We could not have been happier with DJ John and DJ Bryce. We are a little over a month after our wedding, and we are still getting compliments on the music and how full the dance floor was the entire night. So much of that was due to DJ John and DJ Bryce! DJ John met with us multiple times to ensure that our vision would come to life. He had all of the questions ready so that we did not miss a single detail. He worked with us to make our entire vision came true. The up-lighting and monogram lights were beautiful and perfect additions to our decorations. The online planning tool was also so helpful and easy to use for making our playlist! -

We had the opportunity to meet with several vendors during the wedding planning process, but none of them stood out quite like Greg. It only took a couple of minutes on the phone to know without a doubt that we wanted him to DJ our wedding.
Greg's experience, personality, and passion for what he does were immediately apparent, and it became clear that he was the perfect fit for our wedding day. Greg went above and beyond in every way imaginable. He not only made the entire day run smoothly but also took care of every little detail that we might have overlooked. For example, he ensured that our officiant and readers were properly mic'ed during the ceremony and the speakers were placed so that our guests could hear the ceremony. He also had back-up music ready to go in case anything went wrong with our musicians.
After the ceremony, Greg seamlessly transitioned into DJing our cocktail hour, setting the perfect mood for our guests to mingle and enjoy themselves. His emceeing throughout the reception was absolutely flawless – he kept everything on track and made sure that each special moment was highlighted, from the speeches to the cake cutting. And when it came time for dancing, Greg was a master DJ. He managed to keep the dance floor packed all night long, playing a perfect mix of music that complemented our music preferences and was inclusive of all generations that attended.
What truly set Greg apart was his attention to detail and the personalized touches he added to make our day unique. One of the highlights was a beautiful mash-up of our parents' first dance songs, which added a deeply personal and sentimental touch to the evening (not to mention a great surprise for our parents). I lost count of how many times our guests came up to me and said, "Wow, that's such a great idea!" about some detail we added. Every time, my response was, "Yes, our DJ thought of that!". His creativity and thoughtfulness shone through in every aspect of the day. By the end of the night, it honestly felt like Greg was one of our longtime friends.
His genuine enthusiasm and excitement were contagious, and it was clear that he was just as invested in making our day perfect as we were. We've received nothing but glowing feedback from our guests, many of whom commented on how much they loved the music and the overall energy of the night. If you're looking for a DJ who is not only incredibly talented but also truly cares about making your wedding day unforgettable, look no further than Greg. He made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined, and we are so grateful to have had him as a part of it.

We worked with DJ John and everything was perfect!!!!!!! I was a nervous bride and he was always available to call during the planning process. The day of went so smooth and we got so many compliments on the music he played. Some of our guests had a little too much fun and spilled some drinks and he made sure to quickly clean up the spills before anyone fell. Totally not his job but he stepped up anyway and never missed a beat with the music! Can not recommend him enough!!!! -

DJ John is the best! The music at our wedding was perfect! He played all the songs we had requested and then we let him take the lead for the majority of the reception and he had our dance floor full all night with people singing and dancing! We had such a great experience working with him leading up to our wedding too. He made all the planning steps so easy and helped us with the timing for our speeches and other things. He even got the whole place to sing happy birthday to one of our uncles and then played his favorite song after! I highly recommend John for a great nonstop party at your wedding! -

We heard about DJs For You from a friend and after speaking with several other DJs, once we connected with DJs For You, we knew right away they would be the best DJ choice for our wedding. The owner, Dennis, helped us feel confident in choosing this DJ group because of his/their industry-knowledge, enthusiasm and sincerity. We believed we would receive an incredible DJ experience for our celebration, and that is exactly what we got. Dennis ended up recommending DJ Greg to us and Greg made us feel comfortable, excited and we entrusted him for our event. Throughout the planning process, Greg was enthusiastic, professional, highly communicative, he answered our many questions and we knew we would be able to trust him to carry out an amazing event. He loves the work he does as a DJ and we felt that he really cared about making our day special. He heard what we wanted, how we wanted it and was always supportive of what we envisioned. One of the secret keys to having a fabulous wedding and reception isn’t having a coordinator or planner, it really rests in the DJ. On the day of our event, Greg had our timeline and made sure to execute each moment seamlessly. He played all music from pre-ceremony to ceremony to dinner and dancing reception on time and in accordance with the songs we chose. Greg also collaborated with our officiant, live musician and videographers to ensure audio was flawless for the day. Greg’s DJ setup looked classy (which matched the classic and romantic styling of our event) and included cool elements to transform our dinner reception into a tasteful dance party. After our big day, Greg checked in and sent us congratulations. If we had our wedding day all over again, we’d absolutely choose DJs For You. -

