Absolutely Magical!
My husband and I recently got married and Taso was our DJ. To say it was the best wedding ever because of him and his music is an understatement. People have complimented him over and over again and I even have guests who want to hire him for events. Taso is so kind and really cares about your event and your vision. He was always there when I needed him to help me make decisions. I had guests who don’t dance much and they refused to sit at our wedding because the music was so amazing! HIRE TASO. I promise you, you will not have a single regret going with Taso and his company. -

DJ Taso was best decision we made for our wedding day!
From our first meeting with Taso, I told my fiancé I didn’t even want to talk to any other DJ’s because I knew we had our guy. He is professional, passionate, meticulous and genuine. This isn’t just a job to him this is a passion and you can see that in every step of the process. He is on top of every detail with his organization and planning. We were having a Greek Polish wedding and were nervous how we would be able to incorporate the cultures to make sure people were dancing all night. Taso did this flawlessly. His transitions between genres and flexibility with our Greek band was like nothing we’ve seen before. Our mixed family and friends loved the atmosphere and music. He alleviated any stress we had. We will always highly recommend Taso to all our family and friends, and look forward to working with him in the future. -

We wanted to provide our guests with the best NJ wedding experience and DJ Taso and his team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding celebration on 8.27.23 was filled with entertainment throughout the entire night of our reception! His ability to read the room and adapt is second to none. That in conjunction with his attention to details and professional crew leave you ready to enjoy the celebration.
I’m half Greek and half Filipino and my husband is American. So for us, we really wanted to capture all types of music - Greek, lining dancing, Latin, oldies, slow songs, modern, etc. DJ Taso delivered a variety of music throughout the entire night and kept the night alive!
Prior to our wedding day, we had meetings with DJ Taso and he really took the time to capture all the details and to make sure our timeline went accordingly. Not only did he take care of the entertainment piece, but he also coordinated with our vendors and venue with open communication (including the live saxophone player where he gave him adequate time to shine). This really put us at ease the day of, knowing we were in great hands.
We highly recommend DJ Taso for your DJ and entertainment! -

It is an understatement to say that one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process was choosing DJ Taso for our entertainment. Everything that Taso did was top notch from his attention to every detail (ie. pronunciations of every bridal party and family member’s name and timing of songs to the second) and set up (DJ booth, lighting, sparklers etc.) to his seamless transitions from Greek to American music and everything in between. The dance floor was packed the entire night and everyone raved about the experience… many of our guests have even booked Taso in the short time since our wedding! He answered every question along the way and even made suggestions of his own, including our eventual photographer/videographer selection. We are so thankful for DJ Taso and his help making our wedding absolutely perfect! -

Music is arguably THE most important part of a wedding reception and interviewing DJs was one of the first things my now-husband and I did when we got engaged. Taso immediately had our attention with his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time during our meetings to get to know everything about our music tastes and what we value in a party. Most importantly he was extremely flexible and tailored everything to what we wanted, while keeping the dance floor PACKED all night. Our wedding was almost a week ago and every guest has been raving about how great our music was. Taso is so good at reading the room while also using the framework you provide him to play the perfect set for your guests. I don't think anyone sat down for more than 2 minutes at a time. Relatives who I've never seen dance in my life were completely rocking out at our wedding and that's no coincidence. We had almost every genre on our request list and Taso mixed them all so perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better night. No shade to other DJs but if you book anyone else, you're wrong. -

Thank you DJ Taso!
If you’re reading this you probably know that everything about planning a wedding is extremely stressful. If you use Taso, you’ll find that the DJ part doesn’t have to be. He is so incredibly organized and well versed with weddings that he put us at ease in the meetings we had prior to the big day. His team has everything down from the times of everything to the lighting, Photo Booth, ect. He let us pick the vibe we were going for with some song suggestions and absolutely crushed it that night. The dance floor was packed from start to finish to the point where the venue had a tough time getting people to sit for dinner. He exceeded expectations and we haven’t stopped getting compliments on the DJ. Thank you Taso!!!!!! -

