The best DJ!

Jerry was incredibly supportive and helpful, both prior to and during our wedding. He worked with us to build a great playlist that was perfectly suited our reception and helped to keep people dancing until the very end of the night. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Jerry was absolutely perfect and I am so grateful to have found him. I highly recommend Jerry Booth to any person seeking a disc jockey. I got married this January. I initially discovered Jerry Booth while searching for a service to rent DJ equipment. I am passionate about music and playlists, and I was very much set on creating my own wedding playlists- much to the chagrin of my family, who insisted a DJ was necessary. I reached out to Jerry via email and he requested a phone conversation. My husband and I put a lot of effort into finding the perfect DJ for our wedding. We spoke with a couple of DJs and visited Bridal Expos in search of our dream DJ but still were unsure of who to choose. Jerry was referred to us by a close friend, so we decided to give him a call. He was extremely professional and has extensive experience, we knew we had found a solid match for our needs. He was thorough with his planning and very dependable. He took the time to create the perfect playlist for our special day. In addition, he honored our request to have a special performance at our wedding and coordinated with our guest performer to ensure a smooth show for our guests. We had absolutely the best experience with DJ Jerry. He is worth every penny! I really cannot say enough good things about him! He was so easy to work with, he really listened to what we wanted and what we really did not want. He made our reception run smoothly & kept our guest informed. Most Importantly, the music was AMAZING!! I don't think he could have captured mine & my fiancés taste in music any better than he did, it was absolutely perfect!! I remember being very worried that our reception would be boring and that none of our guest would get up and dance, but Jerry made sure it wasn't and we had so much fun with our guests dancing the night away! Jerry, Chris & I cannot thank you enough for your role in making our wedding absolutely perfect! If we have any events in the future that need a DJ we will know exactly where to go!

Jerry is the best! We found him based on a recommendation from our venue, so we knew they already had a good working relationship. We reached out to him via email and he called us to talk about some of the basics and our musical taste. We discovered quickly that it felt like a good match between his style and ours. I'm a musician so the choice of music was a very important one for me! Jerry took all my suggestions (and there were many) and made them into a fantastic playlist of dinner music and dancing music. We had a crowd that loves to dance, and despite the heat of an August wedding we all danced our butts off! Before the wedding started Jerry made sure to come find me and introduce himself in person. We settled a couple of last minute details, and he checked in periodically through the night making suggestions on what to do next but always going with what we wanted. He was great to work with leading up to the wedding and on the day of. Can't recommend him highly enough!

We recently organized a wedding celebration for my son and daughter in law at the Hampshire House in Boston. It was a small reception of about 50 quests mostly from the close friends and colleagues of the couple. There were many DJs to choose but we decided to select DJ Jerry after reading reviews and talking with him over the telephone.

Overall our celebration turned out to be very lovely and according to our guests a superb one. It was so rewarding to see and hear that everybody was really having a great time there. Moreover, it was so wonderful to see and learn that the married couple were so happy and having such a memorable time in their special night.

Having Jerry Booth as our DJ was one of the best decisions we made for this wedding celebration. He became an integral part of every activity we had in the program and did make a big difference to our successful celebration.

Jerry was everything we could have wanted in a wedding DJ and more! A+ During the planning process Jerry was extremely responsive, considered (and accommodated) our requests and provided his expert advice when possible. During the reception, he helped maintain the flow of the night and kept the dance floor packed the ENTIRE evening. So many of our guests have commented on what an incredible job he did. Jerry was the DJ at our wedding in June and he was an absolute joy to work with! We clicked immediately at our initial meeting and I knew he was the type of DJ we wanted. He was completely flexible to our needs, not pushy or embarrassing, classy, and knew just the type of feel we wanted for our reception.
He was highly reccommended by the venue we used and it was easy to understand why. When our timeline didn't quite work out (we luckily had a beautiful day and most of our guests spent a lot of time outside) he seamlessly created a warm, relaxed atmosphere that I know all of our guests enjoyed.
I would reccommend Jerry to anyone who wants a classy, unobtrusive, approachable DJ for any event they are planning.

DJ Jerry was so great! I spoke with several DJs on the phone before deciding to meeting anyone. Jerry was easy to talk with, so we decided to set up a meeting with Jerry. He came right to our apartment, which was great because we were in the process of moving and didn't have a lot of free time. After meeting with Jerry for a little bit, we decided to hire him. It was a GREAT decision.

