  We never stopped dancing!

  DJ Rang KILLED IT! He worked both my wedding and my brother's wedding. He had our guests dancing from 9 pm to 1 am and loving every minute. Our dance floor was packed until the last song. Our guests will not stop talking about how great he was! 10/10 would recommend.

  Thrilling, feet-tapping music tailored to the audience and events

  Talented, perceptive and professional DJ! Rang can deliver any genre of music, from Classical Carnatic to Bollywood, Pop and Jazz. He tailored the music to the event and the audience. Guests from 4 years old to 80 years were on the dance floor. Our son's wedding was an Indian-American fusion wedding and included a Western ceremony, Reception, Baraat and traditional South-Indian wedding and the music flowed smoothly from one event to the next. He even included Telugu songs (we never explicitly mentioned the groom's dad is from Andhra). I also highly recommend the lighting option Rang offers, they add that special something to the venue and the mood. The lighting looks awesome in the photos and videos as well. We are delighted to have secured the services of DJ Rang, he is highly professional and delivered everything we agreed on and more.

  Fantastic experience for wedding in Utah

  Right after our engagement, our first task was to hire DJ Rang for our wedding: we'd been to several of his events in NC in the past, and we knew his efforts really made each of those events into successes. He exceeded all of our expectations!
  
  We hired him to fly out to our full-day event in Salt Lake City in July 2022, and he was really proactive in preparing the equipment for the out-of-town event.
  
  We didn't have many specific song/playlist ideas, but when we gave him a few ideas, he absolutely blew us away with capturing exactly what we didn't know we wanted. Everyone was raving about the music, and I was really impressed at how he got absolutely everyone dancing (and we had a really heterogenous guest list in terms of introverts/extroverts, young/old, etc.)
  
  We really appreciated his work as MC for the day as well. He kept everything going really smoothly, and he did a stellar job of accommodating all the small changes and delays that happened throughout the day.
  
  We could not imagine anyone doing a better job and recommend him to absolutely everyone.

  Hire DJ Rang for your wedding!

  We are so happy we used Rang for our wedding! His mobile baraat van was a huge hit with our guests and everyone loved it! He was always very quick to respond and did an awesome job with the music for our fusion wedding at our reception ceremony.

  DJ is the best!

  BEST DJ EVER! We absolutely loved DJ Rang! We went to a wedding where he was DJing & from then we knew he would be our DJ - this was even before we were engaged. Booking him was so seamless & he was very responsive & accommodating. Our wedding was on a farm outdoors & in intense heat with a difficult pandit & DJ Rang powered through with such a positive attitude. He played all the right music with entertaining & smooth transitions during the baraat & reception. He was also a respectful & entertaining MC! We absolutely loved him & would recommend him to everyone!

  The party ROCKER- highly recommended him !!!

  DJ Rang was a super hit at the wedding of our son on June 12th at Raleigh. He was flexible and responsive and knew exactly how to rock the wedding crowd. The crowd raved about how he combined Indian with western music. He was highly professional and knew the pulse of the crowd. His Baraat mobile van was also a hit. He also added a few extra lighting without any additional charge. I would highly recommend DJ Rang

  Best DJ in the Triangle!

  DJ Rang is undoubtedly the best DJ in the Raleigh-Durham area. His professionalism, INCREDIBLE set-up, and ability to keep the dancefloor completely packed all night is all you need to know. But he also was willing to go above and beyond and work with my family's specific musical requests, timing them perfectly on cue with our priest and the special moments throughout our ceremony. Love DJ Rang and would for sure hire him again.

  DJ Rang is as GREAT as they all say! Be sure to chat lighting.

  The first advice we got when planning our wedding was "Hire DJ Rang today!" and I can't tell you how thankful we are that he did. From an amazing music set that kept folks dancing all evening long, to the incredible lighting his team did to make the room look beautiful, to recommending other great vendors to help with the (very few) things outside his purview - working with DJ Rang was a joy!! You really cannot go wrong entrusting your celebrations to him and the team. They will make it an incredible experience for you and your guests. (And seriously, the lighting was worth EVERY PENNY. Definitely a place to invest for your big day, it makes all the difference.)

  Absolutely amazing!

  We absolutely loved DJ Rang!! We had been to a few weddings where he was the DJ and they were so great! DJ Rang is very easy going and responsive. He was incredibly supportive during the weeks leading up to the weekend; he answered my thousands of questions. He’s so helpful and professional - I felt assured that he had everything in order to help our wedding weekend go as smoothly as possible. We also got a photo booth through him for the reception and all our guests raved about it. Last but not least, he knows how to party! Our reception was insane and the dance floor was crowded start to finish - and I mean that in the best way possible! Wish we could relive that night over and over!

  Exceptional Quality

  We had a Sunday wedding in October and OMG we had such a blast. It was a fusion wedding and DJ Rang prepared all the songs that are going to be played in addition to the American songs. We also had meetings to go over the song list all without any charges. The quality of the performance at the wedding was exceptional. The equipment used was absolutely top quality and it’s apparent.

  Highly Recommend!

