From the onset of booking Dwayne (DJ Steelpan) was really responsive via email and WhatsApp, which gave a huge sense of reassurance that we were in good hands. Dwayne played the pan for two hours at my daughter’s wedding - and he was absolutely brilliant. The bride and groom had requested some specific songs and Dwayne took the trouble to perfect these in the weeks coming up to the wedding. And to top it all, he is a truly lovely person, bringing such a happy energy when he plays.

Booking Dwayne (DJ SteelPan) for our destination wedding in Barbados was one of the best decisions I made for the entire wedding. From the outset, Dwayne was very professional and responsive, offering great advice and suggestions on the overall flow of music from the ceremony through to the afterparty.

After outlining what we would like, Dwayne coordinated a violinist for the ceremony, he played steel pan music for the cocktail hour, a saxophonist for dinner and cake cutting, and a DJ for the afterparty. Dwayne also served as our MC, and the whole night was absolutely perfect. Every musician who worked with him was amazing and our guests had the most incredible time.

We picked Dwayne several months before the wedding. He was very responsive, and as the day approached and our vision became clearer, he was able to add a violinist for part of the ceremony, as well as a DJ to run song requests after the live portion. Prices were very reasonable.
