tree! We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception there and everything went off without a hitch! Clare was our coordinator and she couldn't have been any better, she is absolutely wonderful! The rooms were decorated exactly how I asked and the staff members were amazing. I would highly recommend using the Double Tree as your venue!

Clare is who you want to go to at the Double Tree. She is really friendly, takes her time, responds quickly. I really loved working with her, and I know anyone else would love to as well. There were a lot of nice even amazing things about the hotel. But what made it was Clare for sure.

The Doubletree Alsip and Clare went above and beyond our expectations. They allowed us to customize our ceremony and reception space and was extremely helpful in sitting up the space
The planning and payment process was smooth and flawless. The food tasting and cake selection was amazing and we could customize the menu to our specific needs. The guests loved the food and the beef brisket was delicious. All our guests had an amazing time.

We booked a room block with the DoubleTree and they were super easy to work with. I love Hilton properties, so I was thrilled that there was one close to our venue that offered room blocks with a shuttle service. We paid for the shuttle to pick up our guests, and they were super accommodating. They picked up members of the bridal party early for pictures and picked up the rest of the guests before the ceremony. They made several trips both ways to ensure all of our guests got back to the hotel safely. Our driver even stopped at 7eleven so I could get a Slurpee before heading to the hotel!

We originally booked the venue last year with Kelly Lynch. When she left the hotel my husband and I were kinda freaked out. We began working with Clare only a few months before the wedding. She was new to her position here at the hotel. Let me tell you. She was amazing to work with. Answered all of our questions promptly. She made sure we were well taken care of. Everything was amazing. The food absolutely delicious. Our cake, Mario Kart themed was amazing. The setup n decorations were also amazing. Clare and the entire staff made our wedding day an incredible experience. I highly recommend the double tree to anyone.

As a bride you are very overwhelmed and forget this and that, and Jessica always had a back up plan ready and waiting! For example, I dropped off my table signs the day BEFORE the wedding, which was awful on my part, and forgot the chalk to write on them. Something minor and small but crucial to the seating chart...Jessica ran out to Walgreens and bought some for us! She is the best and will always help make your day the best it can possibly be.

Book your wedding at the Double Tree in Alsip ! You will not regret it !! Jessica Torres is amazing ! She not only helped us in every little detail of our wedding, she acts as a wedding coordinator and is so organized ! You will not forget anything, she is very ontop of things and kept me so relaxed on my wedding day. Everything from the appetizers to cocktails to dinner to dessert, EXCEPTIONAL !!! She even provided us with a Lighting Venue John at AEG Lighting who is also superb !! We were so blown away by the hotel staff and how professional they were - don't let this place pass you by without checking it out. We had the BEST experience with DoubleTree! We decided about 5 months before our wedding to switch our venue from a DIY to a hotel. I reached out to a bunch of places and Kelly Lynch was the first to answer and was very informative! Everyone at our wedding said the food was the best they've had, and the atmosphere was great (especially with their recent renovations). The cost was also a great value compared with other venues in the area. They were very flexible and responsive throughout the whole process and made our wedding day a breeze! I cannot recommend Doubletree enough!

Our wedding was September 27 2014. Words can not express how much I loved this venue. Jessica was amazing. From the time she took her position until our first anniversary she has gone above and beyond for us and our families. Jessica and her staff set up the room perfectly. Our candy bar, our sign in table, the table decor and our cake table. The room was a great size. The package was a great deal. I didnt have to find a bakery, the cake was included. Our first year anniversary we had a free night stay. The cookies....amazing!! I love the double tree and we were so happy.

My wedding day was fantastic and it was all because of the Doubletree and their staff. Jessica Torres was my wedding coordinator but Kelly had to step in the actual day because Jessica had to attend her brother's wedding. I was a little concerned but Jessica made sure Kelly was properly prepared and everything went as planned. The facility was in tip top shape. The waitstaff was absolutely wonderful and even was able to accommodate a few special requests. All of our guests raved about the the food and appetizers. I couldn't be happier with the out come. I would definitely recommend the Doubletree in Alsip to any future brides.

