AMAZING experience!

We used DLE for our wedding and I cannot say this loud enough—they were unreal. From day one, Daniel was hands-down the best partner to work with. Over the year leading up to the wedding, we had so many conversations with him about everything: timeline, music taste, overall vibe, even specific songs I wanted before and after certain speeches. He never made anything feel like a burden. He listened, he got it, and he even suggested ideas we didn’t think of—but ended up loving.

And then the actual wedding day... DLE somehow topped our expectations. The energy was insane in the best way. The musicians were literally on the dance floor all night, the vibe was perfect for every age, and I’m not exaggerating when I say every single guest was dancing. People kept asking us who the band was.

We also added the sax and guitarist for cocktail hour, and it set the tone for the entire night—cool, elevated, fun, and effortless.

Bottom line: DLE made our wedding. If you want a packed dance floor and a team that cares as much as you do, book them. I’d do it again 10/10.

The absolute best

Cannot recommend Daniel and his team enough. For months leading up to our day, Daniel poured so much care, intention, thought, effort and understanding into our vision for our wedding day. He is incredibly thoughtful in the process of putting together a curated guide and flow of our entire day.

Come wedding day -- we were blown away with the hybrid band (as were all of our guests). The vibes and energy were top notch, Daniel was so attentive to me and my husband making sure it was everything we had wanted, but ultimately, our guests were having the time of their lives.

Book DLE Event Group, you will not regret it!!!!

Made our wedding into a real party!

I cannot recommend DLE and Daniel in particular highly enough. Last weekend, he DJ'd our wedding. On our introductory call and on our second call to go over the schedule and the music we wanted, Daniel was thoughtful and helpful, listening to our preferences and making suggestions based on his extensive experience. In person at the party, he was professional, pleasant and polite (with a great smile, I might add). The result was a truly fun and joyous affair. The crowd was tiny, under 35 people, but the event felt like a much bigger party because of the musical vibe. Daniel played a great mix of songs and read the room perfectly. Everyone had a wonderful time, even my husband, who hadn't wanted dancing to start with. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Daniel and I almost wish I could have another wedding just to have another party with him.

Just the wedding vibe we wanted!

We got married in NYC on 9/25/21 and it was important for us to have a fun, lively vibe at our reception, especially because most of the guests were our friends. DLE Event Group did not disappoint! Daniel was very professional with all of the upfront planning and then DJ Jase and MC Aaron brought the party to life the night of. My husband's cousin couldn't fly in for the wedding, so I had him pre-record his best man speech and Aaron helped coordinate playing it on a large screen hooked up to the DJ audio system. The entire night we never left the dance floor and all of our guests were raving about the music and fun party vibe afterwards. It was so fun, we didn't want the night to end!

Personalized Music, Amazing Performance!!!

When my fiance and I were planning our wedding, we pictured a DJ and band that would work with us to customize the music to reflect our personality: by creating the biggest and best party for our family and friends. Daniel and his team did that and more. He provided a string quartet, jazz trio, full hybrid band, AND after party DJ- and they absolutely burned the house down. They spent several meetings to make sure the music was perfect, and even custom blended and learned several songs including our first dance. I would recommend DLE to ANYONE who wants to have the BEST wedding music performance. Thank you Daniel!

The Best Night of Our Lives with Daniel & DLE!

Daniel & his team were amazing to work with from start to finish, and I could not recommend DLE Event Group more. From the beginning, they were organized, communicative, very responsive, and very understanding of COVID related reschedules. We had a blast the night of at our wedding, and all of our guests had such a fantastic time. I am Indian, my husband Italian, and Daniel blended music in such a way where everyone was up and dancing the whole night away. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job and we are so thankful we hired Daniel and his team!

If you want your wedding guests to have an absolute blast and dance the night away, Daniel Linares is your guy! Amazing from start to finish. He and his team are organized, responsive and were incredibly considerate throughout our multiple reschedules due to COVID. The night of the wedding itself was an unforgettable party, Daniel played an awesome mix of songs and many of our guests asked if they could get our playlist! Daniel and his team really made our wedding a party!

We booked Daniel, a keyboardist, and saxophonist- and they really brought our party to life! I have had so many people reach out to me afterwards asking to be connected (even my wedding coordinator)! I’m not one to pick out every single song, I told him what we were looking for and he delivered perfectly- it’s like he read my mind! My husband is Greek and he did a great job at blending in Greek music as well. Also- the saxophonist I would highly recommend- our guests were amazed. It really added a lot to the atmosphere. We also had to reschedule our wedding and change location because of COVID, and Daniel and his team accommodated us. 100% recommend!

