You Need DJ SteelPan at Your Wedding!
Booking Dwayne (DJ SteelPan) for our destination wedding in Barbados was one of the best decisions I made for the entire wedding. From the outset, Dwayne was very professional and responsive, offering great advice and suggestions on the overall flow of music from the ceremony through to the afterparty.
After outlining what we would like, Dwayne coordinated a violinist for the ceremony, he played steel pan music for the cocktail hour, a saxophonist for dinner and cake cutting, and a DJ for the afterparty. Dwayne also served as our MC, and the whole night was absolutely perfect. Every musician who worked with him was amazing and our guests had the most incredible time.
If you're considering booking Dwayne, don't hesitate. It will be the best decision you make for your wedding.

Beyond his talent
We had the absolute pleasure of having DJ Steel Pan at our event, and he exceeded every expectation! His talent is truly incredible—seamlessly blending traditional steel pan sounds with modern DJ music in a way that kept the energy flowing all night.
What really stood out was how he played the steel pan live over the music, adding a unique and unforgettable island vibe. The combination of live performance and curated tracks was perfect. He also followed the recommended playlist beautifully while still adding his own creative flair.
Beyond his talent, he was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He arrived on time, was well-prepared, and brought such a positive energy to the atmosphere.
If you’re looking for someone who can deliver both amazing music and a one-of-a-kind experience, DJ Steel Pan is truly outstanding. Highly recommend!

We picked Dwayne several months before the wedding. He was very responsive, and as the day approached and our vision became clearer, he was able to add a violinist for part of the ceremony, as well as a DJ to run song requests after the live portion. Prices were very reasonable.
On the day, Dwayne cheerfully managed inevitable scheduling challenges.
He's a fun guy, and we certainly recommend him and his services.

Dwayne is simply amazing! One of the best decisions we made.
We had the options of so many entertainment vendors, but Dwayne turned out to be the perfect choice and one of the best decisions we made when planning our special day.
From the first video call, Dwayne completely got what we were after and boy did he deliver!!!!

Wow, just amazing!
Well what can I say, we hired DJ SteelPan for our destination wedding and he set the vibe perfectly. He understood the assignment and he had people swaying and dancing from the get go. He starting off at the ceremony and then continued with his steelpan section for the cocktail hour(s) and then he had our guests straight up on the dancefloor to the very end with his DJ set . The dancefloor always had someone dancing on it, so that speaks volumes especially when you have a mixture of guests from different cultures, backgrounds and destinations. We honestly couldn't have asked for more and didn't want the night to end and neither did our guests! So thanks again to Dwayne and team. You were truly amazing x

Myself and my partner were getting married in Barbados and live in the UK and trying to organise things from another country can sometimes seem a little daunting however Dwayne made it so easy when it came to booking music. He was very responsive, flexible in song choices and made sure that we got maximum playing time!
He also recommended other vendors that he thought would be suitable based on what we were looking for when I asked which helped us organise our wedding day.

We booked Dwayne for our wedding at Sea Breeze Beach House in November 2023.
Communication throughout was great and Dwayne was extremely helpful and friendly. Best choice for carribean wedding
We couldn't have made a better choice. When you see everybody dancing from beginning to the end, it's a success. Dwayne was available and responsive. He visited the venue before to see how it would work, listened to our requests and did great suggestions. The singer accompanying him and his mate was fabulous.
What an amazing feeling to know we nailed the music on our wedding, as it is so important!!! We HIGHLY recommend DJ Steel pan.
Oh, and they were always very smily and happy! People loved them!

We used DJSteelPan for our renewal of vows ceremony and dinner. He took care of the entire set up, made great suggestions, was on time for the site visit and an hour early for the event. Even when the rain came, he quickly adjusted without missing a beat. Working with Dwayne was truly a phenomenal experience from beginning to end! I was introduced to Dwayne via an English musician who said he was "the best". I heard him play and he was excellent so I booked him for my event.
He was excellent at communicating, turned up as and when agreed, and played beautifully. His price was reasonable and he was pleasant to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him

It was great working with Dwayne. The music was beautiful even before the day he was easy to work with. On the day he arrived early, he made recommendations for set up and made it easy for me. I didn’t have to bother about the music at all.

We chose Dwayne to be the MC and steel pan player for our wedding. Affordable and professional we got everything we wanted on our day!