I 100% recommend! DJ Cosme made our wedding on 9.10.2021 fun from start to finish as MC and DJ. He helped us organized speed pictures, a bridal entrance with Mariachi, and even surprised us with ballons during the dance party. Our guests loved the music, ballons, and the dance floor was full. Some items didnt go as planned but DJ Cosme made sure things ran smoothly! Very professional and organized. Thank you DJ Cosme, it was a pleasure to have you as our DJ and you made our wedding reception great!

I work with so many wedding DJs and picking Greg was a no brainer. Like many couples, we postponed our original wedding date, but he was so easy to work with to find a new one. We had to cut our guest count to 50 people, but still had a busy dance floor all night. He was so helpful in the planning process and was quick to give advice when I needed it. I can’t recommend him enough!

Due to COVID, we changed our date and did not have our original DJ from the company. The company was very flexible and made sure we had someone amazing for our big day.
We were DEFINITELY not disappointed 🙂. The company helped us created our amazing first dance mixed song and gave us our dream DJ- DJ Greg H, who was literally absolutely amazing and exactly what our event needed.
He was so accommodating from the very beginning and worked with us over zoom and through the great user friendly wedding planning tool to help us plan our dream day.
He made sure to ask for our opinion every step of the way, and wouldn’t let us settle for any ideas that we didn’t feel completely excited about.
You can tell he genuinely cares and wanted us to have a great experience. The day of our wedding, we brought lots of positive, lively energy.
He really brought the party to us and made sure everyone had an amazing time , while still keeping everyone safe and comfortable with the state Covid restrictions in place. I mean if you can do that, what can’t you do? That took some real talent, if you ask me.
Moral of the story, if you want to have an amazing, unforgettable, joyful time, then you should book DJ Greg right now. I promise you it will be one of the best decisions you have ever made -

While planning my wedding, a friend asked who is going to be your DJ? I said I don’t know. Does is really matter? She said yes it does! Think about all of the weddings you have been to. What sticks out the most? The reception and how much fun it was or wasn’t. So true!
When my fiancé and I met with Greg we hit it off right away. So personable and organized. I was impressed. We signed up right away. What really got me is that Greg said I help you with the planning. Greg was right!
The tool kit guides you through everything you need. We got married at the venue and Greg made suggestions that made things go smooth.
I cannot express how much Greg made our wedding planning less stressful and fun. How he kept us on track. How well prepared he was at our wedding and reception. He took the time to meet everyone, help everyone. Our introductions were so much fun. We played the shoe game. Our special dances with parents.
Greg engages with the attendees and gets everyone dancing and moving and having fun! My friends and family still talk about our wedding and Greg.

It really doesn’t get any better than having Greg DJ your wedding! From the start, Greg was super organized, attentive and gave us ideas/suggestions that we would never have thought of. Greg was BEYOND amazing and more. The planning tools he provided made everything super easy. I added so many songs and he was able to pinpoint which ones would keep people dancing. As people said their goodbyes, they raved about Greg. It’s been two days I’m STILL hearing how great the music was and I expect that will continue. I have two friends getting married soon and they are bummed they already have their DJs because they would’ve been asking for his information. We had attended a wedding where Greg was the DJ and really enjoyed his work. So we had to get him for our own wedding! I connected with Greg at a local Starbucks where he briefed us on the process of getting prepared for our wedding. He brought a few forms and then emailed me a template for sending him the songs. It was a very easy process thanks to his template! Greg was very responsive and helped out by being proactive in the process. When I was unsure about how to shorten our first dance song, he made some samples and sent them for me to review. We have gotten a lot of compliments on our playlist and it is all credit to how Greg plays off the energy in the room. The dance floor was packed all night and we had an absolute blast! Totally perfect day and Greg helped make that happen. Thank you Greg! -

