There is literally no one better than Tom!!
He made our day beyond special! Everything was perfect from start to finish. He gave us smoke canons to use during the reception and it was AMAZING! I think he also played every song we requested. Best. Wedding.DJ. Ever!
In all honesty Tom brought way more than we had ever hoped for. He really allowed us to craft the musical experience for our guests with helpful and knowledgeable guidance. It felt as though he wanted to learn about us from the very beginning. On our big day his work and his experience made the evening cohesive and enjoyable. He knew just the right timing, knew ALL the other vendors and staff of the Oklahoma Hall of fame. Tom went above and beyond preparing a special movie theme entrance for my bride that had the entire crowed filled with emotion.
Simply put, if you have the option to have Tom work your special day, do it. Your friends and family will speak of your wedding years later with joy.

Tom Saved the Day!
We cannot say enough good things about Tom Sawyer. He truly saved our wedding day. When our original DJ fell through just three weeks before the wedding, Tom stepped in without hesitation and made the entire process completely stress free.
He arrived incredibly early to set up, was beyond professional, and catered the music perfectly to our crowd. He read the room so well and kept the energy exactly where it needed to be all night. The dance floor was full, and so many of our guests commented on how great the music was.
What really sets Tom apart is who he is as a person. He even texted us after the wedding to check on us, which meant so much. That kind of care is rare and speaks volumes about his character. Tom Sawyer is the best guy. We are so grateful for him and could not recommend him more.

Tom was the BEST DJ to work with for our wedding day! Seriously so fun and charismatic! WOW!! Incredible service! I am so happy we went with Tom Sawyer DJ Services for our wedding!! I was very particular when I was looking for our DJ. My husband and I wanted to have a party for the reception, we wanted people on the dance floor all night, and Tom delivered. I was able to interview him prior to hiring him and we had another meeting in person a couple weeks before the wedding to make sure everything was in order. I was able to message him with any changes or questions through the process as well. His knowledge and attention to what we wanted was spot on. He makes sure that the attention is on you as a couple. He is very easy going and a professional. I never felt worried or stressed about our choice to hire him for our big day.

Best money spent!
My husband and I had one requirement for our wedding. WE WANTED A PARTY! We contacted Tom for his availability and he responded to us within 15 minutes with a quote! The planning process with Tom was easy, accessible, and he gave u as much or as little control as we wanted for our party. There was even a link that our guests could use to request music well before our wedding day!
Tom was the MC for our wedding and our guests commented on how things just flowed and there never seemed to be downtime.
The party was amazing! We danced so much and our feet were hurting for days afterwards!
One thing to note, Tom does charge more than what other DJs charge but...IT'S SO WORTH IT!
We are thrilled to have had Tom as part of our wedding day and we are excited because my maid of honor has already booked Tom for her wedding!

Super Fun DJ!
We are so glad that we got to work with Tom! He did a fantastic job DJ'ing our wedding and everyone had such a great time on the dance floor. He was professional and flexible when we had any questions, and offered up some great ideas for keeping our guests engaged throughout the evening. Hands down the best dj out there. I can't remember a single dj from any wedding until Tom was the dj! I was the guest at my nephews wedding in 2021 and had the best time and so did everyone else. It was a no brainer calling him in again when I was planning my nieces wedding. He is so easy to work with and made everything transition smoothly! He always has a smile on his face and totally brings the party! I recently hired Tom Sawyer for my wedding reception and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. From the very beginning, he took the time to get to know us as a couple and understand our music preferences. On the big day, he exceeded all of our expectations and kept the party going all night long! Our guests were raving about the music selection.
His equipment was top-notch and the lighting design was absolutely beautiful. Tom is a great emcee and made all the announcements and kept the reception running smoothly. He was also able to adjust the music and atmosphere throughout the night to keep everyone on the dance floor.

Tom had a fun personality and we really enjoyed our meeting with him prior to the wedding. I left feeling excited and like he had a great feel for what we wanted at the wedding. Before the wedding, during the planning process Tom was an excellent communicator and has a very user friendly client portal for picking your songs and planning!
Tom was joyfully willing to bring all our weddings little quirks to the next level.

Tom is the best DJ you could ever ask for! He was super flexible to work with! I like many people recently with this crazy pandemic had to postpone my wedding and it was the easiest call out of all my vendors to make! I just called Tom and let him know what was going on and all he said was no problem and moved the date just like that! Don’t look anywhere else for a DJ! Book Tom Sawyer DJ services!!!

