We love Brian! When we were interviewing DJs, it was important that we got to meet the actual person who would be working at our wedding, and that we got along. From the first second, we LOVED Brian, and we knew that he understood what we were looking for. He was so efficient and easy to work with, and always quick to communicate. Everyone enjoyed the music at the ceremony, and we had no issues with microphones, etc. (something I have seen at many other weddings). Very professional and a great fit for a big party! -

Brian was by far the highlight of our wedding day. We have been to a LOT of weddings over the past few years, and I can honestly say that Brian was the best DJ of them all (several of our guests confirmed this as well). Our reception was nonstop dancing, and he never once lost the crowd. The music he picked had something for everyone, from teenagers to grandmothers. We had a meeting with him the week before our wedding and he captured our vibe so perfectly. Please make Brian the first vendor you hire - you will not regret it! -

This dynamic duo that works together the DJ and the MC is off the chain....words can't eplsin how great our bachler/bacherotte party went. Yes, they were at our wedding as well.... On my speacial day they shocked me because I thought the party went great! They came to the wedding showed up and showed out! They were intwined with the ceremony..music on point had everybody on point. Works directly with everyone. I wish I could redo this night because they were more than worth every penny and I enjoyed the heck out of my night. I didn' t have to worry one time about the way the wedding flowed at all the dance floor stayed busy....Gosh they are great and I had an amazing time as well as our families..we have a in house DJ now because I aouldn't call anyone else. Thank You so much for making our day as special as you did!!!! -

Brian was fantastic. He was accessible and professional. We had multiple meetings before the venue to discuss music, layout and schedule and he was on top of everything. He also helped the night move along smoothly. And the music was ON point and the entire room was dancing until the venue told us no more! -

I was looking for a DJ that would be easy to work with and someone that I knew I could trust to run everything smoothly and Brian was exactly that! I was very happy with the way that things ran. He was always quick to respond to my questions that I had. He was very friendly and professional. My wedding guest were very happy with the music and there was always someone on the dance floor. I would highly recommend DJ Mass Appeal! He was Fantastic! -

DJ of our wedding at the Umstead Hotel & Spa
Brian (DJ Mass Appeal) provided us with the most excellent service. He was able to meet our specific music and operational requirements by having a dual set up (ceremony & reception) and playing our classical string music at the ceremony. Originally we booked a cellist to play during the ceremony however she canceled on us. Brian was able to find and play the specific classical string music we needed for our ceremony. He even came to our rehearsal the day before to get the timing and sequence down for the ceremony. For the reception, he also provided and supported our music requests. For both the father + bride and mother + groom dances, we asked him to play and blend in multiple songs for each dance and he did so flawlessly. Despite the COVID social distance requirements, he kept the reception very lively and entertaining. We will strongly recommend DJ Mass Appeal to all our friends that will need DJing service. -

Brian was so amazing to work with from the start! From sitting down to go through the preparation of the evening of events to always responding to my questions (and requests) along the journey of planning a wedding, he was great! I wasn't too familiar with the various music I wanted, so he gave his input and provided feedback based on what I was asking. He even cut a few songs so my bridal party could be introduced to at the reception with bits of two songs (where they added a dance of course).
Since our wedding, I've gotten so many compliments on the music and the "vibe" that Brian used to host our guests. We are a crowd that loves to be sentimental during the special dances, but also break it down on the dance floor as the night went on - Brian took requests and followed the genre's that we discussed prior to the wedding, and then chose songs that would be best suited for east moment of our reception.
Overall, I'm grateful that I connected with DJ Mass Appeal and you will not be disappointed for choosing him as your wedding DJ! -

So, I was getting married and wasn’t really sure about where to start my DJ search, particularly since we were looking for a DJ that had an expansive knowledge of 90’s music because they actually lived through it. A very good friend of mine, who I know loves a good party, recommended DJ Mass Appeal. So I reached out to Brian and let me tell you... my wedding reception was EPIC!!
Working with Brian was a pleasure. He was super responsive to my questions/needs and his rates were highly competitive. While he’s based in North Carolina, he was willing to travel all the way to Baltimore, MD to perform at my wedding and only charged me a nominal fee to do so.
He had the reception dance floor packed the entire night, which means he did an exceptional job at reading the crowd. And he was excellent at managing guests sing requests and getting them into the rotation.
I need to think up another occasion that requires a DJ just so I can hire him again! -

Keosha Sent on 09/23/2013Brian was awesome!! For our initial meeting he met us somewhere that was convenient for us. He was very straightforward and laid everything out for us. He arrived early and had the equipment set up to play music for the ceremony. We didn't rehearse but he paid such great attention that it went smoothly! At the reception he had EVERYONE on the dance floor including the pastor in our family!! We got an amazing DJ with lighting and didn't have to break the bank! I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know!! -

Fonsetta Sent on 07/18/2011`DJ please, pick up the phone....'! What can I say? DJ Mass Appeal brought his A and triple A gam! Our guests stayed on the dance floor. Heck I stayed on the dance floor! Our first dance montageg of our favorite songs was OUTSTANDING! Love, love, love DJ Mass Appeal and so did my guests. One guest told me today that she had such fun that she hasnt stopped talking about it in the last two weeks. She had kicked off her shoes and stayed on the dance floor all night.