You will have the most fun wedding with DLE

Daniel and everyone at DLE Group helped make our wedding the best party ever. Seriously, people were coming up to us saying it was the most fun wedding they've ever been to!

The process with DLE Group was painless and organized to the T! Not only do you talk on the phone with them, so they can get a sense of your vision of the day, but you also fill out a whole questionnaire that includes your "must play" songs, your "don't play songs", what genres you do and don't like, etc.

We did a string quartet for our cocktail hour and the musicians perfectly nailed the "Bridgerton" vibe I was looking for. We did a hybrid DJ and band for the reception and would a thousand percent recommend. Everyone had a blast dancing with the musicians on the dance floor. The drummer was even nice enough to let our priest played the bongos for a bit, which was hit! I had also made a mashup of some of our favorite quotes from our favorite TV shows to play before our first dance and Daniel worked with me to make sure I had the audio downloaded correctly so it sounded amazing over the speakers.

If you're looking for a professional, organized and attentive team, DLE Group are your people!

Best dj ever!

We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding!!
Daniel was attentive, professional and responsive. He really took his time to understand our music interests and made the planning process as smooth/organized as possible. Daniel was also super respectful! He took the time to really get to know the pronunciation of Korean names.
We truly want to thank Daniel for his time and dedication. He even sang us a song during our wedding reception!!
Our guests loved the DJ experience at our wedding and had nothing but praise/compliments to share with us!

A must-have vendor

You can't ask for a more professional, down to earth and overall lovely company to work with for your wedding. Every time I hung up the phone with Daniel, I felt a sense of relief that he and DLE were going to make my day as seamless and stress-free as possible. They did a fantastic job helping me set a schedule for the day, and they really know how to read a room which is so important. So many guests came up to me during the wedding saying how amazing the DJ was, and that the music was on point throughout the entire night. Daniel and team have a convenient, user-friendly platform to keep track of your schedule, musical preferences and names of the bridal party/parents which was also a huge help to keep myself organized during planning. They've really been around the block when it comes to weddings and were even able to give me advice and recommendations on things non-music related! And most importantly to me, I felt really heard when I told Daniel that my husband and I didn't love being in the spotlight - he tailored our intros, dances and everything else in a way that was more low key and so perfect for us and our personalities. Couldn't recommend them more, I am SO incredibly thankful that DLE was part of my big day!

MUST HAVE at your wedding!

DLE Entertainment was recommended to us by someone in our family and having them at our wedding was the best decision we made! The team has an amazing process where they work with you to understand what types of songs you want to be played at your wedding and they even have a 'must play' & 'do not play' list, which I loved. We worked with Danny through the entire planning process. During every phone call/meeting, he really listened to what we wanted. We also hired a violinist through DLE for our ceremony and she was outstanding. We had specific songs that we wanted her to play while our bridal party walked down the aisle and she did such an awesome job. The team is also extremely professional - they arrived on time & worked closely with our wedding planner and venue to make sure everything was set up properly and ready to go. Fast forward to reception - the music was on point and exactly the type of vibe my husband and I were going for. Danny and his crew really know how to throw a party and keep everyone on the dance floor! Until this day, everyone talks about how much fun they had at our wedding and how they LOVED the music! It was such a perfect night and we are so thankful to Danny and his team for everything! I highly recommend DLE for anyone planning an event and is in need of music. Thanks for everything, DLE!

DLE Entertainment was a major highlight of our wedding day. After numerous virtual meetings to discuss the genre and flow of music we were hoping to have for our reception, DJ Daniel really delivered an incredibly fun evening.

His biggest talent was the ability to read the room and keep the party going. Our guests raved all night and are still giving us compliments about his performance 2 months later.

We feel so lucky to have had him as a vendor and highly recommend him based on his incredible organization, thoroughly detailed planning, fun personality and pure talent in his craft!

A nonstop party all night long!

I am so happy we chose DLE Entertainment for our wedding! I was immediately impressed with Daniel after our phone consultation. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. Shortly after we booked with DLE, we unexpectedly had to change our wedding venue and date. I reached out to Daniel to let him know and and confirm his availability for potential new dates. Daniel was so accommodating during this stressful time and even recommended some venues for us to look into.

Planning everything was very easy with Daniel and his team. He uses a database where you can keep all of the song choices for each entrance and special dance. His website also has a ton of suggestions for special dances and bridal party entrances. We had a meeting with Daniel about two weeks before our wedding to make sure everything was good to go. We enjoy all types of music and wanted to make sure we could incorporate all of the genres we wanted throughout the night. We discussed the best time to play the more non traditional wedding songs we wanted to be played as well as cultural songs for my husband’s side of the family. After meeting Daniel in person, we really knew we were in great hands!