RUN, don't walk to DJ Tom! Having Tom as our DJ for our reception was one of the best decisions we made! Truly! Tom is professional, kind, helpful, hilarious, and he was quick to respond to any question or concern! We had a situation arise in the middle of planning our wedding that almost made us change our date, and when we talked to Tom, he was supportive and gracious and flexible! We ended up sticking with our original date and I am glad we did. It was the best party! Everyone loved him! And so do we!! You will not regret having Tom as your DJ! I promise!! Also, if you're on the fence about the photo booth, GET IT! :) It was a huge hit! Thank you, Tom and Quinn, for being so awesome, and for helping to make our day so perfect!!

20/10 - amazing!
Tom is genuinely SUCH a treat to work with! Everywhere he goes, he brings the party. He is the most professional, dedicated, and fun guy. It has been such a joy to work with him many times over this past year for several weddings + events. I even had the luxury of having Tom DJ + host my own birthday party this year! The Best Wedding DJ!!!
To say that Tom was a fantastic DJ is an understatement. From start to finish he had an air of professionalism that cannot be beat. He always responded to emails/phone calls/texts in a timely manner which is something that we really appreciated!
One of our favorite things about him was his personality. I was very glad that we were able to find someone who meshed with our personalities well.
He listened to our suggestions and the small details that we wanted for the wedding and was more than accommodating. He even was willing to suggest songs and ideas if you are kind of clueless like I am!
One of my biggest pet peeves for DJ and music in general is when it's too loud during the reception and no one can hear each other. He did a fantastic job in ensuring the music was not too loud but loud enough for people to enjoy!
Overall I am happy that I booked him as our DJ and would recommend him to others!

Worth every penny!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tom! His energy and excitement is everything needed to keep the party going! We had 200 guests and such a large venue yet everyone hit the dance floor! Book Tom Now!
We had planned an outdoor wedding--it rained and I do not mean drizzle, like a flood. We were at a farm--not a venue. There was MUD, there was RAIN it was the first cold day this fall! Tom was on time, he did not get his truck stuck (unlike everyone else), he was cheerful, resourceful. Tom handles the RAIN and MUD as if it was SUNSHINE and a BREEZE. He made the reception! he did everything we had asked, even the stuff we forgot! He smiled and made everyone else smile. He kept us on schedule and on track. I cannot imagine anyone doing any better and I do not think we would have made it without him. UNCONDITIONALLY RECOMMEND. IF YOU DON'T HIRE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Hiring Tom was one of the smartest choices we made because he was so much more than just a DJ, the entire reception went as smooth as glass because of his professionalism and experience. Couldn't say enough good things about the whole experience. Have had a lot of complements on how great he was. Everyone knows a bad DJ can ruin a party; we had the opposite, we had to shut it down because the crowd wouldn't leave after 2 extra hours. If we ever have another event there is only one name we will trust.

DJ Tom Sawyer is the best! Two of our good friends before us used him, and there was never going to be another option for us! Great collaborator in helping plan the music and any other things that come up for your event. Plenty of song suggestions for all parts of your event to help you choose or get your creative juices flowing. Quick to respond back and always professional. Talk about AWESOME!!! Tom was more than INCREDIBLE!! I had a very specific song that I wanted played down the aisle but as a surprise to the groom. When we first started on this mission, Tom was on point to help conspire with what I wanted. He went out of his way to make sure that the groom was thrown for a loop and during rehearsal made sure to play the “decoy” song. TOM NAILED IT! I also have to mention prior to this one song, I had a music playlist I had complied together and Tom didn’t bat an eye. He was open and made great suggestions to us for the day of the wedding. Honestly, Tom is just amazing to be around and a great guy to have on your side, he made our wedding so much fun!!!

Outstanding service, and excellent attention to detail
Tom met with us early in the process of our wedding and helped a tremendous amount to get our day scheduled and running, and then was a fantastic MC during the wedding. We sent him our timeline and our planned schedule of events and then completely forgot about it because it was in Tom's hands. We were married during the COVID pandemic, and Tom didn't take off his mask once (per request) and also made a couple of announcements (again, per request) when guests were getting a little lax. Well beyond the duties of a MC, but Tom did so without hesitation or complaint. Tom also had an automated photo booth available which after the wedding was a HUGE highlight for us, as we got to see candid pictures of our friends and loved ones having a ball the same night! Our favorite was a gif of a bunch of the kids at our wedding jumping up and down to songs Tom was playing. But the best part was my wife kept the song she wanted to talk down the isle to secret from me, and I was NEVER the wiser until the moment she began to walk down. I was completely blown away and it was an absolutely incredible moment for us both. He was the most outstanding experience and our ceremony and reception was easy, fun and extraordinarily memorable as a result. No words can capture our gratitude for his service, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We booked Tom for our wedding this year and it was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we reached out to him, he was always quick to respond, professional and extremely organized. His online planning forms are so easy to use and made picking our play list a breeze! He was so helpful when it came to figuring out the timeline for the evening and when I needed some last minute changes he didn’t bat an eye. And when my daughter didn’t want the party to end, he played a few of her favorite songs so she could dance a little bit longer! He really went above and beyond to help make our wedding unforgettable!