Leading up to the wedding, Jerry answered our questions quickly and helped us figure out our ideal wedding experience for both ourselves and our guests. He went above and beyond when we realized that there wasn't an electrical source in the park where our ceremony took place. Jerry was able to adjust and find alternate power.

Like many brides, I was nervous that people wouldn't dance at the wedding and that our guests would be bored. Jerry made sure that they had a good time. He engaged everyone! Everyone danced and even 3 months later, people are telling us what a good time they had at our wedding.

Hire Jerry! He's the best!

Our wedding was this past May and Jerry Booth was our DJ. He also became my "day of" coordinator, therapist, sounding board and "guy who made sure my wedding was everything I hoped it would be". I never envisioned myself as the bride who became a mess leading up to her wedding day, but things got so big, so fast and Jerry was the one calm, consistent voice that I could go to when I had a question about anything wedding related. I'm sure he has blocked my phone number by now :)

Jerry was nothing but reassuring whenever we communicated. I've never had anyone return e-mails as fast as he did. He remembered things we had discussed or decided better than I had. He also gave helpful suggestions whenever we were getting hung up on a detail here and there. He has been a DJ for a long time and his experience shows -- we feel fortunate to have benefited from the knowledge he has gained over the years.

On the big day, everything seemed to run behind schedule except for Jerry, who was there setting things up early (he was there working before I and my wedding party arrived). He coordinated with the pastor and my photographer so that they were all on the same page. And I haven't even mentioned the dancing. There were some in attendance that I thought of as non-dancers. Boy was I ever wrong! His intuition and professionalism are extraordinary and our reception was a huge success, thanks mostly to Jerry's stewardship over things. I truly cannot thank him enough.

Everybody commented (and continues to comment) on what a great DJ we had. Jerry kept people on the floor all night. From youngest to the oldest guests, we had fun all night long. We had read his blog and it inspired us to think 'outside the box' and make our wedding really "our wedding." I loved the fact that he seemed as interested as we were in getting everything just right.

It was a great experience all around and we HIGHLY recommend him.

DJ Jerry was recommend from a friend and I could not have been happier with the job Jerry did for my wedding. From the very first phone call, to the day of and everything in between he was very professional and easy going. Working with Jerry was one of the easiest things about the wedding. I had about 10 songs I wanted to hear at the wedding and he was able to fit them all and it all worked and flowed nicely. Jerry was fantastic to work with!
We spent hours reviewing how we wanted our music to reflect us, and he was careful to avoid "stepping on toes" while gently guiding us. He was invaluable in his help with our schedule, and accommodated us when we asked him (sort of last-minute) to do our ceremony music at a second venue!
He was so easy going, and responded to emails quickly and professionally.
People danced through our whole reception.
Mostly, for us though, by the time our wedding rolled around, we knew we didn't have to worry about the music, the schedule, the atmosphere, or the organization, because he was paying attention and doing great work.
If we ever need another DJ, he will be our first call!

Jerry was fantastic, and we knew from the minute he told us in a pre-wedding meeting "Don't worry, I won't let you down" that we had chosen a great DJ! Ever the professional, he was very responsive to emails and was always willing to sit down either in person or via the phone to chat with us about our questions or concerns. And man, did he jam at the reception! The dance floor was packed and even the people who didn't dance had a great time. He was flexible in that he had to alter the equipment he was going to use at the last minute to accommodate our space constraints, and he did so flawlessly. He was flexible in that he very quickly was able to change the flow of the evening in order to accommodate our needs and wants, again flawlessly. Jerry was just phenomenal and as promised, he absolutely did not let us down! We just went to a wedding last weekend and are still getting compliments about the great music at our wedding! We could not have made a better choice than hiring Jerry to DJ our September 2012 wedding. From our first initial conversation to the big day, he was professional, friendly, easy to work with, and made us feel we were in capable hands.

During the reception, he made sure things moved smoothly from dinner music, to toasts, to the cake cutting, to the first dance. As a DJ, he knows how to keep the party going without being intrusive. We gave him a handful of requests, and he crafted a playlist that kept the dance floor packed all night. As a small (50-ish guest) wedding, our biggest fear was that no one would dance, but Jerry made that fear seem silly. Our guests could not stop raving about how much fun they had.

