Amazing DJ!

DJ Shaan was absolutely incredible at my daughter's wedding! From start to finish, he brought an amazing energy and kept the dance floor packed all night long. His ability to read the crowd and play the perfect mix of songs was truly impressive. He was professional, punctual, and so flexible with our requests, making sure everything went smoothly.

What truly set DJ Shaan apart was his ability to hype up the crowd and create unforgettable moments that we’ll cherish forever. Amazing Dj! Best there is.

Dj Shaan is absolutely amazing and great at his work. We’ve had him for multiple events in the past like family weddings etc and even now a few years later we reach out to him for our events. Super friendly, fun and great personality. Would 10/10 recommend him for all your events!

We had DJ Shaan and his team for Baraat, ceremony and wedding reception. They excelled in all areas be it the music selection, awesome textured lighting, sparklers and dry ice fog. They were very professional and easy to work with. They patiently listened to our requirements and planned the whole event accordingly. A great DJ!

Best DJ in ATL!

Hands down the best DJ ever!! We are so glad to go with DJ Shaan for our Wedding Reception. He's patient, has great communication and always responsive. Not only did he accommodate to last minute changes but literally on the day of. We had guests come up to us during the Reception complimenting us on such great selection of songs. The lighting and sparklers were dreamy and perfect! Throughout the whole night, he was able to read the crowd and keep the energy and excitement up until the end. Hats off to DJ Shaan and his team for making our night truly the best night of our lives :)

Our experience was very good. He was never late and always communicated quickly and effectively. He adapted to last minute requests and was very flexible. He also added very beautiful lighting and sparklers complimentary. He was very kind and supportive as well and worked well with us as the stress of wedding planning kept adding near the end. On our big day, we have had the nicest ceremony that you could imagine

After researching various planning agencies, I made the decision to hire Shan DJ, and now I have no doubts that were the best I could have done. All the effort they put in to make the event the best possible it worth every penny you pay. They worked very efficiently and professionally. I am very happy with all their services. Great Wedding DJ

My wife and I had an excellent experience working with DJ Shaan. He was very timely and flexible, adjusting to the need to set up in several locations on different days. The audio at our events sounded great and we appreciated his ability to incorporate both Indian and American music into each part of our event so everyone felt included. Even the moving audio during the Baraat was high quality!

Very Professional and Awesome DJ.

DJ shaan did awesome job at our event. From the colored lighting with textured design on the walls to the powerful sound, everything was great. He played music from various genre to suit our wide range of guests demo. :) The dance-floor was packed and we had non stop fun. His booth was beautiful.
We recommended him to some of our friends already who are considering to hire him for their upcoming weddings.

Great DJ! Great Music!

We hired DJ Shaan for our wedding reception. Shaan and his team arrived very early and complete setup even before we arrived for pee event pictures. The lighting was so beautiful. The entrance announcement and Muisc was to the point and flawless.
We had a lot of dancers in our wedding party and we all had lot of fun during open dance floor. He played great music all through the event.

We were so lucky to have DJ Shaan at our wedding reception. He was very organized and prepared for the event. He did a great job of playing music we liked with his playlists. His sound system was professional grade. Our family did a music performance and DJ Shaan was very helpful in bringing and setting up microphones for the performance. He read the crowd well and played music that kept everyone dancing. On top of everything else, he is very reasonably priced. He is an extremely friendly, talented, and professional DJ who we would highly recommend!

The best DJ!!!

DJ Shaan is truly the best. My husband and I were so nervous about picking a great DJ and once we came across DJ Shaan, we knew he was the one. DJ Shaan treats you like family and overseas all your wedding songs, music, first dance, father daughter dance, etc with utmost detail. He met us plenty of times throughout our planning process and was a thorough professional. He listened to our vision and our ideas very attentively, would give his honest suggestions and modify everything accordingly to our preference. He would take detailed notes, and even roughly draw out small things like, where the stage would be, his beautiful booth, the decor and the lighting accordingly, etc so we can visually see everything. He is truly fantastic and detail oriented. I don't know why anyone would not choose him. Thank you DJ Shaan for making our experience so wonderful.

Fantastic DJ!

DJ Shaan was the perfect choice for our wedding. He is very professional, timely, courteous, organized, and detail oriented. From the very beginning of the planning process, DJ Shaan helped create an entertainment plan that met our needs and fit our image of the wedding. His suggestions made each reception event (dances, cake cutting, dinner, and dancefloor) flow much better. He was constantly available via text or email, and very flexible when it came to making changes to our initial plan. The reception music and lighting were perfect for each stage of our reception and he knew how to set the mood based on the guests and dancefloor. DJ Shaan’s emceeing skills are fantastic and he was able to keep our guests engaged throughout the night. He was able to play several of the songs on our playlist while also mixing and incorporating modern American and Indian songs. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service DJ Shaan provided!