Super friendly and goes the extra mile
We're late to posting a review for Tom, but I easily remember the quality of service he gave. He bought us lunch at our first meeting, and spent a lot of time with us working out how the day would go. He worked around our taste in music (no rap or country can make a DJ's job hard...) and even coordinated with the venue at an in depth level to make sure the DJ service was in-sync with the venue's plans. The DJing during the ceremony and reception were also top notch and the sound quality was great. Tom is an exceptional DJ and person and his friendly demeanor make him a great choice as your wedding DJ.

Hands down, the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding day was hiring Tom. He kept in contact the entire time leading up to our wedding day; he was professional, yet personable and outgoing; he didn’t just play music, but actually MC’d the entire night (hugeeee plus!); and was just genuinely a great human being. 6 months before our wedding we found out I was pregnant and on our actual wedding day I was very sick just from the heat and my dress; Tom made sure to constantly check on me, make sure I was doing okay, kept the party going while I wasn’t able to. I can not recommend him enough!

Tom has been doing our events for approximately 7 years. He’s been our DJ for weddings, bridal shows, graduation party, 50th birthday party and many other misc parties we’ve hosted, each time he brings a friendly and fun atmosphere. He’s very personable and loves to get the crowd engaged. Fun, personable, zero stress
When I first started looking for DJs for my wedding, I was overwhelmed by the options. I started looking for someone who stood out from the crowd and offered something more than just music for my special day. That's when I found out that Tom was a well-loved and dedicated volunteer at the non-profit organization that I worked for at the time. Bingo. I wanted to meet this guy.
Tom was so responsive to my request and our first meeting was well-organized but still very relaxed--we met over tacos and he asked us questions about ourselves and our plans for the day. He made sure to get to know us as a couple so that he could give us a personal experience.
On the day of the wedding, I learned that he had collaborated with two of my best friends to deliver one of the best-personalized raps/speeches ever. It killed.
I could go on and on about how great the playlist was but plenty of people can make a great playlist. What I loved most about working with Tom was that he is a great human, he was so fun to work with, and he truly cares about making sure your event is memorable.

We used Tom for our wedding in 2013. To this day, he is the BEST dj I have ever heard. Wonderful DJ

Fun time!!
DJ Tom has energy and is very organized. He was so helpful in walking through the details and really keeping the party moving. Saw him out of the dance floor a couple times, getting the folks out to dance!! Loved working with him and would recommend him over and over!

BEST DJ! Book Tom now before it's too late!
He does things you don't even know need to be done. Knowing Tom was in charge, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I could just enjoy myself. He also had recommendations for doing things a different way than we had thought and it worked out great. We had people dancing all night long.

Best choice for a dj
I can’t even begin to explain how great Tom is. He went above and beyond for our wedding. I was a bride doing the whole wedding by myself. I was pretty overwhelmed until I booked Tom as our DJ. He is not just a DJ. He will do everything in his power to make your event perfect. And that exactly what I did for us. Our wedding day would not have happened if not for Tom and his assistant. I could go on and on. But he was hands down THE BEST choice as a DJ. Sit down and meet with Tom just once and you’ll be begging him to DJ your event. Thank you to Tom and his whole team!

Professional, Experienced, and Open
Tom was hands-down the best vendor we worked with for our wedding. What struck me from the first meeting we had was how professional he was - he has been in the business for long enough that he's got the whole process down pat. He has a really nifty website for couples to record the songs they want for specific events, to make requests for songs during the reception (or songs they don't want to hear!). Couples can also build a wedding timeline using his website, which is what we did. It was a really cool feature! And yet, despite the professionalism, Tom was never distant! He's very easy to talk to and reach out to, and he always responds promptly to questions! He's also full of ideas if you need them and if you have your own ideas, he is open and receptive. During the wedding, Tom was basically our MC and he kept everything running smoothly. He kept the party going during the reception and we had an absolute blast. To sum up, Tom is great to work with because he is: so self-contained and experienced that you don't have to worry about whether he knows what he's doing, so genial that you'll feel like old friends by the time the wedding comes around, so professional that he has an entire setup in place to help you organize your experience, and to top it off, he's just a cool person. He was a huge part in making our wedding the fantastic event that is was.

