Kevin was timely, professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. Kevin took leadership initiative and ownership on many items most would have taken a back seat for. Kevin was amazing!!! Had a phone call with him right away as an introduction and I could immediately tell that we chose the right DJ. Called again 2 weeks before the wedding to verify details and was super attentive to everything I said, not to mention he had great suggestions! I really appreciated that he asked me what I was most worried about because it showed that he truly was going to put forth every effort to alleviate those worries. He kept the party going and had all of my guests on the dance floor (which was so important to us)! Another thing I loved, he took his own photos and videos and sent them to me the next day! Which I never asked him to do so that meant the world! I truly don’t have enough good things to say about Kevin, I am forever grateful that we found him!

We spoke with 4 DJ’s and then finally found the one! We knew by just speaking with him that he’s the personality is what we were looking for. He was so easy to speak with like talking to a family member who only wanted the best for our daughters reception. He was patient with all of our questions & more questions. He helped guide us thru the process with patients, kindness & laughter. It was a fun experience. He played every song the bride & groom requested. He went beyond to make sure the bride was happy. Fabulous DJ! All of my guests raved about our music and loved Kevin. He was so thorough in getting to know us ahead of time. He put so much work and time into planning for our special day. He is so detail oriented.
He had everyone up and dancing! Our special dedications to our family members all went off perfectly, especially Blood, Sweat and Tears, “You make me so very happy “ for my Godfather, Uncle Vinny and his wife , Aunt Angie from Long Island who were celebrating 52 years of marriage! ! He was amazing. I can’t say enough about him. He even helped put together a wonderful collection of hits for our cocktail hour. And our wedding ceremony where my daughter walked me down the isle to the Sound of Music, ”Maria”had our friends laughing and in tears at the same time. It was magical💕

Kevin is the best! He was so easy to work with leading up to the big day! I love how he really got to know is, and he isn’t just “another wedding DJ”.

Kevin was an absolute joy to work with! From recommendations for songs (the BEST Mother/Son dance I've ever seen - You are the Sunshine of My Life transitioning to Let's Groove!) to dance floor lighting, you can tell Kevin is in the top tier of his profession. His attention to detail along with his legitimate concern for the couples' wishes proves he wants to make it a night you will remember for the rest of your life. Best DJ in Tampa hands down!
Hiring Kevin as our DJ was the best move we made. He was FANTASTIC! He walked us through all the special songs we would need for our wedding, from the first dance until the last dance as we departed. We had no clue how many songs we would need to choose, his guidance saved the day. I know we drove him crazy with our picks as I’m a country fan and my husband is totally rock and roll. But Kevin managed to get the perfect mix of our favorite songs to include the specific artist we wanted to be singing it. He kept us all on track and made sure our wedding went off without a stitch. Our guest couldn’t say enough about how great our music was and how great a job our DJ did. I can’t say enough about how great Kevin was. Any future events where a DJ is need will most certainly include Kevin. We would never hire anyone else!