Jerry was FANTASTIC. We gave him two, exactly two, song requests (and they were Bon Jovi and The Flamingos), and somehow from that, he managed to play the perfect music all night long. People commented to us all throughout the reception that he was great. He played a great balance of newer pop songs and older songs as well (which was important to us because we had a large age range at the reception). The dance floor was full all night - who knew our families and friends liked to dance that much? Jerry was also very responsive during the whole planning process. He returned calls quickly and made a point of staying by the phone if he knew I was going to call. Jerry knows what he's doing and how to keep the party going. You can rely on him to be prepared and keep the fun going all night. I had visions that we'd have one of those lame receptions where nobody danced - but the complete opposite ended up happening and it's really all because of Jerry.

I truly cannot rate Jerry high enough in all categories. We got numerous comments from friends and family that he was the best DJ they'd ever experienced, and I have to agree. He read our crowd so well. The weather was HOT for our wedding, and under a lesser DJ I have no doubt people would have sat down for much of the night because of the heat, but he seemed to know just what to play so that people couldn't resist dancing! Furthermore, he was so friendly, warm and easy to work with.

We hadn't met in person until our wedding day, but I wasn't worried, because he seemed so responsible, professional, and sweet over phone, email and Skype. When we finally met he was exactly as I expected and felt like a friend. He always responded very promptly to all our questions and accommodated our somewhat off-the-beaten-path music requests. He was willing to travel and even brought backup equipment and took care of lots of details we didn't even think to ask about. I'm just so grateful that Jerry was part of our wedding and helped make it such a unique, special night with music that was just right for us.

Also, we just found out from our family that he worked "secretly" with them after the wedding to help them create CDs to give to us with a "best-of" playlist of the music from our wedding. This goes to show both that the music he played was so great, we want to listen to it again, and also that he is willing to go above and beyond the regular call of duty. He is a very special person, and very, very good at what he does.

I contacted DJ Jerry, who I found on the web, for a 5th grade last day of school party at Lake Cochituate in Wayland. He responded right away, was available, and quoted me an awesome price to boot! He showed up right on time, set up lickety split with a system that LOOKED small and unobtrusive but delivered AWESOME sound (several people commented on how he could get such good sound out of such a sleek system - he does invest in good equipment) and played a well thought out selection of music to please the fifth graders AND the parents. No cheesy DJ prater either. Just good tunes for a beach party. I would use him again and would recommend him for any type of party, wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, or school function.

Jerry is a talented DJ and outstanding organizer with a passion for his work. Some of the DJs we interviewed were a little too full of themselves for our liking. Jerry was just the opposite. The atmosphere for our wedding felt unique, unlike all of the weddings that we have attended in the last few years. Consulting with Jerry, he treated us more like friends than customers. He sincerely wanted to make sure our reception was perfect (and it was, thanks to him.) He worked very well with our caterer and photographer. The entire night went perfectly because of Jerry.

We had a diverse crowd from all over the country of varying musical tastes including a few college friends from the midwest. We originally had some concerns that our DJ would not be able to entertain the whole group, but Jerry kept everyone engaged without being "in your face" annoying. Throughout, he was able to keep everyone on the dance floor while keeping true to what OUR vision was for the day. A friend of mine told me that if Jerry was based in New Jersey, she would have hired him right then and there for her wedding next year.

Jerry went beyond what we expected of "just" a DJ and made our reception so perfect it was unbelievable.

I had used DJ Jerry a few years ago for my 50th birthday party so when I was getting married there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted him to do my wedding. His professionalism, ideas, overall knowledge of what I wanted and needed put my mind at ease and I knew I did not have to worry at least where the music was concerned. I found Jerry through Wedding Wire and the great reviews he has recieved. The reviews did not lie, he was GREAT! If you are looking for a laid back DJ but yet still keeps the evening organized and fun, then Jerry is your DJ. He was professional, accomodating, and made sure to include all of our special requests. My Husband and I have a unique taste in music, so looking for a DJ made me nervous, after my first call with Jerry all that went away and the evening played out just the way I had envisioned. Jerry’s easygoing manner made us feel very comfortable right from the start. His suggestions were very helpful when deciding what music to play through each phase of our wedding, from the ceremony to the last song. On the day of our wedding Jerry had to be quick on his toes, because due to the weather, it came down to the wire deciding to have our ceremony outside. Since he was already set up for an indoor ceremony, Jerry was the ultimate professional and rearranged his equipment without fuss so we could achieve our dream of an outdoor wedding.
We did not have a lot of preferences for songs; we just wanted everyone to have a good time. Jerry asked if he could “go with the flow” and that’s exactly what he did. He played what we chose for our ceremony and the music he picked for the cocktail hour and reception was fantastic. He played the few songs that we did request and then went with the crowd. Thanks to Jerry everyone of all ages was up dancing all night. People are still talking about how much fun our wedding was and the music was a big factor. We would highly recommend Jerry B, and actually already have!