  I got married in August, 2019 at a Ski Resort in Utah. The resort was on a mountain and the baraat was was across a bridge on the resort, so needless to say, it made certain tech factors complicated to figure out. DJ Rang was so wonderful, and took it upon himself to contact local vendors for gear rental (and searched for reasonably priced vendors), spoke directly with the AV department at the resort to figure everything out ahead of time. We ended up having some on and off rain during our outdoor wedding ceremony, but there was not a single glitch in the music. So many of my friends and family commented on what a great job he did at all the events, and he did! He plays great music and really knows how to adjust to a crowd. DJ Rang, you exceeded all of our expectations and were such a pleasure to work with!

  DJ Rang is truly the best. He is super easy to work with and created the most high-energy, fun environment for our Sangeet and wedding reception. Almost every guest we spoke with after our wedding made a point of mentioning how great he was. Would 100% recommend him.

  The Ultimate Dance Party

  Having a great DJ was my top priority for my wedding. As someone who grew up dancing, minored in dance in college and dances for a NYC company today, music and dance has been the center of my entire life. Most of the guests attending where dancers and I knew the expectation for good music would be high. Added to this complexity I was having a fusion wedding which required me to find a DJ that understood Indian music, Hispanic music and popular US hits. DJ Rang blew my expectations away. He read the crowd perfectly and knew exactly when to switch and what to switch to. His live mixes were the quality that of a NYC DJ. You can tell he cares deeply about his craft and it was evident when the floor of the hotel physically started to shake from so many people dancing we thought we were going to fall through. The cherry on top of this is he is so nice. We originally booked him for our wedding & reception DJ however later added on Sangeet, Lights, and a photobooth. With all the add-ons and questions, we had he was so kind and accommodating. Take it from a professional dancer, if you want to have an epic night book DJ Rang.

  Party came alive with this DJ duo -- DJ Rang and Nevy!

  We recently got married at the Carolina Inn and DJ Nevy and Rang organized our reception music. They were such a joy to work with -- super personable, flexible, and open to our ideas for music selections. They were amazing to work with and we would recommend them to couples looking for DJs to really bring people to the dance floor to have a great time.

  if you want a professional who is accommodating, comprehensive in his musical taste, and friendly, this is your guy

  Rang did so much to make our wedding special, being a top-notch DJ was just one of those things. The bottom line is if you have to change your wedding date to book him, do that.
  
  I first heard Rang at one of our friend's weddings. His song choices were great, but his smooth transitions between songs as well as his immense skills with record scratching is what really set him apart for me.   We were having a mixed wedding, my wife is Punjabi and I'm a white guy from North Carolina. Our goal was to blend our cultures in a way that made everyone feel welcome. Rang's skills I mentioned above as a DJ helped with that, but he didn't stop there. He wanted to understand our vision and make it happen. He worked hard behind the scenes with our wedding planner and vendors to make the ceremonies and transitions as smooth as possible. It felt like having an additional wedding planner, and many times I felt like I had a bonus groomsman.
  
  He didn't have to do any of that, it wasn't what he was getting paid for. He could've just been a dope DJ and it would've been fine. But that's what makes Rang so special, it isn't about him covering the responsibilities he's assigned - he consistently goes above and beyond to make things perfect. Our specific wedding was a unique situation, but Rang's greatness is universal. Whatever your vision is for your wedding, he will make it happen.

  Rang did so much to make our wedding special, being a top-notch DJ was just one of those things. The bottom line is if you have to change your wedding date to book him, do that.

  DJ Rang was one of the first vendors we booked for our Indian/American fusion wedding in November- pretty much as soon as we picked our venue and date! I've seen his work at numerous weddings and events over nearly the last decade, and we knew we had to book him for our wedding. He is professional, knows how to read the crowd, and creates a great party atmosphere. Our guests had the best time on the dance floor! Also, after weeks of trying to figure out a first dance song, we finally asked Rang for help. he created a medley of a Hindi and an American song, which was perfect for our day. Our guests also loved the photo booth! 10/10 highly recommend!

  The best DJ!

  What can I say, DJ Rang is the BEST. He takes the time to get to know his clients and the type of music they like. We had an Indian wedding, but we requested many different genres to be played throughout the different events including Indian music (both Bollywood and bhangra), Top 40, EDM, and even Latin club. He was able to seamlessly incorporate all of the genres to make sure everyone was dancing throughout the night. I cannot even begin to count the number of people who came up to us to tell us how the DJ was “on point!”
  
  He is very organized, professional, responsive, and talented. I am very picky about sound quality and music. His speakers were amazing! I also gave him a list of songs that I wanted him to play during the wedding ceremony at specific times and he did a great job transitioning between music for the ceremony. Our reception was AWESOME and it would not have been as fun as it was without DJ Rang! He made sure to stick to the ‘do-not-play’ list and made sure to play the songs that we definitely wanted him to play. He even did the introductions and MC’d the reception between speeches. He did a great job of keeping things moving and paying attention to details. Hands down, he is the best DJ (for both Indian and American music) and I highly recommend him!!

  Easy & Fun

  We worked with DJ Nevy through DJ Rang. Everything was easy: paperwork, coordinating set up and the music list. We had some complicated requests for when songs should be and DJ Nevy handled everything perfectly. Everyone had a blast at our reception and we would highly recommend DJ Rang and his team.