We totally recommend DJ Kevin Kramer! Kevin was the DJ at my son’s wedding reception at Carlouel, Clearwater Beach in October 2022. Not only is he an amazing DJ, Kevin is an incredible individual as well. His sincerity, sensitivity to the family, and energetic personality make working with him fun. On our first phone conversation, we connected with Kevin immediately. He is knowledgeable, professional, and totally dedicated to making sure a couple’s wedding day special and memorable. After we spoke just once, there was no question that Kevin was the perfect person to DJ for the wedding. Kevin is thorough and organized. He sent us forms to complete about a month before the big day, which really helped US organize how to think about the reception, which was invaluable. Kevin goes above and beyond and was very involved in every detail of the reception timeline. With everything to think about for a wedding, the DJ and music were never a concern. We were secure in knowing that Kevin had everything covered. He inspires total confidence. Everything was under control from the moment he arrived (and he got to the club early!) We would ABSOLUTELY recommend DJ Kevin Kramer! During our initial call with Kevin, when we were researching DJs, we immediately felt at ease and knew Kevin was the perfect fit for us and our event. He answered all of our questions and assured us that he could fulfill any requests for our day. In advance of our wedding, Kevin sent us forms to fill out and had a detailed call to go over our reception timeline, along with our song requests. Kevin is very thorough. He made sure he knew how to pronounce all names for entrances, and confirmed every detail. Kevin is organized, detail-oriented, and was a blast at the wedding. Best Wedding DJ!
Kevin did an awesome job as the DJ at our wedding March 6, 2022 in Safety Harbor! We contacted him about 8-9 months in advance and from the very first phone conversation we could tell he was organized, thoughtful, and focused on giving us the music we wanted. He asked details about the ceremony and reception and was concerned with the music we wanted and did not want. It was nice to know that when it came to the music we kind of had free reign and he would play whatever we asked but when we were ambiguous he had it covered. For example, we had some untraditional music for the ceremony and he accommodated perfectly, yet for the cocktail hour we weren't completely committed to any particular songs and he played a nice array of tunes that fit with the setting. When we talked through the details, he offered suggestions when needed and was receptive when we had our own ideas. A week or two before the wedding we went over specifics and I gave him a timeline for the wedding day. He even took the time over the phone to make sure introductions and pronunciations were correct, so that the wedding day would be smooth. It was great working with him because he was knowledgeable, flexible, and understanding. Of all the things that went awry for our wedding day, the DJ and the music never caused us concern or added stress, and that was all thanks to Kevin and his many years of experience! We would definitely recommend DJ Kevin Kramer to anyone looking for an experienced DJ who is sincere, supportive, and focused on his clients' happiness!

Sincere, organized and would recommend!
We were married on April 16, 2022 at the beach on Treasure Island. The instant I found and contacted Kevin 8 months prior, he was pleasant and organized and spent over 45 minutes on the phone with me asking questions and finding out what our desire and thoughts were on the music that was going to be one of the focal points of our special day! I knew it would be a slight challenge since we were having the ceremony on the beach, far away from any electric source, and of course, in the elements of sun and possible rain. Kevin came and met us several weeks ahead of time right at the spot where we wanted the ceremony in order to preview the day and plan ahead. He brought a portable generator and microphone so that we could have the music and microphone needed for guests to hear the pastor on the beach. He also had assistance so that when all guests went back to the club for the reception, the cocktail music was already playing, and it was all very seamless. My husband and I were both very specific as to the playlist starting when guests arrived on the beach, to the cocktail and dinner music, to the first song and dance music into the night! He executed the music and playlist perfectly and helped make our wedding day special! His sincerity and wonderful personality were icing on the cake! He did not overcharge us for his services and allowed us to make payments leading up to the wedding. We would definitely recommend him to any couple looking to hire a DJ to help make their event special!

The Best Wedding DJ!
Kevin was recommended to me by Delectables Fine Catering and I couldn't have been more impressed with him! Music is very special to my partner and me, so Kevin let us pick out each and every song for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (as we requested) and then he pieced it all together beautifully. Kevin asked the best questions during the planning process (if song requests are allowed, which song requests we don't want to hear, what's our biggest worry, how to pronounce names appropriately for introductions, etc.). He was so thoughtful with his recommendations and walked me through the day's schedule while letting me know we can change anything and do anything we'd like. I made some not-so-traditional requests (like playing Goodbye Earl by The Chicks for a girls-only dance in place of a bouquet toss) and he went along with it and coordinated everything perfectly. He even recommended dance floor lights which turned out to be a hit! I've been to many weddings and can truly say our wedding had the most energetic dance floor—it was literally full ALL NIGHT. Best Day Ever-2 Weddings
I can’t say enough about Kevin. He was part of the families special day and our entertainment at both of my kids weddings Feb 2020 and Nov 2021. We received lots of positive praise from our guest on his professionalism, music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and just blending in and truly being part of the celebration. He had everyone on the dance floor all night having fun. Above and beyond my expectations!
Kevin said one thing to me “the DJ makes or breaks your wedding” THAT IS SO TRUE, HE MADE OUR DAY! If I can share one advice….DONT GO CHEAP!
Without Kevin there is no way our wedding would have been half as what he made it. I had a crazy itinerary and a HUGE wedding party. He worked so hard to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted down to every detail. Like WOW! He truly is amazing!!!! You and your spouse are the most important thing to him on that day and he makes that known. I love and honor his dedication to making our day perfect. Thank you Kevin. Hire him he is amazing!
Kevin is absolutely amazing to work with and did a fantastic job at my wedding! We initially met him at my brother's wedding right before COVID, and hired him shortly after getting engaged a few months later. He did such a wonderful job at my brother's wedding that it was an easy choice! He is very organized and thinks about all the things that can go wrong and has a plan for each one of them! One of the most important things to me was the music played during dancing and he had everyone on the dance floor the entire night! He also did my uplighting and dance floor lights for me which gave the room such an awesome feel! Thank you Kevin!

