Best Videographer!

This was the best thing we did for our wedding - hands down! Rob is so great and jumps right in feeling just like family. I am so grateful to him for creating such a memorable video for us. At the end of the day, all you have left is what is captured on film and Rob does an excellent job of getting all of the special moments. Our wedding video is such a precious treasure and I can't wait to show our kids one day! Book Rob immediately!

Everything we were looking for

If you want a good videographer that will treat you like family and make sure to meet all your needs, then you can stop searching. Rob is a wonderful videographer, not only did he accommodate our short notice, but he was very hands on, made sure to film everything that was important, interacted with our guests, and he felt more like a family member than a vendor we hired. He also captured a moment with my dad, where my dad shared something that I never imagined I’d hear him say. He was just amazing, and he usually is accompanied by his wonderful wife, who is nothing but a sweetheart. I highly recommend hiring this company if you want a videographer who takes care of you, communicates efficiently, and provides a wonderful product on time.

The Best Videographer

Rob was wonderful! Very personable and friendly, he gets the job done! I had people wondering if he was my uncle at the wedding, he fit in perfectly. My husband and I loved our video and I would HIGHLY recommend.

The Best! A Must Have!!

Rob was absolutely outstanding! His professionalism, personality and work are all 5/5! The day of the wedding I barely even knew he was there but yet he managed to capture every special moment plus more. I will say waiting to receive our video back I started to get a little impatient but anytime I reached out to Rob he was never bothered and reassured me it would be worth the wait and boy did he deliver!! Our video is absolutely OUTSTANDING! I could not have picked a better videographer. Thank you for everything Rob!!

You can’t get married without Rob and Don’t Get Married Without Me

Honestly the BEST OF THE BEST!!! This amazing company and the owner Rob will NOT let you down!! We hired them for my sisters wedding 8 years ago and this past December for my wedding as well!! It was a last minute decision due to finances but were able to make it happen and he happen to have this day open!! He came way before and stayed till it was all completely over!! His communication is impeccable and you know you can trust him by how he speaks with the bride and even the family! After now two weddings with Rob he feels like family!! I would HIGHLY recommend them!! Save money else where to get a videographer and always choose Don’t Get Married Without Me!!!!

A must have

We were given compliments on Rob by ALL of our guests. They all enjoyed his presence and enjoyed his videos even more. The Barefeet video was a HUGE selling point and a great way to kick off wedding weekend. Rob was great at communicating and even checked in on us throughout the planning process. The videos took a while to arrive, but boy were they worth it!
Rob's style of video is so unique but so fitting for what we were looking for. I am SO happy we chose to get a videographer--I know this is often a debated expense, but I definitely recommend YES if you are on the fence. Especially if you choose Rob :)
The advice, the interviews, the childhood photos...it all is SO personal and truly unmatched.

The best!

We cannot thank Rob Cross enough for capturing our wedding so beautifully. Our original wedding date was scheduled for April 2020, but we had to unfortunately postpone for several months due to COVID-19. Not only did Rob video our new celebration date in September, but offered to video our original wedding date of only 10 people on our April date. He shows up on time, is full of energy, and made our reception an absolute blast. I cannot recommend Rob enough! He was amazing during wedding prep, throughout the wedding, and the whole evening on our big day. We look forward to watching our video over and over as we relive it due to Rob capturing all of the special moments and more. Thank you so incredibly much for your extremely hard work, dedication, and flexibility to us and our family over these past 7 years. We look forward to working together again in the future!

Rob is a WONDERFUL Videographer

First of all let me say that Rob Cross is so wonderful to work with! He is incredibly genuine, patient and kind, amongst other great qualities. Leading up to our reception, my husband and I lived in another state but Rob still took the time to get to know us and what was important to capture at our reception, even with the distance. This was such a special time in our lives so we really wanted the best videographer to capture everything for us. I highly recommend working with Rob/Dont Get Married Without Me for your wedding or reception like we had. It was an intimate gathering of friends and family and he really captured so many fantastic moments about that night. Seeing my family, friends and husband so happy is something I will always love to look back on and remember. I am so grateful for our perfect little keepsake and I have absolutely no regrets on this decision.

You Don’t Want to Get Married Without Rob!

Beautiful work!! Rob captured our day and now we can watch our dream day whenever we want, and relive the one best days of our lives! The best thing we did for our wedding day was have Rob be apart of our day and there to film every moment. Five stars doesnt even do it justice! The best decision!

The first vendor I had to confirm for my wedding date was Rob! He was the videographer for my sister’s wedding, and I have watched her video countless times, so I knew he had to be there to capture my wedding day too! His videography style is timeless, and he captures all the details and special moments from the morning of the wedding to send off. It is the type of video that you’ll want to watch again and again - it will make you laugh and cry. Rob is so talented, and how he edits/complies the footage is amazing. It’s evident that he truly loves what he does! I don’t enjoy being in front of a camera, but Rob made it easy. He is so personable and many guests mentioned how nice he and his wife (who we had for our Photo Booth) were. One thing I highly recommend is the Barefeet Video. It was perfect for our rehearsal dinner. Rob’s name couldn’t be more fitting - don’t get married without him!

Rob the Magnificent!!

Rob did an AMAZING job as our videographer!! He sat down with us beforehand to get to know us. He even checked up on us in the weeks leading up to the wedding! He didn’t just video the wedding, he took the time to talk to our guests and have real conversations with them. He got them to tell funny stories about us ,which made the end result so touching and wonderful! I am so SO glad we hired him for our wedding cause in the end we got something so unique that we will cherish forever!! Thank you so much Rob! You are AMAZING!!

Don’t skip on the video!!

I was on the hunt for a video guy that’s laid back, talkative and creative. We found that video guy in Rob! He did an amazing job, our video reminds me of Americans funniest home videos from the 90s and that’s what we wanted!! He interviewed our guest, asked my husband and I the same questions so he could piece them together in a magical way! During the father bride dance he has my dad talking about me and what I was like when I was young, then a overlay of photos of us since I was a baby till now, the tears!! It was so sweet. I love our video and I can’t wait to share it will our children one day.
Rob is very understanding, the months up to my wedding I lost my job/business and he was very understanding and not pushy about making a payment, he even called me up and we had mini therapy session together since I was so distraught. I can’t thank him enough!!
Thank you sooo much for the magical video, it’s funny, it’s sweet and best of all it’s us.

