  I am an event planner based out of Savannah, Georgia and have worked with Peter on numerous events over the years. I can't say enough good things about him! Peter has a unique ability to be able to read a crowd in seconds and know exactly how to play directly to them. His set up is neat and professional. Always a pleasure to work with!

  Peter made it easy

  Peter was very communicative throughout the whole process. We wanted someone that could handle wedding announcements without trying to make themselves the party.
  He was great all the way through and right on with all the music selections.

  DJ Peter Jackson was willing to play the playlist we provided and anything else requested. He was very professional and prepared. If you want a fun DJ you can rely on this is your guy!

  Great to work with

  Unfortunately we were unable to use Peter's services (change in plans due to covid), but he was transparent, communicative, and responsive throughout our initial planning process. Super flexible when we had to change our plans, which we greatly appreciated. Based on our experience, he was easy and great to work with and would definitely recommend.

  Amazing DJ

  We provided Peter with a vague playlist to go along with our set songs. He did an AMAZING job of reading the crowd and knowing exactly how to get everyone involved. He is a great master of ceremonies and comes highly recommended.

  Professional DJ

  Peter was our DJ for our daughters 2/9/19 wedding and he did an amazing job. He worked with our daughter to find what type of music she wanted him to play and what she did not want played. Our guests had a great time and the dance floor was very busy. He is totally professional and checked numerous times with my husband that the music was not too loud and it was not. Thank you for being a big part of our daughters very special day! Highly, highly recommend.

  DJ Peter was great. He kept us dancing with the music that we love and his energy wa as great. My dad in particular really like him and his knowledge of music. We all had so much fun. If I lived in SC I would use hus amazing services for other events. Thank you DJ Peter!

  We had our reception at Litchfield resort in Pawleys Island in April. Peter was ready to go and already set up prior to the start of the reception. We told him a few songs we wanted to hear and he effortlessly filled in the rest of the time with similar songs. Very professional!

  We hired Peter to DJ our wedding at Brookgreen Gardens. From the first phone call, Peter was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. Even though we didn’t meet him in person until the day of the wedding (we live out of town), Peter was very communicative and responsive via both phone and email and we could tell that his priority was to make sure everything went smoothly for us. Peter assisted with the sound during our ceremony to make sure everything went well with our live musician. He also provided music at the cocktail hour in a separate location, and the reception which was at a third location within Brookgreen Gardens and everything went as planned. I’m a big music fan so I provided Peter with a list of songs, artists, and genres we loved in advance and he put together a great playlist using the songs we sent him and added a few similar songs that he knew that we and the crowd would appreciate. We specified to Peter that we didn’t want any line dances played and the dance floor was still packed the entire reception without any line dances. He even had a portable speaker that we could move around, which the guests loved! We had our cake cutting in a separate location from the reception and one of the groomsmen carried the speaker off on his shoulder to lead the party which was so fun! We had tons of compliments on Peter’s selection and the music was a hit for guests of all ages, which was a blessing. Music is such a hit or miss at weddings and Peter was definitely a hit! Hire him if you’re in the Grand Strand. You won’t regret it!

  A great friend recommended Peter, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. He was flexible, understanding, and professional. We got several compliments from guests on the quality of music and dancing. His setup was impressive and a real value. He has you covered; tell him where to set up and he has the rest of the night under control.

  Just hire him

  Living in Miami we did tons of research when hiring our vendors. DJ was very important to us. We hit the jackpot with Peter. Very reasonable pricing and he’s such a nice and genuine man. We are so happy with how everything turned out. Thank you so much Peter.

He immediately recognized our taste in music and was fantastic throughout our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. During the reception he kept our guests on the dance floor ALL night while it was 96 degrees outside. We has so much fun I can't imagine someone leading a better party. Additionally, when songs were requested he always checked them with someone who looked like they were in charge- bridesmaid's dress or higher :) We were very explicit with our instructions and he did his best to accommodate everything. After he wedding, several of our friends and family said "Man, your DJ really looks like he loves his job" Peter looked like he was having as much fun as our guests and it really made our wedding even better!

  Right from the start Peter Jackson was a completely professional, straightforward, kind, and flexible DJ. I am from Chicago and therefore had to plan a 'destination' wedding, and Peter was an excellent communicator and spoke to me several times over the phone and via email before the wedding planning our music selection and 'flow' of the wedding reception.
  He was dressed very classy and professional at the wedding reception. And was the perfect addition to our special day. He was not an overpowering DJ, and never tried to 'host' the evening with his own comments. Rather, he made sure that the music enhanced the party perfectly. He made great selections throughout the night. It was absolutely perfect.
  I cant even count the NUMEROUS compliments we received from wedding guests about Peter Jackson. Not only about his great music selection, his professionalism, his dress, his demeanor, and also the overall way he conducted his job. He really made sure he was an enhancement of the party, and not THE party, and he made sure all guests were happy, dancing and having a terrific time.
  There is so many other stresses in planning a wedding or event, and this decision is an easy one! Go with peter Jackson and you can rest assured that it will be a great success.