On our wedding day, Daniel showed up early to set up and quickly went over the timeline with the venue staff to make sure everyone was on the same page. Daniel played our must play songs from our list and really understood the crowd for the rest of the songs he played. He really kept the party going the entire time! Our guests never left the dance floor! We got so many compliments on the music and atmosphere Daniel and his team created. I am so happy we chose DLE for our wedding!

The best in the business

I can't thank Daniel and his team enough for such a smooth planning process and excellent day-of. Our guests are still telling us how amazing the music was the entire night to the point where some wouldn't leave the dance floor not even for a bathroom break because every song that came on had them going more than the song prior. Daniel and his entire team made us feel at ease from the moment we had our phone conference up until after our vow renewal. Music was literally the most important factor in our event and DLE Event Group absolutely killed it! Hands down the best in the business. Simply amazing

There are not enough positive words to describe Daniel and his team, they were simply phenomenal! Best wedding DJ EVER!

We hired Daniel and his team for our wedding and were BLOWN AWAY! We had such a good vibe when we met him for the first time and he did not disappoint. Everything we wanted!

DLE without question played a major role in making our wedding amazing. A friend recommended Daniel in the early stages of our planning and after one phone call with him we were sold.
The basecamp feature makes the stress of planning simple and fun. Prior to the wedding we had a 2 hour phone call with Daniel where we went over everything on our custom basecamp website. I cannot stress enough how helpful this program was.
The day of was exactly what we’re hoping. There was not one song played that didn’t fit our wedding. The dance floor was never empty and Daniel read the crowd perfectly when it came time to change up the music. When it came time to improvise on some things that weren’t part of the original plan Daniel was excellent and accommodating.
And to top it all off he came all the way to Montauk for our special day. Absolutely no complaints. DLE was exactly what we wanted in a DJ!

DLE was the best choice I made for my wedding. From beginning to end, it was first-class service all the way. They were more than accommodating during the entire process, and gave great insight and advice on how to make our wedding a success. My wife and I received compliments on the music all day! Can't recommend DLE and Daniel enough, they really made sure all our needs and expectations were met. The dancefloor was never empty, and we have Daniel and DLE to thank for that. Even a few weeks later, our guests keep saying how it was one of the better weddings they have been to.

Best entertainment company around!

DLE was the only vendor we chose for our wedding that didn’t come from a referral or we didn’t see at a previous wedding. I just did some research and they seemed like the right choice and I am so glad I went with them- because they certainly were! Let me start by saying I LOVE THE ORGANIZATION. All the documents we could fill out and go over together on the phone later. It made everything so seamless and easy. Next, I loved how many options were included. We went with the DJ, lights, photo booth, and saxophonist. All of them were AMAZING. The music Daniel played was on point with everything we wanted. Everyone was dancing the second the party started. The photo booth and props were hilarious; they had a panda head that was basically floating around on everyone’s head all night 😂. And the saxophonist (totally forgot his name so sorry) was a huge hit. Everyone was raving about him; he was truly phenomenal. Lastly, just want to say that Daniel is an extremely kind individual and that’s what we loved most. He was so pumped for our wedding and was truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you guys!

Best Wedding DJ

We had our wedding at Oheka Castle, long island, NY. We compared so many DJ companies, then we chose Daniel as our DJ. Loved this DJ Company!

My fiance and I knew we wanted a DJ for our wedding, but one who could play music to our taste while also pleasing the rest of our guests. We wanted to focus on mixing Dance, House, Disco, Hip-hop, R&B and even classic rock. I honestly found Daniel through reading wedding reviews on various websites and he exceeded our expectations. Every single person in the room was dancing including my 86 year old grandfather. We added the Confetti launcher too which was such a fun surprise for everyone. He is well versed in music and working with other people in the industry such as our string duo for the ceremony and percussionist at reception. Very easy and pleasant to work with, helpful when we needed advice for song selections. I wish i could have another party just to hire him and his team again. Best dj/mc!

When my wife and I had started our search for a DJ, we wanted someone who would really bring life to the party as we felt the DJ/music would be one of the most important elements next to the food at our wedding. Daniel was beyond that and more. His team was excellent in everything they did; great and easy communication; access to edit music online at any point during the planning process (via their basecamp feature) Even when we had list minute adjustments for things (literally the day of the wedding), Daniel was very accommodating and would even give suggestions on how to make it better. He even helped with things that didn't pertain to his area of expertise like getting our dogs stay dressed in their wedding attire!! He coordinated our last minute special guest , Mr. Met and just overall made our planning experience much easier knowing he was around. Daniel made our special day that much more special. Best DJ out there!

