We hired Michael to DJ our summer 2025 wedding. From our first call, Michael was fantastic to work with. He took the time to help us build a playlist and consider all of our song choices for all of the key moments of our ceremony and reception. He met with us before the event to make sure we felt comfortable with everything. On the day of, he handled any last-minute requests and changes without a hitch and his music was the backdrop for an unbelievable dance party to end the night. My wife and I came across DJ Michael by a simple google search and his reviews and experience were enough to sell us. We then contacted him and had an opportunity to chat on the phone; he was so excited to get to know us as a couple. He had worked at our venue previously and raved about his experience there which was also a huge bonus for us. Come day of wedding, everything went great! Ceremony music, cocktail hour and reception was everything we could have hoped for. We had such a wonderful experience with DJ Michael and would highly recommend him if you are on the search for a DJ for any event or your special day. Thank you so much Michael for making our day so memorable and keeping the energy and vibes high!

This review is long overdue, but I had to give a shoutout to the BEST wedding DJ we could have asked for—Michael! He was absolutely AMAZING. He did so much more than just keep the dance floor packed (though he definitely nailed that too). From helping us set the timeline and keeping everything flowing smoothly, to making sure we stayed on schedule throughout the night, Michael was a total pro.
He was super easy to work with—always responsive to my many questions and totally open to some of our less traditional ideas, like having everyone on the dance floor for our first dance instead of just the two of us. That moment is one of my favorite memories of the night.
People are still talking about how fun our wedding was. I truly wish we could do it all over again—Michael helped make it all feel so special and so much fun. Highly, highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of hiring DJ Michael for our wedding on 08/24/2024, and he was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and fun. Here’s why we highly recommend him:
1. Pre-Wedding Consultation: We were able to have a detailed discussion before the big day, where DJ Michael really took the time to understand our music preferences and the vibe we wanted for the wedding. He was incredibly organized and open to all our ideas.
2. Music Selection: On the day, he nailed it with the playlist! He played a great mix of songs that got everyone dancing, from classic hits to modern favorites. We also loved how he blended different genres to suit everyone’s taste, from our younger guests to the older ones.
3. Professionalism: DJ Michael was very professional throughout the whole day. He arrived on time, set up without causing any disruption, and was respectful of our timeline. He even handled all the announcements, making sure everything flowed smoothly.
4. Energy & Atmosphere: He brought such great energy to the reception! The dance floor was packed all night long. He really knew how to read the crowd and keep the energy high, making the evening unforgettable.
5. Sound & Lighting: The sound quality was perfect — no issues with volume or feedback. The lighting setup really elevated the entire reception, giving it a glamorous and festive atmosphere.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. If you’re looking for someone who will make your wedding day special, create an amazing party atmosphere, and ensure the music flows seamlessly, look no further than DJ Michael. We received so many compliments on the music and how fun the reception was, and we know that’s thanks to him. Highly recommend!

Weeks Wedding 2024 Sugarloaf ME
DJ Mike was everything we could have asked for and more in a DJ for our winter wedding. He played all of our favorite songs and then some. Every time I looked at the wedding tables they were empty because everybody was up on the dance floor, for hours! Not only is he an excellent DJ but he also put our limbo stick together prior to the wedding, which was one of the highlights of the night. If you’re looking for a professional and experienced DJ, Mike is your guy! -

Michael was our DJ this past weekend for our Wedding, and there wasn’t a moment the dance floor wasn’t packed from the moment it opened. We had a very wide range in ages and he managed to have everyone raving about the music selection. He did an awesome job with announcements and the quality of sound for our outdoor ceremony was perfect! We had complete faith and Michael from the start, and really makes it so there’s no real lift on your end, which if you’re in the wedding planning process is a huge win. Don’t hesitate to book him, he’ll be my top recommendation for anyone who asks! -