The BEST - flexible, communicative, fun

Amazing DJ!
Kevin was the perfect addition to our wedding. We had a rocky start in finding a DJ but when we contacted him, we knew right away he would be great. Kevin was amazing at communication with us through the who planning process down to the very last minute of our wedding. He made sure everything was customized to fit our taste in music and kept the party going all through the night. Kevin helped make our daughter's wedding perfect! From the first contact we had with him when chooing a DJ, to the end of the reception, Kevin provided top notch service. We wanted a DJ to help make the reception a "real party" and Kevin delivered. Everything our daughter asked for, (and it was A LOT) was perfectly executed. We found him easy to work with and reasonably priced. When we had to change the wedding date to April, due to COVID restrictions, Kevin was able to help accomodate us. We would definately hire Kevin again.

Kevin Kramer is the best of the best!
From the moment we first contacted Kevin to check availability, we knew he was the perfect choice as a DJ for my daughter’s wedding. He was so easy to talk with, knowledgeable about venues and vendors, and instantly became a member of our team. We felt like we’d known him forever! Kevin provides comprehensive song lists and worksheets to assist in selecting the music for all of the wedding introductions, special dances, and tributes. He is extremely helpful in planning the timeline so things run according to schedule, and makes some really great suggestions! He goes over every last detail and we didn’t need to worry about a thing! As an announcer, he is professional and entertaining. Kevin’s sound system is AMAZING and he offers lighting options, too! Our guests never left the dance floor! Just a few weeks before the wedding, we had a sudden and unexpected change in venue that had NO power source! Kevin had our back and rushed to get the extra equipment needed to provide sound at the new location. Everything went perfectly! We hired a DJ and gained a friend in Kevin Kramer. I highly recommend him. He is the best of the best and was a very memorable part of my daughter’s special day!

Kevin was the perfect DJ for our special day!!
We hired Kevin as the DJ for our April wedding on Clearwater Beach and he was absolutely amazing to work with! Since day one, Kevin kept constant communication with us regarding our wedding planning progress. Throughout the planning period, I was very impressed by Kevin’s thoroughness and attention to all of the little details, as he truly wants every second of your day to be so special! Kevin helped me come up with some sweet surprises and tributes to my groom, as well as my parents, which became some of the most memorable parts of the day! When it was time to make our final music selections, I sent Kevin a very comprehensive list of "must-have" music to be played, and he followed through with playing it all!! He warned us that since we were planning a daytime wedding, the dance floor may not be as busy as an evening wedding (which we expected), but that was surely not the case! His music had everyone up out of their seats and having a great time!! I was very impressed with Kevin's professionalism, personality, and expertise! Kevin truly played such a huge role in making our wedding so spectacular, and we are so thankful we hired him!