Daniel was the DJ and MC for our wedding and we cannot thank him enough for his patience, professionalism, organization, and responsiveness. Of course, he was amazing with all of our music requests and has a great personality. He worked with us to lay out our plan for the ceremony music and reception. Our wedding was very different in that we had many cultures and taste in music. We also had a lot going on in between the formalities including having a family member translate. Still and all, he was patient, accommodating, timely, had a positive energy throughout the whole process, and super fun to work with. He felt like family! My only regret was trying to control our music list too much because I was trying to make everyone happy and I can be a bit of a control freak (yikes) instead of letting Daniel do his thing to fill the dance floor. Overall, Daniel did an amazing job and once I let go he filled that dance floor. Book Daniel and trust him – he will have everyone on the dance floor!

Amazing experience

My wife and I had met with a few DJ's before meeting Daniel from DLE Event Group, but one meeting was all it took because we instantly connected with Daniel and hired his team on the spot that day for our New Years Eve wedding.

DLE Event Group understands weddings and they take care of everything. Daniel and his team put the work in before the event to ensure that they understand you as a couple, as well as your expectations for your special day. Communication is fluid and professionalism is always present. They bring everything to the table (lighting, DJ, MC, live performances, band/DJ hybrid, you name it........) with passion for wanting to perform at the highest level to ensure you and your guests have the best experience. Lastly, Daniel and the team understand flow. They read the crowd and adjust as necessary, instead of sticking to a preset formula. Everyone commented on the flow of the evening and how much they enjoyed it.

We really can't thank Daniel and his team enough for all they did for us to ensure we had the best wedding night ever. Painless Planning!

DLE has our thanks for streamlining our wedding reception. We didn't hire a wedding planner, so their online Bandcamp planning system became really helpful. There, I was able to upload photos / videos that were shown during the wedding, edit the order of events and order of / type of music played. DLE had all the services we wanted; we booked jazz musicians, a photobooth, and a zapshot photographer, and all of them did not disappoint! We also had requests like having a video montage from our destination ceremony played, a Cantonese MC / translator, and Kermit the Frog to introduce our parents' dance; Daniel and his crew nailed everything. Couldn't be happier!

Seriously. Screw the sub-par cover band. Book this DJ. He's so much better.

One of the things that our guests can't stop talking about was our DJ! Danny and his assistant absolutely NAILED IT. They played music to satisfy a bunch of different preferences. Really read the room and knew when to move on from a song. Our dance floor was never empty throughout the course of the night and towards the end everyone was out of their seats singing and dancing. Could not recommend him more highly. They did an absolutely phenomenal job!!! Not to mention, Danny was always super reliable and responsive to emails and calls. Plus he ended the night with the Dirty Dancing song without any request from me. Literally made my whole night! The very best!!!

Amazing Experience!!

If your looking for an awesome/professional and down to earth DJ company, DLE Event is the choice. Working with Dan was smooth sailing. He was very responsive (which is dire for me) and worked around our schedule. Using his basecamp app was so convenient. My fiance and I were able to plan and provide details as our must play and how we wanted the ceremony and party to go from the vibe to the look, it was all amazing. The dance floor was packed and Dan really listened to our requests. We are both Dominican but Americanized and wanted the music and flow to the night to be just that and he delivered. DLE ROCKED!!! Would 100% recommend them and will use them in the future.

Daniel is the frkin man

We are so glad we booked Daniel as our DJ. Everything ran so smoothly with Daniel’s help and he adapted so easily to all the last minute changes. He is truly a professional and so good at what he does. You would be doing your guests a disservice if you do not have Daniel Dj and ALSO sing at your wedding. Voice of a frkin angel. You get what you pay for and Daniel is worth every penny. He listened to us, no matter how small the detail, and figured out ways to make it even better than we could have ever dreamed. The “love story” portion is such a nice personal touch and we loved every second. Our guests had such a good time and we still hear compliments till this day. Thank you Daniel for throwing a kickass wedding. We will remember for the rest of our lives.

Best DJ for Weddings

We Loved having Daniel as our DJ! He took care of everything music and lighting related, even set up a saxophonist to play along to the music which was a huge hit. The entire wedding was dancing for most of the night right into the Hora Loca (Crazy hour). He is a great MC and managed the entire night perfectly. We are recommending him to another friend who is getting married next year!