Wedding Sept. 1st
I am so happy we picked Tom as our Dj. He was able to get the party started from the moment we said “I do”. He was able to feel the crowd and get everyone dancing. No one wanted to leave! The dance floor stayed packed until the last song! He did such an amazing job!

Book this DJ! He did an awesome job above and beyond his duties. He covered bases and asked questions we wouldn't have even thought to ask. Even to go so far as to make sure we had a chance to eat before we got too occupied with our reception. This guy did an absolutely amazing job and I can't think of how anyone could have done better.

Tom Sawyer was our choice before we ever met him, his name is genius, but his organization upon meeting him was what put him over the top for us. The program he uses to help you select songs before the wedding as well as keep songs out of your wedding day helped so much to narrow down what we wanted. At the wedding he kept everything up-beat and fun. He helped announce when event's were happening throughout and rolled with it when we decided to change things up last second. He worked very well with all of the other people we hired to make sure they knew what was going on. All in all we were very pleased with our whole experience with DJ Tom Sawyer and would suggest him to anyone.

There are not enough great things to say about using Tom for our wedding! He went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was the best experience ever. Our wedding flowed smoothly, the music was exceptional and our guests had an absolute BLAST with him! I cannot imagine what would have happened without him! I would HIGHLY suggest him to anyone!

Weddings are stressful enough to plan and coordinate to get every detail just right. The right mix of music and the person playing it is one of the most important parts to a successful wedding, in my opinion, and in honesty was somethingwe feared would not go right. After being to several wedding where things just didn't flow, music didn't fit, and times were awkward I knew the importance of finding the right person. DJ Tom Sawyer was ABSOLUTELY the perfect pick!!! From the initial interview, or consultation as he would call it, he went into so many details we hadn't even considered. He helped us on our wedding day when we couldn't decide between songs, gave suggestions, and made sure we understood the lyrics to songs that some people play at weddings that are totally inappropriate. As our wedding unfolded, Tom made sure the music went off without a hitch. Our guests loved the songs he played and most everyone danced at some point. In fact, the party continued on until it was absolutely time to leave the venue. We could not have envisioned a better pick for our music, the energy he brought to the party, and he even danced with the kids to help make the event a one of a kind experience for everyone. If you want at least one part of your wedding to be stress free, I would call DJ Tom Sawyer and put this detail behind you to focus on other parts of your special day.

Tom is extremely easy to work with and very professional. Tom doesn't make the music about him. Tom isn't a microphone hog that will talk the entire time. Tom is very friendly and he truly works to make sure you are happy. Have a crazy in-law or drunk friend that doesn't need a microphone at the wedding? Tom absolutely won't let anyone have the microphone that you don't want to be able to talk. We would hire Tom again without thinking about it. He is absolutely amazing!

We LOVED having Tom as the DJ for our wedding reception. He provided an excellent, personalized, fun experience. Working with Tom was my favorite part of wedding planning.
From our first contact Tom was helpful, polite, and quick to respond. He and I texted from the time we requested a quote until the big day arrived. He met us for lunch when we were in town before the wedding to get to know us and go over the timeline for our reception. We talked through the entire thing from start to finish, and he emphasized that the evening was to run exactly as WE (the bride and groom) desired. This meeting was much appreciated and helped to calm our nerves before the wedding!
Tom provided a website with which we could request special songs (ie father/daughter dance), input the timeline for the evening, and provide a link for our guests to request songs. This website was very easy to use, and it was good to have a place where everything was organized and laid out nicely.
In addition to excellent song selections that were the result of his "reading the room" to determine what our guests would most enjoy, Tom was an excellent MC for our games (we chose to do an anniversary dance and shoe game). He has such a fun-loving attitude, and helped our evening run smoothly. He informed us of any changes that he had to make (ie due to the size of the dance floor).
The evening ran so smoothly due to Tom's professionalism. I have taken "flexibility" to 4.5 stars due to the fact that all of our "must-play" songs were not played. I want to emphasize that this did NOT in any way detract from our evening, but was just a tiny bit disappointing when we realized (the next day) that our expectations had not been met. I realize that this is a result of his playing songs that would get people dancing, which he did!

We hired Tom for our wedding reception, and we were thrilled! He is worth every penny. The crowd loved him, and a lot of our guests are still talking about him. Tom was professional, fun, engaging, and kept the crowd dancing and entertained. He was a hit with all ages!