From the beginning of contacting him all the way until after our wedding when we received a small but very precious sentimental thank you gift from him everything about our experience with him was fantastic. As a bride I would have thought that nobody could have thought of any part of my reception that I hadn't planned or thought of or knew what I wanted but he came in clutch with things that hadn't crossed my mind making sure that he had them in line for me before our big day, down to what few songs do I want to make sure that all the younger kids feel like they can get out and dance you know were there any traditional cliché songs I don't want to hear was there anything to directly avoid as far as songs from exes or our parents access like anything that could possibly damper the mood like let me know how to time I will put it on the do not playlist. everyone knows that after your ceremonies over your wedding is truly truly scheduling defined by dinner that's what the whole reception is based around dinner drinking and dancing well we had a nightmare situation happened to us our caterer no-showed and while not only keeping his composure but also working to keep myself and my groom calm he didn't even miss a beat. Kevin jumped right in rearranged like the series of events so that everything flowed my guess though they knew what was going on really had no complaints everything felt like that was just the way our reception was supposed to happen. Kevin came highly recommend to me through a high school friend and after the first time I spoke with him I understood why but now I can personally attest to how highly he was spoken up and how highly he should be spoken of what he'll charge you is nowhere near what him and the experience that he really will turn your reception into worth. I had five to seven attendees of my wedding who are planning upcoming weddings and I'm not stretching it when I tell you that every last one of those brides has asked me for his information.

Kevin had performed at some work functions for a company I worked for in the past and he had always done an excellent job. When it came time for my wedding, there was no doubt we were going to use him and he didn't disappointed. Our wedding was a blended wedding, non-traditional, with a few fun surprises for our guests in store and Kevin did a great job in pulling everything off. He even through in a little extra to make the jokes go better than we expected. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ!

Kevin came to us highly recommended by a couple of my friends, and he did not disappoint.
He was very professional and met with us beforehand. He went over every last detail with us and didn't forget a step. As a frantic bride who got her special day in on 3/7/20 before the coronavirus mess, he definitely kept us calm and collected. He kept the party flowing and the dance floor packed. You do not need a wedding coordinator when you get Kevin. With him, you get two in one, an amazing DJ and a coordinator the keeps the events of the night moving along. Our Wedding in March was everything we every wanted it to be, and a main reason why was Kevin. We were not local and not able to meet with him in person, but we were always in constant contact w/ him via text and email about what we had to do and when we needed to do it by. Come wedding day, it was seem-less. The timing, music and lighting that Kevin provided was on point. Kevin has an outstanding reputation with all the wedding vendors and for good reason. He basically was part DJ and part wedding planner. I feel fortunate that we had the opportunity to work with Kevin. Awesome DJ and a better person! Highly recommend him for wedding or any event.

Hiring Kevin Kramer was a great idea and I am so glad we did. He was there every step of the way and even served as a sort of day of coordinator as soon as he arrived. He kept us on our timeline and juggled all the moving parts very smoothly. He also had uplighting which looked great as well. He was early, very professional and overall wonderful to work with. He was also very responsive by text or email in t e months leading up to the event. He handled all questions and concerns and left me feeling completely on track! 10/10 would hire again!

I couldnt have asked for a better DJ for my wedding!! I was blown away by the great feedback I'd seen on wedding wire of his services and he does not disappoint (i promise you). When you hire Kevin, you get him! I had texted him randomly a few times with questions and he was always so quick with his response. I didn't know what was first, middle, last etc as far as what even goes on in a wedding and he planned it out for me. That was much appreciated. As a DJ, he kept the dance floor busy all night!! Excellent DJ and Emcee
Kevin was a professional and personable from the start. He worked with me, my daughter and her fiance to figure out the right package, timeline and playlist for their wedding. He had a questionnaire for us to fill out that asked questions we didn't even think of at the time, so all the bases were covered well in advance. Kevin provided music for part of the ceremony (a niece played the violin for the other parts) and didn't miss a beat when the procession lineup did not occur according to the order he was originally given. He played a very nice selection of quieter songs during the cocktail hour and dinner. For the reception, Kevin's emcee skills kept the evening rolling! From introductions to First Dance to announcing activities, Kevin was on point. He communicated well with our videographer and photographer so they knew what to expect. He kept in constant touch with us during the whole planning process, and I didn't have a care in the world once the big event started, knowing Kevin had everything under control. Kevin also provided uplighting in the ballroom, which was a nice touch, for a very reasonable price. We were very pleased with his work and highly recommend this gentleman.

