A wedding without DJ ment is like a day without sunshine. He brings the positive vibes, the best selection of music to satisfy the crowd and he keeps the party going from start to finish. My wedding was almost two months ago and people are still talking about how it’s the best wedding they’ve ever attended! We dealt with some serious medical issues through wedding planning and Ment was more than just a DJ to us. He was so supportive, patient and understanding. Best DJ Ever!!
DJ Ment was everything we could have wanted in a DJ! He played the majority of songs from our playlists but also included songs that fit the vibe we wanted. He threw in a fog machine and sparklers that just made the night event more magical. Our guests were dancing all night long and so many people told us it was the best wedding DJ they have ever heard!! You will not regret booking him! -

DJ Ment truly MADE our entire wedding day. From start to finish, he was professional, organized, and SO much fun to work with — but where he really shines is the dance floor.
Our number one goal was to have everyone dancing all night, and DJ Ment absolutely delivered. The dance floor was packed from the first song to the very last — people still talk about how fun our wedding was, and that is 100% because of him. He read the room perfectly, mixed seamlessly, and created the exact party vibe we dreamed of.
Beyond the music, he brought incredible energy, kept the night flowing effortlessly, and made everything feel exciting and elevated without ever being cheesy or over-the-top. You could tell he genuinely cared about our experience and our guests having the best time.

DJ Ment was truly a blessing for our daughter’s 15th. He handled everything, the protocols, the timing, the little details that we never even thought about. He really helped guide us and ensure everything flowed the way we had dreamed it would. He didn’t just show up to play music… he cared about making the whole night memorable.
When it came to the music, he was amazing. For every song we requested, he made sure it was played. The dance floor was packed the entire night. Even the grandmas were dancing! My grandma, in her wheelchair, still ended up in the middle of the dance floor because the energy was just too good to sit still. That says everything.
He was patient with us, extremely kind, professional, and it's clear that he genuinely loves what he does. DJ Ment helped make that night unforgettable for our family. I am so grateful for him. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants their celebration to feel joyful, smooth, and full of love. Even if you are coming from the states or part of the island like me, “Puertorriqueña”. Most of our guests flew in from the United States, and they could not stop talking about how amazing the DJ was. Even now, we’re still getting messages and compliments about him! -

DJ MENT IS THE BEST!! Where do I even begin?! We had 200 people at our wedding, I was nervous that people would not be on the dance floor bc they like a variety of songs. Dj Ment was so amazing that people were running to the dance floor after dinner because he already started playing the best music!!! Bad Bunny dropped his album 12 days before my wedding and it was the best experience to have DJ Ment play his album 😊 He had the best effects with sparkler and lasers. The ceremony ran so smoothly as well as the party reception because he had the best transitions in music. He also was so fun to work with, you can definitely tell how much he really enjoys his job. There are not enough words that I can write here to describe how awesome DJ Ment is and how amazing he was at our wedding! He is extremely professional and is hands down a fantastic DJ! He is absolutely the best DJ that I have ever seen at any wedding (And I’ve been to many). He exceeded any and all expectations that we had for ours and was truly the life of the party! There was not a single moment at our wedding when ALL 100 of our guests weren’t tearing up the dance floor once the party got started. Our guest danced the entire night away and that is all thanks to DJ ment! No one wanted him to leave at the end of the night.
I had many of our guests come up to me and tell me how great he was and how they felt like they were at the concert the whole night.
I am sooooo so glad we went with DJ ment and can’t thank him enough for making our wedding night unforgettable. If you are deciding on a wedding DJ you will NOT be disappointed if you choose DJ ment! I am so glad we chose DJ Ment for our destination wedding in Puerto Rico. We found him via wedding wire and google searches and he came highly recommended by our wedding planner - we basically found that he was the BEST on the island. From the start, he was very energetic, highly responsive and such a nice person to work with. We discussed the vibe we were looking for and he was excited to ensure everyone was on the dance floor the entire time. He offers a lot of different extras such as cold sparklers and laser lights which are little details but made all the difference. He also set-up our outdoor ceremony and everything went off so smoothly - I didn't even recognize he was there which was perfect. If you are having a wedding in PR - I can confidently say you will not be disappointed if you book DJ Ment. He was awesome to work with and even as the bride, I spent my entire wedding dancing the night away. -