Can't go wrong!

Rob was so amazing and did everything right! He made sure to develop a relationship with my new husband and I before our big day and even reached out to my mom. Rob was so easy to talk to and share ideas with and was quick to return messages. I told him what was important to me to have on the video and he made sure to capture it perfectly. On the day of our wedding, it was like the camera wasn’t even there, which helped with those who were camera shy. The wait for the actual video is a few months but I can assure you that it was worth every second and every penny. I now have a beautiful, visual reminder of the memories made that day with my husband and our family and friends that will last us a lifetime!

Absolutely amazing!

Having Rob apart of our wedding was the best thing that we did. My husband and I got married June 22. We had been looking around but no one felt right. When we met Rob I knew he was the right man for the job. He instantly felt like family. He worked his schedule around ours for our Barefeet and got it done so quickly and did such an amazing job. We showed it at our rehearsal dinner and there was not a dry eye in sight it was simply beautiful! Robs work is so unique and he does an amazing job! I am so glad that we had him on our special day! More than just a video

I cannot imagine a better wedding videography service than Rob Cross's Don't Get Married Without Me. The end product, the video itself far exceeded our wildest expectations. However, it was also Rob's professional service from start to finish that impressed both my wife and myself.

Rob's engaging personality is the first element of this service that one encounters. He immediately put us at ease and makes us feel like we were his best customers ever. At the same time he is collecting information about our back story so he can incorporate it into the video narrative. Yes, this is much more that just a "been there, done that" home video. It is a complete production from start to finish, lights, camera, action, story line all produced with astonishing ease minimal intrusiveness at the ceremony and reception themselves. Rob just knows what he is doing and translates the desires of those who know little about video production into a first class product.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Rob did an amazing job capturing our special day! My husband and I went back and forth trying to decide if we really wanted a videographer as we felt as though we were already pushing our wedding budget and could not do much more. We decided to go ahead and book Rob with Don’t Get Married Without Me and it was the by far the best decision we made! Rob was very punctual, very personal, and is very passionate about his work. He cares about his bride and groom with all of his heart and wants them to be happy. He didn’t create just a 10-minute video, he created an hour-long video that captured all the special moments of our wedding day and captured moments my husband and I did not even get to see due to all of the wedding festivities. We are so grateful for Rob and the great video he created for us, as we now have a wedding video we get to watch with each other and share with our family and friends, and hopefully one day with our very own children. My husband and I will cherish this video for forever. I give Rob 10 stars!!!!!! Rob is not just a vendor, he is genuinely a man who cares. He was able to capture every single detail of the wedding from the dress to the reason I wore boots (there are a lot more details, but it would make this review REALLY long). He made me feel special during the craziness of the day. It was so wonderful to see the video because it all went by so fast. He was able to capture the love, the fun and the excitement!!!!

There are not enough words to describe the job done by Rob Cross! He showed up early, stayed late, had fun and became part of our family! My family did wedding videography for many years, long ago (they helped start the Houston Wedding Association and the Bridal Extravaganza) They have long since left the business, but because of them, I had in my mind what I expected from a wedding videographer...Rob far exceeded those expectations. He was the BEST vendor I secured for our day, and worth every single penny. He is such a delight to work with (it really feels like he's family!) He checked on us multiple times throughout our wedding planning process, and not a single time to request a payment, always to call and check in, see how we were all doing, to make sure we were okay (we were planning when Hurricane Harvey hit) and to just talk and catch up. As if that wasn't great enough, we received frequent updates and always felt in constant contact with Rob--our questions/emails were always answered promptly, we got phone calls and texts with production updates, even got sneak peeks posted on facebook for us to view. We felt loved, appreciated, and taken care of the WHOLE process. I swear, I didn't think our experience could get any better--then we received our video. Let me tell you, he captured EVERYTHING. All those little moments you think no one notices, song choices, every single one of our guests ended up on our video at some point. He caught so much, I am not convinced he doesn't have a twin. I am absolutely overwhelmed the the amount of amazing that Rob is, and will recommend him, 100%, to any and everyone I ever meet looking for a videographer. He is SOLID GOLD!!

Rob Cross is seriously the best!!! We LOVE Love love our wedding video so so much!! From our Barefeet video on how my husband and I met to our actual big day Love Story video when we tied the knot, both are ABSOLUTELY AmAzInG!!!! We’ve (along with our parents, family, and friends) have had so much fun watching it multiple times already and we’ve only been married for six months, so I cannot even imagine how much more we will treasure these videos along with all these special memories for a lifetime!!! AMAZING....When you start planning a wedding, the first thing that comes to mind is how much everything cost. Being the mother of the bride, that was top priority. So, after hearing my daughter wanted a videographer, I thought to myself, that is not necessary. Boy, did I think wrong. It is one of the most important things you can include in your planning. My daughter fell in love with Rob, DontGetMarriedWithoutMe.com, and that was all it took. He made the Barefoot Production for them and every time I watch it, it makes me cry. Rob is professional and friendly and made them feel comfortable and carefree. During the wedding and reception he leaves no stone unturned. I can not say enough about how incredible Rob is. He is such a caring and genuine man. He would email and check up on me before the wedding which I appreciated. Even jokingly offered to make me a dress when I was stressing that mine wasn't done with alterations a couple of days before the wedding. I did not meet him in person before the wedding though. However, the day of- it was like we had been family members forever. He was able to make me laugh and relax even before I went down the aisle . When I got my wedding video back to watch online, it was everything I wanted AND MORE. To relive that special moment over again.... he captured it PERFECTLY! I received the DVDS in the mail later and they were packaged nicely (you could tell with love). He had a picture of him and his wife with a sweet personal message on it. I know some people skip the videographer because of the cost but rewatching your day is so worth it. Especially if you have an amazing guy like Rob capture it all for you. Thank you again Rob. Currently thinking of what else I need a videographer and photographer for to hang out with you and Alex again!