Michael was professional, responsive, flexible, affordable and high quality all around as we are recommending him to future friends and family who need a DJ!
All the guests raved about how good the music was and they loved every song Michael played to keep everyone dancing! Michael stuck to our must and no play songs which was amazing to know he took so much of his time to prep everything that we suggested and the first dance songs went well with perfect fades!
Not only did Michael provide great dance music but he also did everything for our ceremony and cocktail hour from having music to fit each ambiance. Our friend giving the ceremony wore a lapel microphone and Michael also had a stand up microphone for my mom's speech during the ceremony. He went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and was flexible as our venue ended up allowing us to stay later than expected so he was very flexible to also stay later at an affordable price.
We highly recommend Michael for anyone looking for a DJ! -

When we were looking for a DJ for our wedding, we were skeptical on who to choose. The DJ is a big part of your wedding, it can make or break the whole night but DJ Michael did not disappoint!! He exceeded all of our expectations, we never left the dance floor; it was packed all night long.
He is extremely responsive in the planning process and beyond. Michael provides a form for you to fill out to ensure he plays all the right songs and steers clear of the Do Not Play.
We really cannot recommend him enough! Our guests raved about the music and have said it was the most fun they've had at a wedding in a long time. We have DJ Michael to thank for that!

Michael was helfpul from start to finish. Before we even decided to hire him, Michael took the time to have an in depth conversation about what we were looking for, our own musical taste, that of our guests, and what sort of vibe we were going for. He took this information and ran with it! We did a lot of things in a non-traditional manner, and Michael was an instrumental part of making that run smoothly- he brainstormed with us ahead of time and then executed the vision perfectly. We had a lot of trust in Michael from our first conversations with him, so we decided we didn't need to make a lot of requests or give a lot of instructions- this was by far the best choice we made. Michael's ability to read the room and play tunes that kept the crowd going was abolsutely impressive- he played songs neither of us would have thought about or requested and it was incredible. We received SO many compliments on the music. Thank you Michael! -

Michael was a dream to work with from the start! After our first conversation, we made the decision to hire him. We opted to let Michael choose all our music for dinner/cocktail/reception, and he KILLED it. Our guests (and we) didn't leave the dance floor for the entire reception. Our wedding was this past NYE, and Michael truly made it the party of the year! -

Michael did an amazing job for my wedding on 10/21/23! He had everyone up and dancing for 4 hours! He had to set up in multiple locations for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception and he did it perfectly. He communicated great with us and our venue to make the day go so smoothly. I had so many guests coming up to me telling me how great he was and they were not wrong! Michael is a must book for your wedding if you want to have an amazing time! I would absolutely hire him again if I need a DJ! Seriously, best around. -

Dj Michael is the best DJ we have every encountered. He was the DJ for my brothers wedding and danced the entire night so we knew we wanted him for ours. If you want everyone dancing the entire night-hire him!! Michael was so easy to work with. We were very indecisive with selecting some of our songs and he provided suggestions. We only requested 4 songs for the dancing portion of the wedding and let him pick the rest. We had so many people tell us that the dancing playlist was perfect and that is because Michael is so talented and picked songs that kept everyone on the dance floor. Even the kitchen staff came out and were dancing during the night! The wedding planners also commented on how the music was perfect, everyone was dancing the entire night, and very few people were seated during the dancing. Again, that is all because of Michael. Hire him if you want to have fun and dance the entire night!! -

He packed the dance floor from the very first song through the end of the night, with no lulls whatsoever. Our guests are still talking about how awesome he was, and have even asked for his information! From the very first time we spoke with Michael, he listened and understood our vision and worked alongside us to craft the perfect vibe for our day. He met with us for a drink and got to know us, which I can honestly say made our whole experience because he knew exactly how to execute on what we planned together. He had an awesome presence the day of, keeping the vibe up and lively through cocktail hour, speeches, dinner & dancing. He knows exactly the right amount of talking to get the crowd going and letting the music lead - which is truly hard to find! He even gave us a CD of the top hits of our playlist as a memento, which we loved. He is an incredible partner, and truly a joy to work with. I can’t recommend him enough!!