Quieres que tu pista de baile nunca se vacíe? Que los invitados te halaguen por la música y lo brutal que estuvo el party? Pues entonces contrata a DJ MENT. El fue el primer vendor que escogí y sin duda alguna fue la mejor decisión. El tiene TODO y lo mejor es que sabe muy bien lo que hace. Desde el día uno te da sugerencias para que el salón quede impecable en términos de luces y ambiente. También tiene extras que llevan ese día al siguiente nivel: CO2 gun, led foam sticks, etc. Es súper receptivo y siempre contesta los mensajes. DJ Ment was the best! I have been to a few weddings where Ment was the DJ so when it was time to start planning ours he was a no brainer! Since the very beginning, the communication was excellent! He was the fastest and most responsive vendor out of all, which makes the process of booking, planning the rundown, and choosing the music for the set so easy and fun! Through email, text and phone call he was the perfect communicator. He has an organized method where you put all the music for the entrance, first dance, etc ; reviews the rundown with your wedding coordinator and it all went perfectly like we planned! He has awesome stage lights and laser that take the party to the next level.
When it came down to the sets, he played most of our chosen music and added some of his own selection that made the party even better. He's a pro at keeping the people on the dance floor! We never stopped dancing and kept asking for more at the end. Nobody wanted the party to end!

My husband and I hired DJ Ment for our wedding reception because we heard he kept people dancing all night long, and it was completely true! He did an incredible job from the start, and our guests had so much fun they were chanting for another song when the night ended. Prior to the wedding, he was professional, responsive, and flexible with our desires, even when we couldn't decide on one of our songs until the day before the wedding. He took our requests seriously and played all the songs we asked for, and also listened to requests from us and our guests during the reception itself. He answered all our communications in a timely fashion (in fact, I think the only time we didn't get an immediate response was when he was on vacation, and even then, he responded the moment he was back!) and was overall a pleasure to work with. 100% recommend him to anyone who wants their wedding reception to be a nightclub! When we first spoke with Ment I explained that I wanted the wedding to sound and feel like a club. My wife and I had this vision of the ultimate party for our friends and family with all this great music.
The man made it happen. Ment had lasers, haze machines, cold sparks, intelligent lighting, and so much more that leveled up the party to a night we’ll never forget.
I had family members who had been to numerous weddings at this venue raving about how awesome the music was and asking how we made it sound so good (hint: it’s Ment’s 4 huge subwoofers and audio treatment).
When I said I wanted to close out the wedding with my own DJ set he was enthusiastically supportive and even offered to let me use his equipment (that’s a big deal guys). He even picked up my laptop the morning of the wedding to do sound check so that all I had to do was go on stage and play. 🫡
There are so many more things I could say to convince you to hire him, but the most important one is that Roberto’s 1000% the kind of pro you want at your wedding. He makes the entire experience seamless so you can focus on having the best party of your life and feel like VIPs in your own club.

If you’re looking for a DJ for your wedding, you can stop your search! DJ Ment performed impeccably at our wedding. He managed all the music during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He also did a great job as our MC. The timing of every song and announcement was expertly done. He was so professional and responsive all year leading up to our wedding. We knew we wanted our wedding reception party to be an important part of our wedding day and DJ Ment was the PERFECT one to do that. He is well known for his work and from the beginning he was super easy to work with and SO responsive. He made our wedding planning experience super fun and it always felt like talking to a friend.
He made us an AMAZINGLY good edit of the song we chose to have as our first dance!! He was so responsive when we asked for this favor.
He helped us choose songs for what we were going for based on songs we liked. He made the PERFECT playlist for our wedding, there was NEVER A MOMENT WHERE THE DANCE FLOOR WAS EMPTY! We had guests who never dance, dance that night.
His work and the service he gives is so thoughtful and detailed. When our reception room was revealed to us, he played two of our favorite songs that we had mentioned for the party but were too "slow" so we still had those songs that day. Our first dance was amazing because of him, we had a choreography and the packages he offers made it more special to us.
We know we were so blessed to have him be our DJ, he made our wedding planning super easy and fun and our wedding day unforgettable. At every moment he played the perfect song and in the perfect version. We still have guests talking about our party and it was the perfect way to celebrate with them.

