We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From start to finish, Mo was professional, fun, and absolutely nailed the vibe we wanted. The music selection was perfect — he read the crowd all night and kept everyone (of all ages!) on the dance floor. The transitions were seamless, the announcements were clear and upbeat, and the energy never dropped once. -

Illmatic was amazing. He catered to all genres and Eras of music. He was very professional all while making sure the dance floor was filled the whole night. Highly recommend if you want a lit reception. -

We hired D.J Mo for our wedding. He was absolutely phenomenal!! From start to finish, he understood our music preferences and kept the energy up all night. The song transition’s were smooth and music selection catered to every age group on the dance floor.
Mo was incredibly professional and easy to work with. Communication before the event was thorough, and he accommodated all of our request, making the planning process stress free.
If you’re looking for a D.J who will keep the party going and create memories, we couldn’t recommend D.J Mo more. Our friends and family are still raving about the music. It was truly a night to remember. -

DJ Illmatic was amazing, he curated an epic wedding playlist based on a brief conversations between my crazy schedule. He also had awesome recommendations that engaged our guests like the money dance, the follow the leader line, and more...
I would give him a 10 out of 10 if I could! Nothing but good vibes and amazing energy! It also helped that our MC Adri V and Illmatic knew each other very well!

McNeal Tarrant Wedding October 2022
First, Mo is just a great person, but also, he is a fantastic DJ! He provided more than "just music" for our special day. Mo is a full service DJ, meaning he assists with music selection, but also assures that your event "flows" from beginning to end. He met with us by phone but also communicated via email and provided timely responses and suggestions. We received compliments regarding his service as some guests were surprised with how much our DJ interacted with the guests, we even played a cute newlywed shoe game. We look forward to working with Mo again! -

Mo is an amazing DJ! He met with us twice before our wedding to make sure the music and flow of the night was exactly how we wanted it. Mo gave us some great wedding advice and tips at our meetings. He had everyone dancing/singing on the dance floor, outside on the terrace, and at their seats. He played all of the best current songs as well as old favorites. We have had many guests tell us how great our DJ was and that they want to use him for their future events. Thank you so much Mo!! -

Awesome DJ & Host!!!
Mo was awesome! He was extremely organized. He met with us twice to go over the details of the evening, the flow of the event as well as the music. He made great suggestions and became not just our DJ but also our MC. During the event he was extremely in-tune to our timing and energy level. He added announcements, games and music to keep the party going. We had chosen a very robust playlist but left him the artistic freedom to play to the room, and boy did he! Our guests had a wonderful night and our wedding is an event people are still talking about 6 months later. Thank you Mo!! -

My husband Shawn and I were married 6/22/19 and everything turned out beautiful!! DJ Illmatic met with my hubby and myself before the wedding and I write a testimony to all readers that everything he initially explained to us about his procedures for handling weddings came to pass. EVERYONE who has spoken to either myself or Shawn has said it was "one of the best weddings that they've been to"; the "DJ was great, he kept the reception live"; "who was your DJ he killed it" and on & on. DJ Illmatic helped make our special day phenomenal and memorable and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts 😍😍 -