I've had the pleasure of working alongside Daniel when I used to be a waitress for weddings. After all 200+ weddings I worked, Daniel was the only memorable and impressionable DJ, becasue let's face it, so many DJs are exactly the same. Every single wedding I witnessed him working (probably about 5) were an absolute blast. The dance floor was always PACKED. I knew the second my husband and I starting planning that there was no way I was going to host a party without Daniel, so we booked him immediately after confirming our date. His ability to use the energy of the dance floor and create the flow of music from song to song is incredible. He even sang a couple songs for us while our guests were eating dinner! I still have people telling me it was the most fun wedding they've ever been to and how surprised they were that they danced the entire time. DJs and food make or break a wedding, trust me I've seen it too many times, but half the battle will be taken care of if you book DLE. You won't be disappointed!

Daniel and his team are the BEST, and most professional entertainment company out there. Daniel takes great pride in his work, it shines through in his professional manner that he holds throughout his experience working with his clients. My husband and I were lucky enough to have DLE with us on our wedding day in Roxbury NY. Daniel took the time during the planning process to listen to what we wanted in our wedding day, and to make sure that he delivered the exact party we wanted. We could not of had a better person at the helm of entertaining our guests, everyone danced the night away, they showed up and gave us a perfect night. Daniel and his team were SO well dressed, so friendly and helpful to not only our guests, but our other vendors, and truly gave us a night to remember. We will be sure to use Daniel and the folks at DLE in the future for any other events we may host. Already guests at our wedding have booked them for some of their events. These guys are the best in the business!

Daniel is simply the best! I would highly recommend him for anyone's wedding! My husband and I were so thrilled with Daniel and he made our night amazing!! All our guests raved about "how cool" the DJ was and how great the music was! We had a mix of Turkish, Irish and "American" music and Daniel was able to seamlessly go from one song to another, even though they were all so different! He kept our party going!

Daniel had a lot to deal with in terms of coordinating a night of music with my big Turkish family, who wanted lots of Turkish music and a Turkish singer; while my husband and I wanted some American music and Irish Music. At the last minute, we had a Turkish singer from my family join into the mix and Daniel was able to just roll with it and make sure the Turkish singer got some time in, but didn't overtake our night or party!! All our guests couldn't stop talking about how the DJ was able to fit in so many different songs and cultures and it all jived perfectly!

Daniel also told our Love Story at the beginning of the night. It's his own special touch he adds in! And to be honest, it was the best speech of the night :). He really touched everyone's hearts and he told our story with enough sweetness and romance, but it was never cheesy and it had lots of humor mixed in! He did an amazing job!

We LOVE Daniel and I wish I could have another extravagant party just to have an excuse to hang with Daniel and have him run another night of partying!!!

Daniel was actually our second DJ. Our first DJ was so absolutely horrendous and never responded to anything we sent him, that we finally gave up and we're going to suck it up and use an iPod for our wedding reception. Luckily, friends and family came to the rescue and found us Daniel! Within a day, Daniel had contacted us and invited us to a shared Basecamp website where he made sure we had lists of requested songs, songs for the important dances, introductions, and even songs not to play! He even managed to sneak in some musical theater numbers for me during our dinner! Definitely worth it - great set up, super easy to get in contact with him, amenable to all types of music, and very on top of his game! I would recommend to anyone!

Daniel did a fantastic job DJ'ing my (Polish and Belizean) wedding at the (lovely) Grand Prospect Hall. He was very professional and welcoming every time we met with him. After every meeting, we walked away feeling very at ease - knowing that Daniel would take care of us on our special day. And that he did. Our wedding went without a hitch thanks to Daniel. Numerous guests complimented us on the DJ and every time we looked over at the DJ booth, Daniel looked so comfortable - in his element. His music choice was great and his ability to read the crowd and adapt was impressive. I've never before seen someone do the Macarena and look so smooth in the process. Thanks for everything, Daniel. Hired them for my wedding and they were top-notch. We were getting married in Long Island at the Fox Hollow and Daniel came highly recommended to us. Look no further. The search for YOUR perfect wedding entertainment experience ends here. Daniel Linares and his team are THE full wedding entertainment experience. I'd argue that he is a personal concierge and entertainment behemoth rolled into one. It's been almost 2 months since our wedding and people are still obsessing over what Daniel and his team brought to our wedding. He kept the party going, and according to our friends, they literally could not believe our wedding was over when the last song played. I don't ever remember feeling that way at any other wedding, but keep in mind my bias. Daniel's professionalism, charisma and needs-based approach to wedding hosting is all about you, and what you and your spouse-to-be want out of your wedding's entertainment experience, and believe us, we always felt like our priorities were number one. His collaborative approach kept my and my wife's nerves at bay, so that come time for the wedding we were just able to sit back and take it all in / dance our behinds off. Daniel was extremely flexible when it came to scheduling our check-in meetings with him, and he added structure to what could easily have been an overwhelming planning experience. Outside of his amazing selection of dance music and other entertaining activities, he was our concierge for the night. During the wedding our location wedding coordinator was all over the place, but Daniel was with us every step of the way. He would check in with us about every 15-20 minutes to see how we were doing, if we needed anything, if we needed him to find somebody for us. Having Daniel there was truly a 5-star, Ritz-Carlton-like experience. We have already recommended three couples to him. I say with the utmost conviction that it would not be a waste of your time to give Daniel a call yourself, and see what he has to offer.

