There are not enough words to say how wonderful this venue is! Everything is taken care of the entire day allowing you not to worry at all! Adam was an amazing help with making sure everything was in the proper place. They kept checking with us during dinner and grabbing us drinks/food we wanted. They were so respectful of my husband’s culture and allowed us to have catered food in addition to their options! I could go on and on about how incredible they are. This venue is worth every single penny!!

We had our wedding at the Doubletree in October and I cannot say enough good things about our experience!! Nikki and Sal went above and beyond to make sure everything went absolutely perfect. Nikki was great even during the last week when we were stressing out the most but she made everything so easy! The staff and everyone was so nice and the suite and ballroom were absolutely beautiful! So happy we chose the Doubletree for our wedding day!

Nikki at Double Tree has been wonderful to work with, so very accommodating with all requests. Nikki and the staff set up the cocktail hour and reception room and the after party room perfectly. They set up our memorial table and put up pictures on each of the tables along with the silk petals. I had a last minute (literally) extra guest and he was given a wonderful meal. The staff treated our guest great, with respect and even helped me pack up our decorations. Nikki- thank you for the after party room- we all had such a great time with the drinking/ dancing and music.
Nikki- I would recommend you and Double tree in a heart beat. Thank you for making our dream come true.

Our wedding reception at DoubleTree was perfect! The staff, especially Nikki, Rachel, and Sal, were so friendly and accommodating to all of our wedding-related needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we had the freedom to decorate as we pleased. The food was also delicious and served in a timely manner. Overall, our experience at the DoubleTree was excellent!

We got married at the DoubleTree on January 19, 2018. The hotel is updated, modern and clean, definitely the best hotel in the Binghamton area. We literally cannot say enough about how wonderful the entire staff was! The food was incredible and the banquet staff worked hard to ensure the entire day ran smoothly. Nikki, the catering sales manager, was a DREAM to work with. She returned our emails promptly, worked to find solutions to any issues we had and truly took a lot of the stress out of the planning process. Sal, the Banquet Manager, was AMAZING - he worked so hard the night before and day of our wedding to ensure that every detail was perfect and that our guests were well taken care of.

I can’t say enough about the DoubleTree Binghamton. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. As a bride, it can get stressful to think about all the tiny little details. Nikki was quick to answer any and all of my questions (which were plentiful). Sal and Adam just made everything a breeze the day of our wedding. Andy and I have been replaying every moment to ourselves since the wedding and we can’t recommend them enough. We also did our ceremony on the DoubleTree property which they also helped out with tremendously. Love love love this place and all of the staff!!!

My husband and I are still on cloud nine after our wedding this past Saturday. It was better than anything we could have imagined, and it’s all thanks to the Doubletree. From day one when we went to see the ballroom for the first time, we were treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. As it got closer & closer to the wedding, Nikki was always available and quick to answer my 500 emails a day. She not only provided me with answers in a very reasonable time frame, but would go out of her way to find out details for me regarding things I had mentioned I would like for the wedding. On top of that, we have heard from multiple wedding guests that the food was the best they’d ever had at a wedding! There is nothing we would change about our experience with the Doubletree. Not only will they provide you with the most amazing night of your life, but they make the whole planning process stress free. Thank you to everyone at Doubletree, especially Nikki!!!

My Husband and I had the most wonderful reception at The Double Tree due to their incredible staff! If we had any concerns or questions they responded to them immediately and with professionalism. We can’t thank the staff enough! It made our night hard to ever forget!

Trevor and I still cannot stop thinking/talking about our wedding reception at the Double Tree. Nikki was absolutely wonderful and during the entire planning process she was constantly available and knowledgeable and always got back to me quickly even when I was emailing her daily and bombarding her with questions :). Our wedding day was beyond perfect and a big reason why is because of Nikki and Sal's professionalism and willingness to help us and accommodate us in any way they could. Our final meeting truly helped put my mind at ease and Nikki and Sal followed through with all of the little details with fidelity. Sal is one of the nicest people we've ever met and he made sure the entire night ran smoothly from start to finish. The entire staff was also extremely attentive and efficient the entire night. The grand ballroom was absolutely beautiful and we were so sad when the night ended. We'd love to relive that night over and over again. Thank you Double Tree, Nikki, and Sal for the best day/night of our lives. I would recommend Double Tree to anyone and everyone!

We used The DoubleTree by Hilton in Binghamton for our wedding reception venue and it was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone looking for a great place to have their wedding reception. Nikki and the staff at the DoubleTree made our wedding go so smoothly and we had no issues at all. They were all so helpful during the process of planning the wedding!

We had an amazing experience with at the DoubleTree. Nikki was amazing to work with! She answered our questions and emails quickly! The entire day was flawless and there was not one thing that went wrong! All of the workers were fantastic. I would recommend the DoubleTree to anyone!!

Booking our wedding reception at the Doubletree was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding day! Even though we lived out of town, I had no doubt that Taylor would be able to help us plan the wedding of our dreams. My groom is gluten free, along with several of our guests, but the kitchen staff went above and beyond to ensure that their meals were prepared for their allergies! One of our groomsmen (who is usually a huge food critic) stated that the prime rib was "the best he's ever had!" The food was fantastic, both during the cocktail hour and the reception. They added rooms to our hotel block as needed, and were very accommodating for all of our guests. The after party in Zone 225 was spectacular and our guests had so much fun playing the different games and hanging out! Taylor made all of our planning so easy, and quickly responded to my many questions. I would highly recommend the Doubletree to anyone planning their upcoming wedding. -Nicole and Matt Miller

This venue is excellent for event space, accommodations, parking and central location, while remaining cost competitive with other venues. The staff is a pleasure to work with and very accommodating on most requests. The wedding reception went off without any issues and the staff was attentive to our every need on the special day.