Great experience

DJ Shaan was very responsive to all of our emails and phone calls. He was great during the event - playing light music for the start and the playlist my husband and I came up with. His team did a great job with the uplighting which really made the venue shine and pop!

The announcements were good and the transition between events on the timeline went smoothly. The acoustics of our venue weren't great to begin with but DJ Shaan did well with the event settings that were given. He also was on top of getting us ready for the big day - reminding us about getting songs - what songs we needed for the entrance, first dance, and cake cutting. He provided great recommendations as well.

During the event, there were times my husband and I didn't want the song that was playing just by chance and he picked up on us wanting to change the song which was great. Our event was during COVID so not many people danced so it was nice for my husband and me to be able to change the song and at least indicate that we wanted to move onto another song.

The event ended up great and everyone we chose did a great and phenomenal job. DJ Shaan is great. Highly recommended.

After going through multiple options, we lucked out with DJ Shaan... what sets him apart from all others is his adaptive capabilities according to the crowd. His knowledge of various languages, customs, themes and trends gave us an overall experience which was better than we imagined. He was most reasonable pricing wise and was super easy to work with. Very punctual and prompt with communication. Very helpful with arranging electronic fireworks and cold mist for the dance floor... wish you all the best!

We booked DJ Shaan for our Gujrati Fusion wedding Our experience with DJ Shaan was wonderful from the very first call. He answered every question we and our wedding planner had. His attentiveness and responsiveness to all of our questions made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Shaan gives a great attention to detail and is extremely professional. He followed through with all of our music requests and gave us very helpful suggestions during the planning phase. Sewa International organized Atlanta Holi at Atlanta cricket field and DJ Shaan kept the crowd of about 5000 people on their toes and rocking on the his tunes. Amazing powerful sound system setup. Awesome and Very Helpful

DJ Shaan was a great choice for our Bengali Wedding Reception. One of the biggest stand outs from DJ Shaan was his attentiveness to details and personal effort he put into the event. DJ Shaan met with us in person to go over the event in great detail. What was really amazing about him was him offering his own personal opinions about music selection choices. A lot of other DJs will just say everything you choose is fine, but DJ Shaan would sometimes offer alternative songs that would fit the mood better. It was really awesome to have this because you are already stressing over a million choices, its nice having a professional offer their feedback and advice on what can work better, lessening the burden.

He also was extremely accurate in playing the songs we wanted, at the exact times for our wedding party entrances. Another big plus is he was responded timely to our emails & texts. We never felt like we had to pull teeth to get a hold of him when we had questions or concerns. His professionalism and devotion really made us feel at ease during the wedding planning. Honestly one of the best guys I have ever worked with. Would 100% recommend him to anyone.

I am glad that I chose DJ Shaan for my son's wedding. He delivered wonderfully. When I met first time, we had price negotiations issue, which is normal. I told him that please talked to my wife, and after that he realized that I am not just looking for price point but looking for is commitment to deliverable high performance. We both get so connected that he addressed me as if I am his big brother. He even forget to send the invoice, I had to remind him. He is a wonderful and friendly person. He coordinated with the bride and the groom for the program, song selections, etc. His DJ booth was very impressive looking with lights and high above floor. I told him that I like to see from above to get a view of the grand ballroom. If I have chance I will choose Mr. D J Shaan for my other two. I give him 5.5 stars over 5.0. What else I can say!

We enjoyed having DJ Shaan play at our wedding reception. He did a wonderful job with everything, from the playlist and music, to the lighting and introductions of the bridal party. Awesome DJ!!!

Shaan DJ'd my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. Since this was an older crowd, we were unsure about the music and let Shaan do the work. HE WAS AWESOME ! Read the crowd and gave the party what it needed. People did not want to stop dancing. We hired Mr Shaan for our reception that took place on 12/23/2018 at Opal. I must say that he did an amazing job. His selection of songs and the mixes are well organized and superb. He played all the songs we requested plus some other varieties. His lightings at the event made the event very colorful and an elegant look. Also the lights on the dance floor made the audience turned up with his selection of songs. My wife and I really like the monogram he made for us, and that is also elegantly done. Mr Shaan is a very nice, helpful, considerate and humble person to work with. In future, if other opportunities arise for different occasions, I will hire him and I will recommend my friends and family about Mr Shaan.