Just what I asked for!
One of the most important elements of my reception was the music. I spent about 2 months curating our perfect playlist. My biggest concern with finding a DJ was hiring someone who would appreciate and pull the event together with my list. Kevin did just that! Kevin was a fantastic DJ! From our very first conversation, all the way to the very end of the wedding reception, he was very helpful and got the job done! From our requests to have nontraditional music played at the ceremony, to all the set up that had to be done, and to helping with the coordination of the right timeline, he was very accommodating and helpful! He also played every song that was requested and kept the dance floor alive all night long! By the end Kevin wasn’t just DJ Kevin he was a part of the family! Our “wedding planner” from the resort did not show and Kevin took over completely telling us what comes next and so forth. I was at a loss I didn’t know what to do and what was planned next but Kevin took over and helped us all calm down and figure it out. This is the DJ I’m talking about! He played all the songs we provided him and knew when to throw in a few others when no one was on the dance floor. Very professional and kind also very good with the mic. You won't be disapointed!
Kevin did an amazing job keeping the dance floor full all night long. We met with Kevin 1 year prior and we knew that he understood what this night meant for us and what we were looking for. We are so happy Kevin was our wedding DJ! From the first moment we connected, he was responsive, professional, courteous, upbeat, adaptable, and a true pleasure to work with. Our music tastes are a bit obscure, and he worked closely with us to ensure our wedding playlist was exactly what we wanted--while still leaving room to allow our guests to make requests and personalize the experience. Kevin Kramer was absolutely outstanding from day one! Reasonably priced services, excellent communication, and amazing execution during the wedding. Everything went exactly as planned and Kevin far exceeded my expectations. He is a super nice guy and also very knowledgeable about wedding music and what music works best and when (if you're looking for suggestions that is). I had my own list of songs I wanted and he most definitely included all of the top priority songs. In addition though, at my request, he added some of his own music choices as well (based on my taste) and the song choices were perfect! I cannot say enough kind things about Kevin. We were so pleased with Kevin as the DJ for our daughter's wedding that we didn't want the night to end! This was a destination wedding so most of our guests and family, including ourselves and the bride and groom, traveled from all over the country to attend. We didn't meet Kevin until the day of the wedding, but his communication with us during the planning stages was impeccable and prompt. My daughter and son-in-law gave him ideas of what they wanted for both the ceremony and reception, and not only did he meet their expectations, he far exceeded them. Because our guests and families lived in different states, we had not had a chance to get to know each other very well or, in some cases, even meet beforehand, but Kevin brought us all together and made us feel at home. His music choices during the ceremony and dinner were perfection, but that didn't compare to the entertainment he provided the rest of the evening. From the very first song of the night until the last, the dance floor was filled with fun and laughter. We had children and grandparents and every age in between dancing and celebrating side by side. There were impromptu dance-offs complete with backflips and cartwheels, which fueled the fun even more! So much so that I asked Kevin if he would stay a little longer which he was more than happy to do. Kevin was highly professional, engaged with the crowd beautifully and kept the energy going, and just had a fantastic presence. I can't thank Kevin enough for making our daughter's wedding such a special and joyous occasion, and for giving us a lifetime of wonderful memories. YOU ROCK KEVIN!!

Kevin was the epitome of a spectacular DJ. He was totally worth every $ spent, which in my opinion, was reasonable. He was professional, flexible and totally made the reception a fun and exciting event. All of our family and friends have said that the DJ was unbelievable and they have not been to a wedding where EVERYONE was dancing! I can't compliment Kevin enough or thank him enough for all of his work!

Kevin was an outstanding DJ for my daughter’s wedding. After reading numerous reviews, I reached out to three different DJ companies. My daughter and I were most impressed with Kevin. Most DJ companies I contacted had several DJ’s so we weren’t sure who we would be getting. From the beginning Kevin was quick to respond to both emails and phone calls. He had a popular playlist we could choose from and asked us to make sure to give him a list of songs we did not want plain and of course he made sure to have all of the special songs the bride and groom wanted to have for their wedding. I asked him about a particular song that got lost in the shuffle on the evening of the Wedding. Somehow, he made it happen. He went out of his way to make sure that I got to hear that special song. That was quite impressive. It is quite a testament to the DJ to have the dance floor stay packed on sweltering hot August evening in Florida. All of the guests were dripping with sweat but nobody wanted to leave the dance floor.
Two days after the wedding, I receive numerous videos and pictures from Kevin of some of the special events on the dance floor. He got a great picture of my daughter and her husband during their first dance as well as a video of my daughter and her father during the father daughter dance. He absolutely went above and beyond.
I can honestly say Kevin was the easiest vendor to work with throughout the entire wedding process. I highly recommend DJ Kevin Kramer. MOB

