Donatella was a superb help! From the beginning Donatella really paid attention to what we wanted and even though we did things differently to a normal wedding, she was all eyes and ears making sure she understood our vision and what we had in mind!
I genuinely don’t believe we would have had a wedding if we had to plan it ourselves as we were both very busy and living abroad, whereas with Donatella it was such a success with her fabulous planning and attention to detail! She was our eyes and ears on the ground!
Honestly we had the best day imaginable! We can’t thank Donatella enough for her patience, planning and efficiency! She answered every text, call and question that came her way with such quick replies at all times and informative answers! Having a destination wedding is difficult but she really reassured us that it’s all covered!
On the day of the wedding she was on top of everything and kept the show running smoothly! She called over in the morning to check all was ok whilst getting ready and even came over the day before the wedding to finalise our plans and went through every little detail putting us at ease. To us, everything was exactly as planned and Donatella quietly kept everything running behind the scenes and for that we can’t thank her enough!

Donatella is an absolute answered prayer and DREAM COME TRUE for me and my family!!! The biggest concern me (the bride) and my mom had when I decided to have my wedding in Italy was how we could logistically plan an entire welcome party, ceremony, dinner and reception in Amalfi, Italy when we're halfway across the world in Texas! My career is in marketing so I am VERY attentive to event details and can be hard to please (lol). So deciding to plan a wedding where I didn't know any of the vendors, coupled with language barriers in some cases was daunting. Me and my mom had been on multiple Zoom interviews for a planner and after just a few moments chatting with Donatella, we knew she was the one.
Donatella truly made the entire process stress-free and the wedding day itself MAGICAL!! We had scheduled calls at least once to twice a month from a year prior with Donatella and she was so easy to talk and work with, it felt like monthly calls with your family. She and I stayed connected over WhatsApp constantly, sending pictures and working through details and Donatella was always available - even at a last minute notice, if we needed her.
Donatella's style of working with her clients is truly personal. It doesn't feel like you are one of dozens of brides running through the same plan, that it can feel like with some of the other big production wedding planners. You get Donatella every single time and she goes to lengths to understand YOU as a couple and your vision, which then connects back to all of the details that make your big day personal and unique to you. Donatella recommended options for every vendor we used and every single one we selected was exceptionally high quality. Special shout out to Donatella's designer who is truly gifted at understanding your vision and making it come to life right in front of your eyes. I had almost no changes from the first presentation Donatella and her team showed me after we discussed how I wanted the ceremony and dinner area to look. She nailed it!
Not only did Donatella plan the wedding day but she also planned the Welcome Party we had for the guests the day before, which was in a neighboring city, Ravello. From the venue, to the to food and drink, to the transportation, Donatella helped to plan it all with no additional cost in her package she presented us from the beginning,
The day of the wedding Donatella made absolutely stress free and given all of the different spaces for the ceremony, aperitif, dinner and reception, that's not an easy task! She made sure every single flower, utensil and candle was in the exact right place while still being present in the bridal suite for us, attentive to the groom suite and answering any questions guests had as well. When walking into the spaces, I myself was shocked at how truly magical and special Donatella and her team made the venue look. I truly felt as though I stepped into a fairytale and to this day I STILL can't believe how beautiful they made it.
I could go on and on about Donatella and her services as she is truly the BEST out there! But more importantly, her as a person on top of the quality of her work made all of the difference in the world. Donatella feels like family now, not to just me but my parents who adored her as well. She quieted all of our worries and truly cared for each of us AND our guests. She is always positive and just a delight to be around. If you are even thinking of planning an event along the Amalfi Coast, CALL DONATELLA!! You will not be disappointed!! I hired a planner who created my dream wedding but also gained a lifelong friend in Donatella!! 1000 stars!!! -

Donatella was wonderful. We were the parent's of the groom and she helped us plan an absolutely gorgeous Welcome Party the night before the wedding. The wedding was large by destination wedding standards(122) and finding a venue that could accommodate our numbers was a challenge. Donatella found stunning Torre Normanna and it could not have been more perfect. She arranged everything, and worked with the tower in regards to every detail. The food was absolutely delicious, and certainly plentiful. She even found a beautiful gelato cart for the event. It was perfect, and she was a pleasure to work with. Then, the wedding in Ravello..it was a fairy tale, beyond the imagination beautiful and every detail taken care of; ceremony, flowers, music, event flow..words cannot describe the venue, the event and the absolute magnificent wedding. The entire weekend was a dream and our son and now daughter in law are so very happy. Everyone is still looking back dreaming about it. Donatella was professional, very sweet to deal with, patient and worked very hard on every detail. I saw her at both events all evening attending to everything..thank you thank you Donatella -

So grateful to Donatella!
Donatella helped us plan the most magical destination wedding in Ravello, Italy. We are from the states and had never been to Ravello so we completely trusted her to help guide us. She helped us find the most stunning venues for not only the wedding but also the welcome party. In addition, she helped recommend and coordinate local vendors for flowers, music, and hair and makeup. Everything was above and beyond our wildest expectations!
Not only that, Donatella was so responsive and accommodating of the time difference throughout the planning process. She made planning so easy and stress free from across an ocean. During the wedding weekend myself, she was so organized and on top of every last detail. Everything went off without a hitch and I am so grateful for all the hard work of Donatella and her team! -