Greg made my wedding simply amazing! From the initial meeting all the way to the day of; he was responsive, caring, and helpful! He not only DJ’d for the wedding, but helped come up with a day of timeline and helped execute the day of time line! He uses planning tools to keep you organized and makes sure you don’t forget anything. Always keeping things flowing smoothly. All of my guests said he was the best DJ they’ve ever seen and they loved his song choices. He kept the guests entertained and dancing all night! I would recommend Greg to anyone and everyone! The best decision you could make. PERIOD.
Greg Hoover is the best DJ you could ever have for your wedding day, period! You don't get a second chance at a wedding to set the mood, so you want to get it right the first time. Greg is it. The DJ doesn't just set the music for the night, they are the host of the party, and have the largest impact of anyone on how much fun your guests have!
My wife & I met Greg years ago at a friend's wedding, and knew right away that he needed to be the one we worked with for ours. We had tons of questions up front, during planning, and even the day of. The best part of our questions was, Greg had an answer to everyone of them, day or night! His planning tools & organization made the song selection process so much easier than we ever thought it could be, and when we weren't sure of the songs to pick for certain parts of the ceremony/reception, we'd look to the suggestions page that had tips, tricks, and answers. If we still wanted his input, he couldn't be easier to get a hold of. Calls/texts/emails/in-person meetings, whatever it takes, Greg goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. Still can't pick the right song after that, tell him it's dealers choice, and you can rest assured he'll make it beautiful. How many other people can you have that type of confidence with? That peace of mind is priceless!
When you are planning for the happiest day of your life, you already have so much to cover, and don't need any extra frustration to worry you, or your spouse. Cue in Greg. You just won't find someone that has the personality he does, nor the ability to sense what a crowded room is feeling. Worried that your guests in the back won't hear the music?.. he's got that covered. Want a light show that only a rock band could rival?.. He's got that too. Are you having a mental meltdown seconds before walking out in front of all your family & friends?.. Greg is already standing next to you with a couple of tissues, and a joke ready to bring you back into the game! You just can't fake it, and I can't overstate it enough, he's not just the DJ you'd want, he's the one you NEED. As you'll see from his multitude of reviews on here, he simply is the best, and you wouldn't want to settle for anything less on your wedding day!
Needless to say, he's the only DJ we'll ever recommend to any of our family & friends, and we'll rest comfortably knowing they will get the same exceptional service we did.

I don't even know where to begin... Greg was just simply the BEST! Not only his amazing DJ skills & upbeat attitude! However, he was just a pleasure to work with.
My husband & I got married in October 2018. Before the ceremony I was stressed out & freezing. Greg sat down talked to me calmed me down & gave me the jacket off his back to warm me up!
At the very beginning of the reception he got the party with the Shoe Game! I highly recommend this fun little game! Oddly enough, it's the one thing my guests still talk about to this day! The one thing they just loved about my wedding!
Shortly, after dinner around 8:00pm we got the most terrible news... Our beloved Grandmother had passed away. It thought I was going to pass out. I took some time to gather myself & I immediately told all of my vendors what happened to keep them in the loop. I can't thank Greg enough how he handle the situation... First things first, I told him over the DJ booth & he immediately came around to give me a great big hug. Then after everyone had officially gathered themselves after quite some time. Greg came to me & said let's restart this party & let's honor your grandmother. Which is exactly what I wanted to do... We spent the rest of the night celebrating not only our wedding, but the life of our beautiful grandmother who lost her battle to Brain Cancer.
Greg - I can not thank you enough. You truly saved our wedding day & turned negatives into positives. Thanks again.