Words cannot express how positive our experience was with DLE Event Group! We were referred to DLE Event Group by a friend of ours. In our final meeting with the team prior to the reception, we threw random songs, artists and ideas at them and they completely nailed it on our special night! They read the crowd well and kept everyone dancing all night. I thank DLE team for keeping the party going and organizing the entire night (from the introductions, to the toasts, to the first dance, etc.). DLE Event is awesome, highly recommend!!

I found out about Daniel Linares on the Knot's webpage. I checked out his webpage and liked what I saw. I contacted him to get a quote and signed a contract via email, never met him in person or visited his office. I trusted my instincts as I wanted the best for my party, and he was it. Daniel and his team are incredible. From the start, I was blown away with his professionalism and customer service. When my husband and I dealt with a hiccup with our venue during the planning process, Daniel was quick to reach out and offer assistance. His organizational skills (from scheduling phone calls to choosing music) was a breath of fresh air! In my opinion, music can make or break a party and he exceeded our expectations! We got married in October at Oheka Castle and wanted to work with the best in the business. Daniel Linares of DLE Event Group came highly recommend from a close friend of ours and we decided to book him on the spot after meeting him. His hands on approach was a big sell for me. He has this incredibly organized planning system and music system that helped us select what we wanted for our music and formalities for our big day. When the big day came – him and his team absolutely delivered above expectation! The entire DLE team was dressed to impress and Daniel’s energy helped us host an amazing celebration for our guests. We use DLE event group for our wedding on September 23rd and they were absolutely amazing! We had Danny who we worked with from the first call, utilizing their online platform, a Skype call before and then the night of the wedding. We had an eclectic group of guests at our wedding and he knew exactly what to play. DLE Event group was amazing to work with! My husband and I got married this past friday and had a blast celebrating our wedding with Daniel and his team. Our guests were dancing all night long and raved about the music that was played. Daniel and his team were professional, creative, and extremely accommodating. The music selection fit the tastes of all our guests, and Daniel even sang some songs during dinner with his phenomenal voice. Our wedding was so phenomenal thanks in a major part to Daniel and DLE Event Group. We had over 200 people at our wedding and everyone was on the dance floor the entire night. I didn't think there was going to be enough room for everyone! Daniel was great at taking our requests into account and also playing to the crowd. He also helped us out with hiring a Chinese translator for my husband's family. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ. Could not recommend Daniel enough! From the planning process to the actual wedding he exceeded our expectations at every turn. He was very personable and easy to work with as well as organized. His set up allows for a seamless way to plan the entertainment from start to finish through his online site. I felt very comfortable in working with him on the music selections and felt he had a good handle on what we wanted to hear, but when it was the actual night of the event he crushed it! Not sure how else to put it but people are still talking about it a month later. Definitely, definitely, choose him for your event! Also, highly recommend the additional musicians as they added a real nice touch.

Danny was a top notch DJ at our wedding! He and DLE really went above and beyond for us and our needs. From perfectly tailoring our music to our specific needs beforehand and then making sure everything ran seamlessly on his end the day of the wedding. Danny is also a vibrant MC who really knows how to get a crowd up on its feet and keep the party going till the very end.

It's difficult to find a DJ that won't "Get in the way" of your event. Some try to make it all about themselves with constant self promotion on the mic or with a big obtrusive banner hanging overhead - DLE resorts to NONE of these cheap tactics while working your event; Because they don't need to. They are going to get business no matter what thru excellent reviews and great word of mouth - the way a great business should. They also know that your day is about YOU and they are there to accentuate it with a great atmosphere and a killer soundtrack. And DLE definitely succeeded at both!!

I would definitely recommend DLE for your wedding, birthday, or even corporate event. And if his schedule permits it, try and get Danny to MC.

