Sal MADE our wedding
As queer women we are always cautious of people
who are supportive. Sal,
without question, expressed his support and acceptance. He created the best vibe for our wedding. He seamlessly blended and mixed different songs to bring together generations. Everyone said “this playlist is great” and when we told him it was just “Sal
vibing” everyone was so impressed. Sal was so sweet and explained everything so clearly. His ability to mix quickly is amazing! Thank you so much Sal!! Seriously made our wedding have the exact vibe we wanted. - Kelsey and Daryn -

Book Sal if you want the best DJ and MC for your wedding. He is awesome at keeping everyone interested in the event and makes you feel really special on your big day while also having a very calming presence. If I ever have another chance to book him for any event I will. He is my first recommendation to anyone looking to book a high quality DJ and MC. This guy was a huge reason that our wedding day was the best day/night of our lives. -

DJ Sal is a must. We have so many good things to say and so does our entire family so I'll try and go in order.
Booking was easy! We got to know Sal, he got to know us. His package options are great. The app for planning is amazing, the year we spent planning every time we had a good idea for a song or a moment, we could add it right into the app. The last review call before the wedding was so thorough, its all set so day of you don't have to worry. Ceremony set up was great easy for guests to hear the officiant and ourselves.
Get the photobooth & the CO2 cannon & the air horn. The fun surprises really make the dance floor pop. Setup looks amazing its so professional and clean. Having your new last name plastered across the front of the booth was such a cool visual.
We wanted a party and got a rager. DJ Sal can read a room he really mixes the music and curates a timeline for maximum fun. There was no Butt left un-shook. Even our grandmothers were fist bumping in their wheel chairs.
I could go on and on! We felt very taken care of and heard, he wants you to have the wedding and vibe that you want. There's no pressure and if you're unsure he has such great suggestions. He's the man and you're gonna want him for your event. -

Sal was the best. Our wedding reception was an A+, he was able to play what we wanted to hear but also work in songs that fit our mood / audience. Would recommend him for anyone getting married. our DJ backed out as well and he stepped in and really helped make it great even with less runway. -

We absolutely LOVED working with Sal for our wedding on 10/11/24 at Herrington on the Bay. He totally understood the style/type of music we wanted playing at our wedding and he knew exactly how to keep the dance floor packed all night long! He even had a fun horn for us to blast during the reception that was such a unique surprise that everyone loved! Seriously, he is amazing and we couldn’t recommend him enough! His Photo Booth was also an huge hit and definitely is one of the highest quality photo booths around. All of our guests loved him and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Sal to DJ our wedding! -

Amazing!!!
I’ve known DJ Sal Flip for over ten years (from partygoer to bartender) and always talked to my *now* husband about how well known he is in Baltimore for being an amazing DJ. So, when it came time to choose a DJ for our wedding, there was no question about who we’d hire. And we’re so glad we did because he absolutely exceeded all expectations — we still get kudos from guests about how awesome he was!
From the start, Sal was professional, organized, and truly invested in making our wedding unforgettable. The app he uses for planning makes it super simple to create a playlist, leave notes for him, and outline those absolutely-do-not-play songs. He took the time to understand our vision for the event, listening carefully to our preferences. We needed mics & speakers inside and outside at multiple locations and he executed that with ease. He offered expert advice too when needed. I didn’t know if a song was going to work out for walking down the aisle and he assured me it would be perfect, and it was!
Once the dancing got started, the energy was incredible. He kept the dance floor packed all night long, seamlessly blending different genres (my preferences are all over the place lol) and reading the crowd perfectly. Whether it was our first dance, the special song for the bridesmaids, or the party hits, everything was timed to perfection. The sound quality was top-notch, the lighting was stunning, and the dj booth signage with our name added so much to the overall atmosphere. It felt like the whole room came alive thanks to his expert touch. If you are second guessing the uplighting, definitely add it on!
He kept everything flowing smoothly, handled announcements with ease, and made sure every moment felt special. Having Sal at our wedding made it a night to remember. If you're looking for a DJ who is not only talented but also genuinely cares about your event, we can’t recommend him enough! Thank you, Sal, for making our wedding the best celebration ever! -

DJ Sal was the perfect DJ for our wedding! He brought so much fun to our reception, was a high-energy MC, and worked with us on the type of music we wanted to hear. Sal also brought in uplighting which pulled everything together. I highly recommend Sal to anyone getting married in the Annapolis/DC area! -

Sal was the best DJ. He took the time to meet with us prior and review the type of vibe we were looking for. Our dance floor was full and crowded the entire night and people are still talking about it! Our friends from out of town even want Sal to travel for their weddings! -

When my (now) husband and I began planning our wedding, we knew selecting the right DJ was of high importance as a DJ can make or break a wedding. We met with Sal and immediately knew he was the right guy as he understood our vision for the music we wanted to hear and how we wanted the dance floor to look. From the moment the dance floor opened to the end of the wedding, it was packed, and I lost count of how many compliments we received about Sal’s performance at brunch the next day. One of my friends jokingly but seriously said that he felt like he could never get a drink at the bar because every time he left to do so, Sal would play another hit that he needed to make sure he was on the dance floor for. That is exactly what we wanted out of our day, and we can’t thank you enough for achieving it, Sal! We also contracted uplights with Sal as well as a photo booth from his company, Active Photo Booth. The uplights were amazing as they synced with the music and changed colors throughout the night. This is not an option we found with other lighting vendors we inquired with, and the photo booth was a big hit with our guests. We love that guests got to take home prints of their photo strips and that we received a digital album of all of the photos from the night very soon after the event. The pictures from the photo booth are an amazing compliment to the professional photographs because they are that great in quality.
I highly recommend Sal for all of your event needs. Having him take care of three elements of our September 2023 wedding created a seamless experience and made for a great night. -

Sal Flip was so easy to work with and gave us the freedom to have our wedding music exactly what we wanted. Giving him a few must play songs he did a phenomenal job reading the vibe of our reception and making it the party that we wanted. The fact that us and the majority of our guests were on the dance floor the entire night goes to show just how good he is at choosing the right songs one after another. Numerous guests commented how amazed they were at how every song he played was perfect and kept people engaged and dancing. He truly created the vibe and energy we wanted for the entire night and it didn’t stop till the very last song. -

We were so impressed by DJ Sal Flip! We had multiple guests remark to us that he was the best wedding DJ they had every seen. He kept the dance floor packed the entire night and played all of the songs we requested. We had an in depth meeting before our wedding where Sal got to know us and organize the music for the various parts of the day. He was punctual, professional, and his DJ set up looked clean and sleek. Not like the usual bulky DJ tables. We could not speak more highly of him and would recommend him to anyone hosting an event! -

DJ Sal was PERFECT! He tailored our event to exactly how we wanted it. We did more of a DJ football brunch style event and we could not have asked for a better DJ. He was so easy to work with and the portal was really easy to use to set up our requested songs. His energy and friendliness really came through at the event and made the experience so enjoyable.