We dreamed of our wedding as an experience for us and our F&F. DJ Ment gave us that and more.
He is attentive, hard worker, quick to respond, detail oriented, caring, full of energy and passionate about his job. He made sure our wedding day was everything we hope for.. a dream. He made everyone in the dance floor feel alive. His ability to read the crowd ensured to keep the upbeat vibe we wanted.
He asks that you fill out a list of the Do’s & donts for your event. He gets to know the couple (learn beliefs, restrictions, cultures etc) so he can deliver and play the best sets in accordance with your guest and your style. He is open to feedback and up for challenges. We asked him for our “hora loca” a time travel of music with all hits from 60’s – 90’s and with no doubt he accepted the challenge and took it to another level. ALL OF OUR GUEST WERE MIND blown with his performance: lasers, lights, C02 gun all great quality. DJ MENT IS A VIBE!! His energetic personality is contagious! LOVE
The next day our guest could not stop talking about the music and are asking us for Anniversary party, they want DJ ment back lol.
He gave us the confidence and We trusted him fully. He put in the effort to get to know yall in a way no other vendor might.
Robert became our DJ and our 2nd planner -his support through the whole process in regards wedding details and planning went beyond our expectations. He really gave the extra mile.

In my personal experience, DJ Ment is the Best DJ ever!
My wedding guest did not stop dancing and he was able to incorporate all night the songs we requested. He did not only take care of our wedding music but also lights, lasers, microphones. He was so energetic that he set the mood for our dream wedding party!!! Gracias, Gracias,

The best!
My husband and I got married in December in Antiguo Casino and Dj Ment was our DJ and I only have great things to say about him. He was so easy to work with and very responsive. He agreed to meet with us over Facetime and was so kind and made us feel confident in having him as our DJ. During the ceremony, he read the room and had everyone dancing (even the grandparents)!!! Without question, Dj Ment is the best dj I've ever heard!! -

We booked DJ MENT (ROBERT) as our DJ for our wedding before we booked the venue since he gets booked quickly so run don’t walk. I’ve seen RAVING review about him and I get why now. After our first phone call, I was even more confident about my decision. He is professional, has years of experience, and is so relaxed and chill, we loved his vibe! My husband and I both loved working with Robert throughout the past year. When we decided to postpone a few times, he was quick to make the rescheduling easy to do for our wedding in December 2022. Picking our songs for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing was easy with DJ MENT platform. I felt like after DJ MENT took a look at our song choices he knew exactly what to play all night. Our dance floor was PACKED as soon as he announced the floor was open! DJ MENT read the crowd and knew exactly what to play next to keep the party going. I swear I thought the dance floor was going to break. My guests couldn’t stop talking about how fun the wedding was and even the hotel staff was talking about it the day after. Thank you DJ MENT for everything, the night could not have been more perfect thanks to you.
Ps: We SAVED MONEY with DJ Ment because he can provide other items such as the ambiance lighting, colds sparks and much more. We also booked him to play the music at the ceremony and the cocktail hour instead of a violinist. Getting all this from a separate vendor would’ve been more expensive

If you're reading this review, do not think twice on booking Roberto (DJ Ment) for your wedding or event! Our guests danced every single song at our wedding, we had basically no one sitting down at our reception tables after we finished eating our dinner. The music that DJ Ment played during our wedding flowed accordingly with all our guest's moods and age range, he definitely had a sense to read the room! We felt we were attending our own personal music festival! DJ Ment's equipment is super high quality and fancy, everything matched beautifully with our ballroom decorations.
A part from being an excellent DJ, he was also an excellent vendor! He was very attentive with all the wedding details and plans, also had great communication with our wedding planner. His years of experience definitely makes a difference!
Also Roberto has a great personality! We definitely made a friend along the way and we're hopeful to party again with him someday! Booking DJ Ment for our wedding was definitely the best decision we make! If you have excellent music at your wedding, the rest is history! It was an unforgettable night! -