From my first meeting with Jerry I knew he would be the perfect DJ for our wedding. He was very professional, yet very personable. Jerry was very organized and always responded immediately to my emails, which was very helpful considering many vendors weren't as kind. I felt confident that Jerry had a good understanding of the kind of music we were hoping to have played at our wedding. After giving Jerry just a short list of songs we wished to have played he was able to choose great songs that had everyone on the dance floor the entire night. Everyone loved the music and raved about Jerry. He also did a great job of helping the reception flow well throughout the night. I would definitely recommend Jerry to everyone! He was by far the easiest vendor we worked with.

My wife and I could not be happier with the job Jerry did for our wedding. In our initial meetings, we didn't really know what we wanted except good music for our reception. Jerry spent time getting to know us and helped us develop a plan without ever being pushy or cheesy. His approach was smart and easy to work with. Jerry worked as a team with the people handling the reception and the result was simply outstanding! Smooth dinner music, fantastic dance music, he got it right! At the end of the night Jerry got a BIG round of applause and it was well deserved. A month later, our friends still talk about how great he was. Jerry Booth is a professional DJ. We can't thank Jerry enough and couldn't be happier that he was able to work with us for our wedding!

From the first email, I was very happy to see that he responded within minutes, which was a trend that carried through to the very end. This small thing in reality means a lot, and speaks volumes about his character, and his dedication to his work and his clients. From the first phone conversation, I felt completely at ease with Jerry and just knew he would be perfect.

Even in planning our small wedding over the course of a very short 3 months, Jerry was extremely helpful and guided us through each step of the process. We loved meeting him, as he runs through so many ideas to incorporate and you can see how passionate he is about his work. Jerry is a true professional, and never oversells, and is very open and honest - when inquiring whether we would need to rent a microphone for our ceremony, I'm sure that other vendors would jump at the chance to offer options, but Jerry gave us his professional opinion that we wouldn't need it - and indeed we didn't. I really appreciated this about working with him.

Since our wedding was so small, I was worried that not many people would dance, but in fact, the complete opposite happened and everyone, I mean EVERYone was on the dancefloor!! I've had so many people say that this was the BEST wedding they've ever been to, and we honestly owe it to Jerry. I HIGHLY recommend having Jerry as your DJ - you'll be so glad you did!!

Jerry was exactly what we were looking for in a DJ - experienced, personable and classy - he had great ideas. We first met with Jerry months before our wedding and talked with him for a while about weddings and music and random things. He gave some great advice for our wedding overall, not just for music. We told him that we wanted Rat Pack music for cocktail hour and dinner and he did amazing! Everyone was complimenting on the music, even the oldest people there. All ages were dancing all night! He even had some great ideas for the last few songs and what order, which people are still talking about a month later! If you're looking for someone who is personable and experienced, then Jerry would be perfect for you. We are soo happy we went with him:)

Jerry was professional , courteous, a great communicator and VERY organized. We really appreciated everything and can't thank him enough. If anyone asks us who to recommend for a dj, we will highly recommend Jerry!

DJ Jerry was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

I was very nervous about selecting a DJ as the DJ I picked for my first wedding in 2003 was terrible. I must have spent 10 hours researching various DJ services online, sending out emails, filling out forms, and having phone interviews. As soon as I spoke with DJ Jerry on the phone I had a very good feeling. He was very courteous, polite and conversation was very easy. Jerry was open to establing a preferred play list and a undesirable play list.

My fiance and I met up with Jerry for Dinner one night just to walk thru the plans for the evening and talk about music that we thought our crowd would enjoy. Jerry was very receptive to the suggestions that we provided and he did a great job mixing in other pop music that blended in with what we provided on the preferred list.