Awesome DJ for Diwali Bash Organised by IACA

A very big THANK YOU to Shyam ji for making our DIWALI CELEBRATION AWESOME with his mesmerizing voice and high end DJ quality. Guests started dancing as soon as he started singing. DJ Shaan is a true professional and I'm happy to have hired him for my Indian wedding of 370 people! He took a lot of stress off me because of his experience and quality. He drove up from the Atlanta, GA area to the Nashville, TN area for my wedding and stayed at the hotel for two nights. He likes to be well-prepared for everything, but with me that wasn't going to be the case. He was easy to communicate with before and during the event. I left many decisions up to him to make. He not only got things done, but he did them thoughtfully and well.

He set up quickly for the Sangeet and was flexible with music. My friends and family had a good time. For the Baraat, he had a DJ stand in the back of a truck that moved ahead of the baraat (enough to get out of the way of the pictures). The music sounded great and helped set the celebratory mood. My guests said it was their favorite part of the weekend. For my ceremony, he handled all of the audio and microphones. Everything ran smoothly. His additional work to set up lighting for my reception was fantastic. He matched my theme colors along the entire wall, but didn't make it look or feel like a club.

I'm grateful that I asked DJ Shaan to be the DJ for my wedding because he can manage his responsibilities as an large event DJ and he has good judgment. He helped make the weekend fun. I was able to relax because of him.. I wish I had followed his lead more often with music list and other suggestions he made. His flexibility came in hand adjusting to the mood and different parts of each event. His sound quality was top notch and his general work was of high quality, especially the lighting. Most importantly, he is nice and easy to work with, which is what stood out in the first place.

DJ Shaan really made our wedding memorable. We had some unusual and unique music choices for the ceremony and he had no problems going over things with us several times to make sure everything was perfect. DJ Shaan was truly an awesome choice for our daughter's wedding. He did a tremendous job. The entire process was flawless. Despite of the weather conditions with snow he and his team were very reliable and professional. So we have been meaning to write shaan a review for a while. DJ Sensation truly lit up our wedding. We looked through multiple Djs and eventually decided to hire shaan because of the level of professionalism he brought to the table. We hired DJ Shaan again for two DJ events this year and he exceeded our expectations on both occasions. The first event was attended by about 2000 people in Roswell park and another was at Holiday Inn Ballroom Roswell with about 350 guests. DJ Shaan kept the crowd on their toes throughout the events and brought so much energy to the floor. He is a fantastic singer and performer as well. He read the crowd and switched gears right on time. His sound system is top of the line. On the second event we had a live band visiting from Alabama and they could not stop praising DJ Shaan's sound quality.
We highly recommend DJ Shaan to any one looking for a DJ who is nice to work with, professional and up to date with music.

Shaan did a great job at our wedding reception! One thing I really valued was his responsiveness, commitment and professionalism. He was always easily available and would respond promptly even sometimes late at night. He guided me as to what he required from me and without his reminders, I probably would not have gotten a few things done. Everyone at the reception loved his DJ skills and had a wonderful time. In addition, he also did the uplighting of the venue, dance floor lights and a custom monogram which were well received. In terms of value, Indian DJs in Atlanta are on the expensive side. However, Shaan was well worth the investment. He is extremely receptive to your input and easy-going. One constructive criticism for him would be that there was a time lag between the announcement of the names of our relatives and playing of the songs for their entrances which came across in a way that it was not prepared before. Having said that, we all were pretty happy with the way event went and I would certainly love to work with him in the future for other events as well.

I know Shaan from Atlanta Indian Idol (first edition) days as he was my fellow competitor. I hired DJ Shaan for my daughter's graduation party. He did the uplighting and DJ ing for the party. Boy, did I make the right decision! Since I am a singer, I am very particular about the quality of the sound system. The hall was pretty big (almost 12000 Sq ft) and I was concerned the sound might not fill the hall. Shaan reassured me that he was going to make sure that he will bring the best speakers and he did. The sound quality was amazing!!! I need to also mention about the uplighting and monogram lighting that he did. The lighting truly transformed the ambience of the function hall and brought life to the entire hall. My wife and daughter were pleased, so I guess I made the right decision. He used the songs we wanted, he supported a good mix of American and Indian songs. He emceed well (we asked to keep it simple) and went with the flow of events and requests. He made sure to ask as many questions as he needed upfront before the big day.

Being the bride and groom, we didn't see as much of the wedding, but we got a lot of compliments. People loved dancing at the baraat. They could hear the priest outside. They loved dancing at the reception. I'm looking forward to the videos of my cousin busting out to Superstition and my aunts who hardly dance dancing. What more do you want?

My brother is an audiophile and we both used to DJ in college. My brother has been a lot of weddings, he'd put DJ Shaan above average.

The complaints and issues were very minor and far between. Things like we messed up a very last minute song request, asking him to speed up the baraat a bit to make the ceremony times, or adjusting music volume. In the course of a wedding, these are not big deals to me. I'd recommend you book DJ Shaan if you like him when you meet him.