The Best Vendor We Chose Out From Our Wedding
DJ Taso did our wedding on March 12, 2023 and he was the best decision we made from our wedding planning. Words can’t express how grateful we are for him. I’m African American & Spanish and my husband is Italian so we knew finding a DJ to fit all 3 cultures would be a challenge, but DJ Taso executed it with grace. We wish we could him more than 5 stars. Thank you DJ Taso for being the seamless part of our wedding planning! DJ Taso was incredible to work with and the attention to detail was unmatched. He knew how to read a room and had our dance floor full all night! We were able to choose our lighting, create the ambiance we wanted throughout the evening and Taso even amazed our guests that night with snow, fog machine and sparklers for our first dance (winter wedding). You will not find another DJ so committed to your wedding day, 15/10 recommend! -

Detailed Review: DJ Taso's service has several outstanding qualities, but for us, his professionalism and responsiveness blew us away. Having planned our wedding through COVID, it was a relief to have such a seamless experience. Taso spends the time to understand your tastes in music and overall event flow so that his team could provide you with a truly customized experience. Taso has a lot of experience with different styles of weddings and venues across several states and can provide valuable recommendations or suggestions if needed, which we found helpful on several occasions in planning our perfect wedding. Taso is super responsive, something those planning a wedding will appreciate especially when it starts to get hectic. He answered our questions very timely and even showed up to our venue early on the day of to set up to ensure the team was prepared for the reception. During the event, DJ Taso's MC skills are unparalleled. He has a captivating voice and articulates each word so that everyone in the room can follow along. He coached us and our bridal party every step of the way during introductions and key moments during the event, from re-stating each person's name again to ensure he had it correct to telling our best man and matron of honor where to hold the microphone during the toasts to ensure the sound was perfect. He checked in with us periodically during the event to ensure everything was going well or if he needed to make a few tweaks - at our event, we could not even find one thing that needed adjustment because his team nailed it. All of Taso's preparation and hard work paid off - our dance floor was packed all night ! His photobooth was frequently visited and a fun aspect for our guests to enjoy.
Overall, we could not be happier with our choice going with DJ Taso! We HIGHLY recommend his services and would entrust him to do our future events.

If you are considering hiring DJ Taso. DO IT. He is amazing, he and his team had everything set up well before our family and friends got to the venue. He was thorough and set up several calls for us to go over every detail from a timeline to the times we had music playing and even pronouncing every single name we wanted announced. The music choices we all came to agreement on were blended perfectly, the music recommendations from him were spot on. He is familiar with all genres and does a really great job mixing between them. If you’re stuck and you feel like you can’t choose a song, he will make several awesome recommendations for you. We had extras like the sparklers, the fog machine, the photo booth, venue uplighting and more. They were all worth it! During our first dance we had a cloud like dancing effect, sparklers during important moments and our family and friends had a blast playing with different props and taking a ton of photos. Every single person in the venue was dancing from my family and friends to the staff! People who generally don’t dance were dancing! It was so amazing. It was like a fairytale and he did an amazing job with our time constraints to make sure we did every obligation and even had some time to eat and relax. We never ever felt like we were on a timeline. If you want a DJ to just play music, anyone can do it, but if you want a DJ to literally pump up the room’s energy, lead your wedding timeline, play the music you want and give you so much more, go with DJ Taso. He was a highlight of our wedding and I know he will be for your event as well! -

Taso was our first and only choice to DJ our wedding. We had been to weddings where he had DJ'd before and knew he was the choice for us... and he did not disappoint! He made sure prior to the wedding that we were well acquainted, that our taste in music and the vibe we wanted was clear, and that we felt comfortable. Our main goal for our wedding was to have a packed dance floor at all times and Taso made it happen! It was a true PARTY and guests left telling us they've never had more fun at a wedding. Taso is amazing! Throughout our experience with him, he was always extremely professional and detail oriented. What struck me from the beginning was how passionate he is about his career. He makes sure that he creates the exact atmosphere that you want at your wedding. He played the perfect mix of American and Greek music at our wedding, and kept the dance floor filled at all times. We also did a photo montage that was perfect and we were able to keep a copy of it. Throughout the night he checked on us and made sure that everything was being done the way we wanted it. I hope to work with him again! Our wedding would not have been the same without him. -