Daniel was truly a delight to work with. He was always very friendly to speak with while working on the reception itinerary on the phone. At the event he had tons of energy and knew exactly which songs to play to get all our guests on the dance floor. We really had almost every single guest out on the floor throughout the night- even those nobody expected to dance, he was able to make everyone dance and just enjoy the moment. We booked Danny and his DJ company almost a year in advance. But throughout the year, he kept in touch, always made sure he never forgot about us. When it came down to months before, we started to set up times to meet up and spend time together to go over the day, our songs, our plans and ideas for the night, etc. He was never over bearing, and never seemed uninterested - he was a great partner in preparing for our wedding! Our wedding was beautiful and everyone said they had a blast! Our guests were dancing until the very last minute we were allowed to stay! We had an 8 week timeline to plan a wedding! We were beyond stressed out. From the moment we contacted Daniel to the very last song at the wedding, he made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of. He made my daughter's wedding amazing!! You know what is said about weddings, "Food & Music Make The Night" Daniel and Team went above and beyond. Our guests are still raving about him and everyone danced the night away.

Daniel answered every question I had, no matter how silly it was. We spoke a couple of days before the wedding to make sure we were on the same page. He caters to his customers' every need with the upmost respect. I loved the "Basecamp" Database he uses in order to keep communication/event timeline organized. He also provided uplights, a monogram and dance floor lighting that were beautiful! It created a fantastic mood in the room.

Hands down, Daniel and his company, DLE Event Group, made our wedding the best dance party we could have ever imagined. Not only did he play all the right songs, but his charisma on the mic and ability to read the crowd, was of the highest caliber. It’s not easy to plan a wedding from across the country, because it usually means your only means of communication are emails and the occasional FaceTime. DLE Event group is one of the most organized companies we had the pleasure of working with. They use Basecamp which is a project management website that made communication of song ideas, and general feel of the day, absolutely seamless. We told Daniel what we were looking for on our big day, and he took our ideas and knocked it out of the park. It truly felt like we had an opportunity to collaborate with an artist, rather than just hire a DJ/MC. We are still getting compliments about how phenomenal of a DJ/MC Daniel was. Him and his crew were incredibly professional and sweet the day of. He has such a positive and uplifting attitude, that you cannot help but have the best time when you’re around him. He truly has a talent for reading a crowd, and making split decisions on what needs to be played next. His ability to guide the flow of the entire reception was seamless and seemingly effortless. He takes the time to do the work, get to know you as a couple, really listen to what you are looking for in your party, and then make it happen. We couldn’t recommend DLE Event Group more for your DJ & MC services. Anyone who says you need a band over a DJ clearly hasn’t met this group. When we began our wedding planning process, one of the many things we did was to look at reviews. We are assuming you are here for the same purpose, and let us tell you that DLE Event Group was exceptionally awesome! We married on 5/16 and one of the most important things for a wedding is the music. It makes or breaks the day. All we have been hearing from our guests is how awesome the DJ was. Music to my ears, no pun intended!

I always trust my gut and from our first meeting, I knew I wanted to go with Daniel Linares and his team! He understood exactly what we wanted; dance the night away until our feet hurt and boy did he deliver!!!
The host from our wedding venue was in total shock! There was a point where there were no occupied seats. He played merengue, bachata, salsa, cumbia, old school hip hop, new music! We didn't think it was possible to have 2 generations, plus different language and cultures sharing the dance floor the whole night but DLE Event Group did it with ease.

You know that feeling when you are in the car and the song on the radio is so awesome, you put up the volume and you just want to get up and dance? Well that was it, except we weren't in a car! We were on the dance floor on our special day!
You are able to communicate anything you need or want on your big day through their Basecamp website. There are so many little things to worry about, but thanks to the Basecamp Webste, this is not one of them.

I’m usually not one to write reviews. However, the job that Daniel and his team provided was top notch and better than we could have ever imagined. My husband and I had our wedding at the Central Park Boathouse in late May and it definitely wouldn’t have been the same without Daniel. We have very type A personalities and wanted things to look, sound, and feel a certain way. Every ask was met and Daniel made sure that if we didn’t like something, he would change it until we were happy. He’s also extremely flexible which we appreciated especially up until the last days before the wedding. This was a gay wedding and Daniel never made us feel uncomfortable. He was very accommodating and only wanted the best for us.

Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how great the music was. And his emceeing skills are probably the best that I’ve seen at a wedding. He is fun and makes sure that the guests are entertained throughout the reception. And I’d like to add that he is not bad on the eyes. All the girls were fawning over him and (since it was a gay wedding), all the gay guys were fawning as well.