Rob is absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better videographer for our wedding! Not only is he so sweet and great to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process, he made our wedding feel like a fairytale. He captured every moment of our wedding and the guests loved him! To be honest, I was worried that I might feel awkward in front of a camera, but I was actually completely unaware of when he was recording- and so were the guests. Wow. Where do we even begin?!!! Rob Cross completely outdid himself!!! Our wedding video is more than we ever could have imagined or dreamed of. He captured every moment, every special person... every memory from the best day of our life. We personally cannot thank him enough for the lifetime treasure that he has created for us. It truly is more than just a video, it's more than a production or even a story. It's art. It is so breath taking, heartwarming, captivating.... it had us crying and then laughing!!! He captured things we missed or even have forgotten... such special memories all on film for us for a lifetime. The storyline that Rob has produced is so incredibly beautiful and so perfectly told. The transition from one thing into the other.... we just kept holding our breath!! The mother/son and father/daughter dances.... oh my goodness, they are truly the most beautiful parts of the video!! The way he infused pictures of us as children with our parents and caught the facial expressions and true inner heart of these special dances with out parents. My goodness... that's talent and something that even a "thank you" doesn't begin to cover. Most importantly, and most special to us.... how Mr. Rob transitioned into our song of "Love Will Keep Us Alive" with the shots of us getting our pictures taken outside.. and to even incorporate us walking from our "Barefeet" to us walking down the aisle!!!! And then he focused on our most special dance... There are no words of gratitude to express just how much this hour long video means to my husband and I. Rob not only portrayed perfectly who we are, what our wedding represented.. but he captured our love story. Thank you just isn't even enough!!!! Rob Cross was the best videographer, friend and true "Uncle Rob" that we could have had beside us during our entire engagement process and wedding!!!

Rob is such a warm and genuine person. He was great to work with. And our wedding video exceeded my (already high) expectations. It was simply amazing! Having Rob as our videographer was the best decision we made for our wedding. We knew the video would be wonderful from all the great reviews, but it exceeded our expectations! It has almost been a year and a half since Rob videoed our wedding and I still can't stop watching it. I fall in love with it even more each time I watch it. Rob is probably the best wedding videographer in Houston/DFW/Austin. We we're so lucky to run into him at a wedding show in Houston. I will never regret having him. He first, gets to know you. Who you are, your fiance, wedding details... things that a friend wants to know. And that's what makes him so special. Other videographers get your name, come and go on the day of. But, Rob and his services are unique. He designs your video for WHO you really are and in the end, you find a friend, not just a videographer. Now, let me tell you, my wedding was partly a disaster. My original outdoor venue flooded 2 days before the ceremony and we were scrambling to plan everything from Houston for the wedding in Austin. After the wedding was over, I was so sure that my wedding was such a mess that there was no way that he could've caputured anything but me running around and stressed out and the drama that I dealt with. When we received our wedding video, I was in tears. It was beautiful. He captured the most special moments, even in the midst of the crazy, and made them shine. I felt like I was about to stand in my wedding again and I was falling in love with my husband all over again. He protrayed my wedding, really, the way I wanted it. He is so talented. You can tell that he took care and time into the actual video and it was almost like you designed it for yourself. It's hard to explain! Do your future self a favor and get him. You will not regret it.

Rob and his team are absolutely amazing! He is an major asset for your wedding team. He was the videographer for one of my best friend’s as well as my sister’s weddings and I knew that I had to have him for my own! He is very easy to work with and somehow gets you to talk as if there isn’t a camera staring right at you. My husband and I love our Barefeet video and it was such a special thing to share with our wedding party at our rehersal dinner. We just recently received our Love Story video (wedding highlights) and it is absolutely amazing. It takes a while to get your video but that is only because Rob puts so much love and time into making an amazing, one of a kind video of your special day.

My daughter got married at the end of October. We met Rob at the Bridal Extravaganza December 2015. As her mother I always knew I wanted my daughter to have a videographer at the wedding because when you go back years later and watch the video it brings back so many memories that you wouldn't have otherwise remembered. The video tells the whole story, We fell in love with Rob the minute we met him. We put our money down that day and I'm telling you it was the best decision I've ever made!! Rob far exceeded our expectations. He produced the bride and groom's barefoot video which was spectacular and a huge hit at the rehearsal dinner. It was funny and emotional.....what a great memory!! Four years before getting engaged, I fell in love with Rob's work after watching the "Love Story" he created for an old friend. I did not attend the wedding, but after watching the video, I felt like I was there. I laughed, I cried (literally) and dreamed of the day when I would get to watch my very own "Love Story". Days after getting engaged, Rob was the first vendor I contacted and booked. Right away, it was clear that Rob was more than just another wedding vendor. He's a friend, someone I knew I could turn to for advice throughout my 23 month engagement. Rob quickly becomes part of the family. He is someone who truly cares about his brides and does everything in his power to make dreams come true. I've attended the Bridal Extravaganza six times and have visited with nearly every booth; you will NOT meet anyone more passionate/genuine/caring than Rob.

Tonight, six years after falling in love with someone else's "Love Story", I sat beside my new husband and watched our very own "Love Story". One of the many things I love most about Rob's company compared to others is the hour long comprehensive video allowing you to relive the magic (versus trying to pack in a whole day's worth of memories into a 10 minute video). Watching our "Love Story" has filled my heart with so much joy. The story, the music, the pictures, the footage -- perfection! I am so lucky to have had such a special and talented person capturing the most important day of our lives.

My final advice to all brides: Do not get married without Rob!!

Booking Rob for my daughter's wedding video was one of the best decisions we made. He captured all of the details of the wedding and reception beautifully!! The final product contained lots of sweet and funny mini-interviews with people that really showed the love and happiness we were all feeling that day. Rob, completely blew us away with his work. When we first started talking out and planning our wedding, we never thought about having a videographer. When we started asking wedding suggestions from family and friends, we started looking into it. Everyone had nothing but great things and experiences from it.