Everything was great, the food was excellent. There was only one problem. Several people had there plates taken before they were done eating, without being asked. I was told I could box our plates, but they did not do it. I barely ate any of my meal and was looking forward to eating it at another time.

Where do I begin? I cannot say enough great things about the staff at The Doubletree! Especially Noelle!!!! I adore her! Noelle, Joe and Chef did such an amazing job. From the very beginning I knew I was in good hands. Noelle was able to see my vision and rolled with it. She worked within my budget and never once did I feel like I wasn't important even though I was a lower budget bride. Noelle answered all my questions in a very timely manner (and there were many). Chef outdid himself and as a matter of fact, many of our guests were asking me to get the recipes for the dishes served and the following morning, when I was speaking to Chef, he actually offered to give them to me! I adore everyone of the staff members there and I know that Noelle is now a life-long friend!!!!
Without a doubt book The Doubletree! You will be making the best decision for your wedding!

I can't say enough good things about the DoubleTree and, specifically, Noelle. Every last detail of our wedding was perfect, and Noelle was so wonderful to work with. From the first time we sat down with her and talked, we knew we were in great hands. She's very organized, professional, and accommodating. Special requests for the bar? No problem, extra cases. Vegetarian/kids meals? Done. Last minute gluten free meal? No worries.
The ballroom itself was gorgeous. Everything was set out so beautifully, including the centerpieces the hotel provided. No one was smushed or cramped(and there were a lot to smush and cram in!), every table was perfect.
And the food... amazing!! We had heard great things about it before booking, and we were not disappointed. The chef does some really great things. I especially loved our salad - sugared walnuts, mandarin oranges, house made dressing... it was amazing!
Noelle made sure our wedding day ran smoothly. Even though the hotel was packed with special events that night, you never would have known it. We felt like we were the only wedding there. Noelle checked on us several times and made sure I was well taken care of - she brought me a glass of wine while I was waiting for the introductions, something my bridesmaids didn't even think to do!
I am so glad we chose the DoubleTree!!!

We could not be happier with our experience with the Doubletree Chicago/Alsip. Their inclusive wedding package made things so easy, and was so customized to what we wanted. Noelle, the wedding coordinator, and her supervisor, Kelly, were responsive, helpful, polite, respectful, and imaginative while making our wedding day absolutely awesome. We planned a wedding in Chicago while living in Boston, and they absolutely worked with us and our schedule to make things happen. They really listened to what we said we wanted for our wedding day. They always promptly returned phone calls and emails, and on the day of, Kelly was overseeing the entire process. Our package included our served three-course dinner, butler-passed appetizers, our wedding cake, the tables, chairs, plates, partial centerpieces, etc., late-night snacks, favors, and an open bar, as well as the planning services of Noelle and Kelly, and set up of all of our decorations in our room. Our food was delicious, the service impeccable, the set-up perfect... from start to finish, everything went smoothly, wonderfully, fantastically. It could not have been easier, more worry-free, or more fabulous! So many of our guests came up to us and commented on how great the food was, and how smoothly everything went. Again, we could not be happier.

This was just our Reception Venue. Everything was excellent from the start to the finish. Noelle, the wedding coordinator there, did everything that she could to make sure things went smoothly! There reception times are longer than most other places, plus things like the food, cake, linens and centerpieces are included inthe price of the reception hall. Great Deal! Definitely check it out!! Go there in person you will love it!!

Everything at our wedding was beautiful! Jessica did an amazing job organizing everything and making our special day perfect! Every time we talked, there were never any surprises- it was always exactly how we agreed on. Jessica really made the day and planning stress-free! The food was great and we had so many compliments on it too! And they have the best cookies too! I highly recommend the Double Tree in Alsip!

Doubletree Hilton Alsip was a perfect place for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. From our planner at the Doubletree to the end of our party, everything went smooth. Staff was professional and accommodating to guests requests. It was an exceptional venue for the party.

