DJ Ray is a must book!

Ray was super friendly and easy to work with! Not only this, his flexibility and responsiveness made me feel so confident on my wedding day. He cares about weddings and making sure everything runs smoothly. His dedication assured me!! I do wish more of the music I requested beforehand was played during the reception, however I do recognize he took lots of requests from guests and they loved that! It was a hit! I would strongly recommend booking DJ Ray for your special day!! I would book him again.

Really great value for his service and was so easy to work with! He was flexible during our May 2026 wedding and able to add in guest music requests easily-made for such a fun night!

Wedding event

Ray was absolutely outstanding and what a true professional. He arrived much earlier to set up his equipment and we did not have any songs that we picked out. We just left it up to him and gave him the era that we wanted it to be from between 70s and 80s and all the songs were so on pointy. It was the perfect wedding evening and we had the best time ever and made him a part of our family. Everyone enjoyed the music, especially the songs that he selected. He selected some music for dinner, which was perfect. We will definitely be hiring him again. You will not be disappointed with his surface.

The Wigingtons

DJ Ray was phenomenal for our October 2023 wedding. He played all of the songs on our play list and even surprised my niece with Let It Go off the Frozen Soundtrack for her to dance to. It was a great night and DJ Ray just added to the memories made.

Absolute BEST DJ for any wedding!

Ray was hands down the best part of our wedding! He was way below budget and kept the party going all night long. He read the crowd and played what he knew would keep us all entertained. He showed up with plenty of time to get set up and start playing prior to the wedding. He communicated great and answered any questions I had! Hands down the reason our wedding will be remembered for years to come!

DJ Ray was great to have at our wedding! Having a packet to follow for what songs to which portion of the wedding made things very easy. He not only did a great job playing the perfect songs for the genres I chose, but also took all requests from guests. His timing for all songs for the ceremony were spot on! DJ Ray's pricing for an eight hour event was priced right and hard to say no to. He is personable and awesome to work with! I highly recommend DJ Ray for any and all events!

Best wedding DJ!

We could not of asked for a better DJ for our wedding! DJ ray was awesome and he kept the party going the whole time! He done an excellent job on the ceremony music and then we the reception started it was great! He played all the right songs to keep the party alive and everyone dancing the night away! I would strongly recommend him for your wedding or any other event if you want to have a great time!

DJ Ray made all the magic happen!

Amazing! Came early to set up and got with us before the reception to go over announcements, songs, and flow. So easy to communicate with and the sweetest guy. Very professional and literally the life of the party. Played all the songs my friends and I wanted to dance to without us even having to request! This guy is a DJ wizard. He read the crowd, made it fun, and made the party flow more smoothly than I could’ve ever imagined. THANK YOU.

Amazing DJ

Dj Ray was plenty early and had all equipment set up before guest arrival. Communication of what was wanted by the bride and groom was exceptional. Very friendly and professional while catering to the moment as it happens. Him and his equipment were high quality and worth every penny. Even brought lights and lasers and dressed very sharp. Would highly recommend.

DJ Ray was outstanding! We had a request & he full-filled it perfectly. His prices are extremely reasonable & he works with you throughout the process on anything you need. Great experience with DJ Ray!

I had a great experience with DJ Ray at my wedding this past weekend! We filled out a song request/planner form about 1 month prior. DJ Ray played our requested songs, and he did a great job at reading the guests response to the songs to make for a great night of dancing! He was very reliable, responsive, and organized. Also--very affordable!!! Would definitely recommend!

DJ Ray was amazing !!!

DJ Ray was awesome for our daughters wedding. He traveled to TN to the venue and was there with plenty of time for the set-up for the ceremony and reception. His attire was excellent for the occasion. He played all the music that the bride and groom requested and gave the guest a fun filled evening. This was our 3rd daughter to marry and we couldn't had picked a better DJ !!! His fee was perfect for our budget !!! We had a ton a compliments from our family and friends on the amazing job he did. We can't thank him enough for making our Glorious Day.
I will be referring DJ Ray to all my friends and family !!!

DJ Ray did a phenomenal job with my husband and I’s wedding!! He came to the venue well before the ceremony to get everything set up, dressed professionally, and talked with me before the wedding to make sure everything was planned exactly as I wanted it. Ray was so quick to compromise to make us happy for our wedding day. He communicated well with our other vendors to make sure we had the most perfect day. Made our day so special!

We hired Dj Ray for our wedding early this September. He understood exactly what we wanted and executed it perfectly. Calling the day before to confirm what time he'll be there to set up was reassuring, he was so easy to talk to and so nice to work with. The music was everything we wanted, and he knew when to add more dancing songs and when to slow it down. He was very reasonably priced especially for a smaller wedding like ours. He was the perfect dj for us and made our day so special!

Fantastic!

DJ Ray did a fabulous job at my daughter's wedding. We had a VERY diverse group as far as age range and EVERYBODY was up out of their seat. We danced until the venue shut us down. He listened carefully to the bride and groom's preferences and delivered flawlessly. Many guest said it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Great job, DJ RAY!

Awesome dj

DJ Ray did awesome at our wedding on 11/6/21! He went through a really bad experience the weekend before our wedding and lost all of his DJ equipment! That didn't stop him from doing our wedding the next weekend which Is shocking! He went above and beyond to make sure he had the equipment to deliver the services needed. He will definitely play the right tunes to get your group up and dancing everyone after the wedding talked about how good the music was. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing DJ services.