Rob, reached out and I remember that very day, our first phone call together felt like I had already known him for years. It was a connection with a stranger that is very rare to find these days. He was happy and funny and so excited to share this important event in Chris and I 's life. He went out of his way to accommodate us throughout the entire journey. Chris and I had hard schedules at work and Rob squeezed us in any way that he could. From the first video that we filmed, through the follow up phone calls to the very BIG DAY, Rob took care of us like family. We couldn't have asked for a better guy to be with us. Everyone loved him at our wedding. His commitment to making this special for us, is something that is hard to find and we were very lucky to have him. I would a 100% recommend Rob to anyone and everyone for any event in their lives. One thing I can say is that my husband and I would have regretted not having our special day recorded, being able to see it on video has brought back so many memories and emotions. If you are looking for a videographer Rob is your guy. When he says don't get married without him. DON'T GET MARRIED WITHOUT HIM! You won't regret anything and you will be stress free. Wow, wow, wow!! Words can not express how amazing Rob was! I saw Rob and his work at an extravaganza and I knew instantly that I wanted him at my wedding. From the first communication to the last with him there was a feeling of comfort like I had known him my entire life. I know when you are looking at the price that it may be something you are hesitant to spend money on but trust me this is one thing you must absolutely have at your wedding. I watched my video for the first time with my husband and was in tears about how well Rob was able to capture the essence of the day! Like all the other reviews are saying he is amazing and this is something that you will not regret having to look back on when you and your husband are 50 sitting on the front porch sipping iced tea pulling it out to show your grandkids. (having to explain to them what a DVD is I'm sure) This was the best investment of my whole wedding by far and Rob is the perfect guy to do that! Just remember to book him enough in advanced so that you are able to make sure you can get him!!!

Honestly 5 stars is NOT enough for Rob!! He deserves AT LEAST 5 more!! I don't even know where to begin! remarkable, exceptional, extraordinary, amazing, astonishing, phenomenal, incredible -- I could go on all day. He is such a delight to talk to, and you can really tell he does this out of love vs so many others who do it just for the paycheck! He listens to you, and gets to know you so that he can produce a film that tells YOUR story... I couldn't be happier with the end result.

When my photographer left my wedding early - he MADE sure to find one of my guests with a decent camera to take pictures so that I would have pictures of our exit! That's what I'm talking about ABOVE AND BEYOND - because he didn't have to do that!!!

Where do I start? Rob is absolutely the BEST decision I made for my wedding. My husband and I were debating on videography, and I will admit, I cried after my wedding thinking that I may have went without. I am so glad we found Rob. I met him at the extravaganza and my mom saw me light up. She couldn't help but say yes (this was her one expense). What an amazing woman! Rob is more than just a vendor. He is someone that I trusted, someone I was excited to see throughout the process, and he became someone I completely admire. Rob knows how to work with people and how to make each couple feel special, yet unique. He is simply a great person, with a great heart, doing what he loves. I was so excited about doing the barefeet video, my husband was not....until we saw the result. What an AMAZING way to capture our love today, so we can one day forever remember how we felt in the days leading up to our wedding. YOU MUST DO A BAREFEET VIDEO! I also did a daddy's girl video, which we shown at the reception in place of the father daughter dance (my dad is in a wheelchair). Everyone loved it, and everyone was amazed with Rob's work. We haven't received our video from our wedding yet, but I have no doubt it will exceed our expectations, and we will adore it. The only regret i have is that i didn't get a picture with him at my wedding. He and his work are so special to me, i wish i had a picture with him. Rob truly was a blessing through this process. I kept, and still keep, thinking of ways to thank him...forgetting that this was his job. To me, he was like a pal, just helping me out. I think I was almost more excited to see him when he showed up at our wedding than most of our guests. It's amazing how much of an impact he made in such a relatively short amount of time. Picking vendors for your big day is not easy unless you have the opportunity to meet someone like Rob he is PHENOMENAL. I had the honor to meet him at the Bridal Show and he instantly melted my heart! I was crying like crazy in the middle of the show just by watching his videos he had on display. My mom basically threw her CC at him without us caring about his cost because he honestly MADE my wedding day special and after I thought it was all over I got the best gift anyone could get and that was his videos and I get to sit back and watch my wedding day anytime I want and feel the emotions of my day over and over and I can never repay him for this! I feel like date brought me Rob! My videographer backed out 3 weeks before my wedding. I emailed and called everyone I could find and Rob called me back, telling me that he was available, something that never happens for a man who is booked at least a year in advance! Rob made magic with our video! He was so perfect the day of- you totally forgot everything you were saying was on video! The guests loved him, our families loved him, we LOVE him! We just got our video back yesterday from our Wedding in May. It was beyond amazing! There were so many details that I did not even see on our wedding day that were captured. So many happy moments that we will forever have. Rob was booked on our wedding day so Adriana was our videographer. She was so much fun and did such an amazing job. Our guests loved her! The footage she got from interacting on the dance floor was great! She arrived earlier than I did, made everyone feel comfortable, and just so pleasant to deal with. She really felt like a friend more than a videographer! As for the entire process before, Rob was so awesome to work with! He called to check up during the process, called the week of the wedding to see how I was doing and told me not to stress and was very prompt by email on any questions I had. He even called me while he was in Mexico! They were by far our favorite out of anyone else! The quality of the video, the communication, and everything else in between is why you really shouldn't get married without them! You seriously won't find anything out there like him. He genuienly cares about his work and brides and not there just for money like most.