Kevin is an amazing DJ, we hired for our wedding and he was organized and personable! He kept the wedding day flowing orderly and even made little announcements here and there to remind guests to sign the guest book! My guests really raved out the choice of DJ and knowing a good DJ can make or break an event, so I am so happy with our choice! I was originally a bit scared with his most popular song list as it was not my style, but Kevin was SUPER accommodating and after talking over the phone knew exactly what I was looking for. we made a playlist for me and my wedding that was perfect!!! (and really didn't include any of the songs he had on his list ) He is there for YOU and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! (and everything was perfect!!!) Kudos to Kevin and please consider him for your wedding DJ you will not regret it!!

Choosing Kevin to be our wedding DJ was the best choice we made in our wedding planning! From the firs phone call we had I knew I could trust Kevin to make our reception great. He was so responsive, organized, and helpful and always assured me he would take care of anything that we needed. Our reception was truly a party thanks to Kevin. Everyone was on the dancelfoor and most people didn’t sit down the entire night. We had so much fun! Not only was he great with the music but he also did a wonderful job of announcing everyone and letting everyone know when something was happening like our cake cutting. Our photographer almost missed sunset and Kevin took it upon himself to move the, along to make sure we got the photos we wanted. He truly is a first class guy and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ!

Kevin went above and beyond with us! He emailed back and forth for months making sure everything would be perfect. My Dad and I hand picked every song and had organized this grand entrance with a script and audio files. Kevin was incredibly accommodating. He was professional and great to work with through the entire process! We highly recommend Kevin Kramer!

We are so, so glad we hired Kevin to DJ our wedding! I am not overstating at all when I say almost every guest was on the dance floor the whole night! We had a diverse crowd -- lots of college kids, plus older adults -- and the music appealed to both crowds, all night long. My grandparents loved him, my parents loved him, college kids loved him, little kids loved him. You can't ask for more than that! His rates were affordable and within our budget for a DJ, but his skills well-exceeded his prices and our expectations. Thanks for making our wedding perfect, Kevin.

As the Father of the Bride from a musical family, it was important to us to find a true industry professional which we gratefully found in Kevin. He was the DJ for BOTH of our daughter’s weddings (2 in 2 years) and we couldn’t be happier with the outcomes both times. Kevin brings with him an attentive, respectful, cooperative, detailed, fun loving, and pro manner (love that Tux!).
Not only was he receptive to our music choices and ideas for the events, he went above and beyond the call of duty this last wedding coordinating and working in a technical curve ball we threw at him. It involved mixing in multiple background music sources with a prerecorded bridal party intro we arranged. That took a real pro and Kevin came through for us again. Add to it the extra bonus of pictures he took and shared with us during the event and you have the complete picture.
Bottom line-If you are looking for a pro to handle your special event, look no further. Thanks Kevin!

I just want to specially thank Kevin for all that he has done. It was last minute that he was able to accommodate us for our wedding, and he was super flexible and affordable. When the wedding day came, he was so humble and down to earth. He made our day super fun and allowed us to pick our song list and added some of his own special flare that really got everyone dancing. Also, he got some great candid shots of my special moments and I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. All around he handled timelines, music, got great pictures, made friends with everyone because his personality really shines! I would recommend him to everyone. Kevin is the best! My husband and I are both music lovers but didn't really know how we wanted to incorporate music in to our big day. Kevin was open to all our ideas and so very patient with all our questions. On the actual day he guided us through the reception with ease. He kept us informed about what was happening next and was always watching us to make sure we were having the best time! Food is important at a reception, the DJ is even more so. Kevin had everyone dancing the night away. Everyone commented on what a great time they had.
Kevin is easy to work with and will even do special mixes, as he did for our daughter, dad dance.
I highly recommend Kevin's services if you want a great time with no stress about the DJ.