The DoubleTree is the elite place to have a wedding reception in the Binghamton area. The hotel rooms are updated and modern and the Grand Ballroom has beautiful chandeliers. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend the DoubleTree to anyone planning a wedding in Binghamton.

AMAZING!! Planned our wedding ten hours away and Taylor did an amazing job keeping our nerves calm and everything was simply perfect. One bridesmaid has extreme allergies and the chefs made her meal separately so she would be able to eat. So flexible with everything we requested. Perfect!!

Having my wedding reception at the DoubleTree was the best thing I could have done! They took the stress out of planning the party portion of the night. The hotel itself is stunning and the bridal suite is complementary with the booking of their venue! They have catering and event planners there to help with all of the details every step of the way. They provided many needed items like table linens, cake servers, table number stands, and even centerpieces are included should you choose. They will even set up your venue sight. They were very professional and kind and every guest at the wedding commented on how lovely the reception was and how delicious and timely the served meal was as well! I couldn't be happier with the service at the DoubleTree and would highly recommend this venue to any bride whether they were having a wedding designer/planner or a DIY wedding! It's a perfect location as well near very picturesque places in the downtown Binghamton area which any photographer will love! Their facilities, flexibility and accommodations make this venue top-notch. If you're thinking about booking with the DoubleTree, do it!! You won't regret that you did!

Book early because space fills up quickly! The coordinators are so accommodating and pleasant to work with! Don't fret about a thing because it all comes together PERFECT! Also, visit and ask questions as much as possible - it helps with your nerves and keeps a good line of communication with the venue and all parties involved!

We are so happy we chose the DoubleTree as our venue. We had many out-of-towners coming to the wedding so we wanted to make it easy on everybody and have the ceremony and reception all in one place. This is the nicest hotel in the Binghamton area. Everything is clean and updated. The food during the reception and even room service was absolutely amazing. The staff before, during and after the reception was extremely attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Emily, Catering Sales Manager, was a gem to work with. From the moment we picked the venue she made sure the whole planning process went smoothly. I highly recommend DoubleTree as an event venue.

Wow. We have nothing negative to say about the DoubleTree by Hilton Binghamton. We could not have been happier with our reception!

First of all, Emily, will save you numerous headaches. She answered my crazy bride questions right away, she always had some advice, tips and kept my stress to a minimum while planning. She went above and beyond, and always made us feel like our event was important to the hotel.

The grand ballroom looked awesome!! They did such a fantastic job setting things up. This ballroom is large, open and just what we wanted. The food was delicious, and the service was perfect.

Also, I need to mention how helpful and accommodating Sal and Kendra were! They helped bring everything together with the decor and food the night of our wedding and it was just perfect.

The entire staff at the DoubleTree gave us an OUTSTANDING reception. If you're considering having your wedding reception here....sign the contract. You won't regret it.

While searching for a venue, Emily has so far helped us tremendously ! We met with her one day to check out the venue and we fell in love with the ball room and all she had to offer for a wedding package! Her personality and professionalism can't be beat! We havn't booked our date here yet but we DEFF will be within the week! She made such a good impression that a review ahead of time was completely nessecary !

My wedding was picture perfect. Exceeding my expectations by far! Staff was amazing, food was amazing, room was wonderful. Everything was just perfect and we were treated like royalty!!!! I strongly suggest anyone considering staying here or planning an event here to do so. A special shout out to Sal. He went up and above expectations and was wonderful!!!!

We selected the Doubletree based on the person we'd be working with... but she ended up leaving the company before we got married! Well, everything happens for a reason because we LOVED the DoubleTree!!! We got married in November, so we knew the weather was going to be iffy at best. It ended up snowing 13" on our Sunday wedding day - thank goodness we didn't have to drive and many of our guests didn't have to either! The staff at the DoubleTree met with us several times to get the menu we wanted at the price we needed to stay within our budget. The food was delicious! They helped us set up the decorations and pack them back up at the end of the day. (Yes I had DIY decorations because of the budget I mentioned earlier) Everything ended up being flawless.

This venue was great for our reception. The cocktail hour and reception were hosted here. It was nice to have eachieved event separate from the other as it was important for me that no one saw the reception space prior to my husband and me. Taylor, Sal and all the other banquet and kitchen staff did a wonderful job with the meal and open bar. Would highly recommend using this space for any event!

The DoubleTree is a beautiful venue. Sal, the banquet manager, is simply the best. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and he made the whole wedding day go smoothly. Our wedding coordinator changed twice during our planning process, but the service was ultimately very good. I do wish there had been slightly more communication between the sales office and the front desk, because when I was checking in to the bridal suite the night before the wedding, I was asked what brought me to the DoubleTree for the weekend. Otherwise, everything was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful.

We had the best day ever for our wedding! Nikki was wonderful to work with, especially in the months prior to planning. She quickly responded to all our questions! She was able to accommodate our entire wedding guest head count into the room adjacent to the outdoor courtyard for our ceremony, which was much appreciated! The coordination with her and Adam ensured our design of the layout was flawless ( they put together our centerpieces too just as pictured!) The little details didn't go unnoticed, them bringing the wedding party drinks in between events was above and beyond what we asked. Adam and Nikki were there the entire reception to make sure us and our immediate family were well taken care of, all while we enjoyed a perfectly cooked meal. We are so happy with the entire experience and highly recommend anyone looking to get married in the area to book here!