Rob absolutely made our wedding for us, and I can't wait to see the finished product. He takes great pains to not be a vendor but to be a friend attending your wedding that just so happens to have a video camera. His work is fantastic - look at his website if you don't believe us - but it's truly his personality that sets him apart from any other videographer you might be considering. Even though our wedding was only a few weeks ago, it's a blur to us. Having his video of the day will remind us of all the things we've already forgotten (and I'm sure things we didn't even know of!). One word of advice that a lot of other reviews will echo: you simply HAVE to get the Barefeet. Yes, it's an additional cost but it is the single best thing we did as we prepared for our wedding. Rob Cross has been a beautiful blessing to our family! I truly believe God placed our paths in line to meet. I came to The Knot looking for a videographer. I found Rob and the wonderful reviews peaked my interest. I called him and told him my special story. Ten years ago my husband and I were married at the JP in California. My husband was in the Navy and he was leaving on a year deployment. We had no family or friends there to celebrate. I had always dreamed of having a wedding and especially wearing a wedding dress and having pictures! We decided on our ten year anniversary we would renew our vows in the church with family, and of course a wedding dress! We have two daughters and included them in every aspect of the ceremony. When I told Rob our story he was immediately eager to take on the job as our videographer. He was so warm and caring. He was like a life long family friend even though we had only spoken on the phone. We renewed our vows on a week night and it was a family only, small ceremony, but beautiful and full of love. Rob was there to capture every moment. Since my daughters were part of the ceremony, reading scriptures and singing, it was so important I had those moments captured on video! Everyone loved Rob! He just fit right in. He is so friendly and kind. His beautiful sweet wife was there too and you have never met a nicer couple. They genuinely care about you and your moment. It's not just a "job" for Rob, but a pure love and passion for other's happiness and capturing your special day. We have now watched the video several times in the past few days since we received the video and we tear up with love and joy every time. Rob was seriously a HUGE blessing! He made such an effort to really get to know us before the wedding. I was taking 12 hours of grad school and working full time while planning a wedding, and he really was so patient with reaching out to me. He worked around our schedule and was so pleasent to be around. We did a barefoot video, which is seriously a MUST!! It turned out so beautiful.

At the wedding, he felt like one of our guests. Everyone loved him. He fit right in with all of our family and friends. People are still talking about how amazing he is!! OUR VIDEO! It was breathtaking. It was the perfect amount of funny, serious, and loving. He had us all crying and laughing. I couldn't have asked for anything better. He is so genuine and loving. You can really tell he has a real love for what he does Rob is a must have at your wedding. I mean it!!!! You wont regret it at all!!

There almost aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful Rob Cross is. From start to finish he truly was the best individual to work with during the process of planning our wedding. At some points while working with other wedding vendors I felt very overwhelmed, whether it be from my indecisiveness of what I wanted on my big day or just the cost of whatever I was about to spend on their services. However, I never once felt that with Rob. When I inquired about his videography services he immediately called me just to chat and get to know me a little bit, which was a pleasant surprise! We spoke frequently before the wedding and he really helped me feel at ease and gave me some great tips for the wedding day to just enjoy the whole experience and soak it all in. Compared to other videographers, his service is very affordable with just as good if not better quality wedding videos. He really loves what he does and I think that makes all the difference when you are working with someone on one of the most important days of your life. When my husband and I got our video we were able to relive our wedding night all over again! We laughed, we cried and we were able to experience all the love from that night. We were delighted to see interviews from our family and friends, which really added a unique touch. Rob made my wedding experience better and I am so grateful that my husband and I will be able to share the best day of our lives with our family, friends and eventually children and grandchildren. Rob has a fun and calming personality. While at my wedding he didn't overwhelm me with questions while I was handling other tasks or trying to enjoy myself. He knows exactly what he's doing and you'll barely notice he's there. He's so fun that people think he's part of your guests. Don't worry about anything getting filmed that you wouldn't want to remember because he's an excellent editor. For instance, it rained for a week straight before our outdoor wedding and my husband was yelling at his groomsmen a lot of the time. Was that in the video? No. And I didn't need to tell him to remove it. You don't have to worry about anything with Rob. He's an expert. My video makes my wedding look FLAWLESS. Every woman's dream memory.

Words feel inadequate when trying to describe how amazing Rob is and how beautifully he has captured memories my husband and I will cherish for a lifetime. I never thought I wanted a wedding videographer until I met Rob at the Bridal Extravaganza. Then once the thought settled in that I HAD to have Rob at the wedding my husband and I deliberated if we could even afford it. We ended up making budget cuts elsewhere because photography and the video were our biggest priorities.

The video Rob has created for us is PRICELESS! It will be something we cherish forever and that has captured our perfect day complete with friends and family. It is something I can't wait to show our children someday. Even years down the road after we have lost loved ones and aged we have this beautiful memory we can visit.

Rob is the best professionally and personally. He is passionate about what he does and it comes through in his work. He was always checking in with me to see how I was and was the first to contact me with questions about my preferences. Everybody at the wedding LOVED him and remarked on how nice he was. Honestly, he blended in so well with the guests that I didn't even feel like I had a camera in my face, but he still managed to capture everything. Rob feels like family now and he will be included in everything we celebrate throughout our marriage.

I can't imagine why you are even searching for another videographer after finding this one. Don't make the mistake of going with someone else. Rob is the best! My husband was joking just last night that Rob has made me cry more times throughout our wedding video than my husband has witnessed throughout our entire relationship.

My wedding day will always hold a special place in my heart and by default so will Rob Cross, because he so beautifully captured what I simply cannot put into words. I am almost in tears again writing this when I think about everything he captured for us. Book now, you won't regret it!

STOP YOUR VIDEOGRAPHY SEARCH RIGHT NOW AND HIRE ROB!!!! Seriously, DON'T GET MARRIED WITHOUT HIM! Rob was the PERFECT!! You will NOT be disappointed!! We just got married last week so we don't actually have our video back yet, however, I couldn't wait to make a review for this guy. His presence alone was enough for me to recommend him! Rob made our day smooth sailing, he made us laugh all day, and eased our nerves with his constant charisma and joy! Leading up to the wedding, Rob would call me randomly just to check up on me and make sure everything was going well! Rob always has the camera on his shoulder but you never really noticed it because he would just hold a regular conversation with you and ask you questions regarding the big day and made it feel as though you weren't being recorded! Rob was so much fun and got along with everyone, and made us all feel like he was our best friend. He even got on the dance floor and danced with us! I searched and searched for a good video guy and came across a lot of stuck up, arrogant "artists" who were really overpriced and proud of it. And then I was referred to Rob and felt so at ease and like I could really trust him with my special day. He is extremely professional, so wonderful to talk to and plan with, and on the day of my wedding EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE loved him! His presence screams fun, happy, excited, and there's a genuine care with him. And on top of it, he is SO great at putting together the footage and making the video perfect! Rob Cross not only made our wedding day an extraordinary one, he has literally allowed us to relive that special day in our lives, which is more than I could have ever imagined. He is the most easy-going, funny, comforting, talented person I have ever met.