DJ Jerry was always very fast to respond to emails, more often than not he was following up with me whenever I was thinking to myself, I should touch base with the DJ on something. All of this kept my mind at ease and made for a very relaxing take when it came to the reception music.

On the day of, Jerry was very professional working with the bridal party and families, introductions were smooth, and throughout the night Jerry was able to quickly shift gears to make announcements or move items up or back as we needed to, he was flexible and very easy to work with.

Once the parent dances ended, the dance floor was open and stayed packed for the next 2+ hours. Jerry really hit the mark with the dance music. At the end of the night Jerry announced last song and as it ended, the crowd began chanting "one more song, one more song". Jerry very quickly was able to flip on another great jam and folks kept dancing. The same thing happened a 2nd time and Jerry obliged the crowd with one more. One the third time I literally had to take Jerry's microphone and thank our guests for coming, but inform them that it was necessary for the party to shutdown and folks needed to jump on the shuttle Bus that we had.

Jerry DJ'd my wedding 4 years ago (7/14/07) and my husband and I still talk about how much we loved working with him. The first thing I did when I got to the hall was give him a hug because it was like seeing an old friend. Working with him the months leading up to our wedding was the easiest part of the whole planning process. I had a small wedding (60 people) at a small venue and really wanted just a fun night for my friends and family without all the hokey wedding stuff that DJ's normally do at weddings. The first time we talked, I think we spoke for over an hour on what my thoughts were and what his style was. I thought we would be a great fit. We met one or two times after that with my husband to discuss the nitty gritty details. He is such a professional. I wasn't even thinking about what type of music we needed during cocktial hour or dinner time. He had great suggestions and we went with it. I didn't want to give a prescribed list of songs and he told us his philosophy was to watch the crowd and go with their momentum. That worked perfectly! There is nothing worse that when a DJ puts on a song and everyone leaves the dance floor. That didn't really happen during our wedding. The months leading up to the wedding I would bombard him with emails on thoughts I had for songs or random requests that I knew would make some of our friends really get out on the dance floor or go down memory lane. And I had a do not play list. I hate anything chicken, electric or macarena. It was banned from the wedding. And wouldn't you know, at the wedding he had all my emails with him and even highlighted all the important parts. He didn't miss a beat. If he took a break, I don't think I knew it. The party kept going the whole time. He really is a great guy to work with. I recommended him to a friend at work and she ended up using him too and really couldn't have been happier. Any bride would be lucky to have him as part of her day. Lastly I want to mention that price was a concern for us when looking for a DJ. His prices (although I'm sure different now) were phenomenal for the service you get. He didn't over-inflate because he heard the word wedding. He puts a lot of time, thought and energy into making sure you have a perfect day and he is worth every penny. Thank you Jerry for such great memories!

DJ Jerry absolutely made our night. From the get-go he was super responsive and very helpful. He helped me to make sure every musical base was covered, from cocktail/dinner music to special requests, etc.

What I didn't realize until the reception was just how far he'd go to make sure the evening was perfect. He was an excellent MC and during a special anniversary dance, he got the crowd completely engaged. By the time the dance began, everyone was excited about it.

He also made sure that everything behind the scenes was running smoothly. Because the night was warm, we decided to move up the bride/groom & parent dances to before dinner (so we could all change into cooler clothing). I mentioned it to Jerry and he took care of coordinating with the caterer. I didn't have to do anything but sit back and enjoy.

This was my only wedding reception and thanks to Jerry, it was perfect.

We loved our experience with Jerry. From our first appointment we were impressed with how people-oriented he was. My husband didn't always love being dragged around to our vendor interviews, but really enjoyed meeting him.

Our primary reason for hiring Jerry was his professionalism. He really took charge the day of the wedding - working with our minister, photographer, the staff at our reception hall - to make sure that everything ran as scheduled. We had not opted to use a 'day of' co-ordinator so that was a real value to us. He let us offer our own insight on the music which was exactly what we wanted.

Everything was just perfect. I'm so glad we went with Jerry and we'd happily hire him again.

We had the pleasure of using Jerry for our wedding last October. From the very first meeting we were incredibly impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly and experienced he was. The day of the wedding he was absolutely fantastic. He kept all of our guests on the dance floor the entire night, while also making sure the whole event ran smoothly.

We had so much fun working with Jerry and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. We've received many compliments from all our guests as to what a great job the D.J. did and how it was the best wedding they've been to!