Christine was amazing. The kitchen/house cleaning/front desk were amazing. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with the way were treated as customers. We had both our ceremony and reception here. We felt like we had planned our reception to the T but we didn't pay too much attention to the ceremony... we walked into the ceremony room on the day of and we were blown away. It was perfect. The only thing that I could say is that price of the rooms for the group rate was rather high at $114 a night. It's a high price for the area. With it being a winter wedding and the chance of unpredictable weather, many of our guests chose to stay at the hotel across the street.

The staff was so helpful and reasonable. They made our budget work for us and made our experience easy and affordable. Jessica Torres was remarkable in putting together our vision and taking all the pressure off the bride. On My wedding day I got to sit back and enjoy the day. I would recommend this venue to anyone. It was worth every cent.

I love my wedding. You all were very nice. Loved loved loved staying there and having my ceremony there too. It made it so wonderful.
My only thought it would have been nice to get a list of people that have worked there that were good florists, dj's, pastors, and such otherwise you all were very nice!

Noelle was our contact at the Double Tree Hotel in Alsip. She was like our own wedding planner. Since the day we booked the reception she was on top of everything. We were given the option of making payments in order to make the burden of the cost a little lighter on us. She was Magnificent before the wedding.
the day of the wedding, we had the manager of drinks, manager of catering and Noelle walking through the wedding making sure everything was running smoothly. The food was delicious, everyone thought the food was great. I would recommend Double Tree in Alsip to all future brides!!!!

DoubleTree by Hilton in Alsip is very nice. The banquet rooms are nice, the hotel rooms are nice and the lobby is nice. I love their on-site restaurant. The Wedding packages are inclusive but they are a little steep in pricing. Overall I am highly satisfied with this vendor.

I would DEFINITELY recommend booking this venue!!! My wedding sales coordinator Jessica was fun to work with and very knowledgeable. If someone didn't know the answer to my question at that time, they found out and got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. My guests RAVED about the food and how BEAUTIFUL the room was!! Everything certainly surpassed my expectations! The money we spent was definitely worth every penny!

So happy with the DoubleTree Alsip!
One of the best things about this venue was the Wedding Coordinator, Clare. From the moment we started considering the DoubleTree to the wedding itself, she went out of her way to make every step of the process easy on us. We dealt with her and only her the entire time, which I liked, and she was professional, pleasant, patient, and generally wonderful to work with. The hotel ballroom itself doesn't initially present itself as an elegant space (they are multipurpose spaces, after all) but on the night of, with the linens and decor and lighting all in place, it was beautiful, just like I pictured. The food was really good (we actually had a really hard time at the tasting because we liked everything we tasted!) and we got several guest compliments on it. The package included the cake - one less thing to worry about separately! - and our one single miscommunication occurred here, about the color of the flowers on the cake. They were still beautiful, and I was bothered for about a second until I thought that if the only mistake that got made the whole night was cake flowers, I could accept that. (We did not actually get to speak to the bakery directly, we went through Clare, so in that area I would say make sure to be very specific on what you want, if you want something very specific.) The price seemed pricey, but the basic package includes a lot, and we did have the ceremony in a separate room (for which they price matched another venue we were looking at, so that was nice) and of course we added extras. All in all, our experience here was great and I would recommend it.

Our wedding coordinator, Jessica Torres, was great to work with! She was accommodating as well as pleasant, and she negotiated with us on many things such as price per guest, what our wedding package would include, and what we could bring ourselves (such as the cake and appetizers!). She was very organized, which allowed everything to go smoothly on our wedding day.

I originally signed with Kelly and was then assigned another coordinator then finally Claire. Claire is not Kelly so don't compare the two. She responded to all of my questions and concerns with prompt service and she made sure everything was just as I had envisioned.

I don't have any reason for couples to not book this venue. All of the options made available to us (can be a bit overwhelming if let it) made everything convenient for us and our guests as well. The DoubleTree Chicago-Alsip even handled our custom cake with attention to the details we desired. The food was great and service reception service really impressed me. The server made sure she anticipated what we may have wanted during dinner service. Finally, we used a personal planner and our DoubleTree wedding planner worked with our private event planner to make our evening wedding a beautifully, laid out affair.