We decided to go with Rob because he was the videographer for my husband's cousin's wedding. My husband had showed me their wedding website and the video that Rob had created for them. I did not attend their wedding, but WOW after watching their video I sure did feel like it.

When you book Rob, you will realize that he becomes more of a friend rather than just another vendor for your wedding day. He is literally there ALL DAY capturing every moment from getting ready, to the sparkler send off at the end of the day. He nonchalantly interviews the wedding party, friends and family throughout the whole day. Everybody that I talked to that day had NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL THINGS TO SAY ABOUT ROB.

After the big day, you send all of your pictures from the photographer to Rob. He incorporates those photos into the finished wedding video. After you have given him your photos, it takes a couple months for him to finish the entire video. BUT let me tell you, the wedding video was SO worth the wait. HE EVEN CREATES A WEBSITE AND PUBLISHES THE VIDEO ON IT. My husband and I cannot believe that we can actually relive the most special day in our lives. I also have a bunch of family in Canada that were not able to attend and I'm absolutely pleased and excited that they will be able to feel like they were there.

If for some reason you are still having second thoughts, go take a look at the website and our video at www.jessicanderic.net. I'm still in shock of how amazing it is.

We are just so thrilled and happy that we decided to go with Rob as our videographer. We truly don't know what we would have done without him. He is one of the best decisions we have ever made.

Ummm... what can I say about Rob that others haven't said already? I almost feel like rating Rob as a vendor is kind of an insult to him. I mean, he called me periodically throughout the year to check on me. Who does that?!

I wanted to surprise my husband with a video from his parents about him. Rob coordinated with his parents and somehow got the video edited and sent to me a few days before the wedding. It brought tears (almost) to my hubby's eyes (and that's hard to do!)

Our barefeet video was also really great. The editing was fantastic. Everyone who saw it had the same reaction: "AWWWWW!"

During the wedding, we decided to hold a hula hoop contest and Rob came up to me and said, "Isn't that Aunt Peggy?!" I was so surprised. It's like he knew all the members of our families! I don't even know how or when that happened! Rob is... magical! Hire him or you will regret it forever!! Just do it! Don't ask questions!

Rob and Adriana are wonderful!! They were kind and professional. Last minute (a month before our wedding) we realized we did not have a videographer! With Rob's calm, cool and professional way, he was confident that we could still have a beautiful Barefeet video and also time to organize the wedding video as well.
Adriana was there the day of my wedding and she was so wonderful. It was like a cousin or auntie just hanging out with me while I got ready that morning. She was sweet, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend her!
Both her and Rob called me leading up to the wedding to check in on me. This added a special touch to the experience.
My husband and I were not at first comfortable with the idea of a camera/videographer, BUT after meeting Rob and Adriana it was like they were part of the family!

Aside from marrying my husband, picking 'DontGetMarriedWithoutMe.com' as our videographer was the best decision I ever made in regards to our Apr-2014 wedding. Viewing Rob Cross’ work on his website, I fell in love with his style – I knew that there was no way I could go with anyone else!
I love that he films the preparations for the wedding as well as the footage he captures of the guests, in addition to the ceremony of couse. It truly makes the video that much more special to us.
His editing of the video is SO impressive. You feel as though you’re reliving the wedding each time you watch the video. All of the special moments and the memorable ‘behind the scenes’ events are captured perfectly.
Rob was always extremely accessible and professional. He was such a joy to work with, completely stress-free! Weddings aren’t cheap, but this is one expense we will never ever regret spending. I HIGHLY recommend Rob and his partner Adrianna (who filmed our wedding) – they truly have a gift for what they do. Go view his work on his website and you’ll fall in love with him just like we did!

The Name Says It All!

Seriously. DO NOT GET MARRIED WITHOUT HIM! Rob isn't your "typical" vendor. He goes above and beyond everything you expect and you can tell he truly loves what he does. It shows in how he treats everyone and definitely shows in his work. My husband and I LOVE LOVE LOVE our video. Even after only six months, we had forgotten some of the things that happened but Rob captured them all and you can't put a price on that (if you did, it should be for a heck of a lot more than he charges)! No kidding.

I was one of those brides that was super budget-conscious (what bride isn't) but let me tell you - there are three things you don't want to cut corners on: 1) your videographer 2) your photographer 3) your DJ/Band. Your music keeps everyone entertained and makes it memorable for your guests but your video and photos are ALL, I repeat, ALL you will have left once time passes and the memories fade. The photos are great because you can reminisce or spark memories when looking through them but with the video, you GET TO RELIVE IT! Why wouldn't you want to be able to do that? It is the biggest day of your life and after spending so much money on flowers that die, food and cake that get eaten, a dress you'll never wear again...the list goes on for days...WHY on Earth would you not want anything and everything possible to remember and cherish such a special day and all the hard work you put into it?! Rob is THE ONLY way to go.

He seriously treats you like family and makes you feel like you are the only thing important to him when he is with you and that is not something that you can fake. He called a few weeks before the wedding, not for business or to collect money but just to see how I was and to remind me to take it one day at a time and to enjoy every last minute no matter how stressful because it goes by in the blink of an eye and he was SO right. But really, WHO ELSE DOES THAT?!

Rob is absolutely amazing and so much fun to work with. I met him with a friend at the Bridal Extravaganza in Houston. She used him for her wedding and we enjoyed him so much that I decided I had to have him for mine. He is very passionate about his work and loves people. Rob was quick to respond to any questions I had and got our videos done in a timely manner (my husband was very much looking forward to getting the video so this was important). I was so nervous about being on camera, but you don't even know he is videotaping, it just seems like he is holding a conversation with you. All of my guests we very impressed and had no problem opening up to him, which made for a funny and wonderful video memory. He joined in the fun of the reception and made our day even more special. Rob shot my wedding video in March, and he is absolutely amazing!!! He truely cares, and treats you like a part of his family. I loved getting the random "how are you" calls from him leading up to the big day, which always seemed to be at the perfect time! Everyone in my bridal party was super comfortable with Rob - you forgot the camera was even there! He caught so many amazing moments that will be cherished by my family forever! Also, his production style is like no other! I've seen my share of wedding videos, and nothing compares to the quality you will receive from Rob!