No One I'd Trust More!
Donatella was such an incredible wedding planner. I gave her my vision and she made it happen so effortlessly. She was incredibly easy to communicate with and always made sure she was accessible, always being sure to check in. Even though we were located in the United States, I never had to worry about anything going on in Italy.
She found the most incredible ceremony and reception space, gave us additional recommendations for photographer, florals, etc. and was more than willing to accommodate my requests for specific vendors.
She was there every step of the way day of- even finding enough umbrellas for our party the morning of when I was trying to convince myself that the rain would stop before our ceremony. She even helped change the location of the reception space from outside to a covered area which far exceeded my expectations.
I would recommend Donatella to anyone and everyone who is looking for a wedding planner- whether its an elopement, intimate ceremony, or the biggest party you could imagine! -

We worked with Donatella for over a year planning our destination wedding on the Amalfi Coast on Oct 5, 2024. Throughout the entire process, Donatella was responsive, thoughtful, and creative.
She provided detailed options for vendors- all of whom we absolutely loved. She came up with creative ideas for favors, the menu, and the flow and vision of the wedding itself while seamlessly incorporating our wishes and “must haves”. Donatella took care of every detail, and made our wedding weekend an absolute dream. We had 50 guests travel from the USA for the event including welcome drinks, welcome dinner, and the wedding day. There were plans for every situation and we felt she was there for us every step of the way. My wedding would not have happened if it weren't for Donatella.
I cannot express how much I recommend Donatella as a wedding planner. Without her, our wedding would not have happened at all. We planned our wedding within 8 months. Ideally, we would've wanted more time, but Donatella worked with our timeline and pulled through.
Initially, we wanted to plan our Tuscany wedding ourselves, and we realized how much of a language barrier we had dealing with various vendors, prices varied when I reached out to them myself, and I just didn't have time to know the who's or what's or the how's.
When I met with Donatella, I knew immediately she was the one. She lives in Italy, knows the in's and out's, speaks Italian (!), and has worked with MANY vendors before. In our initial conversations, I gave her a vision; I wanted a villa where all of my guests could stay together in one place (adult sleepovers!), I wanted a pool, I wanted an area to have the ceremony where we could overlook the rolling mountains of Tuscany, and I wanted it to be affordable. Not only did she understand me immediately, she already knew who she needed to contact.
One amazing thing we needed was just to have someone narrow down our options and working within the budget. We went from having around 80 guests to around 40 (visa issues) and she adjusted her search to ensure we weren't overpaying or going over budget. She gave us several options of each of the vendors.
- 3 options for villas, more if we requested - but we already chosen 1 of the 3 options she provided already
- 2-3 options of photographers
- 1-2 options for food and catering
- as for flowers, I was not picky. I just showed her my vision, what I needed and requests local florist/flowers for the day of and she took care of everything and it was exactly how I had imagined it.
For the most part, I didn't even need to deal with the vendors a lot, and she took care of all of the communication. She worked very well with the villa's owner to ensure all of our needs were met. I had an elderly grandpa travelling to Tuscany and they made sure he was comfortable from the very beginning.
The villa she suggested and what we ended up choosing was BEYOND my wildest dreams. It was MORE than I could ask for and it was PERFECT.
Communication was extremely key for us to keep us on track. Both my husband and I work a lot and sometimes we just didn't have time to address some urgent matters. She knew how we operated and always kept us in check. She would provide weekly updates, we had weekly calls on what we had to do and what she would be doing, and provided and email to recap on everything we've discuss.
Donatella is extremely professional, she knows what she's doing, and we cannot thank her enough for helping us with our wedding planning. After meeting her in person, it was like meeting an old friend I haven't seen in years. I love that I now have a friend in Italy. -

Incredible Experience
We reached out to Donatella for a small private ceremony on the Amalfi Coast. Never have traveled to Italy, we were a bit nervous of the outcome and hoped for the best. From the beginning, Donatella took the time to not only better understand the both of us personally but also what we sought. She picked the perfect venue and conducted the perfect ceremony. Everything was coordinated to what we imagined in a ceremony. Donatella and team exceeded our wildest expectations. We are so thankful for finding her and making the experience a memorable one. My wedding was one of the first organized by Donatella In the south of Italy. From the first meeting we immediately have a great feeling. She perfectly understood my needs, desires and fears. Walking with her was funny and relaxing. She always has everything under control.
She helped me with all suppliers, great coordination that day and…psychological support!

Professional, friendly and attention to detail
We hired Donatella last minute as a planner to organise the day of the wedding aswell as being our officiant.
We met with Donatella the day before the wedding where we went through finalising the day, this was a smooth transition. On first impression she was super friendly, professional and made us feel relaxed straight away.
On the day of the wedding it could not have gone any better, Donatella made sure everything was perfect from organising the set up, vendors, too ensuring myself and the bridesmaids had everything we needed while we were getting ready.
We can’t thank her enough for ensuing our day was even better than we expected! If we had known about Donatella prior to booking our wedding we would have hired her for the whole planning process!