A Night to Remember

DJ Ray was fantastic! He was very communicative throughout the whole experience and he was very understanding about some of my last minute changes that had to happen on the wedding day for which I was grateful for. Dj Ray was outstanding!! He did exactly what I asked for him to do on my wedding planner. One of the major things I noticed was our recessional music. The song I chose had a super long musical intro and I asked if he could cut that out and find a good spot to start with the lyrics. I’m so happy I was able to notice in the moment right when I was walking back up the aisle!!

An amazing DJ! Highly Recommend!

Ray was truly amazing and was a big part of making our day special! He was incredibly flexible since we had to postpone our wedding a year due to the pandemic. We are truly grateful to him. He was affordable, met all our needs including accommodating some additions for a playlist that included some culturally diverse music. Definitely recommend. He was included with our venue which is how we found him but he didn’t disappoint. Played exactly what we asked but also threw in some oldies for parents/grandparents to get up and dance too. You won’t be disappointed

Ray was the perfect DJ for our wedding. He was on time, friendly, easy to work with, and played the best music to dance to. He was very accommodating with last minute changes and music request by our guest. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and anyone else getting married!!

Highly recommend DJ Ray! Our wedding wasn’t the first time we used him and it won’t be the last! He is proficient, dependable, FUN, honest, professional, and SO much more!! You will never be disappointed with any kind of event you hire him for!! I had 2 soloist sing and he perfected the needs that needed to be met on his part for them to do their part. I surprised my now husband with a audio message from me to him moments before I walked down the aisle and he took the time to tell me the best way to do it so we could get that audio message played! He kept in touch with me leading up to our big day throughout a postponement due to the pandemic and the week of our wedding just making sure he had everything down pat for our big day! Wedding Reception

DJ Ray was exceptional at providing us with a great time dancing to a wide variety of music. We gave him a list of songs we wanted and then gave with the ability of his judgement on everything else. He did not disappoint!!!! We were given a planner to be filled out with all the important parts for the wedding and reception, that made it so much easier for us. His choices for the cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss were in target. I think we even shocked him as to a song we wanted to be played!!! I haven’t had so much fun !!! We can’t thank him enough! Our wedding was during the COVID-19 outbreak. 😊

DJ Ray was great to work with. He is very professional and his pricing was very reasonable. Throughout the process he was flexible and really focused on catering to our needs. He put together and edited a mix of several songs for our first dance which was great. We had a church wedding and Ray and I were able to talk through each track to make sure that the content was clean. I have attended several other weddings DJ'd by Ray and I would definitely recommend him.

Ray was extremely good about communication with me through the whole process of planning music! He was flexible and able to adapt to the mood at the wedding. Our wedding music was PERFECT and our guests and us had a blast!! people were on the dance floor at all times and there was no lull in anything!! Ray is super personable and listens to your wants and needs while helping you keep the big picture of the wedding day! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAY!!! Music can completely alter the mood an event is going for and with Ray, the mood of our wedding was constantly perfect, from walking down the aisle being sentimental, to the dance floor being hype and getting everyone excited, everything was AMAZING and right on point!! Wonderful Wedding DJ!!!

Ray was a great DJ for our wedding!!! Neither myself or my [now] husband have been married before, nor have either of us ever planned a wedding. Ray did a great job talking us through things. He really got to know us well beforehand, and worked with us to create the perfect playlist. We are somewhat flexible people so we kept it prettey genre based and he picked out some great music for everyone. He was also very well prepared when song requests were made. He is very kind and very professional, and we enjoyed every minute working with him!! Thank you Ray for helping to make our wedding wonderful!!

Ray recently provided service for our wedding. He was amazing from start to finish. His communication from the time of booking all the way up to the day of our wedding was excellent. His music was the Bomb !!! He took song request also and sound system was so good top quality !! Also lighting was great ! DJ Ray did an incredible job for my parents 60th wedding anniversary/vow renewal ceremony and reception. He was so easy and flexible to work with for the pre-planning and with all communication. He was able to provide music and entertainment for guest from 14 to 90 years old. Everyone was engaged and so happy. He was beyond accommodating to meet all song requests. I was the wedding coordinator for a wedding that Ray Mitchell did 9/23/2017. Communication leading up to the event was great and he was very punctual. Ray went above and beyond the duty of DJ. An hour prior to the ceremony, a storm rolled through. After the rain stopped, DJ Ray was out there with the event staff helping to dry chairs and get everything back in order. His equipment and set up were very professional and he kept the crowd going all night! I highly recommend DJ Ray!

I am the Events Coordinator for a wonderful local company, I hold up to five large events each year that require a DJ, DJ.Ray is the only one I call, he not only has professional equipment, great music and lighting, but he joins in on all the fun. My recent event was a back to the 80's bash, Ray came with all the right music and in great 80's fashion. I always know my events will be a success if Ray is there to provide our entertainment. Easy to work with. Efficient and his planner makes everything for the ceremony and reception run smooth! He makes the event about you and not himself! His prices are super reasonable, so most anyone can afford his services. Great dance lighting, up-lighting, black lights (if needed), lapel mics, wireless mics and has a nice JBL sound system.