On a side note, word of advice - do the BareFeet Side Dish!!!! We ended up playing the video at our wedding, and it was a huge hit!!!

Last year for my wedding, my husband and I were looking for Photographer. Since we had a mixed wedding of Persian-Iraninan and American it was hard to just pick either or style of taste. We were turing internet in and out to find a fun with artistic work photographer. I am not surprised when I read some of the other reviews and they say that Rob was the best vendor they had on their wedding day. Stole the words out of my mouth because that is truly how I feel. The wedding industry has become such a "business" that it seems most vendors have forgotten the importance of making their clients feel special throughout any interaction they have whether it is before, during, or after the big day. Rob is hands down the only vendor that I felt delivered this kind of service to me. I had a million requests and he had no problem working with me and never made me feel guilty for asking. A wedding is a once in a lifetime experience and he understood how to make that experience easier and better. He even handled things that weren't in his job description, like making my photographer come back for me at the end of the night when he apparently left early without saying anything. Don't get married without him, trust me. He is more than just a videographer, he is someone that really cares about making your day and the memory of it extra special.

Rob is BY FAR the BEST vendor I worked with throughout my entire wedding planning process! He has the ability to make you feel calm, cover all the details and provide an exceptional level of customer service. He made the whole experience personal to us and really listened to our story and captured the moments perfectly for us to enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend increasing your budget in this category and booking him for your "barefeet" session to capture you and your spouse's love story that you can use to show at your rehearsal dinner or wedding. We have watched it probably 10 times and fall in love with Rob and each other every time! I have already referred him to friends and without a doubt will continue to refer. His company name says it all "Don't get Married without Me" and I suggest you don't get married without using Rob as your videographer. We recently used Rob for my daughters wedding. Rob was the easiest vendor to work with. Once you meet him, you think you have known him you entire life. His way of videoing is the best. He talks and chats with you and you don't even have a clue he is taping the entire conversation. This makes for a natural conversation and not one where your guest are nervous about talking, afraid they will look silly on camera. We all can't wait to see the final production, as we know it will be amazing. Thanks Rob, your the best :)

Our wedding florist recommend Rob to us. She told us that we had to call him because he was the absolute best there is. She was right!!! Rob and his staff were beyond amazing. Working with them was like working with a friend. They are there because they want to get to know you and they are just as excited about the wedding as you are. We started with the barefoot video which was amazing. We played it during dinner at our reception and every guest there had awesome things to say about it. Many people still tell me that was the coolest thing they has seen at any wedding. It gives everyone a chance to know you as a couple. We recently got to watch our wedding video and I was blown away! Every moment of the whole day was captured!! The quality off his work is amazing. He adds so many little personal touches and moments that will blow you away! We were both so incredibly excited to get our video back and are so pleased with it. We LOVE LOVE LOVE it! If there is any question as to if you should hire Rob, DO IT! Another thing that is so awesome about Rob is that he does not charge by the hour and not unreasonable. He gets there does before and then stays the ENTIRE time, no extra costs for so many hours over your package- he's just along for the ride which we really enjoyed. His work is incredible and you get your own website with your video on it for an entire year in addition to the DVD's you get. SO WORTH IT! We are so happy we made this decision!

Rob is so incredible he even got my husband and I our plates to eat at our reception because we could not make it to the food line without being stopped a million times. I can't rave enough about his professionalism and fun personality; At one point he handed the camera off and was even dancing with everyone! Hire him now! I promise you will be so happy you did!

We went to the bridal extravaganza and saw Dontgetmarriedwithoutme.com and got to see Rob's product. My husband and I were super impressed. We took the information, but we weren't sure it would fit in our budget.

I continued to research and research different vendors. Some were bare bones, but they charged per hour. When you have a longer wedding AND reception, it quickly got expensive.

For the vendors that appeared to have a nicer product, I knew they were out of our league.

I began to give up hope and just didn't think we'd find one that we could afford, and kept checking Rob's website, wishing for a miracle.

About a month before the wedding, I decided I would reach out to Rob and see if our date was even available.

To my surprise, it was!! And Rob was super sweet. He worked around our budget, and allowed us to make payments. He was Texas sweet and absolutely wonderful. We were SO excited!

In the days leading up to the wedding, Rob called me. He tried to calm my nerves (even though he would be getting married two days after we did) and started our time line. He got there before I did, and captured my arrival. He filmed details before hand and helped to ease our nerves a little.

He was there for the entire ceremony and reception. He went around with the photographer and even suggested done gorgeous shots.

We got our product this weekend. My husband and I watched the video, reliving our wonderful day. It is beautiful in quality, with just the right amount of humor! The music was expertly selected. He even put every thing on a web site so I can send it out to all of our guests, so they can relive our special day.

I would definitely select Rob, over and over again. I'm so glad we picked him. He made my husband and I feel like family. You will not regret your decision to use Don'tgetmarriedwithoutme.com.

Rob is awesome! A friend recommended me to him, and I couldn’t be more thankful I chose him to be our wedding videographer. From our very first phone conversation I could tell Rob loved what he did and cared about his brides. He continued to check up on me throughout the wedding planning process, and always had great ideas and suggestions. On our wedding day, Rob got out of his car and immediately turned on his camera, and I can’t say that I ever saw him turn it off. The footage he got was incredible! Before the wedding was even over our friends and family were asking who our videographer was and commenting on just how awesome he was.

Rob created our video and sent it to us to review before it was finalized. This allowed us to make any changes we wanted before having our final masterpiece.

We are just thrilled with our video!

What can I say that other people have not already said about the Exceptional Rob Cross? Or as he likes me to call him, Roberto! There is an essence about him that allows you to relax so you don't look like a nervous idiot on the video. He makes the video about family and friends, and I loved seeing all the moments I missed on my wedding day on the video. A bride can't possibly be everywhere at one time, but Roberto made it possible for me to do so while I watched my wedding video! All it takes is for you to meet him once.....and you'll be in love. I promise.