DJ Ment is the secret to the wedding of a lifetime. We met Roberto through friends, who could not stop raving about their wedding 10 years prior. When I asked the secret to their endless partying, they both replied in unison: "ROBERTO". The decision was easy from there.
Roberto flew to our destination wedding in Grand Cayman. He played 3 events: our boat party and sunset cruise, the Welcome reception party, and the wedding after-party. To be honest, I am not sure we can even start with how incredible and unique each event was. He perfectly understood the vibe of each setting and our guests raved on. The Welcome Party was downright insane. Roberto nailed the music. One of my life's best memories now includes the last song of the night, when the clouds opened up with a Caribbean downpour and Madonna's Like a Prayer blasting. He could not have planned that but perfectly keyed into this uncurated and off-the cuff special moment frozen in time. I don't know how Roberto does it, but he made a Lebanese and Russian crowd happy and wild for an entire weekend- including the young and old! Our guests danced for 3 days straight.
Note: He brought is equipment headache-free and coordinated with directly with the venue to ensure he had all the AV tech details sorted out. I don't even know the details, because he took care of it A to Z for us.
Secret: Roberto gifted us with a beautiful wedding recap video that we watch almost every day. :)
To Roberto: We love you as part of our family. Thank you for making our wedding weekend a memory of a lifetime. Can't wait to plan a party for next May just because! ;) -

DJ Ment is amazing! He spent time getting to know our vibe and kept in constant contact with us. Day of setup he invited us to see the room to ensure we liked his setup. DJ MENT is a dope DJ. He had the party guest vibing from the ceremony to the cocktail and the reception. I had nothing but good compliments from my guest. When l was asked what is the most important aspect of my wedding l replied by saying the music. This DJ is an absolute party starter
Bottom line up front: we were extremely happy that we hired Robert. He managed to keep a room of Puerto Rican, American, and Lebanese people on their feet and dancing the whole time. When we set out to find a DJ, we were only thinking about the music. But Robert was proactive and offered other services including lasers, lighting, and a CO2 smoke cannon. As anyone who plans a wedding can tell you, making every little decision is exhausting. So working with Robert was a huge breath of fresh air as he presented options and recommendations all along the way. We recommend him not only for his performance, but also this assistance in planning as well. We gave him just a few song recommendations and he tailored the entire night around them. I have never seen a wedding with more people on their feet the whole time. This was exactly what we wanted and Robert DELIVERED.
Note: the highlight of the night was blasting the smoke cannon all over the place when the beat dropped. All of our friends and family went crazy during that moment. Would highly recommend doing the same if you want that party-vibe at your wedding. -

Words cannot begin to describe how amazing DJ Ment made our wedding. With just a little guidance, DJ Ment picked what felt like the most amazing selection of wedding songs based around our personal likes. Everyone at the wedding was dancing, and no was below the age of 30 haha. Friends came from all over the world, and they kept telling me that the music was the best wedding selection they had ever heard. He was also great on the mic in getting the crowd hype! My wife and I are beyond happy with how things went. Not only were his services amazing, he was also very easy to communicate with during the entire process. DJ also helped us in a last minute pinch in securing music for our wedding rehearsal dinner at an amazing price. I don't plan to ever get married again, but if I do I know who i am calling!! -

There are not enough positive things to say about DJ Ment. He is more than a DJ - he's become a friend to us. He went above and beyond throughout our multiple postponements due to Covid, sending us the latest health & safety information, and once onsite, he helped facilitate more than the music as he knew the venue well. He is beyond genuine and insanely kind. We've also never met someone who seems to truly enjoy their craft more than he does. When our guests walked into the area Ment was set up in, their jaws literally dropped. They realized he wasn't messing around and they turned UP! And it was Roberto who created that vibe with the music, the lights, his booth, every single detail was perfection. We would do anything to go back!!! But now that it's over, we can be grateful it was everything we wanted and more because of Roberto, and we also got to meet an amazing person. THANK YOU! -

DJ Ment exceeded our expectations. Coming from Texas to do destination wedding in Puerto Rico at Hacienda Siesta Alegre, the music was very important to us. This was the 3rd vendor I booked a year and a half before the actual wedding and he did not disappoint. I gave him a total of four songs that were must-plays, including the Aggie War Hymn. He kept everyone dancing and the party going all night from family to our crazy friends. It's been a month and our friends still talk about how amazing our wedding was and how sweaty they were from dancing all night. Our pastor even went on to write a devotional about the DJ. If you are looking for a great DJ, look no further because there is no one better. I would reach out sooner than later because he books up quick and rightfully so! -

Our wedding was 3 months ago.... if I were to do it all again, like if a 2nd wedding was a thing a year after... I would do it in my backyard, order domino's, and hire DJ Ment.
Our friends traveled from across the states, from Baltimore all the way to San Antonio. Do you know how much music variety is in there?!?! And add the fact my family is in Puerto Rico (salsa + merengue + reggaeton + Bad Bunny trap). I wan't willing to risk having one person sitting down at our wedding... and we didn't.
And he is actually extremely responsive... common I know my people in PR and planning a wedding from the states wasn't easy from a communication's standpoint. But DJ Ment was very easy to access and super fast at responding. One less thing to worry about.
PS. For my budget, he was a bit over, but DO IT! I wished I would have spent a bit more on other vendors for them to be as easy to work with and be as successful as DJ Ment was for our wedding. Cheers!