Best DJ/MC out there for your event!
DJ Taso is hands down the best DJ and MC for your event! He is on on point the entire night with every detail and the flow of the night. Don't think twice about booking him. He was the biggest reason why we had the BEST wedding that we will cherish forever! Everything was absolutely flawless. We loved the lighting, the sparklers, the video. He also help organize 3 individual musicians to play along with the music. He is so incredibly talented. He can read any crowd and kept everyone on the dance floor the whole night. He brought all the energy in the room and I refused to leave the dance floor the entire night! It truly wouldn't have been the same with out you. So happy we brought you from New Jersey to Florida. We are forever grateful that you made our day so special! -

Tl;Dr: DJ Taso was our DJ/MC at our wedding in Brooklyn. Out of all the vendors we worked with, we felt most comfortable with his approach. He kept in contact with us and made sure we were on track - much appreciated given wedding planning is so hectic!
Meetings: Our first was through Skype and it was before we signed the contract. We spent a good amount of time going over our vision for the wedding and how he could help us achieve that. After the contract was signed, Taso made himself available via email and text. We only had to email him once (and he responded promptly); he gave us solid instructions and he gives you an account for his website where you can input your music selections and get answers to other questions. He let us know what was going to happen at each step and followed through. We had two final meetings the month leading up to the wedding to finalize songs and to make sure he gets the whole wedding party right. I can't tell you how important it is to have someone care about saying names correctly. I'm addition, we had Taso explain the significance of the pride flag (we had a rainbow cake) -- he asked questions in order to make sure he explained it correctly and respectfully. I don't expect everyone to know everything, but it takes a lot for someone to ask the right questions with an open mind. Taso understands it's your day, and he'll work with you to make it special.
Music: Speaking of special, I received so many compliments on the music. We went with mostly top pop with some oldies to break it up. We chose our top 20 songs and had Taso fill in the rest. We had 3.5 hours of dancing and the dance floor never let up. The music was mixed masterfully. You're not going to get standard mp3s with some spinning noises (sorry I don't know the exact term). Note: Some songs only lasted 1-2 minutes. I can't tell if he was just reading the crowd, but again, it was always popping.
Master of Ceremony: Again, so many people have told me that the DJ was amazing. It ranged from "being organized, succinct and speaking very well" and "kept the party rocking all night." Taso will mention that it's not his job to get people to the dance floor, but with good music and tasteful interjections of verbally pumping the crowd, that's all that was needed.
Uplighting: We decided to do minimal decorations in our rustic location (exposed brick). The uplighting honestly set the mood so well because he had the ability to change the colors throughout the night. He'll ask you what lights you want during Ceremony, reception, cake, etc. The most impressive part is the dancing though. The colors interact with the music. Taso transformed my reception into a fantastic nightclub!
Photobooth: Taso gave us multiple designs to choose from and gave us the option of creating something personal (both the backdrop and the printouts). He brings his own props too! -
Jessica Sent on 09/26/2018THE BEST DJ & MC EVER! Literally, in every sense of the word. From the first time we spoke to Taso during our initial call, we were able to tell how incredibly detail- oriented he really was.
He takes note to every little thing you tell him, and what you envision. Imagine taking your Pinterest board for what you envision how you want your reception, and the music being played to be (if it were literally possible) and it was brought to life and then knocked out of the ball park, that’s what Taso does.
We asked Taso to ensure the dance floor is packed from start to finish, and he absolutely delivered! He literally kept the dance floor packed ALL night. It was important to us to keep the party going nonstop and Taso accomplished this even with the diverse musical selections we requested. Without question Taso was an critical element to our successful wedding.
Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and having to worry about every detail the day of, is another story. Taso literally took care of EVERYTHING during the reception. We didn’t even have to worry about a thing.
It’s been a week since our wedding, and we still are getting compliments how great Taso was. All of our guests absolutely LOVED him. He’s incredibly professional, detail oriented, really listens to what his clients want and absolutely delivers 1000% and exceeded our expectations from the beginning to the very last song. We ARE forever grateful for Taso and his crew, you made our wedding day the best party of our lives! We HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!!!!