OMG!!! Can you say AMAZING!!! Rob is the best you can find out there. We love the fact that you can relive your whole wedding day by just sitting down in the comfort of your own home and watch your DVD. A M A Z I N G !!!! Do not give it a second thought! Do we really need a videographer? YES...DO IT!! Not just any videographer...Don't Get Married Without Me couldn't have a better name! Rob will capture EVERY BREATHTAKING moment of YOUR SPECIAL DAY!!! To be able to view things such as the Quartet arriving and playing as the guests arrived..we never saw that..we were getting ready. When we got the Wedding Video, we were RELIVING the day all over again, and then some! To be able to see guests signing the guest book, and being seated, mingling amongst themselves..their anticipation..Rob captured it all! We also purchased one of his SIDE ORDERS called Barefoot..where Rob videoed the couple abt 3 months before the Wedding..All they were told is to bring some favorite pictures of themselves growing up thru the years, and then pictures of them throughout their relationship! We played this at the very beginning of the Wedding Reception Before the Newlyweds entered ...it was BRILLANT! It told their Love Story..and the oohs and aahs from their baby pics...I cannot say enough abt Rob...his name says it all....DONT GET MARRIED WITHOUT ME !!! My daughters wedding will never fade...we can always watch it over and over and over...and as Mother of the Bride...I HAVE....It made me laugh one min..and cry the next..Dont think of the price as an excuse not to use Rob...cut the budget elsewhere if need be...I PROMISE YOU...HE IS PRICELESS!! Thank you Rob..you have given me Memories I can treasure a Lifetime!

I was really on the fence about spending the money on a Videographer for our wedding. I spoke to a friend though and she highly recommended Rob from Don't Get Married Without Me. She showed me her video and it was amazing. I decided to call Rob and from our initial conversation I knew this would be well worth it! Rob is extremely creative and the video is so much more than just a video of the days events. He really takes the time to make it something you'll want to watch again and again.

I highly recommend Don't Get Married Without Me and am so happy we used them for our special day!

My father was totally against having a videographer and somehow my mom and I met Rob and ofcourse we had to have him at my wedding. On my wedding day Rob was a dream, he was there and enjoying the party like everyone else and even Miced my husband without me knowing it! He got along with everyone and was a joy to work with. So after the wedding my dad was still a critic and didn't really understand why we had him there or even why we needed a wedding video. We just got back our demo video and my dad has watched the whole 1 hour video 3 times! And my Dad forbids us in changing ANYTHING about the video!
If you are wondering if you need a video.. the answer is YES.. you are already spending too much money not to remember it all (and no mater what you wont and can't remember it)
If you are wondering if Rob is the right person for you...the answer is YES! He really gets people to come out of their shells and really captures the moments in a much more personal and creative way. He combines both drama, comedy and reality TV into one amazing video.
We (my father included) have all been so impressed and so happy that we went with him! He is a gem and a joy to work with!

When we booked our wedding at Lindsay Lakes, they suggested Rob Cross to video our wedding. We went with all their suggestions thus far so I made the phone call, and OH MY GOODNESS, I had no idea that I was going meet someone like Rob on the other end of the phone! I honestly can say that all of our vendors were great and wouldn't have traded any of them on the day of our wedding (except our string trio - Third Floor Strings - they were late, but anyways). HOWEVER, NO VENDOR compared to Rob Cross! The reason why? He didn't treat me like a client! He treated me like family - literally! (told me to call him Uncle Rob!) He is hands down one of the sweetest, most genuine people I have EVER met! I not only had him do my wedding, BUT ALSO I ordered two extra "side dishes" (Barefeet and Backstage). The year leading\ up to our wedding, my husband and I attended 6 weddings and 1 soon after ours. There was either no videographer or a one that didn't even compare to Rob! And out of all 7 of those weddings, no one had anything played at their reception, let alone anything as fun as Barefeet. All of that being said, a videographer is a CRUCIAL part of preserving your special day!!! Throughout the ENTIRE engagement, Rob was the only vendor that would randomly e-mail me to check to see how I was doing! He also called me on the day of the rehearsal, not really to discuss technical things, but he called to check to see how I was doing - as always showing how he genuinely cares about each one of his brides. I know my parents, MOH, and husband appreciated him because his e-mails/calls always relived stress/anxiety while others caused it! I really could keep going on and on and on about Rob. He TRULY made my wedding! We just received our DVDs. Not only do my husband and I love our dvd, but my whole family does because it is just so much fun! There really isn't a rating high enough for Rob Cross, and no I am not exaggerating! Use him and you will see! DON'T GET MARRIED WITHOUT HIM! :)

Rob is absolutely wonderful!!! Our family can't say enough about him. He was amazing throughout the whole process. His whole personality just lights up a room, and makes it so easy to be "the center of attention" in front of the camera! He was very unobtrusive during the ceremony and the reception, but somehow he managed to capture all those special moments. Rob captures your special day and your relationship with your husband so perfectly! He is so professional yet so down to earth, just feels like a long time friend. With all the vendors we had at our wedding, he was the only one who called and checked in with me and my family. Talk about above and beyond! The day before the wedding he checked on me and really gave me great advice, won't ever forget that:) His work is AMAZING to say the least. We will forever cherish our wedding day and relive it every time we watch it thanks to Rob. Everything from the music choices to the candidate questions he asks make the video priceless. I can't express in words how much we love our wedding video and bare feet video .. I highly recommend him!!

Rob was awesome. You could say I am the slacker of the century. I completely forgot to send the pictures into him that he needed for my video. Now almost three years later...Rob got my video up and running as if it happened yesterday. He amazingly remembered my wedding and took care of it immediately and made sure to email me reminding me several times for the pictures. Thanks Rob for putting up with my procrastinating self. I was worried that he would have forgotten about me but he never did that is how great he is. When I watched the video for the first time, I had tears in my eyes. I am so glad I spent the money on getting a video and Rob did a wonderful job of catching our style with the music. So excited to share it with everyone.

It had been a few months since the wedding and our video was complete. We had settled into our lives and routines already. When the video was complete, my husband and I watched it together. The excitement and joy from our wedding day came back to us immediately! Rob was able to capture the enthusiasm and happiness of our family and friends that came to celebrate with us. He was even able to catch a few sweet and precious glances my husband and I gave each other from across the room.
Our wedding day was so beautiful and priceless for us. I'm so happy we chose Rob as our videographer!