We moved heaven and earth to be able to have Dj Ment in our wedding because he came very highly recommended, and I must say we are more than happy we did all we could to book him. Words will not do justice because Dj Ment was absolutely incredible. Initially I was worried about the mix of cultures we had in our guest list, which we expressed to him and his response was “don’t worry, I got you.” The best decision I made was to tell him to do his own thing, because the party was awesome, everyone enjoyed it and no one wanted it to end. We still have family members telling us they wish they could repeat that night all over again. Dj Ment was very professional, organized, knowledgeable, always responded very quickly to our needs and we will be recommending him to everyone we can!

We hosted a wedding that included Apple Music Execs, several professional musicians and a range of ages from 20 kids/teens to many grandparents. Roberto had them all on the dance floor nonstop!! He is worth every penny and truly brings the party!! We had so much fun, he even had our small group end the night by jumping fully clothed in the pool: and he joined us!! His music was so hot even the bartenders and catering staff were dancing nonstop! Hiring DJ ment was definitely one of the best decisions in my wedding. DJ Ment was absolutely fenomenal! Let me put it in simple words, we had to remove a table because the dance floor fell short. Everyone was dancing! I’m from Puerto Rico and my husband is from Jamaica. When my husband and I started to plan our wedding the first thing we said was "We need to have a killer dj". We didn't stress much about the rest of the details, we just wanted to party and dance the night away. Since it was a destination wedding, I asked my facebook friends in Puerto Rico who would they recommend and unanimously over 15 people said "You need DJ MENT" , and they were right. My husband and I went to Puerto Rico for a quick visit to meet the wedding vendors and as soon as we met DJ Ment we were convinced. His charisma, laugh, and energy are so contagious. You just know that your wedding will be the same if he is included in the mix. We met him in April 2018 and our wedding was December 2018, and throughout the entire year he was responsive to all of my questions and he catered to my every need. I'm a planner and extremely organized, so when I sent him a list of the songs I wanted for the wedding (including the times and for each special moment in the wedding) I thought he was going to tell to "go fly a kite". Instead, he was more than happy and I quote him "Laura, this is your guys' day, whatever you guys want, I will do". He was absolutely perfect. On the wedding day we had unexpected things happening, for example- our wedding was mixed, Puerto Rican and American Jewish. At some point my husband is doing a "lap dance" to me on a chair and he tells something to his friends that I couldn't hear, they decided that since I was seating on a chair as a surprise they would do the Hora (which is when in Jewish weddings they put the bride on a chair and raise the chair high and dance around it). Dj Ment quickly improvised and from playing "Pony" by Ginuwine he played "Hava Nagila" the traditional Jewish song. It happened on the spur-of-the-moment but it is one of those moments I will never forget. He adapts so well to the audience and knows exactly what to play and how to pump people up. We danced for 4 hours non-stop. Everyone was at the dance floor the entire night. At the end of the wedding people were saying " best wedding ever", "wedding of the decade", "I haven't danced this much since college", "who's that dj?". Without a doubt Dj Ment was the best decision we made...of course, after the decision of getting married ;) -

Best Wedding DJ
DJ ment was amazing from the beginning. He met with us a week before the wedding and help us out with the playlist. His input and knowledge help us out a lot and we followed his recommendations and in my opinion without them the wedding wouldn’t have been that amazing. We had our wedding on Saturday, October 27 at Hacienda Siesta Alegre and hired DJ Ment. DJ Ment was absolutely AMAZING and kept the crowd dancing all night! He was extremely easy to work with and responsive whenever we had a question. What makes DJ Ment stand out from the rest is his ability to transition music (great flow), positive energy and knows how to read a crowd. He also worked with us on playing music for the processional and it was a hit! Our guests kept telling us how awesome the DJ was. We highly recommend DJ Ment and would do so again in a heartbeat.