We cannot say enough about what DJ Jerry Booth added to our wedding. He was a huge part of our special occasion and it was such a relief to be able to rely on his expertise, professionalism and support. Jerry has been in the business for 25 years and it shows. He obviously takes his profession very seriously and is passionate about what he does. He isn't gimmicky, and didn't take over our wedding reception in any way - and we were so impressed at how smoothly he moved the evening along, from first dance to cake cutting to last call. Jerry is extremely kind and attentive and really listens to what a couple wants for their special day, while also being there to advise when needed. We put the dance music for the evening completely in Jerry's hands, and we were absolutely amazed at the results. Everyone was dancing all night long and having a blast!! For the cocktail/dinner music, Jerry really went the extra mile to find some obscure songs that were very special to us - it was such a nice surprise when we heard them while dining with our guests!
We will always remember our wedding as one of the most perfect, memorable, love-filled days of our lives, and we thank Jerry for helping to make that happen. He's absolutely wonderful and we only hope we can have another occasion someday where we can work with him again! Thank you Jerry!

Jerry is beyond great. If we could have rated him 10 stars we would. From the first time we met Jerry, he was the ultimate professional. He always responded very quickly whenever we were in touch with him. Sometimes he was actually ahead of us. Truly nothing but good things to say and, obviously, would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a top-notch wedding DJ.

Jerry was wonderful to work with. My husband was initially worried about having a DJ that was too cheesy and Jerry was the complete opposite. He was very professional and had a lot of previous experience, which put me at ease. We spoke on the phone and I could sense his knowledge and passion right away. He met with us 2 times to go over the music and anytime I emailed him he always responded very quickly, which is always appreciated. He did everything we had asked and the songs kept our guests on dance floor all night long. I would highly recommend him to other couples. Our wedding day was amazing and unpredictable at the same time. Right after our ceremony was complete the skies opened up and it rained so hard and so fast that it partially flooded our reception area, right next to where Jerry Boot had set up. DJ Jerry Booth took all of this in stride and with a great deal of professionalism. He continued to keep the flow of the day going. Our friends and family repeatedly came up to us and told us that the music was great! And everything came across as seamless for us. The unpredictability of our day combined with Jerry's amazing service just made the day even more spectacular than one could imagine!

DJ Jerry is the ONLY one you should hire for your celebration! Hands down, helpful, friendly, patient, enthusiastic, etc. etc.

From the minute we emailed Jerry he was professional and really friendly. We met about a month before the wedding and it was like meeting an old friend for lunch. He was so enthusiastic and excited about our wedding that we knew we'd made the right choice.

We had a Fenway Park wedding, which came with some (a lot of) technical challenges. Jerry took charge of contacting the Fenway folks and working things out with them, and even when I had doubts, he remained relentlessly positive, and assured me that my day would work out the way I envisioned. When we all got to Fenway, he had more hoops to jump through, but he worked like crazy to make my day special. I can't thank him enough!

As for the music, it was great! Fenway was rocking to everything from The Dropkick Murphys to Hot Chocolate, and the dance floor was packed. Even my 82-year-old mother was out there, kicking up a storm with the 20-somethings! My guests are still talking about how much fun they had. Jerry really went above and beyond to make our day super special and great fun. Plus, he was so easy to work with--conversations with him felt like talking to an old friend. I would hire him again in a minute! With DJ Jerry you'll have a REALLY fun celebration with someone who cares about your happiness and who will work hard to make your event perfect.

It was our true pleasure to have Jerry Booth as DJ for our wedding. Our guests raved about our wedding music and about Jerry's performance. We were very choosy in picking our DJ, and recommendations led us to Jerry. Reviews of his work gave us high expectations and he definitely lived up to them.

Jerry was capable, had excellent equipment, arrived early, coordinated with our other vendors, and was a true professional. Jerry was also just a really nice guy to work with.

We gave Jerry a flavor of what we wanted for music, and he put together an excellent song list tailored to our wedding. He also adjusted the tone and tempo of the music as the night went on. He made every effort to accommodate guest requests. He served as master of ceremonies as needed, but also blended in.

We had an unusual format, and changed some things before the wedding which was no problem, Jerry adjusted and accomodated us. Jerry has an innate feel for his audience and made people of all generations comfortable, getting people we have never seen dance to boogie down.