We HIGHLY recommend Daniel Linares and his team to perform and your event/wedding. We also recommend choosing the uplighting as part of your package. It definitely transformed the entire room. You will not be disappointed. He is the best as what he does. EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING about the job that they did deserves five stars.

I don't know where to start. Daniel was an absolute pleasure to work with during the entire wedding planning process. I was a bit worried that I was requesting way to many genres and was unsure of how things would turn out. One of my friends referred me to her DJ before I found Daniel and I am beyond pleased with my decision. I was on the dance floor the entire night sweating because I didn't want to sit down. Every song that was played had everyone on their feet and I am not exaggerating when I say that everyone had a blast. I told Daniel that I wanted a club vibe and he delivered. I'm not sure why some brides are afraid to play "too much" hip hop during the reception but all of my guests can't stop talking about how great the music was. I highly highly highly recommend Daniel to DJ your wedding or other events. I wish I could get married all over again just to dance the night away.

Daniel, thanks again for everything. Main and I truly and sincerely appreciate it.

Daniel dj ed and sang at our 12/31/14 new years eve wedding. Our guests ranged from teenagers to senior citizens. Daniel played the right mix of music and kept everyone happy which kept everyone dancing. During the cocktail hour and at dinner, his talented assistant played acoustic guitar while Daniel sang. And at midnight, he was able to get a live feed from Times Square for the countdown. Daniel has great energy and a very nice persona. He was a pleasure to work with.

We hired Daniel for our wedding in May of this year and our guests had an awesome time. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. He also sang during dinner (gosh, what a beautiful voice!), which made our wedding even more memorable. My guests are still commenting of what a wonderful time they had. We hired Daniel for our wedding and he was wonderful! He was very personable, friendly, and organized. He even accommodated several last minute changes to the music requests and slideshow. At several times during our reception 95% of our guests were on the dance floor!!

Daniel and his staff provided the music and slideshow for our wedding and did an amazing and professional job. From our first interactions, to our planning details and the final few days, Daniel was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He helped with advice and suggestions and handled every situation with aplomb.

His music was AWESOME! He started things off with energy and kept the party going, from start to finish. All of our guests were raving about his mixing and music selection, and we had a wonderful wedding because of his involvement.

I would highly recommend Daniel and his crew for any event. He is great to work with!!!

Daniel Linares from the start was so Professional and on point with everything!! "He was the Best DJ" said a lot of people who were at my wedding!! He always kept the party alive and had everyone dancing the whole night!!! Daniel & his team were perfection! We couldn't be happier and so were our guest! Our friends and family were very impressed by MC (Daniel) and the DJ (Chase). They kept the momentum alive everyone was dancing on the floor! Daniel gave us great advice on how to run a wedding smoothly and seamlessly during the big day/ timeline. Every meeting we had with him was very personal, attentive, and professional. He is very talented person overall, great singer and very charming presence. We felt very comfortable with him and everyone is still talking about how great it was! The dry ice smoke machine was SO worth it I highly recommend it! It added even more magic and romance to our first dance! We highly recommend DLE Event Group!

I have to say I wish I never booked my wedding DJ with this company. My fiancé and I attended a wedding and thought they were great. The minute we got engaged I knew I wanted DLE for our dj. Sadly, as soon as I hit submit on the down payment my hope and excitement went out the window.

Our reception hall asked that all vendors be set up prior to the start of cocktail hour so that they wouldn't be arriving along with our guests. I completed the contract with the corrected time and followed up with Daniel to make sure we were ok. A few days later I still didn't receive a response, so I followed up with a second email. Still, nothing. What I did receive was an email stating that my invoice was 14 days past due. I was finally able to track down Daniel and get him to contact me after calling his office. He explained that it was a computer glitch, and that we were fine. I accepted that and moved on. 2 weeks later I received an email from his entertainment coordinator asking if we were still interested in using them for entertainment..almost a month after I gave them an $1,100.00 deposit. By this time, I lost complete faith in this company and decided I couldn't depend on them. I sent Daniel a termination email explaining my concerns and reasons why I couldn't use them anymore. I was told that my emails were sent during a very busy time for them, and they must've gotten lost in the mix. This isn't what a bride wants to, or should hear. No matter what industry you're in, the customer should be made to feel like they the only client being focused on.

Now, Daniel is claiming that I was unresponsive on the phone when he called to discuss the termination of our contract. In reality, I missed his call while I was at work, sent him an email asking to call my fiancé with any questions, and he never did. He finally sent an email last night stating that we would not receive a refund of our deposit.

Would never ever recommend this dj company for anything!