Jerry also had a great sense of humor, and kept the mood light, but was not cheesy in any way. We would recommend Jerry without hesitation, and feel so fortunate that we found him.

You couldn't have asked for a better DJ than Jerry. I was a bit neurotic about a playlist of songs I wanted to hear that evening, and even what order they came in! Jerry was accommodating and comfortable with my involvement in the process, and mixed them in seamlessly. He was very easy to be in contact with, unobtrusive as an MC, and is a true professional. His equipment was top-notch, and he made the important music part of the evening totally stress-free.

Jerry was fantastic, read the crowd great so the flow of the night was perfect, and talked me through and asked all the right questions in the days and weeks before we got there so everything was all planned out and I had nothing to worry about at the wedding. He was also totally professional, talked only as much as we asked/wanted him to and let the music do the rest. And totally reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

We had Jerry DJ our small wedding this past September. He listened to everything we wanted and truly took the time to understand who we were and what kind of night we were looking for. He always got back to us right away and was so easy to work with! The day of he showed up with plenty of time, and everything went great! We had many compliments on the music throughout the night. I find it difficult to find words to describe how absolutely wonderful Jerry is. Picking a DJ for my wedding made me really nervous, but the moment I found Jerry, my stress melted away. From before we even officially booked him, he was incredibly responsive, and did not pressure us at all. Throughout the planning, he was very easy to get in touch with, and provided an enormous amount support. He would offer (great) advise when asked, but also really encouraged us to really make the wedding our own, and never once tried to steer us towards a "cookie cutter" wedding. Jerry quickly became much more than our DJ; he was a true friend. My husband often joked that he was worried I would be sad after the wedding, because I couldn't be in constant contact with Jerry any more. At the wedding, Jerry was amazing. He arrived very early, maintained energy and warmth all night, and kept everyone dancing. I still get compliments on how great the music was. He did a fantastic job of feeling the crowd moving through the reception time line, and MCing. But he was also very good at making sure the focus was on us and our guests. I recommended Jerry to my dear friend whose wedding was 3 weeks before mine, and he did an excellent job there as well. I can honestly say that picking Jerry was one of the best wedding decisions I made, except for saying yes to my husband :)

My wife and I couldn't be happier to of had Jerry as our wedding reception DJ. He did a great job of keeping the evening moving along smoothly while being on the microphone at a minimum and letting the music set the tone for the evening. He was extremely flexible and supportive of our song choices. And he was also very professional, reliable, and responded to e-mails very quickly. We trusted and relied on Jerry throughout the entire process which allowed us to concentrate on the rest of the planning and celebration. We would highly recommend Jerry to other couples.

Jerry was the DJ at our wedding on 3/20/09 and he was wonderful. Jerry met us before the wedding at a place that we convient for us. He gave us a great guidelines as to what to think about for songs and how the night should go. Jerry was very easy to get in contact with and answered all of our questions. He was able to get older songs for us that he had "in storage" and was able to take talking out of a song that we really wanted to play. Jerry was flexable with us at the wedding and worked well with our crazy guests! He always kept us informed of the time and asked what we wanted to do next. He worked great with the band we also had playing at the wedding. Our reception when nothing like I had planned, but it was perfect and Jerry did a great job! Jerry's prices were very affordable and worth every penny! We highly recommend Jerry!

He was very ready and willing to work with us and give us what we wanted. He respected our wishes and was genuinely a nice guy. We enjoyed his enthusiasm. I cannot say enough about Jerry. Out of all of the vendors I booked, he was by far the most professional and the most sincere. He went out of his way to accomodate my husband and I. During our very first conversation, he encouraged me to make sure that I was positive he was the right fit for us, before going ahead and booking him....I'm not sure many vendors would encourage "shopping around" until your satisfied. He helped to make our day worry free from the minute I booked him to the very end when the guests were leaving. He is an amazing dj, but more importantly he is a man of great character, something this world needs a little more of. Thanks again Jerry for everything.....Happy Holidays. The Moores!

Jerry was great to work with before the wedding. He answered my emails quickly, and I sent many. He came up with a great play list. We hired him for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Many guests complimented the music selection for the cocktail hour, which I had no part in planning - that was all Jerry! The day of the wedding he was a bit too hands on with us at times, certain details would have been better worked out before the day of. Part of that could have been the caterer's fault though, they were not the best to work with!
